Tree House Brewing - Prudential Center

Great to have a location inside Prudential. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Beers are of course top shelf quality for any choice you make. I’ve got Julius and Alter Ego (they just arrived).

I enjoyed my time here. A little bit of a let down in terms of ambiance as it is just a cart and some tables in a mall. Otherwise great staff who let you sample the beers! I really enjoyed the Julius and was able to take a few cans home! I am happy that they opened up a place in Boston as their flagship location is pretty far.

Damn good beer. I was staying at the Marriott that's attached to the Prudential Center, so this was a must stop. It's a location in a mall, so it is what it is when it comes to atmosphere. It was raining so we didn't get to enjoy the atrium. But you come here for the beer. Beers were $10 each, which is more than I'm used to paying. But they were delicious, and I was able to pick up a 4-pack sampler for about $16, which is a great deal. I wish I had more time on my stay so I could have tried everything they had on tap.

We are so happy Tree House opened their beer garden in Prudential!! Now we can go more often! Loved the fruit sour I had yesterday.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I communicated clearly with the staff of my requirements and they affirmed multiple times and after making a fairly large beer purchase I feel they were deceptive by placing the beer out of specification at the bottom of the stack and the only fresh ones at the very top. I am a brewer too and like beer at a very specific point of freshness and will have to dump a lot of my purchase down the drain. The company may reply how they check freshness and that it should be ok but it is not. You listened to the customer and agreed to my criteria for purchase and then did not meet those criteria and said nothing about failing to meet the requirements. I would have swapped out the ones I did not want since they did not fall within the guidelines I stated. I live out of state so I do not have much time to go back and forth. Shame on your staff and your location for not even providing a solution to the issue once alerted.

Easily the fastest in and out of any Tree House, aside from maybe the Tewksbury pickup outpost. The handoff is like it was On the Fly in 2020 during Covid in Charlton, and I’m sure the Pru kiosk is similarly easy and efficient. Pro tip: use 125 Huntington Ave. as your address in navigation if using the free loop, as noted by THBC when originally opened.

My husband was very clear with expectations to the staff and they agreed mutliple times but they did not deliver. It is very easy to simply check the dates and communicate but I feel they were deceptive. i feel this locatiion needs a staffing change and the organization needs to rethink how they address customers. Their approach to be a supermarket qualitu beer provider is different than the craft beer focused audience.

Garage pick up is a complete game changer. Wallet is not pleased. Convenient spot for one of best breweries in Mass/ New England.
