I had booked an appointment for 4:20 on a Wednesday, since I go out of town tomorrow. I was really looking forward to it! Traffic was very bad, and I live far. I came to find out that they had given my spot to someone else, although I was 20 minutes late. The front desk person told me they have a 15 minute late policy, which I did not know beforehand. That is fine, but it didn’t really seem this person made an attempt to assist me, not even a little, they only suggested me to look around or buy something. I was very excited but I will definitely choose a different place next time. Also my mom and I tried to call them right after, many times, because we had driven so far out. Nobody answered, even after a good 20 minutes. Only an AI answered and we never got a call back! The Catcade cafe seems better :D
