Trellis. Wow. You’ve got something extra special here. I waited for a little while to write my review on this place because I wanted it to be REAL. Well, it is real. This place is insanely good. The wait staff at Trellis features some of the most beautiful people with seriously the best personalities. The outfits/unforms in the all black sleek varieties are scrumptious. Magnificent. The atmosphere is a touch of country with a vineyard sheik. Beautiful and simple Decor inside the restaurant is so smoothly pleasing to the eyes. Sight Lines and eye candy! The variety of drinks is amazing from ciders to wine and beer and Everything in between. Desserts at Trellis are impeccable with the carrot cake being my top-choice. In all of my life I’ve never had a spicy pasta dish as delectable and mouth watering as the vodka prawn pasta at Trellis. The balanced citrus with the spicy creme’ sauce and perfectly cooked shrimp is splendid. Sublime. I’ve tried a good portion of the overall menu and Trellis with my family and everything has always been delicious. They say that nothing is perfect, but Trellis’ food and service are on the best side of that mark and MARK MY WORDS: Trellis is worth every penny. Visit in Dundee, Oregon.

Loved our dinner at Trellis! The food was amazing (get the carbonara and the vodka pasta with shrimp!) and Alisha was a fantastic server! She made me the best dirty martini I’ve ever had!

Wonderful selection of drinks and food. Everything we had was delicious and the staff were terrific. Would highly suggest dinner here after a day of wine tasting on the area.

Trellis is one of those places that quietly becomes part of your routine—in the best way. We walk here often, and every single visit feels welcoming and easy. The food is consistently excellent, the drinks are thoughtfully done, and the whole vibe strikes that rare balance of polished but completely relaxed. What really sets Trellis apart is how kind and accommodating they are. We’ve come with dogs, we’ve come with grandkids, and we’re always treated like regulars—even when the place is busy. The patio is especially lovely and makes it an ideal spot to linger with a glass of wine and enjoy the neighborhood. It’s the kind of restaurant you’re proud to have close by: dependable, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable every time. We’re very lucky to have it within walking distance.

Had a lovely dinner at Trellis in Dundee. I ordered the Duck Chinot - a beautiful salad with a duck leg - and it was delicious. The rosé wine I had was also very good and paired nicely with the meal. Trellis is a smaller, upscale spot with a relaxed but refined vibe. Service was excellent - friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. I would definitely come back for another meal or to try their desserts again. A great little find in Dundee!

Trellis is consistently amazing! This is a gem of a spot in Dundee, OR. Time after time, they nail it. Decent prices, amazing food and FRESH CUT FRIES (Get them Trellis Style). We had the short-rib sandwich and the turkey sandwich with potato-leek bisque and both delivered big-time. The patio is great in the summer and the bar is great in the winter. Parking out front can be tight, but plenty of room in back. Would go again!

Lovely outdoor patio and inside has so much character too! We visited 2 wineries and then needed a tasty bite to eat and Trellis was perfect! The oysters and carbonara were delicious! Ben was our server and was fantastic!! Will absolutely be recommending it and would love to come back next time we are out here! Lovely! 😊 also they have fantastic happy hour with super tasty drinks! Super cute place in Dundee. We were a table of eight women celebrating a friends birthday and our server phenomenal (wish I caught her name but it’s not on the receipt!)! The food and drinks were excellent. Great wine selection. Everyone loved their meals (Ruben, turkey pesto, Caesar salad, tomato bisque, short ribs sandwich, etc., yum-yum-yum!) I wish I remembered to take photos of our food but only got a couple of our desserts. Definitely recommend!

When you visit the Willamette Valley, do not miss an evening at Trellis. Not only is the food and drink excellent, but you'll get the best service around. Their management genuinely cares and makes sure you're enjoying your evening. We visited on Sunday, August 31st and shared the Ceasar salad and short rib stroganoff. As we had been tasting wine all day and nibbling on food most of the day we chose to just share these. My wife was "wine burned" so I had a glass of Purple Hands Pinot with it. The Ceasar was excellent as you could tell the dressing and croutons were all made in-house. Delicious. The short rib stroganoff was AMAZING. So delicious we at every bite and nearly licked the plate clean! Do try this entree as you won't regret it. It's a darker sauce but not thick and not too much sauce. We then saw on their dessert menu something called "Summer Cake". We had heard about their pastry chef, Caydee Porter, as being outstanding. So we tried it. OMG. This cake was truly unbelievable. It was a cross between cake, and cheese cake with berry compote. Drizzled with a lemon syrup, topped with blueberries and a flower. So light and delicious and beautiful, we're still talking about it a week later! If they're still offering this be sure to try it. We're not big cake people, but this is beyond cake! Do go visit Trellis (make a reservation) , you won't regret it!

Incredible dining experience! The food was delicious. I had the Albacore tuna melt with trellis fries. Our server, Gabriela was phenomenal! She took such good care of us - consistently checking in, refilling drinks, and making recommendations. She was an absolute delight and one of the best service experiences I've had. I would go so far as to request to be seated in her area next time. The indoor space had limited seating so we got to enjoy their new outdoor patio. Great AC indoors. The patio got quite hot. A few fans or misters would be a great addition!

Two local recommended this place Ordered Duck Confit salad and Short rib sandwich. Duck was a bit greasy but tasty. Fries were good. Short ribs sandwich also tasty. Service was fast and friendly.

We really enjoyed this spot in wine country for lunch. We shared a BLT and everything about it was fresh and delicious. The truffle fries were exceptional. The service was a bit slow. We waited a while for fritters that finally showed up well after we finished our sandwich. The explanation was a new cook. Hope they get that worked out because it's a lovely place with great food.

Wow! Visiting from LA and needed a spot to meet a friend for lunch, so glad we chose Trellis! Between three of us, we had the Albacore tuna melt with Trellis fries, a Caesar salad with chicken, and a pesto prawn salad...plus apricot cheesecake for dessert. One cocktail, the Lavender French 75, suggested by our wonderful server Gigi. She is the best! Fun and great with menu help. Really made our afternoon. We're bummed we didn't come here before our last day; we would have loved to try dinner or their happy hour that looks great $ wise. Def recommend Trellis!

We always love coming here! Our service is always great here, but today it was exceptionally great! We sat outside in their cute, new expanded patio with our dogs. Food & cocktails delish! Make sure to pop by Trellis on your way through Dundee!

Fantastic HH. All drinks are 50% off including bottles of wine! Sandwiches are giant, enough for 2-3 meals. Service was great, friendly staff, plenty of seating with outdoor covered area available too. Definitely worth the trip out to wine country.

We ate at the Trellis food truck while at a tasting at Argyle and really enjoyed all of the delicious bites. I would love to try the full restaurant some day if I'm back in the area!

Be sure to book ahead and get a reservation. There's not a ton of tables and it gets to be in high demand between wine tastings for lunch. Obviously the wine menu is quite impressive and loaded with local options. You'll definitely be able to find something you like. The food is incredible, upscale design to the menu with lots of elevated classics. I got a steak sandwich - basically a french dip - and swapped the fries for some tomato soup. The sandwich was delicious - the peppers were super fresh, the steak was well seasoned, the aioli was bright and rich with flavor. Really loved it. Would absolutely get it again. The tomato soup too was great too. My wife got a pesto sandwich and some sweet potato fries. These were both awesome too, really really good. Every time I'm in the area, I'm going to come here...if I can get in.

We came to trellis under a wonderful recommendation and it did not disappoint. They have a lovely indoor dining area, but also an outdoor area which is where we chose to sit. The portions are large. The wine list is wonderful. I had the brisket Pelli pasta. And one of their famous appetizers, which I cannot remember what it was, but it was delicious . The staff members are are wonderful . This is a wonderful spot for lunch .

Trellis never disappoints. As always we had our favorite, short-rib stroganoff. A wedge Caesar salad, a short-rib sandwich withe their trellis garlic aioli fries and the apricot cheesecake. Exquisite dinner!! Their staff is super friendly and attentive.

Was taken out for my birthday here. Our food was delicious and the service was excellent. Super pleased. We sat outside and it was near our servers birthday as well, we bonded. The dessert was lovely.

My husband and I wanted a yummy lunch to celebrate our anniversary and it was a gorgeous sunny day so we headed for Trellis. We did not have a reservations but on a Monday at noon there were open tables. We chose to sit outside in the sun. We ordered seasonal lemonades - pineapple and prickly pear and they arrived quickly. Refreshing and tasty - I loved my pineapple, the prickly pear was good as well just not as sweet as the pineapple. Our lunch was the turkey pesto sandwich, short rib stroganoff, the special strawberry salad, rosemary focaccia and for dessert the cream brûlée with a lemon bar . The stroganoff, strawberry salad and crème brûlée get a solid 5 and out 5 on quality of ingredients and flavor and portion. The focaccia felt short as it didn't have a rosemary flavor and the sandwich and fries were average, something I could've made at home. The outside seating was perfect and service also top level.

Trellis never dissapoints. The restaurant has a great variety in menu from pasta and steak to salads, sandwiches and burgers. Don't miss out on the short rib sandwich. Excellent wine list and seasonal craft cocktails. Even if you don't have room for dessert, take it to go. You won't find a better sweet treat in the county. Perfect date night spot and kid friendly outdoor seating.

Great menu and friendly service at this wine country restaurant. We both had the duck confit salad which was well prepared and tasty with fruit, nuts, and cheese to complement the duck perfectly. Great selection of wines by the glass with a few beers and cider too.

Sat in the patio area which was covered in flies... all over our food which was horrible. Sweetcorn risotto was not to my liking, very very garlicky and looked like it had been thrown in a plate without any care. Will not consider another visit, food is just subpar.

One of the best pork chops I have ever had. The chocolate mousse was delicious. We got the appetizer of Butternut Squash & Bacon Fritters and it was a little more spicy than we thought, but it was very good. Sitting outside on a beautiful night. Our server was very nice and informative.

Service was friendly and competent. The evening in the tent patio area was lovely. The cocktails were good as was my steak. The pasta my spouse ordered was ridiculously overcooked but otherwise tasty.

A unpretentious neighborhood spot, came in clutch for us through bar service. Reservations are easy to make. Menu is simple, and effective. The Cesar salad and Brie app were both really good. The do sandwiches along with more formal entrees. I got a spicy Italian sandwich, I will be going with another selection next time, heating cured meats was not to my liking, and would suggest they change that preparation. The flavor profile was good beyond the toasted salami, fries were spot on. It was our first time in to sit, we had previously done some to-go and was always solid. Have to have Trellis as a place to go to and get good service, wine, food. Cheers

Great cozy place with fantastic food and incredibly affordable prices! Look for the Duck confit salad is absolutely delicious and generous!

The food was really good which makes up for the bad service which the waiter blamed on the kitchen. The indoor seating was crazy hot. Don't think the AC unit was working.

What a find! Small, boutique restaurant with an amazing wine list. The meat and cheese platter as an appetizer was delicious. We also had the short rib sandwich, stroganoff, and risotto as entrées. Large servings, great staff. We recommend.

On our way to the coast and our regular stop was closed for the week. So happy we found Trellis as a new alternative. Attentive, friendly service, lots of delicious menu options, a beautiful wine list, and a lovely outdoor patio. We shared and enjoyed the clams and classic burger (cooked as requested). If you're driving through Dundee, I recommend Trellis.

My first time coming here. We were able to make a last minute reservation which was nice. It's a cute and quaint location. There is not a lot of seating so reservation are important. We ordered the carbonara and caprese salad to share. We started with a cider spritz. It was a little too sweet for me but a nice way to kick off the fall, rainy weather. The carbonara wasn't too heavy and had asparagus and ham. The caprese salad with really good with a side of bread. Overall, cute atmosphere and cozy. Service was good too.

This was the best find of our trip to the area. It was quaint and charming, but we can't say enough about the food. Be sure to order the short rib sandwich! Their blue cheese dressing was amazing. Everything about this place was amazing. We will be back!

We came here at the suggestion of our driver on a tour through wine country. He got us reservations. We were seated pretty quickly. Nice atmosphere and a ton of great wine bottles for sale. We ordered sandwiches for the table. Waitress was competent. 45 minutes later there was still no sign of our sandwiches. Inquires we're made. Turns out they had failed to communicate to us at any point along our 1 hour experience that they were slammed. I had to call and beg the next vineyard on the agenda to delay our visit, which DDO was kind enough to accommodate. Food was great. They comped us some fries for the table and discounted our meal so that is why this is not a 1* review. At the prices Trellis charges, the quality to price ratio is not favorable. The lack of communication was atrocious. you have been warned.

Found this awesome little spot and super HAPPY we had lunch here! Food, service and cleanliness. check check check!!! staff were all so nice too!!! Their food was amazing and we will try again for their happy hour 2-5 Monday through Friday they do 1/2 off their wines by the bottle and all cocktails!

We had a delicious lunch at Trellis, sharing clams and a BLT. we sat at the bar and met a local winemaker, adding to the experience. Ambiance is great.

Good stop for lunch when wine tasting in Willamette Valley. It's a small place so be sure to make reservations. The cocktails and food were good. They have fun pretty cocktail- prickly pear margarita, French 75 and whiskey sour were made perfectly. The lunch food was also good- we got some Brussels to share, then entrees of French dip, pastrami, avocado toast, mussels and Turkey pesto. My French dip was tasty. I shared half with my husband and I got half of his pastrami. It was delicious.

My favorite meal on a 2 week trip through Aspen, Jackson and Whitehorse. Steak frites was delicious and prepared at a very expert level. Every dish exceeded expectations.

We had the most amazing service from, Nicole! She treated us like gold and made us the most stunning cocktails! Def try this place if you wanna treat yourself or know good food! You will not be disappointed disappointed!

Went to Trellis to celebrate a birthday. Visiting the first time, it's a small wine bar with limited parking, but was encouraged by the extended outdoor, covered seating they offer, especially since it was pouring rain. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to go from inside to out in the rain. Not only that, but I can always appreciate when a restaurant puts their customers first. They covered the food while transferring from the kitchen to our table so it wouldn't get wet. Above & beyond! Even better, the food & cocktail was so good. I got the French Dip with a Kentucky mule style drink. Would highly recommend.

the food here is great! We were a party of 12 and everyone loved it. Our server recommended the Carbonara and the Vodka Prawn Pasta both were delicious. The place is cute and spacious with an indoor and outdoor space. Parking is limited in the front but I'm sure they have street parking. Service was great and they were able to accommodate us at an earlier time than our original reservation.

Service was horrible ! Placed lunch order for chicken sandwich and fries. After waiting for it for 30 minutes we left because it never came out.

This is one of the most recommended spots when in Newberg area. We tried several items but somehow they kind of fell a bit short. Either needing salt or being overdone.

Great dinner option in Dundee, perfect after a day if wine tasting. Menu items range from a cheeseburger to pasta to a ribeye steak, so something for everyone's taste and budget. My pasta carbonara was just a 3 out of 5. It was so over salted and the tiny bits of asparagus were over cooked so didn't add the pop of freshness this dish needed. They serve with a raw egg yolk on top for you to mix in - not how you make carbinara. I left half behind even though I was super hungry. My friend had the pork chop and after one bite, I immediately knew that I ordered the wrong thing. The large chop was perfectly cooked and was so juicy and flavorful. Served with grilled peaches and brussle sprouts it was the perfect fall dinner, enough for two. Wish we had sat outside because in the main dining room the noise volume was unbearable. It is all hard surfaces noise bouncing off the walls and echoing. The entire meal I was straining to try to hear my friend and left with a massive headache. We didn't even stay for desert because I needed to get out of there and I don't have sensitive hearing. I'd return only if we could sit at a table outside. And I'll order the pork chop!

Absolutely gross. I paid $25 a piece for two burgers, both came with kraft single cheese. This is supposed to be a high end "wine country " eatery . Absolutely disgusting. Melted plastic cheese on a $25 dollar burger without tip if fricken crazy . Do not eat here unless you like melted plastic / kraft singles , on a "high end " burger . Will not go back or recommend. Waste of money

Just think the other ratings are a little over blown. It's a nice place. The furniture is all pretty modern and wood beauty. They seem to steer you into the first room. Not clear on the reservation system. They ask and then look around and not sure how they determine but then point you to one of the eight or ten tables. We were there a while and never saw one two tables even used. There was on reservation for a table of eight. Definitely recommend a reservation of your group is that big anything over 4 make a reservation. Food is good. Salads seemed to steal the show both visually and taste wise. Not to say the sandwiches were not good. Just seemed like you were paying a lot for fancy presentations. They made a big deal out of salt and pepper fries. I was not overly impressed. Just fores on the fry scale. A little pricey menu. Definitely a reputation based price scale. I think the chef is creative and it's worth the stop. A great wine selection from everywhere. Which was is a little odd with all the wine in the area. A step above the diner

If you want great food, Trellis is the place to go. Yummy burgers & fries among other outstanding choices, and to-die-for Desserts!

What a friendly bunch of people serving great food and wine in the small town in Dundee. The wine collection is great and lists a lot of bottles from the region and outside.

Great food - we shared a delicious salad and a pesto chicken sandwich that had me considering a repeat order. Friendly staff, comfortable and relaxed setting. The perfect place to wrap up a day of Willamette Valley wine and food sampling.

This cute and cozy place gets extremely busy, so make sure to get reservations. The food has a very fresh farm to table, simple but delicious vibe going. Service was very slow on a crowded Thursday evening, but everyone enjoyed their food once it came.
