Great pizza place in downtown Lowell. We ate outside since it was nice day. The server was great , and they have a great craft beer selection. For food we got a pepperoni and bacon pizza, very good. The pizza is thin and crispy. For an appetizer we got mozzarella triangles, which were incredible.

The downtown Lowell restaurant was quite good overall. It was really loud first since we were near a large family outing. Once they left, it was perfect service. Our waitress was really awesome server. They really cared for our needs. We got our food really quick. For food , we got a few appetizers and a pizza. We got to make our own pizza with the toppings of our chosing. Our pizza was dressed with a red sauce, sausage, peppers, and red onions. The thin crust pizza was absolutely delicious. It was definitely our favorite item. It had oven fired pizza. We couldn't finish it. The leftovers held up pretty good in reheat. For appetizers, we ate Mozzarella cheese, fries, and fried pickles. The mozzarella cheese was overall pretty good. The cheese had the oozy cheese element. I really wish they give a bigger Mariana for two people. My husband wanted a bit more salt in the cheese. I loved the fries. They had a great crunch and salt.

Super underrated! Beat the rain and came in Monday for a late lunch on a whim. Loved everything we got. The martini specials were expertly made and the food was fulfilling and tasty. Went to a BUNCH of places while up here on vacation and this one is DEFINITELY in the top 3! The shrimp on the wedge salad tasted AMAZING! Couldn’t speak higher praises. Sat near the bar (love our bartenders everywhere) and was very well taken care of. Would love to return in the future! Word to travelers. Just be aware to park in the garage or you’ll have to pay for parking at nearby streets. Wonderful job!

One of the best spot at Downtown Lowell. Their pizzas are delicious with a nice variety to choose from. You can go wrong with any drink either you are the coctel side or beer side.

Nicole was our server. She was great. Very knowledgeable about the beers on tap. Very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed her company. 5 of us bellied up to the ice bar and enjoyed a few flights from their great draft beer selection. We ordered pizzas. I got a 10" Rustica, it was fabulous. Someone else got the Hawaiian, and another person got the Margarita. All of them were delicious. They arrived quickly, made fresh for each of us, and cooked as requested. Nicole described each of the pies and the crust perfectly, so no surprises. A fantastic stop. If you're in Lowell, you don't want to miss a stop into TreMonte's. Say hi to Nicole!

Food was pretty decent! The atmosphere was okay they had two different music stations on which was a little annoying and we kept smelling pot smoke every so often couldn’t tell where it was coming from as we were sitting in the back right next to the kitchen. The waitress was really sweet and accommodating!

Delicious brick oven style pizza. Thin crust with a great chew, they had a lot of beers on tap, and the service was attentive. Great pizza, great service, great location, within easy walking distance of Boardinghouse Park. I highly recommend going there before seeing music at Boardinghouse.

Ordered take out when we got there and waited about 40 minutes for a Stromboli. However the hostess was very kind and consistently checked on our food.

Yelp
I LOVE TreMonte. This is my go-to pizza place. We always bring our guests to TreMonte and they love it. Delicious appetizers, can't go wrong with the Quattro Formaggi, and their drinks and local beers are phenomenal. Super kind and reliable service! The place is kept clean, neat, and comfortable.

Yelp
This place has gone down the sewage DRAIN. Came here on a Saturday 3:00 pm, fairly busy but tables were uncleared. Drinks were good, little espresso martini, friend got a pumpkin head, raspberry cocktail sure sure. But the food, timing and service was a natural disaster, category five. It took one hour, 60 minutes, I wish I was kidding, to drop off "nachos"- ten chips with nacho cheese you get at the TD garden, and the saddest fried pickles around. This place has become a joke for food. I used to love it here, $14 for these nachos as they charge $1 for sour cream and salsa and $4 for 1/4 of an avocado. Don't come here for food, drinks were good though, but god bless, hope this place turns it around because YIKES.

Yelp
I am a proud supporter of Tremonte Lowell. I have been going there since they opened and I am never dissatisfied with the friendly hostess, The awesome bartenders and servers, even the kitchen staff is sweet! They have an open concept kitchen and an ice bar that'll keep your beer cold! You'll want to use the Zamboni when you get there. And the pizza is like no other, if you like brick oven, thin crust pizza, don't miss out.. They have specials every week for pizza, entree and a drink. And I just love sitting around the bar and seeing downtown life out the giant windows. And there's also outdoor seating from spring to fall! As well as trivia night, family feud, and music bingo. Shoutout to Jolena, Bridey, and Nicole! Love you all and Love Tremonte.

Yelp
Boo. Pizza was dry and hard. The drinks were not yummy and despite being aware that this conference comes to town every year, they were understaffed and unpleasant. You missing out on a chance to make good money. Go across the street to Fuse instead. A plus experience there.

Margaret A.

Yelp
Pizza is amazing!!!!! Very very thin crust. Cooked like Italians would do it. Go for that if nothing else! Service was great. Ambiance? Meh. Would definitely go again. Our server was terrific too cathline.

Thomas A.

Yelp
Tried the lunch special 1/2 sandwich ( meatball ) and cup Of chili was very good .. meatball sandwich well made and seasoned with great bread too !! Dumplings too

Tuti P.

Yelp
HORRIBLE!!!!!! I was served a RAW not uncooked completely RAW chicken parm. They didn't bother to do anything about it. I have actually had a bite without knowing because all the sauce and cheese on top. I have a gastro appointment. We shall found out.

Marc G.

Yelp
Went there on a rainy Wednesday night party of three, this didn't disappoint, old school pizza parlor in downtown Lowell made you think you were in Boston! Nice outside views from the booths! Started with an order of onion rings ! Pizza was great nice chew to the dough and pull on the cheese ordered three different pizzas all were very good can get a little loud at times especially if your seated in the bar area! Will be back!

Dee C.

Yelp
You wouldnt expect this little place to be so good. But hey what's life if not nothing exceeds your expectations. The pizza is light sauced like I like it and has a great texture.

Dave M.

Yelp
Our server Dalai was curtious, friendly, and helpfull... I hope ALL of the staff is as good! The pizza was perfect, beer was cold.

Michael C.

Yelp
Waitstaff not wearing masks at all, despite Covid numbers on the rise in Lowell. Food is always good here. Love the outdoor dining, which has been in full effect since before the pandemic. However, they need to train the waitstaff better. Had to ask for utensils, takes forever to get to be able to order food, took even longer to get the bill, yet even longer to flag down the waitress to take the bill. Learning to keep an eye on one's tables goes a long way. Dining experience took far longer than expected.

Cathy W.

Yelp
Fantastic service and pizza was delicious. We got the nachos for the app, and they weren't great. Great atmosphere and would definitely go back! (We just won't order the nachos!)

Sheeka G.

Yelp
My husband and Hi are visiting from California, we had the best meal last night, the gnocchi and the drinks and Rose the server were spectacular but . Everything was just wonderful!!! I highly recommend this restaurant . We will be going back probably every night until we leave.

Kristine M.

Yelp
Fantastic service and food! We called for reservations for a very large group (25+) at the Tynsgboro location over the weekend in between games for our hockey tournament. Timed it just right and they were able to accommodate us within 10 minutes. The restaurant seems very big, we had a section to ourselves and there were still a lot of tables and a whole other bar area with more tables. Since it was mid day we ordered as separate tables to not overwhelm The kitchen and staff which was perfectly fine, especially since we were such a large last minute group! Food was fantastic, everyone got something different from pizzas, burgers, kids meals and drinks everything was very good! Would definitely recommend and go again! Our server was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Really started to fill in for late lunch/dinner crowd so it must be a local favorite! Over 50 beers on tap and martinis were good too. Great for families and groups!

Yelp
Good food, Horrible service! If you don't mind paying money to be treated any way... go here. I've eaten in twice. The first time was with my son, and got bad service. I thought maybe the waitress had a rough day and that my sons energy level was a bit much. The second time my wife, son, and I went. We were seated and basically forgotten for 15-20 minutes (and it was no more than 6-8 tables seated). Once we placed our order and got it, we were then forgotten about until the waitress walked by and dropped the bill. Although the service has been sub par, we thought we'd give it another chance with a take-out order. When I called in to place my order the young lady who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful. I stated that "hi, I've been in a few time, but before I place my order I'd like to know if I could request my pizza be cut into squares"... Now this may seem like a weird request, but not SO ABNORMAL. Many places serve pizza like this (Google it ). She immediately states "No I don't THINK we do that". I then politely asked her if she could confirm with her manager, and by this time she already seems annoyed by my request. When she comes back from asking her manager she says "My manager said we can't cut our dough into squares and we're in a dinner rush "....... 2 things with that, #1 you don't have to cut the dough into anything, you'd literally just cut the pizza in a different direction when they're done cooking.. I KNOW, OMG HOW HARD IS IT TO USE OUR BRAINS TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT... #2 It being a "dinner rush" is not my concern + I told the young lady that I didn't want the pizza until 9:30pm which was 2 hours later. By this point I asked to speak to the manager, and Nicole comes over to the phone and tells me "Pizzas are circle there's no way to cut them into squares"... as if there is NO WAY that pizza could be possibly be cut in a different direction. By this point I'm more internally frustrated, but again I know that this may be something new so I tell Nicole that I'd stop in since I was pretty close to show her, and she told me that's fine so that I can show them a picture. Fast forward to the end, I go in show Nicole and the young lady the pictures all over Google, Nicole takes my phone to the kitchen a showed the and I quote "Head Chef", and come back and says "The way our dough is made we can't cut it in squares, we won't serve our pizza like that, and if we do it for you EVERYONE will want their pizza cut in squares".... I thought it was so unbelievably that it was an issue when they were going to have to use a pizza cutter any way to cut the same pizza. I took my $125.93 to Fabiano's Pizzeria on Merrimack (2 mins away), and they were so easy about it and made a simple request, just that simple. After all of that the only reason I give them a 2 star is because they do have half way decent food, but they have low comprehension levels, and rude service, so I can say I'm officially done with them TreMonte Staff: See my pictures to learn how to use a pizza cutter to cut squares...

Yelp
My wife and I visited TreMonte Pizzeria this past Sunday. Having had experience with their parent restaurant in Woburn, we expected good service, tasty food and a pleasant experience. What we got was a disaster! From the very beginning when we ordered wine, things turned from bad to worse. The wine we ordered had a horrible aftertaste. We asked the server if we could return the wine for another option. She brought our second choice in a sample glass which both of us agreed had a similar after taste. We then tried a third - same results. Strange as our experience with the Woburn restaurant was 100% opposite of this experience. We ended up drinking water. Our meal arrived. My wife ordered one of the classic hamburger plates with the meat cooked MEDIUM RARE. What she got was LEATHER - so overcooked you almost could see through it. Hardly something anyone would want to eat. I ordered a pasta dish with chicken cutlets and pasta - with sauce. What I received was the chicken cutlets SO OVERCOOKED that, much like my wife's hamburger, that they were impossible to eat. Add to that the fact that the pasta had just a tiny bit of sauce on it, and you could see that the meal was a disaster. I hope that Anthony, the owner of the three restaurant chain, reads this and finds a way to make this restaurant perform like his other prime restaurants. Otherwise, I hope to prevent anyone else from visiting this obviously poorly managed/controlled restaurant. Thank you.

Yelp
Food has gone down hill. Didn't taste as good but it's been at least 2-3 years since I had been. Also portions are way smaller now. I get it. We are all suffering from inflation. Just sucks that's all.

Amanda P.

Yelp
When my husband called from the restaurant to say they were out of mushrooms, no problem, add peppers. Wrong call. Instead of starting a fresh pizza, roughly hacked peppers were added to my already prepared(now cold) pizza. We live 3 minutes from the restaurant, had to reheat the pizza and it was still completely tasteless and inedible. I can only assume these sad colored peppers were microwaved. Eaten here several times and enjoyed it, won't be back, such a waste of money.

Yelp
Tremonte has been one of our favorite restaurants since they first opened in Lowell many years ago. We have enjoyed family functions in the upstairs event room, and many dinners at both the Lowell and newer Tyngsboro location. We have always been more than happy with all Of the food, and have highly recommended Tremonte to everyone we know (& many we don't know, lol!)... Well, I can assure you that will never happen again. Friday night we decided to order take out and pick it up. My mother lives 5 minutes from Tremonte. We ordered 2 sampler platters of spring rolls, and a large margarita pizza. When we got there, my daughter had to wait for them to bring it to her- so it should have been fresh. NOPE. The pizza was... old. Or something. It had been sitting. The spring rolls were burnt and dried out. There was no cheese in the steak and cheese spring rolls. I don't know WHAT they did to the chicken stir fry egg rolls, but omg- I couldn't get the awful taste out of my mouth for a long long time. It was all bad. I called and was told they had no manager on Friday nights. No manager? On a Friday night? At a restaurant and bar? Ok.... I called again on Saturday. I spoke with Charlotte. She was very very sweet. She did the best she could do, and has left a $25 gift card at the host station for me to pick up. It's better than nothing, but the bill was $60- and EVERYTHING went in the trash. I had apple cinnamon rice cakes for dinner on Friday. Lol.

Yelp
It doesn't have the best parking and gets pretty packed for being a small place . They do have tables outside as well . They have some good selections . I haven't tried everything BUT I have for the most part tried plenty of different sides , a burger meal & also 3 different kinds of pizzas. I must say the Buffalo chicken pizza and the margherita pizza is great . The chicken broccoli Alfredo came A little dry to my liking . Needed more flavor . And it can be pretty pricey let me Just say .

Yelp
Ive come back with an extremely heavy heart to edit my review to a one star. The last 2 times I've been in this establishment were embarrassing and completely upsetting. From the awful wilted salad to the rude bartender who tried to argue with me on the double charges on my credit card. I also spoke with a manager who reversed the over charge but was extremely argumentative and acted like I was inconveniencing him to do his job. I've brought so many friends and family members here which will probably never come back as well. I will bring my business elsewhere, there are plenty of Awesome restaurants right in the vicinity. Tremont, you've really let me down :(

Susan M.

Yelp
My favorite spot in Lowell for a bite. Pizzas are excellent- thin and crispy crust, generous toppings- and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Jessica W.

Yelp
We were traveling through Lowell on a family road trip. 16 of us in total. Kids ordered kids meals and adults shared pizzas. My son ate his spaghetti and when it comes time for his ice cream sandwich our waitress says he didn't get a kids meal because he is over 7 and the kids meal age is 7. We said we just got here from Boston and the age there was 12 she said oh I am sorry. So we ended up being charged for the ice cream sandwich, soda and the up charge in the meal it self. (My other kid received the kids meal it was no different in size) when she returns with the bill she says. The gratuity is already added. Food was not amazing enough to be lied to. I attached a picture of the child menu age when we walked out. Such a neat town with so many food options.

Yelp
Very disappointed that I ruined my favorite pair of champion joggers by having 3 1/2 uncontrollable orgasms caused by eating an entire Neapolitan pizza to myself, but very satisfied that it happened at the same time. I don't know, I'm confused about it but 11/10 pizza here is great.

Jailene R.

Yelp
I have tried Tremonte twice and the first time was the better of the two. I first went with friends and I had ordered a personal mushroom pizza while my friend ordered a chicken Caesar salad. My pizza was delicious and filling! My friends salad was great as well but only had three croutons, albeit large croutons but only three. A few days later I ordered for takeout during lunch. I ordered a personal barbecue chicken pizza and a side of fries. The fires were okay and they were still hot. I was not a fan of the pizza at all. It was made beautifully and looked very pleasing but it was not great in taste. It was hard but not crunchy and the cheese almost had a plastic consistency to it. You could say it was because I walked back to my office with it and it got cold then, but I work around the block (two minute walk max) and the fries were still very hot when I got to my office. Overall I think this is a good eat in restaurant and recommend that instead of take out.

Hina t.

Yelp
Probably the best pizza in my area. It doesn't feel unhealthy once you've eaten it or make you queasy from too much grease. Thin crust flavorful pizza. Nice variety of pizzas too. Overall recommend. You have to try it at least one

David C.

Yelp
I worked in Lowell for many years and never dined in here until last month. It was for lunch with a friend. I definitely love the decor inside the restaurant. As for the pizza, I went for the buffalo pizza. There was a good balance of the sauce and the pizza itself. Although, I got tired of chewing after awhile. The thin crust just got too hard for me towards the end. I thought it was okay, but will definitely be back to try their other items.

Vanessa E.

Yelp
This is a great restaurant! Friday, 730pm. A small wait, but worth it. The draft beer selection was decent (12 revolving) - could add a chalk board so it is visible to the dining room. I visited this restaurant because I was told it was the best pizza in Lowell... And it was fantastic! Fromaggi white pizza was delectable. It's a busy place, so a but loud - bit otherwise awesome!

Bridget G.

Yelp
Visited on a Saturday at 430. We checked out the menu online, read other yelp reviews before coming and had some idea about the place. We came in with 6 kids, 2 adults, it was really a great time for us to be there. We sat inside. Very few people in the restaurant. Outside there was music playing at the outdoor space next door so the energy overlapped. The outdoor space seemed like it might be fun but we actually weren't asked if we'd like inside or outside, even though both areas were scarcely populated. Unfortunately, for us, service was awful. Just the most crazy experience. Really an awful experience. I think we got the waitress who not only hates her current job but might hate being a server more than anyone I've ever encountered. We think her name was Tammy but can't be sure since she never introduced herself. We got this from the receipt. Our service experience should be one star. Tammy was super disinterested not only with us but at all of her tables. Tammy spent much of the time we were there sitting in a booth eating a meal herself. It was difficult to get her attention. She took the adult drink orders and food orders. We had forgotten the kids' drink orders. When we asked another server for help,Tammy came over and said,"oh I thought you wanted to wait for the food to come out". It might make sense to order the drinks but ask the drinks come later, but since Tammy exuded the most lazy of interest in us it was hard to believe she really believed what she was saying, If we come back I would request a different server. We observed lots of engaged interested servers, I think we just got unlucky. Food was great. We had a couple of Neapolitan pizzas and a few pasta dishes. Pizza was cold as compared to the pasta and side orders. Not sure if this is a reflection on our server or the kitchen so will see if a different repeat experience is better. Overall I'd return for the food. Atmosphere was nice. Liked the whole vibe. Bar seemed active. Again, outdoor space is nice, good location right in downtown in the summer.

Ashley C.

Yelp
My first time here! Came on a Friday night, got wings, pizza, and drinks. Everything was amazing. I don't know how I have never came here before. Our server JoJo was amazing. She was so funny and made us feel like family. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area. 100% recommend

Mo S.

Yelp
Asked Siri to find my family a place to eat before heading onto our actual destination. We wanted good food but timely- and it needed to allow dogs. This place fit the bill so we pulled off the highway and found our way. First of all, it's located on a cobblestone street-very quaint. We easily found street parking but on a busy night plan to walk- which is recommended, lots of shops around. We were immediately greeted by a friendly face who brought us to our table. Our server, Becca, was absolutely wonderful. We ordered a cheese pizza, a house salad, and a Neapolitan pizza. I enjoyed every bite. That pizza (and I'm a pizza diva) is absolutely on my favorite list! I uploaded pics because even that salad was awesome! Kudos to the staff here for giving us a great experience!

Rachael G.

Yelp
We got their hamburger pizza last night and it was really good! Thinner crust and super crispy! Our friends ordered the shaved steak stomboli and it was so good but warning it is very spicy like it says. Overall service was excellent too, will def be back

Louie R.

Yelp
I came here for Wings & Nachos.. The Asian Wings were Good.. Nice Kick to them. The Nachos were the absolute Worse I've ever Had... it's like they used Cheez Whiz on Stale Chips. The Calamari was also Very Bad. There was also really Small Flies around our table.

Emily K.

Yelp
Host INSIDE is not wearing mask over nose. I asked her to cover and she did not. I told her old people are dying. If they have indoor seating they must wear masks properly.

Matt L.

Yelp
We've been coming here for years but tonight we hit a new low. We arrived and were told we couldn't sit outside despite numerous large, empty tables. The host didn't even ask if we wanted to, just disappeared for several minutes to figure out where we could be seated. Our food and drink order was taken quickly but we waited almost an hour to be served. And it was cold. Not once during that hour did any member of the staff check in on us, despite passing by our table numerous times. After being served our cold meal, the staff continued to ignore our presence, never once checking that our meal was to our satisfaction (it wasn't). They also took away our stroller, despite the fact that we collapsed it and placed it a spot that was out of the way, making it impossible for us to beat a hasty retreat after this disaster of a meal. My wife said it best "I'm never coming back here!"

Johanna L.

Yelp
What a lazy pizza. I ordered from here because I heard they have a good gluten free pizza, but this looks terrible.

Sonya B.

Yelp
Great spot for burgers, pizza, and pasta. Love it! We usually go for their white pizza, Neapolitan pizza, along with some wing appetizers. Great service as well.

Brian S.

Yelp
I have been going to TreMonte for many year and I have notice that FOOD quality and cleanliness of the restaurant are extremely lacking or should I say horrible . Interaction with waitstaff was OK, but overall cleanliness and FOOD were horribly disappointing. also when I was there I notice the the bar stools were ripped and dirty and the bathrooms were dirty and smelled. Sorry

Shawn B.

Yelp
Small restaurant/bar in downtown Lowell. I first have to say the atmosphere was fantastic. One of the most joyous and fun spirited waitress' that has ever served me. I had a large Formaggi Pizza, a large Meatball and Ricotta Pizza, and Tiramisu. The meatball and ricotta was good. It was overflowing with cheese and had a nice flavor. The crust however was somewhat overdone. It was slightly burnt and too tough, but overall a solid pizza. The Formaggi pizza was also good. Not the best white all cheese pizza I have ever had though. It was lighter and the basil on top was a nice touch. The crust on the Formaggi was perfect also. It was soft and buttery exactly how I like it. The Tiramisu was also good. First time I have ever had it. Overall the atmosphere was outstanding, food was good, and presentation was top notch. Would recommend and for sure go back.

Noah M.

Yelp
My family came by TreMonte with some old friends that live in Lowell on a northeastern trip in summer. I was excited as an aspiring Neapolitan home cook that they had a margherita pizza. After having my expectations set high after visiting New Haven, CT, I figured I would give it the benefit of the doubt. Well...frankly, this pizza spits in the face of pizzaiolos in Naples. Even for a beginner, it is obvious that the sauce did not use San Marzano tomatoes, the cheese was not buffalo mozzarella, the basil was not fresh, and the flour was not extra-fine. I can attest that these ingredients and methods needed are cheap and not very labor-intensive, so I am confused why the margherita appears on the menu when not done even remotely correctly.

Doug W.

Yelp
I had ordered a wedge salad for lunch, the person who took my order informed me that I could sit while I waited for my salad. As I sat there waiting I started to look around and I looked up and noticed the duct work was covered in a layer of dust as well as the sprinkler pipes. The more I looked the more I saw . very disappointing with the salad as well.

Chris D.

Yelp
A bug flew into my wife's beer and they very specifically said they would only refill it half way because she drank some. Never coming back, enjoy your bug pizza and bug beer. Half a glass of beer?? Fuck you!!! Shitty fucking customer service.

Beth L.

Yelp
Pizza delicious! Nachos were gross & disappointing 1/2 ass job so folks not advise it I generally stay w/ the pizza

Gregorio V.

Yelp
Last time for this place... my girlfriend and I came in on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was about 20% full. We sat down and waited 20 minutes. Nobody acknowledged us at all. We ended up walking out. Had a good burger down the street. It's unacceptable to not even acknowledge your customers.

marilyn z.

Yelp
Went to this restaurant Sunday evening (not late- around 8). Party of 9. The place was not at all busy but the first thing we were greeted with was a flustered waitress saying fairly loudly to the hostess 'I'm not taking them!' The hostess kept us standing around and eventually said she couldn't seat us at either of the large tables because that waitress was tired. So we left and ate across the street at Fuse where the people were courteous. I guess Tremonte thinks they are prosperous enough to turn down a $200 dinner on a quiet night. Won't be going back.

Lindsey F.

Yelp
I was just in there Friday 3/18 and it was beautiful out so you guys were busy busy! I came during dinner time with my kids and want to give a shout-out to our server Sam. She was so busy the whole time and she still had everyone laughing and even had neighboring tables talking together. Sam always had a smile on her face and made us feel so welcome! I'll definitely be back thanks to Sam!

Lynne L.

Yelp
Usually it's a good experience My husband and I came in today Sunday at 630 The hostess could have cared less The place looked dirty which should have been my first clue There were only 4 tables full and we asked to sit by the window and was toldmshe didn't know how long to set up the table She was too busy standing there doing nothing drinking Waited 5 minutes and walked Next door to a nice table great food and attentive staff Go fuse bistro Won't waste my money there

Noel S.

Yelp
I was really excited to try this restaurant! My friends and I went tonight to get some apps and have a few drinks. Everything was going fine until I tried to order a second drink. My waiter, Samuel, got visibly angry. He rolled his eyes and waved his hands up. He was acting super inconvenienced. I work in the service industry so I know first hand how overwhelming it can be to tend to a lot of tables, but I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant. After that, we saw him complaining about our table to another server. Honestly, I will not be returning to the place. I spent almost 200 dollars there and was treated like an inconvenience. You'd think customers would be welcome to order more drinks. Not at TreMonte.

Yelp
We bought a drink that was absolutely disgusting and they told us they can't refund or replace a drink ( EVEN IF YOU'RE WILLING TO PAY FOR IT) due to the law. I asked to see this law and there was nothing they could show us. Complete lies and just wanna take your money. Go across the street to Bistro food, it is amazing and they will replace your drink if you don't like it.
