Love this bakery!!!🤗🥰😍😋🤩 wish I found it years ago. Freshly baked and classic Mexican savory foods and lite sweet non-greasy cakes and cookies👍 Love its authentic Mexican vibe and genuine friendly staff👍

This place is so clean and organized, never too crowded and the bread is displayed in such nice way! Staff is friendly and amiable. Variety of sweet bread is wide, so there’s definitely something for each taste. The environment is warmly, it gives that feeling of nostalgia from traditional Mexican mercaditos, to those of us who have been in them. I will absolutely keep coming here.

I bought a cake here in January and the ordering process was fine but when I picked up the cake it was lomp sided and the picture they printed out could have looked better. When I asked the lady if she could fix it or accommodate me she said there was nothing she could do about it. So I payed $65 for a lomp sided cake, poor judgement on my end for trying a new bakery out from where I usually get my cakes. Won’t be going back.

Wanted to try something authentic and this bakery was highly recommended by a Mexican friend - must admit, I was NOT disappointed. So much variety and everything we tried was amazing. I will definitely go back again and again and again… Must try: tres leches - it’s the specialty

Authentic Mexican bakery! Not only do they have an incredible selection, the prices are fantastic. I got enough dessert for around 10 people easily for about 11 dollars just to put it in perspective. *Speaking Spanish is a definite plus here but they have no problem communicating to English speakers.* I can't wait to take these to dinner tonight. They also have gorgeous cake displays, custom orders, piñatas 🪅, empañadas, kolaches (not Czech style), cookies galore, and about any Mexican pastry you can imagine. Great selection, fantastic value, absolutely authentic.

This place looks great!! Super clean! Lots of variety! Nothing was labelled and I had no idea what was in anything. I grabbed a few items and they were delicious! I am definitely coming back with my Spanish speaking friends here to have a better eating experience and try to understand the bakery items better.

You need a local bakery for your family. Here it is! Check out the diverse types of bread and they handle cakes for events. Enjoy it! They have kolaches for breakfast too. :)

Needed a quick birthday so walked in and bought their tres leches cake. It looked amazing and couldn't wait to try. It was so soft and fluffy and wasn't overly sweet. Once of the better tres Leches I've had. I loved that they had bits of fruit throughout. The price was great for the cake. We also got chicken empanadas and they were full with meat. Good seasoning. Will be going back to try more of their items.

Delicioso! Stopped by this bakery, recently, hoping to find some of the sugar cookies with toasted coconut on them. Yes, they have some of the best. They are a little bit crumbly and yet not dry and a lot like a butter cookie. I enjoyed the empanada that I had and the other the other baked items I chose were also delicious. Very clean store ,lots to choose ,from and nice staff.!

Love the Jello cakes from this place. Love the concha bouquets they made for Mother's Day. Very courteous service and clean.

I'm not sure if I can say enough good things about this place. Stopped by for dessert after visiting a neighboring restaurant and am yet to visit another bakery since. Their prices are unbeatable and everything I've chosen tastes great. They have such a variety of baked goods that I haven't tasted up to half of it in my multiple visits.....but give me time. If you're looking for a cake for any occasion, they have a wide variety and come out according to your expectation. Definitely one of the Houston businesses that one must visit

Purchased bread from this basket several times. It's close to my job but a bit pricier than other Latin bakeries. Their bread is okay but I've had better. They have a big selection of bread and a small bolillo they make with cream cheese and jalapeños that stands out. That little bolillo is my fav and the only reason I wood go back.

Ever been to that bake shop and got hit with that baked good smell! Hmmm Love it!!! it was love @ first smell here for me and my wife. talk about selection, they have Cakes, cookies, pastries, bread etc etc even coffee. taste is 100% upto par. Talk about cakes, the have a great selection of different sizes, even wedding cakes.

Was looking for something sweet on a weekday evening and came across Tres Amigos. Couldn't help but notice it's high ratings and their bakery items in the pictures. It was down the street from my childhood church so I know the area. It was well lit up at 8:45pm Thursday. There are four people in the front and employees in the back. The owners greeted me immediately and with it being my first time in a panadaria, he graciously helps me find what I might like and helped direct me to things fresh out of the oven. Thought I gathered $30+, but it was under $10. WOW!!! The iced cookies were the make it out break it point and they were OUTSTANDING!!! So incredibly fresh and not overly sweet. In fact, EVERYTHING we got was absolutely amazing. Cinnamon, cream cheese, icing, syrup, yummy!!! This is a must-go in west Houston!!!

I called before to ask about Tres Leches cakes and went in the next morning to find a beautiful selection to choose from. I needed a cake that just tasted well but this cake was so much more. It was perfect!! The decoration and price was perfect.

Excellent cookies. Clean. Fair price. Friendly help. I recommend getting a variety. I am so glad I tried it out!

Would have given it 5 stars but the employees are playing r rated music while little kids are in the store shopping!

I drove way there because the high reviews abs I was dissatisfied with the Rosca de Reyes. It was too dry.

I ordered a birthday for a co-worker here. My boyfriend and I come frequently here for pan dulce and decided to try the cake. Turned out great, coworkers loved it and everyone wanted to know where I got the cake!

Always have top notch baked goods - They follow COVID proto calls & their service is great. They are quick to check out & it's always very clean & organized.

I bought a cake there for my husband and brought the rest to work since we didn't eat it all. Literally everyone LOVED the cake!

After a horrible experience with my wedding cake at another bakery, I was nervous about trying this bakery. But they did not disappoint. They made a beautiful and delicious cake for my baby shower. The price was incredibly fair. This is def my new go-to bakery. Doesn't hurt that the place smells absolutely delicious! A little treasure in Spring Branch.

I had a birthday cake made here for my moms birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Not only did it look pretty but it was sooooo delicious! Everyone wanted to know where it was from! I'm so happy I was picky and decided to pick this place! Fabulous job! Also, the baker guy was so nice and did exactly what we asked! The lady at the cash register was also so nice and they all made sure the cake was ready to go at my requested pick up time. I can't wait to go back and get all the other sweet treats!

This place is great. I just ordered a cake for my mom's 50th and they did an awesome job. Everyone was raving about how good the cake tasted! I will definitely be buying all of my cakes here from now on.

Great place! Several different cases and trays of a variety of rolls, cookies, breads, coffee cakes and even fancy cakes and pastries! The prices are not listed at all on the shelves so be careful to ask. I got two bagfuls of pan dulce which included conchas, cookies, filled pastries and a few pumpkin, mango and cajeta empanadas, enough for a brunch of 6 people with kids. The total was around $7 and I still had leftover bread for 2 days! So yes you get a good deal. I will definitely go back.

Very clean and friendly workers. Big selection to choose from. They also have specialty cakes and pastries in a separate case. The sweet bread i picked was very soft and moist. You have to be careful putting it on the metal tray. I have been to other big bakeries and they are more affordable. They have sample cakes on display to pick from. Will update review after eating some sweet bread. Update Just ate a empanada and my wife had a pan de huevo. Bread was so soft, tasty and moist. Softer than El Bolillo Bakery bread off of Airline Dr by the Farmers Market. I moved from the Heights and we will be coming back.

Went to pick up a cake for my nephew we didn't get good vibes on the phone so we showed up and selected/explained the cake and design physically we showed up to a surprise to the cake looking nothing alike , no filling in the middle like we asked and the bread was also something we didn't ask for. i still gave them a second chance after being understanding but, this time the owner supposedly took my order so there will be no mistakes and that did not make any difference the inside of the cake no filling like we asked and my son was waiting on his Tres leches cake to his surprise the bread was dried ...safe to say I will not be going back or my family ! And don't recommend this place if you're really organize and want it to come your way it's not here !!! I ordered my cake like 2 weeks in advance and still got it wrong.. I'm very upset this is two different parties same disappointment, same place ... don't recommend here...

I go here for bolillos which are always fresh and very inexpensive at 35 cents each. They have a huge assortment of fresh baked goods and they are relatively inexpensive. I purchased a flowercup pastry filled with cream cheese filling for 70 cents. Fresh and delicious and cheaper than anything I would find at a grocery store bakery. Mexican pastries tend to be drier than American cookies. I think it is really beause the pastries have more butter and are more like a shortbread cookie...easily crumbled.

Save your receipts & check your statements! Went here for bread. Total was 8.20 and they charged my wife's debit card $10.00, discovered the next day while checking statement. Called the bakery, they said there was nothing they could do. Really? Will be paying cash or not be going back at all.

This new bakery has been doing finish work inside for a while now. It's in the shopping center at the NE corner of Westview and Long Point, near the El Ahorra Supermarket. The center is a bit gritty, but the bakery is new and fresh. They make custom cakes and have a nice display of some of the "theme" cakes they can do. Like traditional Mexican bakeries, you get a tray and tongs and pick out your items from the glass-enclosed racks. Most of the items cater to the Hispanic community and are less sweet than perhaps American bakeries, but a large selection and reasonable prices. They, also, have fresh made chamurrado, or atole. That stuff is addictive but delicious in small quantities. It's good to see a bakery around this area. Go try it for yourself.

I went there and got the tres leches cake, a few bollilos and kolaches. All were really great! The staff was friendly and helpful. This bakery has only been open for a month but seems like they've been opened for years. Good pastries, good service, I will be back!

This bakery is clean and staff is very helpful. I ordered a Tres Leches cake from here and it came out much better than our expectations. Also, the prices are reasonable and they have a huge selection of bread and other bakery items that are made fresh. A perfect local business that we will be gladly going back to for our future bakery needs.

Good variety. Clean. Employees aren't very helpful but you get your own stuff so it's not a big deal. The bread doesn't get stale right away so it's good to eat the next day. Beware many of their options have some kind of cream cheese filling that you can't see until you take a bite. This is where it would be helpful if the employees knew which ones and answered politely when asked instead of being annoyed. I didn't make it, how am I suppose to know! Overall I recommend this place but I haven't been to others to properly compare.

I really enjoyed how clean this panaderia was and what a great selection of pastries they had on hand. The people were very helpful and the price was about on par with other bakeries in the area. I am told everything was absolutely delicious from cookies to empanadas and more. This area has more than a few bakeries around and this place ranks at the top in my opinion.

I have not been to this place. I have eaten several items that were brought to me by my wife. She is pretty bad about holding items for several days and eating them later. I had the gingerbread pig "cochinito" it was still soft after a week! The kolaches were the best I have had. The fruit filled flaky pastries were crispy on the outside and we'll filled on the inside. I hope more folks go here cause they have some tasty stuff here. Support this business!

Great local bakery! We've gotten plenty of delicious treats here since they opened and recently ordered the tastiest tres leches cake for a baby shower. They had so many options and flavors to choose from and are always quick and friendly. Everyone LOVED the cake and it was very reasonably priced (and huge).

I read about this great new bakery in a Facebook group for the area that I live in. I decided to try it on my way to work today. The bollilos with cream cheese and jalapenos are simply delicious. I brought a bunch to work and everyone loved them. The other pastries are great as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely be back!

I really like their bread they have a good viarety to chose from, my only negative to this bakery is their rellenas the chicken inside is really good but the bread out side is very soggy it's like the dough is not the right one so if you like rellenas like I do don't waste your money here get them some where else.

First time visiting and it was very neat and clean inside. LOTS of choices and what I got was delicious! Definitely going back.

This place is amazing. The sweet breads are fresh and delicious, and they make the best tres leches cakes in town!
