The portions are big, the place is very clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. We ordered the yummy Mazapan frapp, regular coffees, giant burritos, and parrillada, and all portions were big enough to share with two people. The Carne asada, chicken, chorizo, and shrimp were all very tasty and cooked well. The shrimp was my favorite, it was well seasoned, very tasty and nice, and plump! They have a few salsas that they use for the burrito or enchiladas and for the chips, but none are spicy. So we asked for a spicy salsa, and this was actually creamy but still nice and spicy. They have a couple of small tables for outdoor seating and are pet friendly. They're located inside a shopping center with many other businesses but there's plenty of parking. There's also a market and gas station all in the same place.

Google
Out of town visit and wanted to find a Mexican restaurant that wasn’t on the strip. Stumbled upon Tres Amigos. Friendly greeting right when we walked in, busy but still got a table right away. Service was great! Chips & salsa on the table right away, server recommend the guac. It was nice and fresh great flavour. All 4 of us had different menu items and no one was disappointed. We will be back again for sure!

Google
Salsa and chips good, street tacos were good, cheese enchiladas were probably the least enjoyable I’ve had. Tortillas were very dry and couldn’t be cut without a knife. I order those many times and didn’t even finish my dish.

After reading some reviews we made the decision to come here for some Mexican food. We were not let down. The restaurant is presented as very clean. We were greeted, seated, and presented with menus promptly. Service was attentive and friendly. The large portion dishes were all great. If you have a craving for Mexican food, I’d recommend Tres Amigos!

Google
This was a delicious experience and the staff are very friendly and kind. Great location and the restaurant is very clean. They offer outstanding specials daily and the food is delicious. Huge selection of beverages and huge parking lot instead the plaza on Windmill and Eastern. Kid and handicapped friendly. Highly recommend.

Google
Such a cute little restaurant with high quality food and exceptional service. I love sitting and eating here and or ordering it online very often. This place never disappoints me. The food presentation is stunning and the staff goes above and beyond. Thank you Tres Amigos !

Google
I am beyond disappointed after seeing the reviews here. My order was terrible. The carne asada burrito after the first bite was bland, meat was very charred and the tortilla tasted like a grocery store flour tortilla. Really fluffy and chewy. Couple bites in I had to open this thing up. Upon inspection it appears to me that there were two different meats used. One new and one old because some meat was fresh looking and the other was charred like it was it's second time being cooked. On top of that there was very little meat. This thing is basically a rice and bean burrito with grocery store Mexican cheese blend sprinkled in. The salmon tacos were disgusting. The meat was grey inside. Old fish. Tasted gross. 9 bucks each!! I don't like to tear down little establishments but I'm sorry, this was the worste food that I've had in years. Stay away at all costs!!!

Yelp
I don't leave a review every time I come to Tres Amigos but I can honestly say I have never been dissatisfied with the food, service or ambience. This time I came solo on a Friday after work and visiting my friends mother at a memory care facility, and I needed some comfort food. The shredded beef burrito served with rice and beans, was not only savory and filling, it provided a perfect meal for the following day, which was a nice surprise! Everything has always been consistent, satisfying, friendly and welcoming. Anytime I am in this area, and hungry. I do not hesitate to stop and indulge!

Yelp
1/5 "Great Service and Music, but the Food Was Awful" I had high hopes for Tres Amigos Mexican Grill, especially with the great service and awesome music. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively. But sadly, the food was a major letdown. It was bland, greasy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Everything we ordered was just disappointing. It's a shame because the service and music were fantastic, but I can't get past how bad the food was. I won't be coming back.

Yelp
Stumbled upon Tres Amigos for breakfast. The place is decorated with vibrant colors and cute pictures on the walls. The waitstaff was incredible, I wish I had her name to give a shout out. I'm not sure if they serve alcohol, but there was an array of different fountain and coffee/tea drinks available. My husband had the Chilaquiles which were perfectly covered with red sauce (you have the choice between red/green). Egg was cooked just the way he asked. I had the Quesadilla, stuffed with cheese and Chorizo- guac & sour cream on the side. Plenty of chips and salsa. Salsa hit the spot between hot and mild. I love when salsa has added spices as Tres Amigos does it. We do visit Vegas often and we will add this one to our play list!

Yelp
The service here is amazing! Everyone was super attentive and friendly. We ordered so much food it was insane! The ceviche was delicious, chicken tortilla soup was the best I've ever had. They have frappes too! Definitely recommend giving them a shot if you are in the area !

Yelp
We always get a great meal with great service at this restaurant. I'm so glad we found this place because it is our go-to Mexican food. The interior is nicely decorated with fun drawings, paintings and televisions. The food is so good!

Yelp
Recently moved into the area and I'm upset that we didn't come by this place sooner. What a local gem! We came in for a late lunch so the restaurant was quiet, but I could imagine during lunch/dinner hours it can get busy. They have a great set of lunch specials and run daily deals on many menu items. We came in on a Wednesday which currently is half off an entree if you buy another entree and 2 drinks. My wife and I got the carnitas plate and the carne asada plate, which were great portions and very flavorful. The pork wasn't dry at all but cooked perfectly. The steak was tender and delicious! My toddler loved both as well as the rice and chips. The chips and red salsa were good as well, I'd ask for some green salsa right away next time as it was such a refreshing taste. There's also a habanero salsa that has a sneaky heat but isn't too overpowering. Mixing the green and habanero created a perfect combo for me. The refried beans also tasted great. Overall a fantastic platter. Our server was great as well, he was on top of checking everything, bringing stuff out, always refilling drinks. He even brought our son a balloon which was very nice. Will definitely be back to sit in as well as order out because we loved the meal.

Yelp
I forgot to leave my first review a few days ago but me and my partner came back again!! I originally came for the albondigas and the sopa was perfect, we loved the atmosphere and service the first time and it was even better the second time feeling like home, we loved how it's not super busy and just an at home feeling, the food is all sooo good, I had the combination plate this time and was able to get chili relenos, quesabirria, enchiladas con carne molida, and the ceviche was bomb too, will be coming back regularly

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. It's a small little restaurant. No frills, but cute and welcoming. The service has always been so friendly and I feel like family every time I come here. We've been eating here for years and everything we've tried has been delicious. This time we decided to try breakfast. So good!!! The huevos rancheros was probably some of the best I've had. The portions are big for your average price. This just might be our new breakfast spot too. This place is gonna be sick and tired of seeing me. I love it that much. Definitely check them out.

Yelp
Good food. My server was very nice and efficient and didn't give me a hard time when i felt like my ceviche had a funky taste to it. Fixed it right away. It was very empty inside, but we went at an odd hour so I didn't think too much of it. We went in because there was a person on the corner holding an advertisement. We never would've known they were there if not!

Yelp
Pretty good little Mexican Restaurant. I got some takeout but the offer dine in service as well. The gal that took my order, Heidi, was friendly and my food was packed up hot and fast. This place is cute and clean and I would come back for sit down service . The food is pretty good as well!

Yelp
We stopped by for a non-planned lunch at a random Mexican restaurant and so glad we did. First, I was amazed at how neat and clean the place is, even the restroom. There's Mexican music playing in the background at a perfect volume that allows you to enjoy your food and conversation. The server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which helped us to decide on our food. We were served complimentary salsa and chips for the table and noted that for an additional serving or seconds, there would be a charge. We ordered the horchata, quesabirria, asada and chicken a la diabla dishes, and Tres amigos nachos. Everything was delicious! The salsa in the asada and chicken was nice and tasty and a little spicy, and the quesabirrias were also really good! The nachos were just ok, too many beans hardly any meat. Overall, it was a nice relaxed vibe and enjoyable meal. Will definitely returnto try other menu items and for the daily specials. P.S. at a different table, someone ordered the fajitas which looked pretty good but the sizzling smell of the spices had us coughing still curious to try next time.

Yelp
I was craving Mexican food last night and my husband found this place. After looking at the photos, I wanted to give this place a try. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff and were told we could sit anywhere we like. We sat down and our waiter came and took our drink order right away. He suggested strawberry lemonade, which sounded good, but I was craving some iced tea. I asked if their iced tea was sweet, and our waiter said they have both sweetened and unsweetened, but the sweetened was flavored. He said mango was one of the flavors, so I opted for that since it's my favourite fruit. After giving us some time to look at the menu, our waiter came back to take our order. We ordered a shredded beef burrito wet with enchilada sauce, a shredded beef chimichanga, and a Baja fish taco. I was starving and couldn't wait for the food to come out, and luckily we didn't have to wait too long. Wet shredded beef burrito: this was our favourite out of the three. The enchilada sauce was not the best, but it worked with the burrito. It was a lot lighter than we expected it to be though, we were expecting a red sauce. We asked for a side of the verde sauce and ranchero sauce so we would know if we liked it for next time. We decided to stick with the enchilada sauce. The shredded beef itself was good and flavourful. Not the best we've ever had, but probably the best we've had in NV (for now). I think it would have tasted better with some guac and sour cream, so I used some from the chimichanga, and I was right. Chimichanga: I've never had a chimichanga before, but it's essentially a deep fried burrito. I liked the concept of it, and it tasted good, but I think I prefer the wet burrito over the deep fried. This order came with guac and sour cream while the wet burrito did not. It tasted the same as the wet burrito with the differences I mentioned above. It was good, but would probably not get again. Baja fish taco: this was the least favourite of the three, and we probably wouldn't get it again. Instead of one big piece of fish, there were a bunch of small burnt pieces. The sauce they used was too tangy and not very good. After taking a bite, it just gave a weird aftertaste. Will not be ordering this again. Our server brought refills of our drinks to the table often, and even brought a small pitcher of my iced tea to have table side. The iced tea was okay and not too sweet, but it didn't have the flavour I was looking for. Next time I'll try their strawberry lemonade. I was stuffed by the end of dinner, and our server asked if we'd like dessert. I ordered a flan to go. When I got home, I had digested enough to try a bite of it. It was different from most flan I've had, it had a strong cinnamon flavour, but it was still good. I saved the rest of it to eat later. All in all, the place was not bad and the staff were super nice, so we will likely be back to try other things on the menu.

Yelp
As we entered, we were greeted with smiles. We had the Enchiladas Rancheras with shredded beef and Wet Burrito with shredded beef. Comes with a side a beans and rice. All were very delicious. FYI: Chips & salsa do not come courtesy with your meal; it's an extra charge. The interior is nicely decorated with Mexican themes. They have some great lunch specials.

Yelp
I was craving some ceviche and saw that this place had good reviews. The restaurant has a lot of seating and I liked the decor they had. They have a lot of coffee options and non alcoholic beverages available. The server was very friendly and helpful with giving us recommendations. We all had the ceviche and liked it! They loaded the tosdada so much that we needed another one to eat the rest so you are kind of getting enough food for 2 servings. My sister got the tamale with green sauce and she really liked it but it was $6 and not that big. My fish taco was $7.00 just for one with no sides, a little pricey but it was good. I have no complaints with the food because everything was delicious just be aware that the pricing is a little high but you won't be disappointed. I will definitely come back and try more of their food.

Yelp
Food: shrimp fajitas and street taco platter. Free chips and fresh salsa. I love that!! And the salsa was tasty. Shrimp fajitas- large serving with huge shrimps, very tasty and the shrimps were cooked perfectly, very tender. Comes with salsa Fresca, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, rice and beans and corn or flour tortillas and a mile green sauce on the side. I asked for no sour cream and no cheese. Rice and beans were seasoned perfectly. Carne asada street tacos - served with rice and beans. Hubby liked it! Ambiance: clean and fairly large space. You could do a table for 8-12. Service: we were the only customers at first but service was super friendly. Location: in a kinda run down nothing plaza with a Smith's in it. I was worried to try it at first since there was no one in there and there aren't many reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised and will be back to try more dishes. This place reminded me of a place we used to go to in San Jose, California called El Amigo Burrito.

Yelp
Stopped in on a weekend and it was empty. Sat down to eat and a server greeted us and gave us menus. Service was a little below average. There were no other customers in the restaurant, and it took the server at least 10 minutes to get us water and take our order. Casual setting and a good amount of open tables to sit at. The food is standard for what it is. My boyfriend and I both got carne asada street taco platters. Portion size is very generous; I could not finish everything on my plate. Beans were really good, but carne asada was a little on the tough side.

Cecilia L.

Yelp
Food was ready fast and service was very friendly. The decor was traditional and location larger than expected. Nice place to sit and chat over food.

The lovely life of Lily B.

Yelp
Very delicious food great service and very good prices extremely clean very beautifully decorated

Yelp
Do not order from this place, at least make sure not to order delivery, for sure. Ordered enchilada suiza combo and carne asada French fries. Food ordered came cold, and food was bland and tasteless. Beans cold with no taste, salsa with chips included nothing but onion and no flavor. Ordered 2 menu items and didn't receive not even 1 salsa / hot sauce. Minimal sour cream for both dishes. Pico de gallo and guacamole were flavorless and overpowered by onion. I wouldn't order from here again and would not recommend. Too many great places to eat in vegas besides this place. Learn from our mistake and order from the next better place. The one star is only for the person delivering the food. Besides the delivery, this experience was horrible.

Alex J.

Yelp
Great food and great value. The portions were big and the quality was excellent. Our new favorite Mexican place.

Maria V.

Yelp
Best Mexican food in town. Good quality meat. Combo fajita and the butter garlic shrimp are absolutely amazing and flavorful. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Yelp
Amazing service delicious food also excellent customer service I got a fresh agua fresca and they gave me a new one to take home

Yelp
Pretty good hole in the wall Mexican restaurant! All the staff are really attentive and make sure you have what you need The chips and salsa are one of the best I've tried in Vegas honestly I ordered the burrito with carne asada and the meat was perfect! Not fat and chewy I don't believe they have alcohol but I think I saw they have a coffee bar
google avatar

Rick B.

Yelp
I guess you could consider us regulars. We have breakfast there about once a week. I love the huevos rancheros. Eggs cooked perfectly and the ranchero sauce is fantastic. It's a huge plus they have "pot beans". Chorizo and eggs are fantastic. The small breakfast burrito is perfect for my mother in law. You won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Yelp
The food is fantastic, the service is exceeding kind, and generous. The salsa is my favorite. It's colorful and painted nicely inside. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Service is Always Awesome and the food is Always Delicious. Hands down the best Mexican restaurant within a 15 mile radius of Henderson. Take it from someone who grew up eating Mexican food! Enjoy and a show them my post if it inspired you to try.

Yelp
Came here with a few coworkers for lunch. Been to this shopping center many times and never noticed this restaurant until a coworker told us about it. Being that we are an adventurous bunch, we were all for trying out a place we had never gone before. Our sever was super friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I did not catch his name. I ordered camarones a la diabla all nice and asked for them to make it very spicy. Soon after taking our order, he came back with chips and salsa which was quite delicious. We got a green and habanero salsa. That habanero salsa had a nice kick! My meal came out and it looked good. A ton of rice, fresh pico and guac, tortillas, and about 8 large shrimp. I love mixing the rice with the sauce and stuffing it into a tortilla. I have a high tolerance for heat, but I was pleasantly surprised by how spicy the sauce was. Mixing the rice with the shrimp and sauce allowed for the rice to soak up all that spicy deliciousness. The only thing I didn't care for was the flower the put on our plates. As pretty as it makes our plates, it is unnecessary, but that's a very minor thing. Definitely want to go back and try some other dishes.

Yelp
Great food! Great service! In a small shopping mall that can be hard to find. But definitely with it when you do
google avatar

Ami T.

Yelp
Our first time here the salsa is the best I've had in quite some time. And the service with a smile!! People were very sweet. The places doesn't look inviting, but it's a small moment and pop place- needs some updating in my opinion, but overall very clean and excellent food!!! We definitely will be going back.

Yelp
As 2 Stars says, "could have been better". I ordered a Giant Burrito w/ Carnitas ($19.99). If you like refried beans and rice, it's a great burrito. I saw her make it. The lady put the same amount of meat as she would in a small burrito. I do not understand why places do this, well, I do understand. When I got home, I took it apart, and yes, the meat would equal a small burrito. So they filled the burrito with rice and beans and doubled the price. I threw two-thirds of the burrito away. The burrito had a limited amount of flavor, as the rice and beans didn't have any flavor. The two employees were super nice and the place was very clean. Thank you for your time.

Yelp
The food at Tres Amigos was delicious. First visit and we were really pleased. Great food and service. Busy but not so busy and we will be back. The menu has something for everyone. The chips and salsa were just spot on. There is nothing I can say that was negative.

Devin A.

Yelp
Avoid! Parents took me here for my first time. I was the only person in our large party who understood spanish. The racist, homophobic, derogatory comments directed towards me and my family were shocking and could be clearly heard throughout the entire restaurant. On top of all that, the food was mediocre at best. There are far too many options nearby to bother with The Three Culeros!
google avatar

Ted S.

Yelp
Here from PA on vacation and it was a lovely experience with great service. Clean and nice interior. Food was amazing. Very flavorful. Would come back anytime I'm here on vacation.

Yelp
Daniel & Francisco are great. The food is good, and nice size servings. Dining room is always clean and welcoming

Yelp
Found this place a little by happy accident. The restaurant is nice and we'll decorated; they have a couple TVs and music playing but all in good taste. The food was good; the nachos portions was huge and we couldn't finish them. I ordered the Chilaquiles with the red sauce and that was plenty of food for me! The kids menu had lots of options but my son lives on chicken nuggets. The prize dish was definitely the bunelos; who doesn't love sugar, cinnamon, ice cream, whipped cream and all the deliciousness that comes with it. The service was good and the price was on point for the meal we had. We will definitely be back for dessert!!

George A.

Yelp
After being served one of our guests in a party of 8 asked for a variation on a menu item which the waiter agreed could be bone our guest who is fluent in Spanish could overhear uncomfortable chatting from the kitchen staff describing the machismo of our guest and the makeup of the guests at our table most of which was very insulting homophobia and racial in nature We had been regular patrons of the Windmill location for several years but after seeing the expression of our guest and listening to what he observed and overheard we are severing our relationship with Tres Amigos and will NO longer promote them to our friends and family

J C.

Yelp
Saw this place on Yelp so our family went . We were greeted with the friendly staff. This time the waiters Daniel n Dave were the best. Got complimentary chips n salsa. My wife ordered chimichanga , my son had the giant chimichanga, his girlfriend had the Cal burrito and I had the combo birria n enchilada. Everyone said everything was all good! And again Daniel n Dave took great care of us!!!

Yelp
Great little spot for Mexican food. Consistently good. Fair prices and good daily specials. I recommend for anybody looking to grab a quick Mexican dinner.

Yelp
Friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere. Quick service. Hot and delicious food. I will return to this restaurant to experience it all over again. Thank you amigos. Thank you Danny.

Yelp
Found this place on Yelp. While visiting Las Vegas, I decided to try this place out. Located in a small strip mall next to a Chinese restaurant. It has about 15 tables. The inside is clean. I was greeted right away and able to seat myself. The server came right away, and I ordered a soda. He returned with my drink, and I ordered an order of 3 Jalapeños Toreados and a chicken chimichanga. He brought me complimentary chips and salsa. My order arrived shortly after. The Jalapeños Toreados was nicely fried and came in a bowl with Pico de Gallo. They came out temperature hot. They were moderate in spiciness. Delicious. The chimichanga came out fresh and hot with a side of lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream. It was large. The flavor was good. The outside was crispy. I think I would rather have the beans and rice on the side, rather than inside the chimichanga. I would definitely eat here again. The staff were friendly and the food was good. They even give a free refill on the soda.

Yelp
Such a hidden gem! The service was great and very accommodating. It was very clean and fresh food. I had the lunch special of Chile Relleno with beans. It was a perfect lunch portion. I am looking forward to going back and trying more dishes.

Yelp
Excelente servicio, el sabor de la comida es auténtico a la tradicional comida mexicana, los precios son justos y la atención de su personal, es muy cordial. El ambiente es familiar y cómodo.

Yelp
Tres Amigos is our go-to. They treat you like family, and the food is amazing. We usually alternate between the Tres Amigos Chilaquiles, the Carne asada & Camarones Al Mojo de Ajo, the Carne Asada A La Diabla (the sauce is very spicy, but so addicting) and Flautas. We have tried other stuff as well, and all has been delicious! Their coffee options are amazing. Ex: iced options and frap options including Mazapan and Fererro Rocher. I highly recommend this place for food and service.
google avatar

Josh E.

Yelp
I just happened into this place after seeing reviews on YELP - it did not disappoint!! I enjoyed the Tres Amigos Bowl with Chicken - off the restaurants Lunch Menu. It's a Bowl with Refried Beans, Rice, Shredded Chicken, Shredded Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes, & a Dollop of Sour Cream. Everything was super fresh and the Chicken was delicious! The Service was fantastic too.. I will definitely be back!!!
google avatar

Doug M.

Yelp
I do not recommend this place as I've been around Mexican food my whole life. The hottest salsa was mediocre I had a wet asada burrito I'm assuming was diezmillo, I think Roberto's has better asada and Roberto's has been going downhill. The meals are expensive and the quality is not great. I also came on a Tuesday morning to try a breakfast burrito to find them not open at 8am like posted. I waited until 8:20ish when someone finally showed up. I left as he had to open up the kitchen and I was already waiting 30 minutes at this point.
google avatar

Melisha L.

Yelp
I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is so friendly and even when they are super busy, they take the time to explain everything on the menu and answer any questions you may have. The food? So delicious! The fajitas are by far some of the best fajitas I have had in Vegas! Definitely go and check them out when you are in town!
google avatar

Bobby M.

Yelp
Checked this joint out today and it was a disappointment. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito for $7 and change thinking for $7 it would be a decent size. Ha! It was about the size of taco bells burrito. They also charge for chips and salsa. Will not recommend.

Yelp
Went here, yesterday, Christmas Eve in the evening to order takeout taco meals for my family of four, the staff were very friendly and professional, and the food was prepared quickly. The restaurant is clean and the food was delicious.
