We couldn’t have picked a better restaurant to eat at!!! I’m so so glad we went off the strip for dinner! The food was SO SO GOOD! The staff was inviting kind and friendly!! I don’t open repeat restaurants when traveling but I 1000% want to go back to Tres Cazuelas BEST. FOOD. EXPERIENCE. EVER.

Google
This spot is a hidden gem! They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has plenty of heat lamps, so it feels like summer even when it’s chilly outside. We came on a Friday night- they had live entertainment! The restaurants offer a very intimate atmosphere! They have a space upstairs for larger parties, but the main dining area is small and intimate. We came here for date night and it was perfect. We tried a variety of the tapas and ended with glasses of sherry. The servers and bartenders were extremely knowledgeable. We took their suggestions on plates to order and couldn’t have been happier!

This… No words Honestly it’s Spain right here in Vegas From presentation to taste to details are five star. Lobster bisque and strawberry gazpacho superb, tapas= shrimp, artichoke, etc alll off the charts on taste, and don’t sleep on the pineapple upside down cake!!

If I Could Give 6 Stars, I Would – An Unforgettable Experience at Tres Cazuelas! Tres Cazuelas in Las Vegas completely blew me away — this wasn’t just a dinner, it was a culinary journey that I’ll be talking about for a long time. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt warm, welcoming, and effortlessly chic — but what truly set the night apart was the outstanding attention and service from the staff. A special shoutout to Deana and her amazing coworker from Barcelona — their passion, professionalism, and genuine care elevated the experience to another level. They didn’t just serve the food — they told a story with every dish and every pour of wine. Their energy was magnetic, and their knowledge made us feel like VIPs the entire evening. And speaking of wine… the selection was exquisite. I was blown away by the curated offerings, especially the Garnachas — bold, expressive, and perfectly paired with each course. You can tell this team truly understands flavor and balance. The food? Flawless. Every plate was a masterclass in taste and texture — rich, soulful, and beautifully presented. It was so good, I had to come back twice during my Vegas trip. That’s how unforgettable the experience was. If you’re in Vegas and you’re craving something authentic, passionate, and unforgettable — this is it. 6 stars. No question.

DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION THE SAME DAY THAT AN UPSTAIRS PARTY IS BEING CATERED TO. WE WAITED ONE HOUR AFTER ORDERING DESPITE BEING THE ONLY ONES DOWNSTAIRS NEARBY ONE OTHER SMALL FAMILY. Otherwise, we had a lovely waitress named Monica, delicious appetizers, and satisfying entres. I had pork belly, chicken and mushroom empanadas, churros, and some potatoes. 2 scallops for $20 is insane but otherwise, the food was fairly priced. Overall, extremely scrumptious. Nice decor. Clean place. Music was loud enough for such a small indoor space that I had to really speak up, despite many describing the settting as “intimate”. I can only imagine how loud it gets with live music performances on weekends. Seemed bar-like in that sense. Likely great for latino parties. If it wasn’t for the excruciating wait on a family member’s BIRTHDAY, I’d have given this place a 5/5.

Google
Enjoyed the food and detailed plating! Tapas were tasty though very tiny! Some personal preferences: we wished the music was quieter since the loud music overpowered all of our conversation.

Google
The he parking can be challenging since the bar next door could be crowded in holiday season. The service was courteous. Tapas were good, lamb chops were tender and tasty; Paellas smelled good and plenty of seafood flavors. Sangria was fresh and little plain.

Google
You will not find better tapas outside of Spain!!!! The coquettes were perfection; not overly mixed so were perfectly rich. The bravas and aioli were spot on, but the rajas empanada took the cake!!! We ordered every empanada they offer 🤣 Lobster bisque actually had all claw meat in it?!??? And the mere mention they have tinto de verano. 🤤 That’s always a good start. 10/10 already have plans to return and bring guests. So so good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yelp
Stopped by on Sunday, 6/23, at noon, made reservations prior for the Sunday brunch. We opted in for the bottomless sangria ($18, and they leave you the pitcher at your table) and also the Estrella beer, which I haven't had since I was in Barcelona a couple of years ago. So crisp and ice cold ! We went through the appetizer/tapas section, and everything was delicious. My personal favorite was the croquetas aturfadas and the lamb chops. We closed our meal out with the paella marinera; the seafood was very fresh and overall delicious. Seth was our server, and he was very attentive and gave us some of his personal favorite recommendations. The place was empty, and we were the only table on a Sunday at noon, which to me was crazy as everything was delicious and the bottomless sangria is a bargain.

Yelp
Food: We had a large party so we ordered a lot of tapas and paella dishes. Everything was good, my favorite tapas was the patatas bravas and the churrasco pintxo. The aioli they put on the patatas bravas was amazing and the potatoes were the perfect texture. The churrasco pintxo is a short rib skewer and it was seared well, but what made it was the chimichurri sauce. We ordered 4 paella dishes and all of them were excellent. I read some reviews about the rice not being crispy, but the paellas we got had plenty of crispy rice bits. My favorite was the paella mixta "tres cazuelas" just because it had all the meat and seafood. You can't go wrong with any of the paellas though. Service: Our party of 9 had a reservation at 1 pm on a Sunday and were seated after a couple of minutes of waiting. We didn't get our waiter's name but he was happy to answer all the questions we had. The owner even came out to check on us. All food came out at a reasonable time. Just keep in mind that the paella takes about 30 minutes to cook because they make it the moment you order it. Ambiance: From the outside you don't think much of the restaurant, but looks can be deceiving. We sat outside and the vibe was nice. Perfect for a sunny day.

Yelp
4,5 stars 3 years later. Food was excellent! Our 2 tapas orders were yummy but I personally would have liked it slightly more hot temperature wise, otherwise delicious! The beef short ribs was perfect! Hot, moist, fork tender. My only complaint- wanted more. Our server, Erik, was a delight. The music was a tad loud combined with a large party of 12 at the next table but we dealt with it. Overall, glad we got to eat here again on our return Vegas trip.

Yelp
Wow! Don't let the outside fool you. The ambiance and vibe made me feel like I was in a Spanish tasca back in Spain. This is right next door to the famous Sand Dollar Bar. The wife and I had the Bottomless Sangrias. We also liked the Iberico Dates. For dinner, we had the Early Happy Hour Menu which is a 3-Course Meal (see my photo for menu options). We enjoyed the Portobello Vishyssoise & Truffle Soup. The Bistro Chicken Maton was tasty, and my wife enjoyed the Tres Pork Chop. The dessert was a little letdown was just a simple churro with a dipping sauce. A minor issue for me was the restroom. There was a plumbing leak and the floor was completely wet. Plus, you have to go outside the restaurant, which feels just as sketchy like the rest of the building. Overall, our server was very friendly and everyone on their staff provided exceptional service. Amazing vibes and great authentic food.

Yelp
Though we previously dined there well over 4 years ago, locating it on this trip proved to be a challenge. Listed as being on Spring Mountain Road, it is not visible from the road, but down a longish driveway shared with the Sand Dollar Lounge. The corkage fee is waived on Wednesdays so we brought the remains of our happy hour vino with us. A shared grilled romaine lettuce salad turned out to be okay, but it was a stretch to call it grilled (see attached photo). We also shared an order of paella marinara Tres Cazuellas that included the usual saffron rice (no socorrat), shrimp, calamari, clams, mussels and sweet peppers. It was deemed to be less than fantastico though entirely eatable.

Yelp
Phenomenal service! From the get go till the end! Owner greeted our group and got us some drinks, as a real host does! Moved us upstairs to a private room. The wine was poured then... the deliciousness ensued! Tapas apps were astonishing, every bite. The real show here is fresh Paella made table-side, well just on the patio. The owner himself cooked a beautiful menagerie of Chicken, Shrimps,Clams, Mussels, and Pork Belly, in a perfectly seasoned Arborio rice. The tomato and Saffron sauce was bubbling away patiently simmering as we were mesmerized by the aromas! It tastes as good as it smelled! The food here is delicious! The service is spectacular and they even had a live guitarist playing in the dining room.

Yelp
I'm so happy I found this place! You wouldn't think much from the outside, but inside, there's great live mood music, classy ambience and the service is superb. That's just the beginning. The food is simple, yet very flavorful. Nothing is bland like some of the bigger restaurants. We had the iberico dates, ricotta stuffed zucchini blossoms, raw oysters, paella mixta and the pork chops. Everything was superb! I can't wait to come back and try the other dishes. Pro Tip: Order the paella as soon as you arrive because it takes 35-45 minutes. Also try to make a reservation on Open Table. It's a small place so I can imagine it gets packed really fast.
google avatar

Yelp
Exceeded our expectations!!! Our waitress was so helpful with making selections. Smaller size restaurant with not a lot of seating, so I would personally recommend a reservation. Wednesday is BYOB, no corkage fee!!!!! The menus has a large selection of really yummy tapas!!! The paella takes about 30 to 40 minutes, so make sure to order that first thing. We ordered bottomless sangria $18 and it is totally worth it. We had a great time definitely will come back. You have to exit the restaurant for the restroom FYI.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! This is a local favorite! Head chef, Angelo did a fantastic job and the staff was wonderful. He came out to greet guests and made sure everyone had everything that they needed. We came with a big group and they took care of everyone as if they were the only person there. Even the salad was delicious- great combination of flavor and the dressing topped it off I had the scallops as a main dish and that was also tasty. The appetizers were also delicious. My favorite was the shrimp! It was fresh and the sauce was so good! It's very close to the strip and a quick Uber ride makes it easy and convenient to get to.

Yelp
When searching for Basque restaurants in our area locally, I found TREs Cazuelas. While not what I was looking for we were pleasantly surprised. While I booked a table inside, after other diners commented about the level of sound from the live music, I am glad we sat outside under the non permanent structure in the parking lot. The service was okay with the primary server having too many tables and the support person really stepping up to make sure we were taken care of properly. The food was amazing but the orders did not come out correctly and we had started eating the Paella dishes by the time we determined that the wrong couples received the wrong dishes. The food was all amazing so nobody was upset. In addition, the chef brought us a variety of deserts to share to make up for the discrepancy. I would definitely return and my visit was both for business and pleasure and they accommodated us very well as a party of 8.

Yelp
My friends and I dined here for a birthday dinner. We had a reservation for 630pm but arrived a little late, which they accommodated. Firstly, they seemed to be either short staffed or they did not have an efficient routine. The waitress went to get the order from the table next to us, but they weren't ready. Instead of coming to ask us next, she just walked away even though we were ready. We finally ordered a few dishes and before she left she recommended the dates wrapped with bacon. We told her we'd like to try it and I saw that she noted it down. Food came slowly. Complimentary bread came out first, which had 3 pieces even though we had a party of 4. Food was pretty good but the dish she had recommended never came until we reminded her. She also started clearing our plates and utensils before the last dish came out so we had to share one fork at the end. After we finished eating we contemplated ordering the churros for dessert but decided against it because it just wasn't worth the wait at this point. Everything felt so slow, from beating seated, ordering, getting the food, getting the dessert menu, then finally paying. Again, food was good but it was not worth the wait that we had to endure and the lack of attention to detail.

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a Saturday evening. The location is right off the freeway when you exit spring mountain. Parking is in a little center but we were able to find a spot pretty easy. The restaurant has indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio. The indoor seating is relatively small so reservations are highly recommended. To our delight there was Mr Ronnie Rathers playing live music on his guitar. Music ranged from bluesy tunes to old time favorites. Service was very good. A waitress greeted us and took our orders right away. There was a little wait time for the food, but it is because they are made fresh to order. For dinner we ordered the churrasco "pintxo," the esquites, and the paella marinera . The churrasco pintxo was so juicy and tender. However for 2 small sticks it was a rather expensive dish. Glad we tried it, but probably wouldn't get it again. The esquites were just that. Esquites. It didn't taste bad but there was nothing that stood out from it. The paella however was delicious. There were scattered pieces of seafood throughout such as shrimp, calamari, and clams. It was well seasoned and it was A LOT. We ended getting a to go box to enjoy for another day. Overall this is a nice restaurant to enjoy paella and live music or even as a special occasion dinner.

Yelp
Visiting from Hawaii, we don't have a lot of Latin cuisine. So, every chance I get to try something different, I jump at the opportunity! Tres Cazuelas did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and explained the dishes well to us. We ordered a plethora of dishes! So much, that I'm shocked we finished everything! We ordered the Short Rib Empanadas, Gambas Al Ajillo, Pork Belly Pintxo, Lamb Chops, Croquetas Serru, Grilled Spanish Octopus, Short Rib Tacos, Pastor Tacos, Eli's Wagyu Burger, Escargot, Torta Cubano, Tomato Bread (unsure of the name), and Paella. Everything was superb! Surprisingly, we made some room for dessert and order flan and churros. Both were delicious! The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating (under a cute covered area). There's lots of parking and it's a quick drive from the strip. I'd highly recommend!

Raymond G.

Yelp
Tres Cazuelas has amazing food! Everything was delicious. The steak and paella were great choices! The customer service is top tier and although the inside is small it's super cute and we really enjoyed the live music.

Yelp
Came for Sunday brunch and got to see the owner make the large paella on the spot, which took about an hour. Outdoor patio was shaded and water misting which was refreshing. The paella was delicious. On Sunday brunch there is an endless option for $45 per person or $45 for a typical portion to share. Grilled octopus has a nice char. Not too far from strip.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible. Like others have said, don't let the unassuming exterior fool you--this place is a hidden gem. I started with the empanadas, which were perfectly crisp and packed with flavor. The short ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender, served with creamy goat cheese potato purée that balanced the richness beautifully. I finished with a churro that was light, crisp, and just the right amount of sweet. Everything tasted fresh, high-quality, and authentically Spanish. The service was just as impressive--friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Tres Cazuelas wine pairing dinner. Friends and we have just finished wine tasting at Grand Cru/Partage, and decided to go to dinner at Tres Cazuelas. We were surprised to know that they were having a 5-course wine pairing dinner when Chef Angelo Reyes stopped by our table and that he could add us to the event. Of course we said absolutely yes! Glad we did, because a master sommelier, Carmelo Messina, was on hand to pour and talk about each wine. We learned so much from him. What delighted us was that after he poured wine for all four of us, he left each bottle! The whole experience was wonderful, beginning to end. The food was exceptionally good, and the wine pairings were perfect. Chef Angelo and Sommelier Carmelo were so personable and so accommodating that they made us feel like we were the only people they were serving. We also loved the live guitar music. People who will go there for the first time may be surprised that it's next to a motel in Chinatown. But once inside, you'll be transported into a warm and cozy Spanish restaurant with seemingly happy staff and a guitarist performing live music. And remember to check out their special events (Christmas, New Year's eve, Valentines) and all-you-can-eat paella on Sundays!

Yelp
Amazing food and wonderful hospitality. As we finish our trip in Vegas, we decided to get brunch before heading back to OC. Found this small restaurant that has all you can eat paella... Off the strip in a business complex before the all the Asian plaza and Chinatown is this quaint place... Ambiance was a bit lacking but the food made up for it. We were skeptic of the place when we got there, but the Host/Owner was so welcoming and pleasant. We ordered: AYCE Paella Sangria Breads Would have ordered more and other dish to try, but still hungover and grumpy hubby said, no! Paella - perfectly cooked with just right amount of garlic and seasonings. Huge shrimps and vast varieties of clams, mussels, and pork belly. Not a single bite of just rice. And it's ALL YOU CAN EAT !!! Sangria - perfectly mixed with a nice blend of wine/alcohol. Not overwhelmingly sweet. Liked it so much I requested to take the rest of my pitcher to go . What can I say... my drinks. This will definitely be my go to place for homie comfort Spanish/tapas food every time I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
What a fantastic restaurant. Went here for our anniversary dinner and it was spectacular. The restaurant is small and tucked away near the strip. They even made a cute covered outdoor eating area that we ended up having all to ourselves for the entire dinner. They gave us a complimentary champagne toast for the anniversary, and we ordered bottomless sangrias which were delicious. For food, we ordered the bacon-wrapped dates, churrasco, croquettes, chicken empanadas and then the paella with braised beef, chicken and pork belly. All of them were great, but the croquettes were a huge standout. The manchego and beschamel together was a perfect combo. The paella was also terrific, one of the best I've had in town. For dessert they recommended the churros and we enjoyed those as well. Very well cooked and prepared. In total we spent $150 for drinks, a few tapas, the entree (paella) and dessert and we left completely stuffed. Overall value was perfectly fine. The food came out very fast, the service staff was kind and attentive, and head chef Angelo came out to check on us at the end too. All in all, we couldn't have been happier and it was an anniversary dinner to remember. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Last minute reservation for 16 people and was rewarded their private dining room. It was simply decorated and had a small but nice view of Las Vegas was at night. However, their service was a bit slow but I am not complaining because we had a huge party with many orders. Let me tell you, their food was amazingly delicious and I would encourage all to come and try. From seafood and beef paella, lamb chops, creamy couscous with yummy scallops, tomahawk steak, and others.. it was a wonderful and filling feast. I wish I took more pictures but the food was just so good.
google avatar

Yelp
Angelo is the most accommodating host. We asked for patio seating on a rainy early evening and he made arrangements for us, along with Plan B inside seating upstairs with minimal other guests. Food was always absolutely delicious and wait staff were efficient and kind. We are always back for more.

Yelp
Don't waste your time or money. Very noisy, very overpriced, terrible service and awful food. I had 4 baked oyster and it cost $16. My friend had alcachofas al ajillo (3 shrimp) for $16. Two there friends shared shared seafood paella for $50 and they said it was not worth it.
google avatar

Matthew S.

Yelp
The food was excellent once we got it. I had the combination paella and it was enough to feed an army. My wife had the short ribs and they were excellent as well. One of the three appetizers we ordered came after the main courses were served even though we kept asking the waitress about it and constantly getting "it will be right up". The waitress seemed flustered although the place wasn't packed. Maybe a bad night. The variety of wine was nice and with the half price happy hour, well worth getting a couple. I like the look of the place, especially the outdoor seating which we were not offered. The service was the only downfall. Cooks and waitresses need to step up their game. I will give them one more chance due to the quality of the food.

Yelp
Place is amazing! Super cool seating outside. Fast friendly service. The paella and apps were delicious. They can customize the paella. Will def be back!

Yelp
I booked this for Valentine's Day !!! I also called and asked if the full menu would be available I was told it was !!! Came a bit early but still wait 30 min after my reservation!!! Upon seating I was told that they had a prefix menu which is disappointing since I had called and made sure !!! Luckily the waiter or/ manager was willing to work things out Ordered drinks they were yummy !! Blue cheese mussels where so yummy I really enjoyed !!! Got halibut and also pallea !!! Both were extremely delicious the halibut was definitely my favorite they even gave us extra piece since of the misunderstanding with the menu!!! I definitely want to come back to try items I had wanted to originally try but wasn't able to!!!

Yelp
yes, I'm afraid to say how wonderful this restaurant is because then I'll never be able to get a reservation. The service is Top Notch, the owner of the restaurant and Chef will come over and say hi and make sure that you enjoyed your dinner. Now, why wouldn't you, everything is homemade, fresh, delicious and authentic. It's like you're walking into Spain! It will be hard, but make sure you save room for dessert, especially the churros. They are the best I've ever had in my life! We had the lamb chops, the bacon wrapped dates, the croquettes, the Elote corn. 5 or of 5 !!! They have some really groovy live music too.

Yelp
I have been wanting for sometime now to try this place out. Our party of six ordered a total of three different paella dishes, about four or five appetizers, and I additionally ordered the pork chops. I personally had The mixed paella with the calamari, clams, shrimp, chicken, and "1" mussel. I always fight with the decision to send food back to the kitchen and in this case I really should have. The paella lacked that crispy bottom crust at all. It was highly under seasoned and lacked flavor. The only thing that was flavored were the proteins however, even they were overcooked. the one positive thing about that dish was the shrimp They were colossal in size, and I must say were seasoned well however, the paella more closely resembled dry risotto, overall it was highly disappointing. The appetizer that I personally had was the blue cheese muscles and let me tell you this. I was so looking forward to because it combined two of my favorite things blue cheese and muscles. The muscles were so overcooked and rubbery , and this dish would have been so much better. Had the muscles been cooked properly, and the cheese was not completely melted. It was as if overcooked muscles were sitting in a watery blue cheese broth. There was definitely the scent of blue cheese, but it confuses me as to the lack of blue cheese flavor, it would have been better if the blue cheese were left in crumb form. The service was not horrible, but it was nothing to be remembered. I do like the ambience of this place and the music was great. the pork chop was just slightly overcooked and dry however, the seasoning and flavoring on that dish. I absolutely loved. I really wanted to this place because they were numerous things on the menu that I wanted to try but based on this experience, I highly doubt I will be back.

Yelp
Well recommended by the Yelpers and did not disappoint. The aesthetics of the place are awesome! it almost felt like walking in to your favorite family member's home. Warmly greeted by the only server they had, there were not many people once we arrived around 7ish but later it got busy and I can see why. Being that it was our first time we ended up getting just the appetizers and oh my, were they good! I got the lambchops "moruña" which at first thought they were really small but man were they packing a flavor! Then I also got the ceviche which I believe they could serve up a little more for the price quoted... nonetheless both were filled with great flavor. My friends love their dates (no pun intended) lol. I will come back to try out the Paellas which looked amazing.

Yelp
What a surprise!! We had the short rib skewers and grilled Caesar Salad. The sounds of Spanish Flamenco guitar drifted through the air. My margarita was old school good. The location is less than stellar. But when you walk into the space...it's transformative. I'm going back Saturday for Paella and live music. I might even force my husband to dance with me. If you happen to be there...it will be entertaining because my husband dances like an Oompa Loompa.

Yelp
Paella 4*. Tasted great! It was too moist and I expected socarrat at the bottom of the pan 1120 Croquettes-2.5* texture excellent.Presentation great. Taste bland Gambas al ajillo-5*. It was great! Perfectly cooked and the flavor was amazing Empanadas- 2.5* we ordered beef empanadas, but we got chicken empanadas. They had to take away the chicken and brought the beef empanadas. Ambiance-5*. There was live music which was very nice Service. 3.5 Couple of things irked me. The hostess seated us, but only acknowledged my daughter, rendering me invisible. Our server took our order and inquired about our beverage preferences. My daughter selected an option from the wine list. When asked about my preference, I replied that I don't know because I don't know what they have to. The server proceeded to recite the available soda options. I opted for water. Price. The prices for the appetizers were OK. The main dishes are kind of pricey. Rating 3.5 out of 5

Yelp
Food was good, not excellent Service was prompt Music was loud, hard to have a conversation I would like to try more stuff on their menu There were a couple things we wanted to order, but they didn't have available Friday night Ample parking

Yelp
Had a nice dinner. Pealla was quite good needed alittle more saffron Had lobster bisque which was very good. Manchego croquettes were good but not hot enough. Spanish wine was awesome. Churros for dessert. Yummy! Service was great. I think his name was Seth. Very cute place.

Yelp
We came for the unlimited Paella Sunday brunch, and were quite disappointed. The wait for our food took over an hour!!! They make the paella in front of you, but you should still not have your customers wait 20 minutes to be seated, and then another hour to be fed. Also, when we got our food, it was mostly rice. We had watched the person cook the outdoor paella for an hour, and were excited to get the seafood options they had there. However, we received only shrimp, chicken, and clam, but not the rest of the things that were in the paella cooked outside. Why did we have to wait for an hour then?? This place was quite the let-down, and we won't be returning.

Yelp
Always the best and most flavor filled food! The location is a bit off the beaten path but once you sit down and start your meal you are instantly transported to a romantic ambiance! The vibe is slow paced but the service is top notch as they ensure your meal comes with all the wines and tapas you'd like to enjoy. A definite 5 star experience

Yelp
We came here based on the reviews. It's a small restaurant in the corner of a strip mall. Trust the reviews; everything on the menu is excellent. The portions are of small plates, and so we got to sample many dishes. Every bite is different and yet so wonderful to taste. The service staff is friendly enough to make some recommendations. I can't pick one or two items that would stand out significantly. Even the Paella is pretty good.

Yelp
Amazing restaurant. The food by itself earns 5 stars, but then you add the atmosphere and the service. The owner cooked a huge batch of paella next to our table. His love for cooking and life just radiate from Angelo. Just interacting with him and watching him with other customers earns 5 stars. This will be on our must visit spots in Las Vegas.

Yelp
A great restaurant for Spanish cuisine. Our group had multiple appetizers including the salad, empanadas - chicken tinga, mushroom and cheese. Just excellent. We also ordered the seafood and house paella. Delicious and highly recommend! The staff, and owner were very friendly. Can't wait to come back when visiting Vegas!

Yelp
Since I had my camera in the car when I stopped in to try the food at Tres Cazuelas on Spring Mountain Road, I just had to shoot a photo of the Churrasco Pintxo for my Yelp review & Instagram feed: @SureshotVegas The Churrasco Pintxo is a short rib skewer with roasted onion, tomato and potato, with chimichurri on the side, available for $13 for 2 skewers. Tres Cazuelas really lives up to the term "diamond in the rough," as it's a small local hole-in-the-wall restaurant on the ground floor of an old looking motel. However, don't let the seedy exterior appearance fool you. Those with an open mind will find that the restaurant actually serves high end Latin cuisine that's worthy of being in a top casino resort on the strip! Located just West of the 215 freeway on Spring Mountain Road, it's interesting to find latin food at the start of the Vegas Chinatown area! One of the reasons why we even found this place is because of Yelp, and we decided to give Tres Cazuelas a try because it has 4.5 Stars with 397 reviews. I didn't get a chance to shoot a video this time, because I visited with my mom during their busy dinner time service, and didn't want to get in the way. However, I can probably shoot more photos and videos (and try more dishes) at a later date:

Yelp
Made my way over to Tres Cazuelas right after a 5 hour flight back into town to have dinner with a friend. We made last minute dinner reservations for New Year's Eve. It's easy to miss this hidden gem as it's located on an off street along Spring Mountain Rd, towards the strip. For drinks, we ordered white wine and the Cucumber Sake-tini. For food, we ordered the Manchego and green apple salad, lamb chops, pork belly, and iberico dates. The manchego and green apple salad was this delicious blend of sweet apple, doused in a sour vinaigrette and neutralized by the rich cheese. The lamb chops had the perfect bite to them and seasoned the right amount. Pork belly was soft and tangy, and the dates were the perfect duo of sweet and salty. For dessert, we ordered the crème brûlée cheesecake and flan. These two didn't shine as much as the drinks or food, but it was a good way to end dinner and always good to try. We were seated outdoors which made me nervous since we were dressed up for the holiday and I get cold very easily. Luckily, their outdoor seating is well heated and is contained with a rooftop. Since Tres Cazuelas is a hidden gem off to a side street, the foot traffic and crowd here wasn't too hectic. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner here. The staff was super friendly and personable, my friend and I didn't have to yell over music to catch up, the temps were right, and the food was incredibly mouthwatering.

Yelp
You could throw a dart at the menu and not be disappointed with what you get. We came here for a company dinner and let's just say, every dish we ordered was phenomenal. We ordered the following: - Iberico Dates - Empanadas - Tinga & Short Rib - Pork Belly "Pintxo" - Cabrales Blue Chesse White Wine Sauce - Spanish Octopus "Salpicon Marchand" - BRAISED BEEF & WILD MUSHROOM CREMOSO All the food was full of flavor, unique and mouthwatering flavors. Our server gave us great attention and always made sure our glasses were full and our bellies happily filled. We were even greeted by the owner Angelo. He was so welcoming and cheery which added to our experience. My favorite dishes were the Cabrales Blue Cheese White Wine Sauce, Iberico Dates and the Braised Beef Wild Mushroom Cremoso. The Cabrales are mussels paired with blue cheese and white wine sauce. I know, sounds...unique but this is the good kind of unique. The kind that leaves you wanting know. The Iberico Dates were heavenly. The braised beef had a robust taste that the creamy rice was able to balance out making this pair a fabulous treat for my palate. I cannot wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. They also had live music inside. The patio area is kept nicely warmed and set up to be continuously inviting. This is one the best kept secrets of Vegas.
