Tres Hermanos - The Nations

This was my first and last time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the Peruvian chicken platter and found a piece of plastic in my refried beans, which meant I couldn’t eat them. I also ordered the brisket enchilada, but there was no brisket inside, so I couldn’t eat that either. On top of that, the food arrived cold and the chicken was dry. I was really excited to try this place, but it was a complete disappointment and a waste of money.

Nashville's hidden gem! We were pleasantly greeted by an upbeat sweet girl that took our order. The food was on point! I highly recommend the brisket taco. I also had the shrimp taco and it was delicious! The dip trio was amazing especially the salsa! This place is a great value. We had an awesome experience!

The tacos are cheap, good, and varied. You have stuff like corona battered fish, to steak chimmichuri, to cheeseburger. We're always filled with 3, 4 if you're hungry, and they come quick! From order to leaving, less than 30 mins because it's all counter order and they bring to table. There are other interesting items on the menu and I'm definitely interested in that roasted Peruvian chicken. It's a shame that we live across town, because we'll go here so much more often!

It's an ok place if you want a chicken strip in a tortilla for 2.99. I really wasn't that impressed with this place. There's no fountain drink area and a bottles of coke are 3.75. The service is ok. I'm just not a fan. I actually would have given it 2 stars but I'm in a good mood.

My husband and I heard (funnily enough) from Reddit that one of Taqueria del Sol’s longtime employees had purchased the spot and kept it largely the same! My mom and I would come here all the time when she lived in town, and she and I are both very happy Tres Hermanos is keeping the vibe alive! The employees are knowledgeable and super sweet, the owner is present and friendly - genuinely cannot recommend checking them out enough! Amongst a sea of taco places in Nashville, Tres Hermanos is standing out. Get the skinny margarita and thank me later!

We got an assortment of tacos and their enchiladas. The only thing impressive was the amount of grease. The food came out fast so that was nice. This restaurant will not sustain. We will not be back.

Absolutely loved this place! The menu may be simple, but every dish we tried was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Sometimes less is more, and this spot proves it! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It’s the kind of place you instantly feel comfortable in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing Mexican food—this one’s a hidden gem!

Amazing food. They have some really good classics and also some unique items that are great! The staff is so friendly and everything is fairly priced. And as a cheese connoisseur, let me just say, do NOT miss out on the queso. It’s the best I’ve had in Nashville.

Service was amazing, very attentive , granted there weren't many people in there. The peruvian taco was really good, and the trio was also amazing- their salsa is well done! Will def be back

Amazing tacos!! I love this place, it is so inexpensive and the tacos are so yummy! The Peruvian chicken is so unique to this place you have to get it. The service is so friendly they can help you choose which tacos you want. Perfect location with Parking

All the great dishes of the old Taqueria with some elevated twists! Yes, the queso is the same, yes the enchiladas are the same, but the tacos have some upgrades tortillas & fillings. So excited this classic Nashville place is reborn!

Amazing staff + S/O to the bartender -Tristan! The service is one of the best around! Food was awesome, got a cauliflower taco and hot chicken taco - hot chicken was my favorite. My husband got the cheeseburger one and the carnitas. He liked the carnitas most. Great tortillas. Good drinks. Awesome people all around.

Tried Tres Hermanos for the first time since they opened. Loved the expansive menu and Peruvian Chicken taco. Ordered guacamole and queso, which had a nice kick. Getting extra chips wasn't an issue to finish both of them. Ambiance is similar to the prior restaurant here...very relaxing and laid back. We will be back.

New owners provide mostly the same great Mexican food similar to food provided by Taqueria del Sol. Only items missing are shrimp corn chowder and pork green chili, my two favorites! Very enjoyable patio seating as well as seating indoors. Wait staff are friendly and efficient. Flowers planted outside along patio wall are beautiful.

This was our first visit since the previous Mexican place closed , we were pleasantly surprised. The Nashville Hot Chicken taco was very good , actually pretty spicy . Chips and salsa were good . The fish taco was ok , not exactly what I expected, more like a Long John Silvers fish plank in a tortilla but it was still good . I would have preferred a grilled or blackened piece of fish . Very nice staff . We will return!!

Great food & drinks! Everyone was very friendly! Casual environment, fast service & very clean.
