One of the top specialty coffee spots in London, perfect for fans of American coffee. They offer a great selection of desserts with many choices. It’s my go-to café in the city. The atmosphere is calm, the service is outstanding, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended! 👍

Amazing!! Absolutely gorgeous tiramisu and coffee. The cafe is snug and has a really nice and cosy atmosphere that’s great for getting away from the chaos of London. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it for a lovely, premium quality treat!

We got the lemon+blueberry and the original tiramisús and they were amazing!! Best tiramisu I’ve ever had. The server was also very friendly and helpful when we were choosing what to get - don’t be afraid to ask for her recommendations!

I went to Trevi because I heard that they served a great hot chocolate. And it was proven that yes! It was the best and truest hot chocolate I drank in London. Thanks to Rafaela for the service! Everything was perfect. We'll be back.

We stopped by for breakfast over the weekend. The owners are incredibly energetic and sweet, and genuinely animal-lovers -they welcomed our furry friend with a big smile. The avocado and tomato on sourdough was excellent. My husband had the ham and cheese sandwich and absolutely loved it. Since the savory dishes were so good, we decided to try something sweet as well -and honestly, with that dessert display looking at us like we’d died and gone to heaven, it was impossible to resist. The classic tiramisu was outstanding. I’ve chased good tiramisu in many places, including Italy, and I can say this without hesitation: the tiramisu I had here was at least as good as the ones in Rome and Florence😍😍. We will definitely be back. 🙏💜

Trevi italian Tiramisu pro iding a fantastic experience. Whe they say the best coffee in London, it's not far from reality. At least it's one of the best. The expresso is solid corr with creamy foam and it's stay creamy until last drop.. They have an excellent Tiramisu...especially the classic one. The other flavors are nice ut personally I always prefer the original tast. The other pastries are good also. All made in-house daily fresh. Outside seats are nice especially those besdie the window. It feels really coasy. Inside the seats are good also in case outside is windy or cold. I really recommend you to check this place out and have tiramisu and expresso.

Fun little caffe with many Tiramisu flavors to choose from. The Tiramisu itself is very good, but a bit expensive. (9.5 GBP). As for the other pastries, I didn't try them because they look dry and stale. Espresso was good and strong (double shot looks more like a single shot but whatever) The atmosphere is lovely and if you come on a sunny day I'd recommend sitting outside.

Trevi Italian Tiramisu features tiramisus and cheesecakes of many different flavors. We enjoyed the pistachio and regular tiramisus and it was delicious. Very tasty texture and flavor. But the container is very small for the high prices.

Found this place because of the name and decided to go since tiramisu is my favorite dessert. Ended up ordering the Dark Chocolate Tiramisu because the worker said it was one of the best. And it was absolutely delicious!! I'm definitely going to come back next time I'm in town and try more flavors. The only thing that I wish could be changed, is to add labels to the desserts so people could know what they are looking at. There's like 8 flavors of tiramisu in itself, along with other desserts. I was overwhelmed by trying to figure out which was which so ended up just going with the workers preference. Which didn't disappoint, but still, it would be helpful to know what I was looking at because they're all different. Can't wait to be back!

This was recommended to me by two men 6'2" inches or taller in such joy and excitement that I had to try it for myself. I came in around 10:30am. Yes, dessert for breakfast. People came in mostly for to go coffee. I was given exceptional service and the whole menu was shown to me from the displays. Food review: Original and Hazelnut combination tiramisu: 5/5, very rich and decadent. £5.5 Flat white: 3.5/5, not too strong but decent. Cuts the sweetness of the tiramisu. Also, I'm very happy they have oat milk as a milk alternative. £3

The best tiramisu around. Definitely a "hole in the wall" from the outside but you can tell it's run by family. The service was incredible. I am from the US and was there for vacation. Can't wait to go back and visit in the future!
