The Biggest Las Vegas Restaurant and Bar Closures to Know | Eater Vegas

"In the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace I saw Trevi Italian Restaurant as a centrally located, ancient-Rome–themed spot with tables strewn across the faux cobblestone walkway, fallen-column benches under the painted sky and in the shadow of the Fountain of the Gods — a location-driven draw rather than an acclaimed pasta or gelato destination — before it abruptly closed." - Janna Karel

I never write reviews but this place is THAT BAD that it made me come here to write it. Do not fall for this , DONT EAT HERE! The guy at the door is polite and welcoming, I took a look at the menu and went in. He told me to sit at a certain table that was dressed and I said I wanted to use the toilet first. Then when I came back there was another server serving me. When I went to sit on the table that was already set he said no, I had to sit on the one he wanted because more people might want to use that table. The restaurant had 11 tables outside and only 2 were being used when I came. Ok. I sat there. I attached pictures of the set tables and the one he made sit at plus how the table was set later. I did not arrange the table like this, this is how he placed the cutlery and napkin there, all thrown while there were tables perfectly arranged that he didn’t let me sit there. Later came two girls and sat there, so it was not an ocuppancy issue because they occupied one table just like I would have. Then I asked if he had wine by the glass, he replied ‘of course’ , I asked what kind of wine and he said ‘white and red’ . Until now I don’t know what wine I drank 😂. I asked because if I didn’t like the wines they had by the glass I could have ordered a bottle, but the waiter was just very rude and rushed even though there was only 3 tables occupied outside and like 4 inside( I went inside twice so I checked , and there were more waiters inside also) . It was not busy at all. It was not rush hour. I ordered appetiser and main course . I was just half way through my appetizer and he said ‘can I bring your lasagne?’ I said I was still gonna take some time to eat and he said lasagne takes maybe 5 minutes to cook so he can prepare, he said that in a very rude and angry way . I thought ‘ok’ . But he brought after I finished . It was not super hot , so I think it was ready for some time before he brought to the table. I don’t know why he wanted me to eat so fast, it was all very uncomfortable. There were more people dining and I saw him being the same with others, not bringing the drinks menu and just being rude. The food was ok but I was just baffled by the way i was treated there. And other waiters/managers were there just watching. I understand this is not a 5 star restaurant but this is a touristic area with very touristic prices, like 10 euros for the mystery wine glass. I usually tip 20% but I was ready to not leave a tip at all. But when the bill came, 10% is already included, so I paid . If you are walking around after a day of sightseeing , trust the reviews and don’t go here. And for this restaurant, you really should train your people better.

Reggio di sole was our server. He was absolutely amazing. My mom has arthritis and needed assistance with her food. He saw this and came over to help by separating the meat in her shell fish from the shell. Additionally I made it extremely clear that I wanted my pizza to look like the image on the menu. Being close to tourist attractions the food has been disappointing in other areas. HE DELIVERED! I am very happy with the service and food. Thank you!

We were three people and ordered a pizza and pasta. The person who was taking order insisted the pizza is small and you need to order more and made is order another pizza. But the size of pizza was good enough for 2 people. We went up a stuffing ourself. No crowd at all. Ambiance was good inside. Pizza tasted good.

Bad food, strange atmosphere and bad service. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. Carbonara tasted weird & my partner got chicken and it was grey in places, please avoid. Also a service charge they don't tell you about until the end. Scammers

Good food, nice atmosphere. It is located just across the Fontana Di Trevi. It is a good choice for a nice and quiet dinner to discuss the Rome experience!!

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiter who served us was extremely impassive and spoke Italian very fast, even though we made it clear that we could communicate perfectly in English or Spanish. It felt as if he spoke quickly on purpose to confuse us. When my wife asked for tap water, he said “perfect” and brought a glass bottle with a wooden-cork top, the kind you simply fill with tap water. It was clearly not a sealed commercial bottle, yet he tried to charge €3.75 for it. When we told him we didn’t want it, he left it on the table and later added it to the bill anyway. We also ordered a focaccia, but what we received was not real focaccia — just a pizza dough with a bit of oil on top — and they charged €9 for it. Overall, this restaurant feels like a tourist trap. The service was indifferent, the food misleading, and the pricing dishonest. Especially, never order water here — they may bring you tap water in a glass bottle and try to charge for it. We deeply regret going there and strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

Unfortunately, a big disappointment. We came here for pizza, but it was far from the real thing. The prices are unnecessarily high, especially considering the poor quality of the food. The restaurant also really needs a proper cleaning — the place doesn’t feel tidy or welcoming. Definitely not recommended.

I don’t usually review but feel I must do this public service. The pasta was terrible. The sauce must be from a can and the pasta was definitely not fresh. I am not a picky eater and have never really returned food but I could not eat this pasta. The sauce tasted bitter. I also ordered the steak in wine sauce. It was tender but no flavour. The waiter was friendly and apologetic. I felt bad for him. They still charged me for the pasta even though I hardly ate any of it. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!
