The atmosphere is great, the food is fantastic, and the service is wonderful. The server was friendly and the staff cracked a few good jokes to keep things lighthearted. They definitely deserve more business!

Great Location. Love the food. Ceviche de Chicharron is a MUST! Very friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere. Will go again and again.

This was the atmosphere at 3:30 pm at this horrible restaurant on Mother’s day. We were a party of 8 and waited over an hour for our food considering the restaurant was empty. The two hours that we were there, there were only two tables occupied and the servers claimed that they were full earlier and that’s why they were so backed up, while the other restaurants in the shopping plaza were completely packed. The food was plain and mediocre, I really don’t understand how this place can have 4 stars. We ended up having to pay a full bill for the biggest disappointment. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. The menu was also very limited, nothing out of the ordinary.

Celebrated my birthday here and had THEE best experience! Everyone was super friendly and adhered to my need sooo kindly. I had a big party of 28 and they still managed to take care of all of us with a smile on. Let’s not even get started with the chef!!! The food is 10/10!!! I can’t even explain how perfect it tasted. WILL BE COMING BACK!!

I visited on a week day for an industry event and the place got packed as the night went on. They staff seemed overwhelmed, but were managing quite well under the circumstances. I ordered shrimp pasta and it was tasty. My blueberry lemon drop was delicious. Nice atmosphere with a comfy outdoor area. Will return.

Hubby and I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. I can truly say that I will never go back. First, the service was horrible. The hostess sat us down and the waitress didn't come to check on us until 20 minutes later. We ordered a bucket of beer, a chicharron appetizer, and a glass of water with lemon. We got the beer and placed our dinner order. Hubby got the Mar y Tierra for $35, mom got the pargo a la criolla for $25, and I got the chimi sliders for $16. The chicharron appetizer came out and was placed on our table. We had NO silverware and no plates. Meanwhile the waitress was MIA. I had to get up from my table to go look for her to ask for silverware and napkins. After a while we got our food order. I had to ask for the water again since she had forgotten about it. The Mar y Tierra was very good. It was the best meal of the night. My mom's fish was a joke. She didn't even get a whole fillet. It was broken into pieces. The flavor was also very fishy. I wanted to send it back but she refused as she was afraid of retaliation from the kitchen. The mofongo was also very dry and was not served with a broth to dip it into. Ughhh After almost 20 minutes my sliders finally came out (just as I was about to cancel them). The sliders were horrible. The meat was overcooked and did not taste good. The toston portion was drenched in oil, as is the oil they were cooked in was not hot enough. Overall this restaurant experience was negative for me, aside from the Mar & Tierra, which I say again was very good. The service was slow and inattentive. Plus, the restaurant itself was so noisy. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Yelp
Miramar has a few little gems and this is one. Food, drinks, music and outdoor seating is always a vibe. The night I went they had a live dj playing Latin music and a band was setting the stage for a party the next day. So live music is a thing. We had a group of 7 and we ordered drinks and appetizers. Which were very good, so good infact we repeated a few. Or server was great that she remembered drink orders for the 2nd round. I also heard they have hookah. And you can smoke cigars outside. Can't wait to try more menu items the plantain cups were a big hit

Yelp
While looking for a local happy hour we decided to check this location. They seemed to have a typical "Dominican" style restaurant so i thought it was goin to be a good spot. First impressions were great as the restaurant was pretty much empty and the furniture looked wonky. Menu options are very limited which the server mentioned that it was due to menu changes coming soon. We decided to try the coconut mojito and a coconut margarita. Both terrible, straight up alcohol lol I sent mine back and ask for more syrup and still was way too strong. For appetizers we shared 2 things: 1. mofongitos de yuca 4/10 the sauce had an odd taste and I have no idea what protein was on them as the menu didn't say. The mofongitos were lacking flavor and i would just not recommend. 2. Ceviche de Chicharron 10/10 if I had to order something from here it would be this. The combination of citrus and salty was a great pair for the chicharron. We really enjoyed this. For main we shared the churrasco with mofongo. 6/10 Steak was well cooked but mofongo was bland. We ordered a side of Moro rice but they had none available. Honestly based on my experience i wouldn't come back. Maybe I'll check them again after they change the menu.

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time as I had seen some reviews good and not so good wanted to have my own opinion. The place was super slow for us, and another customer at the time we went for dinner. No band playing just some music over the speakers no Latin music. Service was slow when there was no one else in the restaurant. Food was from a very limited menu as the server told me they were changing their menu and some items in the limited menu were not available as well. We started with drinks we had Coconut Margarita and A coconut Mojito and must say not good at all my daughter had to ask for more coconut syrup for hers I just drank what I could of mine. For appetizers, we asked for the yuca mofongitos (Sauce needed flavor) and Pork ceviche(just some pickled onion over the pork chunks). The pork was very tough to chew. For entrée, we decided to share a mofongo with Churrasco, and as well the meat had no flavor, and the Mofongo was tough and dry. Overall, I would probably not come back, but let's see what their new menu looks like. It's located in a shopping plaza, so there is plenty of parking and an outdoor seating area.

Yelp
Had a great evening at Tribeca Restaurant with a few friends on a Friday evening. I really enjoyed my drinks and plantain appetizer which was delicious! The service was also top tier and attentive. DJ was spinning great music. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I look forward to returning again soon. The aesthetics were also pleasing with clean facilities. Keep up the great work!

Yelp
Tribeca is Tribeca. Just like the neighborhood in Manhattan, a neighborhood populated by many people among them many Dominicans, Puerto Ricans, and others, and because of that a neighborhood filled with the flavors and the rhythms of the Caribbean, so is this little piece of heaven in Miramar, which, while far from both - NY and DR - brings to south Florida the authentic style, food and sounds of the exotic corners of the Antilles. I've enjoyed Tribeca several times and hope to keep enjoying they amazing food and wonderful service. Their monfongo, their empanadas de yuca, and their chili sliders are to die for. Additionally they offer amazing shows you can't find anywhere else. It's a brilliantly used space that transforms and allows for anything you would like, a concert, you got it; a comedy show, it can be accommodated. The service is bar none of the best in county. The waitresses move around in synch and make sure you and your guests are always provided for. Although be aware of special engagements. I recently got tickets for my family and I to see a famous comedian duo from DR - Raymon Pozo and Miguel Cespedes - and after paying for the tickets, I received a call the day before the event offering us a table reservation and table number - it was never made clear to me that a minimum charge of $300 was attached to the reservation of the table, which I innocently assumed they were reserving to add to the order within the space, and after being seated and ordering - well you know the deal - there's no option but to pay. Despite that minor mishap, I still love the place, the food, the service, the music, the events. It's one of those places I'll keep going back to. And 8 highly recommend you explore as well!

Yelp
Seeing mixed reviews I had to try it out myself. Saturday night, place was dead for dinner around 930 ish.... No live band but DJ on hand playing some good Latin music. Seem to be a party of about 12 folks but no one else. Service I thought was slow when there was really no one else to serve. Food seem basic.... Saw review of the fried pork chunks that was dry and it was confirmed. Almost like beef jerky.. maybe it was an off night! Flavor was good at least but hard to eat. Ordered the whole fried fish. Fish lacked any seasoning whatsoever so ever. Was excited to try the mofungo and it was just okay. Have had many other better mofungo plates at other spots. But it was not bad, just not wow. Overall, nice spot to hang out if it ever gets busy with a nice dance floor.

Yelp
I recently spotted this place near my neck of the woods I finally came over to check it out and treat a friend of mine for her birthday and it was delicious The food was very tasty and just really good food. Started with their tray from the appetizer food. Then I had the triple mofo go with chicken , my husband and friend had a seafood plate that were both delicious. The service was friendly and so was the ambiance. Nice people Good music Nice DJ on Saturday Good parking
google avatar

Ed B.

Yelp
New menu very limited in offerings. More of a late night spot than a dining experience. When we went it was dead. Will go back one more time to see if it's good

Yelp
This place is my husband and I go to family Sunday. It had a great amount of food variations and they give big portions. Food is fresh and it's a nice place to take your family, listen to music and have a great meal. My daughter loves the music (she's 3 lol) the waiters are very attentive and make sure you're taken of. The drinks are great and the picadera is big enough to at least feed 3 people lol.

Yelp
I came here on a Sunday with my husband and son. I ordered the grilled chicken with mushroom sauce and he ordered the pork chunks. The food is always very good here. Never any complaints, and the coconut mojito is a fan favorite for the hubby. Each time we've gone it has only been my family and maybe 2 or 3 others. I need everyone to try this place out so they can stay around because I would not want to see them go. The food is entirely too good. It's a hidden gem I promise!

Yelp
This spot was delicious! Our dishes were full of flavor. The vodka sauce on the Mar y Tierra paired perfectly with the proteins on the plate and the mofongo! It was my first time trying the mofongo and I truly enjoyed it. My only criticism would be the appetizer was a little dry and needed something more "saucy" to complete it. Overall, the food was delicious!

Yelp
We were invited by our family members for dinner at Tribeca Restaurant focusing strictly on Dominican dishes. I was very excited because I love food from the Caribbean Islands (Puerto Rico, Cuba and DR). It is what I grew up eating and crave eating this style of food often. Ok, well let's get into my experience. Kindly note that this is just my opinion based on the experience I had on my visit 3/24/23. Location - great spot, lots of free parking and the place is spacious. It is very casual and they even have a stage for the band or Dj,s they bring at some point of the night. The ambiance in general is a club vibe. Service - service was good, the host immediately greeted us, gave us a choice where to sit and attended to us and was very polite. Food - overall I believe the food was overcooked, dry and bland for what I know how amazingly flavorful Dominican food is and can be. I ordered the Masitas de Cerdo (pork chunks) with Mofongo. The pork chunks were way overcooked and dry. The Mofongo tends to be a very dry dish because it is plantains but this one was just not flavorful and not what I am use to having. The thing about Mofongo is you either know how to make it or not and unfortunately for me I did not enjoy this. We also ordered the Picadera Tipica (which is typical appetizers), which included Yuca that was delicious but all of the meat cuts (steak, pork, salami chunks) were all overcooked and dry. I took two pictures and they were not great pictures since we were sitting under a blue light lol. This very well could just have been a fluke and maybe not Tribecas way of cooking but it was not a good eating experience for me. We spent the rest of the night socializing but I decided not to order any more food. I wish Tribeca Restaurant much success and if you decide to visit I hope you have a better food experience.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch with my father. We got there just as they opened so we're attended to very quickly. The place started to fill up around us and they had some good tunes playing. I ordered the mofongo with carne frita. The food was good, the mofongo could have used a caldo but it was flavorful. The carne frita was juicy and cut small which I like. I would stop in again if in the area.

Yelp
Great service and fall off the bone oxtail was perfect. The location is local enough where you can enjoy a nice meal on a Wednesday night but the setup on the inside also allows one to be able to get dressed and enjoy a great Saturday night out as well. First date or casual date, great option for a solid meal

Yelp
Yes yes yes!!! This is it!! My husband and I here on a Sunday afternoon for what we thought was going to be lunch.... From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and helped.. we started off with the shrimp tostones and Kibbeh.. my husband had the Kibbeh since I don't eat red meat and he loved it.. the shrimp tostones were good, only thing is I like my plantains crispier.. but the flavor was there... we ordered fried chicken chunks and fried pork one with white rice and beans and the other with Mofongo.. their food is very very Flavorful... my husband had a presidents and I had a passion fruit mojito.. I mean everything so far was amazing.. then there was dessert.... The bread pudding and ice cream! Wow!!! That was a great way to end our lunch... which actually turned into dinner, their portions are big... overall, everything was delicious. We will be back and we will be back soon!

Yelp
Tribeca really exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful inside with nice light fixtures with a cool lit up bar. Our waiter was very attentative and checked on us numerous times. They brought our food fairly fast. I recommend ordering the Tribeca chimi sliders and the shrimp mac and cheese. The plantains and Tribeca special sauce was a nice touch for the burgers. The shrimp was succulent, and I'm a cheese lover. There was an abundant amount of cheese on the pasta. To add to everything, the music they played while enjoying your meal was on point!

Francisco G.

Yelp
Amazing staff even better management!! This place really cares for their customers and go above and beyond to make sure everything is great! Drinks are great prices and food is amazing ! They have a DJ and great music! Thank you!
google avatar

Carmen S.

Yelp
I have dined here before in a small group and was blown away by the delectability and the variety of foods. I enjoyed it all. This time, I was apart of a team that hosted a retirement dinner for a coworker. We made plans with Racquel, a manager, and she was very accommodating. She made sure we had the food we wanted for our group, the music the retiree liked and a variety of appetizers. She opened up for us an hour early and had us in a section all to ourselves. We dined and talked and laughed and enjoyed each other. The staff took care of us and we wanted for nothing. The sangria was so good! The group raved about the Chaufa and the Salmon. Now, all the food was good, but these were the top two dishes ordered in our group. The Salmon was a good-sized portion and cooked well. Not dry at all. The veggies with it were cooked just so and still had good texture. The Chaufa was shared across plates. Those who ordered it raved! I will get this next time. It had beef and shrimp and was seasoned so well. So, between the excellent service and the great tasting food, a good time was had by all. Thank you, Tribeca!

Patricia P.

Yelp
Food was greasy, with no taste. It took for ever to get served and it was only 3 tables with customers in the establishment. Place was dirty. They did had a DJ playing music and that was nice.
google avatar

Michael A.

Yelp
Great Dominican fusion food. Service is ok... the girls seem more interested in talking than being on top of patrons. Also not a fan of the smoking outside of the restaurant from what it looks like workers or owners. Every time we've gone it's been a chill vibe you can tell that at night it becomes more loungy. 4/5 for food, it's that good. Service needs work.
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
Love the food and the ambiance. I go often and never disappointed. Service is always in point. I always recommend the place to anyone looking for good food and ambiance in the Miramar area.
google avatar

Ronald S.

Yelp
This past Sunday was my first time coming to Tribeca and I can say that it did not let me down. I was looking for a nice chill spot to eat on a Sunday and this place took me by storm. I wanted the oxtail dumplings but they were unavailable so I got the empanadas which were delicious.

Mishell C.

Yelp
Deliciosa comida, viernes en la noche con música en vivo, muy buen ambiente y excelente servicio de la barra
google avatar

Dalila G.

Yelp
This is a great place if you are looking for all elements food, music and a vibe the menu is a fancier version of Dominican dishes there is so much to order from in any given night they other have a live Dj or live performers they can acomódate for all size groups small or large and they also have hookah.
google avatar

Lola F.

Yelp
Was looking for something to eat at 11 pm and found out that this place by my house was open till 3 am...My friend and I were like let's check it out. First of all the ladies working there were beautiful and if anything it's worth going there for that alone...lol The music was a bit loud and it seemed like any time a new person came in the DJ cranked the volume louder...We didn't see many people dancing. I feel like they should clear the first 2 rows of tables to free up the dance floor which might encourage more people to dance... Either way, the place has some potential. Let's talk about the food...it was decent like anything you'd find at a food chain such as TGIF or Applebees.
google avatar

Yelp
As a Puerto Rican I really enjoyed the food and their late night happy hour was a plus!
google avatar

Bri C.

Yelp
I've attended an election watch party here on behalf of US congressional candidate Sheila Cherfilus McCormick on 3 separate occasions. I've only had their picadera tipica as that's what we were always served. It was delicious and the service was always great. Tonight, my fiancé and I decided to dine at Tribeca for our date night. We ordered the kobe sliders, keebeh, fried queso and arroz chaufa with shrimp. Every dish was flavorful and the service was great, once again. As a local, I will continue to support this restaurant.

Gloria R.

Yelp
Mofongo 2pts desabrido Servicio 2pts Hubo que pedirlo todo, todo fue a cuenta gotas.

Yelp
I have visited Tribeca quite a few times, the vibes and food are great. The service is amazing, it has entertainment at night. Food is absolutely delicious, the fish is my absolute favorite. The bathrooms are very clean.
google avatar

Stephany D.

Yelp
The food and ambiance in this place was perfect for what it was needed. The DJ had non stop throwback music that was extremely enjoyed. I had their ox tail.. and let me tell you it was definitely finger licking to say the least. The service was great. Waitress recommended some drinks, can't remember the name of what I choose but I definitely asked for seconds. Truly an amazing experience

Yelp
Went for dinner tonight with family and friends, 14 total, and it took well over an hour to get our food! When we questioned the staff they said sorry we never expect many people coming in on Sundays so there's only one guy in the kitchen!!! Unacceptable!!! When we left, 2 hours later, some still haven't received their SANDWICHES!!!

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Came here with a group of 7 people, we all got different plates ... every single plate was bad. Low quality food and way over priced
google avatar

Donnell C.

Yelp
I've received a few notifications from the Yelp app regarding this place and I'm glad I checked it out! Tribeca is a decently sized restaurant with really good food and an affordable happy hour. The meals are nicely sized so you will feel satisfied afterwards and fairly priced as well. Parking is pretty convenient as it's located in the corner of a shopping plaza. Wednesday nights are karaoke nights. Tonight was a small but lively crowd. It's a nice local spot to unwind in the middle of the week. Happy hour lasts till 8pm with $5 mojitos and margaritas. I definitely plan on coming back.
google avatar

Yelp
When we were in High School and had "enhanced ID" or like kids the world over, magical access to liquor, our beverages were either Heineken or Corona. As I've gotten older, my alcoholic tastes are a little more refined. However, it's only fitting to start with Coronas to celebrate a milestone birthday for an friend from back in those days. I found these throwback beverages and classical merengue & salsa of my younger days at Tribeca in Miramar this past Saturday night. Hidden away in the corner of a strip mall, this place has a grown & sexy vibe for Dominican / Caribbean cuisine with a lot of potential. Besides our group, there was only one more large party celebrating as well as one or two other couples. We were the ones who closed out the club, until 2AM. We started with a "picadera" tray, basically a fried charcuterie tray, filled with fries, queso frito (fried cheese) and pork chunks. The tray came with 4 dipping sauces out of which I enjoyed their chimichurri and sweet guava BBQ. Table service - besides the beer buckets - was pretty on point, including their classic mojitos. Slightly sweet and with fresh mint, they were actually sneakily strong. The tequila shots for the birthday girl were actually pretty big glasses. It was definitely a fun Saturday night!
google avatar

Rachel P.

Yelp
Place is a cute little restaurant/lounge. Waitresses were nice. Karaoke host was nice. But food was definitely nothing out of this world. Would not come here for dinner. Presentation was boring and not appealing. Also didnt taste all that good. Not sure we would return.
google avatar

Luz M.

Yelp
Dominican Republic vibe spot in Miramar. The service was pleasant and welcoming. Only the brunch menu was being served at the moment . Presentation was creative with a twist as the item we ordered came with a surprise side once you lifted the tip of the pot your meal is served in. E aware the Spanish music is BLASTING. Hookahs are available and some patrons were even dancing near their tables. I would def be going back to see how the night scene is. Enjoy!

Yelp
Going over the menu I wasn't quite sure what this restaurant was. I mean, is it Peruvian? Colombian? Puerto Rican? I guess it's a little bit of this, a little bit of that. Located inside a shopping plaza, the place is big with high ceilings. A big bar is on one side amd then they have high tables and regular tables throughout. It was a group of about 16 when we went and although we had reservations at 1pm and the place opened at noon, they weren't quite ready for us. They are suffering from what other restaurants are suffering: not enough employees. In any case, the service was friendly and prompt given their situation and the size of the group. The food was very tasty and everything was brought out in a timely manner. Their meat on the steak and tostones dish was very tasty and their shrimp Mac and cheese was cheesy and there was a hint of truffle oil too. I am not giving them a five because the place was extremely loud. They had Dj Piña on hand and his music was on the louder side of things. I'm sure the place gets hopping after dinner but on a Sunday at 1pm? Music was fun but it needed to have been not as loud.
google avatar

Tanya G.

Yelp
We recently moved in the neighborhood and have driven by a few times. Finally decided to try it for an early dinner. We were happy to have come during their happy hour which is 7 days a week until about 7 or 8. We got every mojito on the menu :) We order the Tribeca Chimi Sliders (highly recommended) oxtail dumplings, mofongo, chicken and fries kids meal and the white chocolate bread pudding for dessert. All the food was good overall. The flavors were all on point and we were even able to leave with leftovers. I'd recommend everyone to try it out.

Alex P.

Yelp
Great food and exceptional service. Very kind waitresses. If you're also looking for a place with good vibes/ambiance and bachata/merengue music coming from a solid DJ, would recommend checking out!
google avatar

Persephone T.

Yelp
Love the live band at this establishment and the food was fresh and seasoned to perfection along with tasty drinks. The gps gave me some trouble but I blame Apple lol. Overall has a great experience, was immediately sat down and food came quickly. Would recommend to anyone who liked Latin food

Yelp
We went in on a Saturday night. No DJ and atmosphere was blahhhh. Don't know where if these recent reviews are real or not but my experience here was terrible. I came in with a group of 15. Mind you no one was in the building but us and a mother and her child. Waiter took forever and a day, maybe an hour, to take our order. First strike. Then she proceeded to give me a cocktail in a wine cup and charge me a double because everyone got nice white cups while i had a small clear cup for my drink. Strike two! Food came out cold . Strike 3. I asked for a cafe con leche never got it, but when i got my bill i was getting charged for it and told the waiter why would she charge me if i never got it. The rest of my group was starting to get irritated because literally the owners were outside not caring about the customer service that was happening inside. They weren't understaffed at all they had about 3 bartenders and 2 waiters. Wasted 3 hours of my life because it was my friend's birthday and we decided to try something new. Never again. Nice place tho and the bathroom was nice and kept but never again
google avatar

Faith T.

Yelp
Nice place on the inside. Went on a Saturday. The place was nearly empty. We had difficulty finding our server, asked for water 4 times (which they charged $5 for) and when we finally ordered the empanadas they came out ice cold inside. I mean the cheese was not even melted..... We paid for our expensive drinks and left immediately. Will definitely NOT be back. Ever.

Yelp
I was checking this Restaurant and I decided together with my husband to give it a try for my birthday celebration..and Oh my Goshhhh...delicious food ..good customer service..very clean place ..nice ambience..

Yelp
So, my family and I went here for dinner Thursday night. It was our children's first time, but my boyfriend and I have been here before. It had been a long time since we all- my children and his children all were together so it was a special dinner for me. The food is really good and usually the service is to; but tonight, not so much. The server would drop something off to the table and then rush off. She NEVER asked "How's everything?" Or if we needed anything. We kept having to wave her down. We got no offers of refills on water, nothing. We felt like we were bothering her. And it's not like it was crowded- maybe 3 tables total. My son ordered French fries and his food came last, we were all almost finished eating when his fries came. We had to wait for his dessert, which he told (who I presume was) the manager, he didn't want anymore. The manager was kind enough to bring it out anyway and comp it. So when the server came to pick up the check, I began to inform her, very nicely, I might add, about her lack of service. I told her that I initially wasn't going to give her the 18% tip that was automatically included because of it, but that I'd decided to go ahead and give it. This woman's immediate response was, "well it's automatic because it's six people". Really??? She didn't apologize for her bad service but went right to defending her tip. That's when my (usually very patient) boyfriend told her NO, we're not paying it, take it off now! She even went back and forth with him and I told her to get the manager, who just took it off. She went from getting constructive feedback AND her 18% tip to getting nothing at all. The one star is for the food, but we probably won't be back. Oh well.

Yelp
Went for a weekday lunch and they had a sign outside about lunch specials for only $9 however they were actually $9.99 (not a big deal, just update the sign outside). Online menu which you order from says you get to pick 2 sides however when I went to give the waitress my side choices she said it didn't come with those choices. So she said/suggested 2 sides and I said fine. The sizes were good for lunch and price. The mushroom sauce was tasty. The eggplant was tasty but a bit oily. White rice was kind of average for a Latin restaurant and plantains weren't too sweet. The banana roll was ok. Service (food) was a bit slow for the amount of tables being served (3 at a time including my own) and we were never offered a refill on water. Waitress was friendly but maybe not as attentive as possible. Overall food was tasty but be prepared to be there a while.

Yelp
You had me at Happy Hour... and yes they have Happy Hour EVERYDAY, including Weekends from 4PM to 8PM and it includes Well Vodka and Whiskey for $5 along with various Margaritas and Mojitos for $5!!! You really can't go wrong with deals like this! Since we got there around 7pm and found out about the Happy Hour when we had to make a drastic decision to order pretty much every flavor of Mojito after we had our first round of well drinks. We had the Coconut,Passion Fruit, Strawberry, Guava and Pineapple Mojitos. They were all pretty good. The restaurant has a big open space that can handle a good number of people plus a live band and an outdoor seating area and a few flat screen TVs, definitely a good venue for Happy Hours. For my daughter we ordered the Kids Chicken Tenders with Fries, which weren't like the typical chicken tenders as you can see in the pictures but my daughter still liked it. We also ordered the Tribeca Chimi Sliders, Ox-Tail Dumplings, Mofongo de Platano Cuerdo Con Wasakaka, Caribbean Oxtail with Yuca Mofongo and the Bread Pudding. We definitely enjoyed our night and will return again!

Yelp
From the moment we stepped in Tribeca, we were greeted warmly and with a smile. We visited on a Saturday night, which happens to be the same night they have live music performances. We were informed that we could stay for dinner, but if we wanted to watch the band afterwards, cover would be $10. Although I think servicing the restaurant should include being able to enjoy the music, I had a great time nonetheless. The food was fresh and delicious! Vegetables were crisp and not overcooked, the shrimp plump and perfectly cooked, and the fried fish was HUGE-- well worth the money! I recommend trying their mojitos as well. The music was a fun addition to our Saturday night dinner. I recently saw their Instagram post where they're starting to do free dance lessons on Thursday nights from 8:30-9:30pm. I haven't tried it yet but I'm very excited to join one of these days. The parking is plentiful and the building is away from residences, so being loud is not an issue. Also looking forward to trying their happy hour specials one day! Definitely a unique experience for this neighborhood.

Yelp
So this overcast Friday we were looking for a place to grab lunch by the house and drove past TriBeCa and turned around and decided to roll the dice on this place. The place is setup like a lounge with a stage for night time performances. They have a full size bar. The hostess greeted us at the door and quickly seated. There were like 3-4 tables occupied so not too busy. We ordered Chaufan and Lomo Saltado from the lunch menu. The waitress was nice and got food order in quickly. At this I tentatively gave the place 4 stars, but lowered it after tasted the food. Di. Er maybe better. So now on to the food. Chaufan, I used is the Latin version of fried rice. Nice big serving. Pretty good, not outstanding, presentation was decent, missing the noodles on top for lunch. Now about Lomo Saltado. The meat was so chewy I almost choked on it. We flagged the waitress and had to ask her to fix it. Didn't appreciate the look on her face. She brought it back a few minutes later slightly better but not perfect. I don't know if I will be back. It appears to be more off a lounge with a restaurant.
