"Diversity, deliciousness, and delight are the three D’s that serve as the basis for this restaurant's name. They are also the points of interest to chefs and patrons when it comes to the modern cuisine. Trid is a contemporary haunt that focuses on these elements; in fact, it's here where that perpetual culinary struggle to meet such standards is most strongly felt. The head chef has experienced diverse dining environments in a multitude of cultural milieus, which has allowed him to make bold and interesting choices while pursuing new tastes and combinations of ingredients. The spatial coziness, refined services, and elegantly designed open kitchen blend in with the restaurant’s fare, exemplifying a sense of unity." - Michelin Inspector
Amazing food, service, and wine. It did not disappoint. Reservations are nearly impossible to get but if you can get it it’s worth it.
Tip: do the wine pairings. They did a great job aligning the wine with the food.

Amazing experience! This was my first fine dining experience of this calibure though my girlfriend has done significantly more. It was a fantastic set of food that opened my eyes to many flavors and combinations I had never had before. We were on vacation and they were very accommodating with our lack of of Korean and explained the dish and proper way to eat it in English very well. We left very satisfied and I'll be trying to find ways to incorporate similar experiences into life in the future. Thank you Trid!

The no show policy of forfeiting the entire cost of the meal paid upfront is too harsh. I had a traumatic incident and could not make it to dinner. The restaurant was firm on policy with no sweeteners or credits or offering alternatives/ rebate / reservation. Felt cold blooded and that our lives don’t matter.
