Had a quick stop by for morning pastries. Personally this shop is the most epic bakery thruout the whole worlds or at least in the states. I will definitely visit every day while I stay in PDX. I got a plain croissant ,a ham-cheese one and a cannele. Inside of the croissant was very airy, moistured and so tender, and the outter shell was perfectly golden brown and crispy. Cannele was also good.

The best country bread, croissants and baguettes in Portland. Every time am in Portland this bakery is part of my itinerary. We even ship the bread back to California when possible!

One of the better croissants I’ve had outside of France. Perfect crunch, airy inside, flaky, and a nice caramelized bottom. Will definitely be coming back to get more.

Love Trifecta for many reasons: early morning coffee and work hangout, the best bread in town, and dinner that is transcendent (well, at least really really tasty).
