A small, but delicious, menu. Fresh oysters and yummy crab rolls are our usual menu selections. Pickled vegetables and tasty salads are good items to share. The changing wine list is short, varied, and well-thought out with a mix of local and international choices. Plus, there are usually 7-8 draft beers available. Homemade coconut cake or a lemon square provides a perfect ending to dinner. The staff, especially Gabby and Alisa, are all personable and capable. To keep quality at such a good level, year round (in a summer tourist town) is a noteworthy achievement.

Fantastic/fresh oysters + an impressive wine menu and unique beers on tap. Service great too. What a gem! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu.

I had the creamy asparagus vegan soup and it was so fresh and so good! The focaccia bread was wonderful too.

Wow! Stumbled across this great place. There is so much more than a winebar and tap room. They serve great food, including fresh Oysters! The owner chatted it up with us, such as a great friendly place with a nice touch of class. We will be back!

I will drive all the way to this place just to have the home cured olives. They are absolutely astonishingly full of flavor! We were lucky to have stumbled upon this place their second day of opening. What brought us in was the lighting. It is warm and bright, but somehow in a calm way. We tasted a few wines and settled on a viognier. When visiting West Marin it is a must to order a cheese plate, as all of the cheeses will be local. Trillium’s cheese plate did not disappoint, with local West marin cheeses. We sat at the bar and watched beautiful dishes head out to tables. I wish we would have tried all of the dishes but we ran out of time! The oysters were absolutely fresh and delicious! Opening a restaurant takes courage, dedication and creativity. Trillium should not be missed! I applaud them, and look forward to trying dishes as the seasons change.

Fantastic little haven in this area. The owner/chef is lovely. He makes everything daily in house! We went to this restaurant twice in one weekend and everything including the oysters are delicious.

I need to learn how to bake focaccia now, to try to recreate that decadent stuffed focaccia sandwich… A sublime mound of velvety soft prosciutto by Zoe’sMeats, atop a thick layer of confit garlic, layered with slices of sweet and tart fresh peaches, mint leaves, and unctuous burrata (but perfectly good without cheese if you’re lactose intolerant like me) between two halves of a fresh, toasty crunchy savory homemade bun. We came back twice in two days to eat it again, and *actually bought a cooler at the general store next door* to bring home some of that ridiculously yummy coconut cake. We were stopping people walking by and telling other guests at our hotel - you’ve got to try this. The Navarro rosé was light and crisp, and their nonalcoholic cider will fool your tastebuds into thinking it’s boozy. Very very very good.

A great experience! Oysters (both hot and cold) were outstanding; loved the ceviche too. All of the menu is carefully thought to go well with the great variety of wines available.

Yelp
Next time you are in Guerneville, I highly recommend Trillum Winebar &Taproom. The crab roll was delicious and the Caesar salad outstanding. Very extensive wine list and many favorite beers on tap. Save room for a dessert all made in house.

Yelp
This place is such a little gem! We had a great dinner here with amazing drinks. The antipasti board was awesome and when we ran out of cheese they even brought us more. They also used Point Reyes award winning blue cheese which is my favorite. We also ordered other things so check out the pics! My partner loved the oysters. The service was awesome too! Gabi took good care of us despite how busy they were! They are also one of the few places open on a Monday, which is smart. Inside was very clean and a cute modern vibe. A few vegetarian options and a pet friendly patio! What more could you need!

Yelp
I was craving Marcona almonds and found their menu on Yelp so here I am and they are playing my least favorite song which is that horrible whistling song. The waitress was kind of salty!

Yelp
I'm not big on oysters but had been craving some for a while. We stopped by in between wine tasting and dinner for a snack. Ordered a dozen oysters (half raw, half baked) and two wine flights. We were enjoying everything just fine until we had the chipotle bourbon butter oysters. Fitting for an Easter Day snack, I felt like I died and went to heaven each time I had one. Could have been the wine but objectively they were the best oysters I've had in my life and my partner and I both agreed that they were the best bite we've had in 2024. I will be back before they change the menu or pray these remain a staple. So good I don't want to let anyone in on the secret but alas I must spread the good word. Service was friendly and ambience was that of a hidden gem in plain sight. Street parking is plentiful, what are you waiting for?

Yelp
Such a nice light tasty meal! We always feel veggie deprived on vacation, so the veggie plate was an awesome find. Poke was nice with some chili crisp on top. We got a cup of the seafood chowder too. It was nice and light for a chowder, not super heavy. Lots of seafood and light on the potato, which is actually how I prefer it. Would definitely come back again.

Yelp
Had a fantastic meal at Trillium. The cold oysters were refreshing after a long day in the sun and the hot cooked oysters were creative and delicious. Made me rethink what oysters could be, like a sushi roll or taco, the added toppings and sauces made it a whole different experience! Our server was warm and genuine and provided excellent drink reccs to pair with the food. The crab sandwich blew me out of the water, lightly dressed with the perfect amount of mayo and lemon to make the crab flavor stand out on nicely toasted bread. Will stop by each trip to make to Guernville

Yelp
It was such a pleasure dining here. The service was perfect as the server was not only pleasant and professional, she was knowledgeable about every oyster. The Hot Oysters were a variation of an oysters Rockefeller and maybe the most delicious I've had. I even ordered a second round because they were so good. If you're in the area and enjoy oysters, this place is a must.

Yelp
My crab roll was ok. I wish the crab flavor came through a little stronger but no major complaints. The chowder could have been better though. It was just too thin and kind of felt like clam in milk soup rather than a chowder with a bunch of body from potato. I liked my white wine flight.

Yelp
All of it is great especially in a warm summer Guerneville night. You can relax, enjoy some fresh seafood, people watch and enjoy the ambiance, the people and the town! Service is good, Gaby is great and oh so friendly! All staff is friendly!!

Yelp
It is a cool little spot, did have nice ambience. However, food was meh. We ordered the olives, garlic bread, seafood chowder, and crab sandwich. Best part of the meal was the olives. I don't know what I expected with the soup, maybe I was thinking it was going to be like a clam chowder? It was very thin, and was basically flavorless. Only contained potatoes and one mussel piece, no clams. Didn't finish it. The crab sandwich was impossible to eat. It was overflowing with crab and was really messy. Needed a larger roll or less crab. Every other bite had pieces of shell in it (which I know can happen with crab sandwiches, but every other bite is excessive). Overall the flavor was extremely lacking. I didn't finish the sandwich either. My husband said his beer was flat, which is sort of disappointing considering it is a tap room. My beer was fine though. Service was fine, no issues there. If you want quality clam chowder and an amazing crab sandwich, drive over to the coast instead. I recommend Spud Point. Maybe this place is nice to taste wines, but if you're going for the food or a beer skip it.

Yelp
Hummus and bread were edible but other than that it was just ok oysters. I will try it again when it's not so busy.

Yelp
Our absolute favorite spot in Guerneville. My hubby and I were sad when Seaside Metal closed (I digress) in this beautiful spot. We were skeptical that this new spot could match our expectation's but were pleasantly surprised when we gave it a try. Mind - officially - blown! Who would have thought that a little spot in Guerneville would serve some of the best, if not THE best, poke I've ever had. My hubby has dreams about it, for real. Every dish we've had here in addition to the poke has been amazing. The hamachi, salads and seasonal specials are all fresh and delicious. Service is friendly and spot on. Gabby has been our server almost every time and she's amazing. I highly recommend sitting at the bar and striking up a chat with the lovely Mother Shucker....trust me on this. Two thumbs up for this hidden gem

Yelp
We stopped in here for a quick bite and we were very pleased with the quality of the food, drinks and staff. It's one of those places that is so tasty that you want to go to eat simply for the pleasure of it. My husband and I popped in there for lunch today and now we're impatiently waiting to be hungry enough to pop in again for an early dinner. 6 stars if we could :)

Yelp
Great little restaurant serving fresh raw oysters (and grilled oysters), Dungeness crab, seafood chowders, charcuterie plates, local cheeses, wines and several other great dishes. We had a great dinner and a great time.

Yelp
As someone who's been here long enough to remember Seaside Metal, I'm happy to report that there's another ocean-side restaurant in town. It's got everything from a chowder in a light creamy broth, to oysters both hot and cold. The beet and cheese salad would clean your palate for just about anything, but is especially nice before a crab roll. If you don't try the crab roll, your descendants will never forgive you when they ask for adventures from your childhood. Top notch food and friendly service from owners Greg, Jenny and their staff will at least leave you stuffed and, if you're discriminate, deeply satisfied as well. Get a wine flight, the pours are generous!

Yelp
We have been several times and have never been disappointed! The food is delicious ! The service is absolutely fantastic!! We always leave thrilled and planning our next visit. Thank you for being consistent and fabulous.

Yelp
My family and I stumbled upon this place on Yelp while visiting Guerneville for the holidays. I noticed there weren't any reviews but later found out they just opened. We were thoroughly surprised that THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Chardonnay, cheese board, meat board, and oysters all hit the spot. And the house made focaccia stuffed with goat cheese, prosciutto, and broccolini blew us away. Our server, David, was so nice and very helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere was everything you're looking for in a quaint wine bar. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Utterly fantastic food and tailor made beer for good seafood. I really enjoyed the hot oysters, and a beer tasting. Simple, fresh, bursting with flavor and perfect ingredients, I wish them total success. The bourbon oyster: wow! Really delicious!

Yelp
Excellent food, innovative menu, quaint setting, efficient staff. My favorite restaurant in Mendocino.

Yelp
We came to town from the Sonoran desert, and ordered every seafood dish, including oysters and ahi poke. We started with salads and beers. Put it this way, everything was fresh, and deliciously well thought out. The service was fast and friendly. The venue is intimate with a very clean vibe and spot on groovy background music.

Yelp
I think they need to rename this place. The food was highlight of the show. We had the crab sandwich and it was delicious. They give you lots of crab and it isn't all mucked up with too much mayonnaise. I had a sandwich to die for. They called it stuffed focaccia, which wasn't a good name. Made it sound like a pizza of some sort. It was a sandwich on the most amazing crispy focaccia style bread ever. Inside was prosciutto, peach, melted cheese and baked garlic. OMG. Melted in your mouth. Flavors amazing. We share a fantastic Caesar salad. Perfectly dressed. Not too much, not too little. Not too anchovy. Lettuce was crisp and not soppy. The menu is pretty small, but what they have that we tried was delicious. The service was really friendly. We tried a flight of international white wine, which was just okay. Then ordered California whites. I guess we just prefer the California style. Oyster looked delicious. Their deserts looked good, but it was supper hot so we opted to have ice cream down the street at Nimble & Finn, which was also delicious.

Yelp
Limited but delicious menu. Fun salads and yummy hot oysters with three different toppings. Raw oysters and fish were fresh. Great service.

Elaine F.

Yelp
Very tasty dinner. Baked Oysters were Excellent. Red white and blue salad one of the best I've had. And lastly- the crab roll was delicious! Great service and a nice vibe. Will come back.
