Triodinamico Vini

The concept, oysters and seafood were great. The wine selection, superb. I had such a great evening here with my wife. The only distracting point was the service which was a little unattentive. This is understandable give it is literally run by three guys. They do a great job but can't be everywhere, everywhen. Maybe triodinamico needs to become quarto or quinto. On the whole this is really an awesome place. The oysters. The Alice. The caviar, the champagne. Such a great ambiance too. The music opened our eyes to Scottish reggae rap. Not as bad a s it sounds.

Boss little natural wine bar. Friendly service, without being fake. Looks like a very traditional wine bar from the outside, but they serve mostly natural wines, hence my visit here. Staff were very friendly and affable and each of the wines, a red and an orange, both Sicilian, were very good. It is more of a bar than a restaurant, but they do serve oysters and also pizza. I had a selection of Italian oysters and they were very fresh tasting. They didn't come with any garnish, which I like personally with oysters, but as I say, they were fresh tasting and had a good flavour. I'd definitely come back again and love to explore more of their wines.

I wanted to love this spot because Sorpasso next door is incredible (however it was closed for Ferragosto). So I tried this spot and it was the most ugly, stuck up and pretentious service I have ever received in my 10 years travelling Rome. A shame. I went alone as a solo Canadian tourist and used my best Italian I know to ask for a table for wine and food. Instead I was sat at the bar while popular locals were greeted warmly and sat before me. Forgotten in a corner type of vibe. An awkward and ugly experience for a solo traveller. I finished my glass of wine left the money on the bar and left. I actually cried on my walk home because the vibe was so off.

Fabulous selection of wines. We enjoyed a bottle of red sat outside on a warm evening. Beautifully poured.
