This place is the kind of spot that makes you want to tell everyone—but also kind of keep it to yourself. Decisions Pies is a true hidden gem home bakery: no frills, just honest baking, great ingredients, and a whole lot of care behind everything they make. I went for the bumbleberry pie, mostly out of curiosity. It’s a mix of blueberry, strawberry, rhubarb, and raspberry—and it works beautifully. The filling is vibrant and tart-sweet in that perfect, homemade way. The crust? Flaky, golden, and clearly made with love. That said—if I had to recommend just one pie, it would be their strawberry rhubarb. It’s tried that in another place in Maine, so went with bumble berry , even a local I met recommended the strawberry rhubarb pie , in his words - “ it’s to die for “ . It’s a spot that doesn’t need to shout for attention. You just walk in, pick up something off the counter, and let the flavors do all the talking. Whether you’re a pie person or not, this is the kind of baking that wins people over. Definitely worth going a little out of your way for. And yes, I already regret not buying a second slice.

I really don't want to review because I afraid that it will be too famous and I could find the pie anymore 😅😅 but Trish's Pie is the best and affordable price, every year we come to Maine from MA and have to buy the blueberry pie for as long as I remember. As of June 2022 the pie is 14$ included tax try it out. There are variety ; Bumberries, strawberries rhubarb, blueberry etc

Great place to pick up homemade pies. Strawberry rhubarb was delicious. Blueberry lemon fudge was another favorite.

The strawberry rhubarb should be rhubarb strawberry, it’s a lot of big chunks of rhubarb and few strawberries. Got a raspberry tart there though that was amazing

I purchased one of the raspberry tart pies, it was absolutely amazing. The crust is dense with a nice flaky outside layer but melts in your mouth. The filling was very natural and flavorful, a beautiful balance of sweet and tart. I'm glad we were just visiting the area, because I'd go broke if I lived any closer.

We had an amazing experience with Trish's Pie Bakery. We placed a large order of 40 pies to deliver to referring dentist offices as gifts. Trish was so easy to work with and her pies looked/tasted great! We would highly recommend her pies!

Trisha's pies are on another level. That full flavor butter crust dusted with just the right amount of sugar. It compliments the perfectly sweetened fruit centers. Do yourself a favor, and special order a cherry. It's a few bucks more, but worth every mouth watering cent. You can't go wrong with whatever flavor you choose. The chocolate cream is evenly balanced, and truly delicious. A fan favorite everywhere I bring it. My family in has started to request these pies for every holiday, or family function. I'm happy to oblige, and Trish is a sweetheart. Thank you Trish for making me a rockstar at family functions. Looking forward to all the future deliciousness.
