Working with Britany Clark as may physical therapist after my shoulder arthroscopic surgery in Skyline’s outpatient rehab clinic was nothing short of AMAZING! She was really kind and cared a lot. She also knew what she was doing and followed my surgeon’s protocol perfectly. Everyone was thankful for that. I can now scratch my back with both of my hands!! I can tell she is really dedicated to her craft and continual learning. You will be blessed if you have her as your physical therapist.

So glad for the opportunity to share my experience at TriStar Skyline. Prior to my admission to the hospital for tests, my preregistration experience was just the beginning of the most rewarding experience I have had. The registration process was quick and easy. Barbie greeted me and answered all of my questions (which had already been made simple) but since I had never been there she guided me through each step. An attendant brought me to my assigned location and from there the process continued to go smoothly. My team of medical professionals: Mariah, Julia and Jose got me end and out like the professionals they are. Thank you to everyone for making my first visit to Skyline the best ever.

My father was admitted to TriStar on Oct. 23 for an impending surgery. The hospital is very clean and the staff couldn’t be any nicer and accommodating. The doctors and nurses were very professional. The three doctors were very detailed, not rushed and answered all of our questions. We were very beyond impressed. Alicia Townsend was my Dad’s head nurse. She was very attentive, friendly, always available for our Dad, caring, knowledgeable and very professional. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here.

Sharon is the best !!! She runs the most wonderful gift shop in Nashville. She has a kind smile and compassion for everyone who comes thru her door. She helped me find the perfect gift for my mother along with some x-mas gifts for others. Make sure to stop by and pay her a visit. You will not be disappointed.

The team at Sara Cannon cancer center that is attached to Tristar Skyline is one of the absolute best teams ever. From Miss Erica who greets everyone with a smile when you walk in the door to Nurse Candi who is one of the funniest nurses ever she's always making sure you feel comfortable when you're under her care. The Radiation team is the A+ team from Nicole, Cameron, Jessie, and Jay they always make sure you feel comfortable asking if you would like a warm sheet to asking how your weekend was. This team has always made me feel comfortable while going through my treatment. They even make sure to include my family in all discussions. 10/10 recommend

This is a mixed review… now the RN and 2 nurses we had in the ER room were great with our daughter…. However the intake station comprised of 3 individuals that were unprofessional. We understand that hospitals around here can experience wait times. There was a wait … however eating chicken wings and what appeared to be a jovial time between them in view of waiting patients is unacceptable , and unprofessional. Fast forward while we were waiting in our room. My daughter’s mother approached the nurses station to see what was going on, only to find a band of staff all sitting in areas on their phones . She stood for a few minutes without a glance from any staff members. I understand it’s night shift , but attentiveness is lacking.

My husband had emergency gall bladder removal surgery there just before Christmas. It was a very good experience. The ER got us in with little to no wait! They recommended surgery and arranged for us to get a room quickly. The doctors were all very nice and helpful. The nurses were supportive and friendly and good! We highly recommend this hospital! We stayed 3 nights.

I had a recent stay at the EMU. The nurses and team did an amazing job taking care of me and advocating for me. My case was difficult and different. Dr. Bangalore did not stop to find the answers of the mystery. For four years I was misdiagnosed and a high risk candidate. As a medical provider myself, my medical history was used as a weapon to my career and growth from other co-workers. Dr. Bangalore gave me my life and career back again. His diagnosis has changed the trajectory of our lives. My family and I will forever be thankful for the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. This stay has restored our faith in healthcare again after being subjected to medical malpractice and medical negligence from Clarksville facilities. I will forever cherish this. I feel as if I have a second chance at life. Thank you is not enough.
