Good wings - they had no issue with me going 50/50 on the sauces. Great beers, I was able to enjoy a hazy ipa. Bartender did not check on us much after food arrived but we enjoyed our time

Stopped in for the first time for a late lunch while visiting the area on Black Friday. The entire area was crowded for the holiday, but were able to be seated right away. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. My only complaint was the music was a little loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. And it was kind of 70s rock; not really enjoyable dinner music. We weren’t in the bar, so it could have been toned down a bit. But overall it was an enjoyable meal, and one of the best burgers I’ve had. My friend got the fish and chips and loved it. And kudos to having Coke and not Pepsi😁

I had a retirement party here this past weekend in the upstairs space and everything was just terrific. The food was delicious and was restocked frequently as needed and the beers were all delicious. The service was spot-on and super friendly. The space is also very nice with high ceilings and the beer making apparatus prominently displayed. And, music was really good and not so loud that we couldn't converse over it. A very happy experience! Thanks, Triumph!

The vibe was cool and the waitress was nice. I got the shrimp po boy and it was...okay. The flavor of the shrimp was great but there was very little shrimp and coleslaw which left the sandwich thin and dry. The bread was tough...not like a nice roll that it should be on. It was alright but definitely not worth $22. My husband got a bacon burger which was good. The fries were incredible but they were unsalted (ask for vinegar!) The absolute show stopper was the pretzel bites. The beer cheese had no flavor (how?!..its beer and cheese) But the texture of those pretzels...AMAZING. Will we go back? Probably not, its way too expensive for what it is. But I would definitely gets some pretzels to go!

First time here since the pandemic. Brought out of town guests here. Food was amazing. Our group ordered a variety of burgers and sandwiches and everyone said theirs was delicious. All of the beers on tap were great. Service, even though it was busy due to a festival in town, was superb and we never felt neglected. Did not disappoint!

Google
Husband and I had the bacon cheddar burger. It was dry and hard to chew and swallow. Our toddler had the kids chicken fingers which were also dry and he refused to eat them. The water tasted funny and we had to ask for refills and only got 1. There were only 2 other tables and a few people at the bar, so service should not have been that slow. The food was absolutely not worth the price. I would not recommend this place. Why 2 stars instead of 1? Bonus points for hanging a pride flag.

What a great place to stop by for lunch! We sat outside and had a great view of the train station, and just so happened to watch the train pull in while we were eating! The selections, sizes and prices on the beers were amazing $3/$5/$7 as was the food. We started off with the tuna tostadas (which were very delicious!) and had the steak sandwich and bacon cheddar burger (both exceeded our expectations). We loved the food, the drinks and the atmosphere! Would love to come here again when we are back in town. Highly recommended!

Lunch on a gorgeous fall day was perfect on the patio with the train entertainment. Menu of both food & drink was tailored to octoberfest season. The food was excellent! 10/5/25

Yelp
After visiting the New Hope Railroad we ran across the street to Triumph Brewery which was packed. Quickly putting in an online reservation we were seated quickly outside away from the loud Friday night indoor bustle. There was a German Style Menu which was delicious. Portions are small/average but the food was really delicious. Beers were good and there'm was an extensive cocktail menu and a few ciders. Service was quick. I would go back again.

Yelp
Triumph Brewing is a must-visit if you're in the New Hope area. We have been here twice when in New Hope, and have had a great experience both times. Firstly, the decor is awesome: it is modern, industrial, inviting, and has decor that makes you enjoy being there. The staff are prompt, attentive, and kind. They make an excellent cocktail, and they pour a solid pint of fresh beer brewed by Triumph. Triumph's beers are high quality, flavorful, and well-done. The food here is quite good, especially the German variety. It is authentic, fresh, cooked well, and flavorful. German sausage sampler, German pretzels with beer cheese, potato pancakes, etc. are all tremendous. They also make a great burger. Obviously, I highly recommend a visit to Triumph!

Yelp
Driving through town and decided to stop here for lunch. We were seated and given menus. Our waitress took our drink orders and gave us a few moments to check out the menu. For appetizers we decided on the Rye pretzels and the Bao buns. The Bao buns were so tasty I could have eaten them both myself. I loved the chicken and the sauce was amazing. The pretzels were little round balls of goodness with salt and came with cheese or mustard for dipping. Nice and crunchy on the outside and the dips were great. We ordered a burger and the caprese sandwich for lunch. We honestly ordered way too much food, and didn't have much room after the appetizers! The burger tasted great and the caprese sandwich was melt in your mouth amazing with the cheese and bread. We could have split the burger or sandwich because they were both very large and enough for two people! We had good service here and the food was very good. The appetizers were our favorite! The atmosphere is cool. It is a little loud and there were only a couple other tables in the room. Parking is plentiful, but you do have to pay for it at the meter. Overall we had a fantastic lunch.

Mia L.

Yelp
This place was amazing! We tried all 6 beers and they were all wonderful! Super cute atmosphere and the service was great. The food we tried was amazing pretzels and bao buns (we were just snacking). The bathrooms were also really clean. Love this place and will be coming back! They sell growlers too. Everything was reasonably priced and can get different size pours of the beer for tasting.

Yelp
We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding at Triumph Brewing and it was the best decision ever! We had a buffet and open bar and our guests loved all of it. The space, the food and drinks were perfect and the staff were so nice and easy to work with. Marissa was the event manager and she was so professional, easy to work with and communicated so well with us. If you have any dinner events to host, I would highly recommend Triumph!

Yelp
Came in for lunch with my wife a few days ago (weekday). We were greeted enthusiastically and quickly seated. Dining room is large and open. Nice outdoor seating options as well. We sat inside. Our server was attentive and very personable. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Food is good enough to come for the food, even if you aren't going to drink. That was us today...we didn't sample any beers/drinks, just the food. We started with the Mezze Plate which I highly recommend. My wife got the Vegan Scallops for her meal and I got the Cheesesteak which is made with shaved ribeye and cooper sharp cheese. Both entrees were perfectly prepared. Great experience and food. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
I've visited this particular Triumph location many times over the years and it's always been a good place to have a beer and a meal. I prefer dining outside by the train tracks, but inside dining has to do during the winter months (hint hint ... maybe the owners can find a way to resolve that?). They aren't on the main drag, but that's not a terrible thing if you want a break from the crowded borough streets. On my most recent visit, I took the family out for lunch before our New Hope steam train excursion with Santa and Mrs. Claus. We parked in the lot next to the train station and unfortunately rang up a $50 parking bill for over 2 hours of parking. When we walked in we were extremely lucky to get a table without a reservation before the lunch rush so heed my warning - find better parking arrangements and call ahead for seating!! Their beer list had six house beers on tap - The Czech pilsner was simple and tasty with a decent spicy kick of Saaz hops. It pales in comparison to a true Czech pils, but it was average. The Holiday Ale - a spiced ale - rich, caramel and piney was in fact nicely hopped with a bite of piney flavors. My wife had the Belgian Blonde and said it was average. I always find that there is not much depth to their brews, but they are true to the style guidelines, just simple examples. If your not a beer fan they have a half dozen red and white wines to choose from. Lunch wise - I ordered a French Dip - Wagyu eye round roast beef, gruyere cheese, horseradish creama, with a french onion broth on the side and fries. $20 .... I thought it was a delicious sandwich, well put together on fresh ciabatta bread. The beef was very tender and moist, you almost didn't need the broth for dipping at all. My wife enjoyed the Fish & Chips - Beer-battered cod, potato wedges, tartar sauce. My mother loved her Chicken Cutlet sandwich - Broccoli rabe, sharp provolone, calabrian chili aioli, fries. (She said it was a big portion and barely ate half). The kiddos had chicken nuggets and grilled cheese and had plenty for leftovers. Our server was a nice young man who was very attentive to us. Our drink orders and food came out quickly and were spot on. The staff was very kid friendly and there were lots of families dining at the same time. The inside of the building is very open with high ceilings so you don't feel suffocated or on top of other diners. I think Triumph has lasted all these years mainly because of their location. In my humble opinion if you want a local comparison, Triumph is a notch below Iron Hill in the size/quantity of their menu offerings (both beer and food), but just about equal in beer craftsmanship. Having said that, I'll still return in the future because of their proximity to the main drag in New Hope and overall consistency.

Yelp
Menu is great with plenty of different options and menu is changed very often. Large variety of alcohol. Outdoor seating is available and looks right over the train station. It is also visible from inside. It's beautiful inside with a glass bridge and a cool upstairs. Live music playing every 2 weeks or so. Every one is so nice. Usually not to busy!

Yelp
We've come to Triumph several times and it's been consistently declining every time we visit. Food: every single thing we got lacked flavor/salt. The fish and chips were bland. And it came with about 4 wedges. Very odd. The chicken cutlet sandwich was lacking salt. The turkey sandwich was extremely dry and the turkey had no seasoning. The beef bourguignon was the best out of the 4 but still lacked seasoning. The mashed potatoes were very good and so was the sauce. But the beef didn't have any flavor. Again, could've benefited from a bit of salt. Service: The service was not good at all this time around. We got seated and no one came over to our table for about 10 min. I went up to the hostess and she said she'd send our server over. On our way out, the person at the front stared at us and didn't say anything. Ambiance: very dark. Typical bad vibes Overall, there's quite literally nothing drawing us back here. Especially being on the pricier side.

John F.

Yelp
We went to Triumph for a catered event. We utilized their upstairs area. There was plenty of space for 50 guests. Food was delicious. All the staff were attentive and service was top notch. They really were key to a memorable evening. Marissa worked with us to ensure we got the most value out of our experience. I have no reservations about doing more events there.

Yelp
Had a very pleasant experience last night! Up near Princeton area and was looking for a restaurant that stayed open later then 9 since it was mid week there weren't a ton of options. Also wanted a bar since I was flying solo! Reviews were mixed for Triumph but I said lets give a try. Took my seat at the Bar and met Jake. I was looking for something light and healthy and he recommended the Spring Vegetable Salad I added the salmon. Super tasty and refreshing and Salmon was perfectly cooked. Jake was personable and attentive. We talked basketball as the draft was being televised. Will definitely go back!

Yelp
Triumph Brewing Company is a "brewpub" as opposed to a "production brewery." They have a few locations. So, they make their own beers, but they also offer food and other cocktails. They do not just serve in-house made beer only. This distinction is noticeable as soon as you enter. With that said, I was not wowed by their beer. I can tell the difference when I go to a smaller, beer only brewery. Those places cannot afford to serve average beer. However, what this means for you, the customer, is that your whole group will be happier here. Everyone can find something to enjoy. Sometimes it's hard for me to drag people along to a beer only production brewery. It just wasn't for me, and I probably won't go back. The overall feel does not differ much from the regular bar & grill. The service was attentive, too, and it felt like that overall, too.

Jaide T.

Yelp
After we left the Bucks County Kids Museum, we decided to come here since it was within walking distance. I loved the layout of the brewery and the ambiance. It was fun being able to see the train go by while eating. Our server Lexi was very pleasant, patient, and attentive. While looking at the menu, we were all confused that a brewery only had a handful of beers to choose from, it was very disappointing and the food was nothing to rave about. With all Regis said, this is a one-and-done.

Jeff F.

Yelp
Four of us recently met at Triumph for an afternoon of appetizers and beverages. First thing you need to know is parking was great as far as availability (but again it was the afternoon) but tightly watched for expirations - 2 of our party went over their purchased parking by 7 minutes and got $35 tickets - so don't skimp on the parking. We interacted with several members of the staff - all were helpful, knowledgable and attentive. Our party tried 4 different beers and enjoyed them all with the lager getting top votes. We also tried the crispy shrimp (pretty good, a little too sweet, nice and crunchy, decent sized portion), the house pretzels (comes with 2 dipping sauces - excellent), the Nashville hot chicken wings (not spicy - which was fine because they are very tasty and come with a (I think it was) ranch dipping sauce, and the flatbread (very good). The prices were appropriate.

Yelp
Great cold beer on a hot day. Triumph Brewing Company has a nice energetic vibe. Family friendly but it also has lots of little nooks where you can have a little more privacy. We were seated upstairs which was cool because we could see all the happenings down stairs and the train station. Service was good. Our server was attentive and responsive. The beer was refreshing. The House Pretzels were the BEST! So good with the flake salt, OMG! My salad was average but good. The grilled shrimp were slightly over cooked. My husband had the First Class Burger. He enjoyed it but he rarely dislikes a burger.

Gerald N.

Yelp
3.5 stars for good food and vibes! Came on a weekend evening and there were plenty of seats. There's a good bar area with high tops and lots of space. Service was timely and felt like home. 1. Pretzel - Came as bites. More dough than I'd like but good dips with cheese and mustard. 2. Fried chicken bao - Very good! Wish we got 2 of these. Chicken is a bit dry inside but the crispy outside and perfect bao makes up for it. 3. Burger - Very good solid burger as well! Lots of flavor, juicy and hot. 4. Chocolate pudding - 4/5. Creamy and whipped. Very good flavor and just right sweetness. Overall, I'd come back for good food and it is a gastropub so there is variety in their menu items. Great beer as well!

Kim F.

Yelp
Always a solid place. We just went to try out some beer flights. We sat at one of the high tops by the bar. The place was nicely decorated for the holidays. Had great vibes as always. The bartender came over to our table to deliver menus and take our order. We just ordered 3 5oz. pours of the Vienna Lager, the Holiday Ale and the Belgian Blonde. The Vienna Lager is a good comfort beer. Great for this time of year. The Holiday Ale to me tasted like an IPA. I was not a fan. The Belgian Blonde also had a slight bitterness that I wasn't feeling. We ended up getting a pint of the Vienna Lager and just enjoyed the ambience and the people. There seemed to be a lot of people there coming from ugly sweater parties and dressed very festive. It was a fun night just to hang out a bit. Usually we grab a bite here too, but was bustling around New Hope and Lambertville checking out the other places we don't usually go.

Scott K.

Yelp
Food was good, service was okay but very pricey. The ambiance was great you could look at see the train in New Hope. Very average though.

Donna R.

Yelp
I've been here now 1/2 a dozen times and each and every time I come here I have fun. The beers and ales are always consistently good and are always changing. Most of the time my bf and I will take home some Crawlers. I've tried so many unique beers and ales. I hope they bring back their Jewish Rye, and their Raspberry Ale. I also get their samplers that way you can sample several different beers and ales or IPA's and then order the ones you like. When I'm here I always sit at the bar. Tyler aka Tvo usually is our bartender. He's friendly and personable. All of the staff is very nice. Marisa their sales event planner was also very welcoming to my bf and me. She's the one who told me about the pool tables. Triumph has two pool tables. Anyone can play for free as long as you give them your license to hold while playing. There's also a dart board. The ambiance is casual. Depending on when you come this place can get very busy. They also do Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, and Corporate Events. Since their reopening after Covid Triumph Brewery has a new chef named Joe. This chef is so much better then the last. I knew immediately their food changed for the better. Every time I come here I get their SMOKED WINGS NASHVILLE HOT OR CAROLINA GOLD, I order both and GENERAL TSO'S CAULIFLOWER BITES, and PORK TACOS. They all pair well with their Beers and Ales. Triumph has patio dining and DOGS are welcomed. HAPPY HOUR is MON-FRI 4-6pm. This place is KID FRIENDLY! If your in New Hope, this is definitely a place to stop in and meet up with friends, or family and try some of their different beers and ales. They also have a full stocked bar if beer isn't your thing. Every time I'm in New Hope I come here. There is a large paid parking lot. There is handicapped parking. Triumph sells a variety of cute Merch. You can find this when you check-in, in the front.

Nicki S.

Yelp
Stopped here for lunch before our room was ready at a local inn. The beer and fish & chips were good and so was the vibe. It got a bit loud with families with kids coming in from the children's museum nearby, but that's expected. Still worth it, but if I visited again, I think I would sit at the bar.

Eileen Z.

Yelp
Parked at Triumph Brewing in what looked like a small shopping area. I didn't realize you had to pay for parking. Thankfully didnt get a ticket. I'm not a fan the industrial brewing look but my friend wanted to try it. I ordered the sweet potato salad. very overpriced for the size and ingredients in it. The menu said it came with spinach so I asked the waitress when she delivered it and it wasn't spinach. she said they didn't have spinach so they used spring mix. I think I should have been told before they brought it out. I should have taken a picture of it but didn't. For $16 it was very small and only had about 6 small thin slices of sweet potato. We were there on a Friday for lunch and it wasn't crowded. Will not go back.

Diana L.

Yelp
We had the bao buns, beef Bourguignon and steak frites. 10/10 would recommend The service was relatively quick and servers were super friendly to us and our 6 month old!

Emily M.

Yelp
On Wednesday night, my visiting friend wanted to get a classic classic burger in New Hope. A lot of restaurants in the area were closed on Wednesday night, so we walked into Triumph Brewery! I haven't been there in a while so I thought I would check it out. There was was not many people there and we were served very quickly. We had an awesome waitress who served us quickly and the food came out in about 15 minutes! So quick! My friends enjoyed their Classic Burger and Impossible Burger - both really enjoyed it. They both thought the fries served with their food was amazing! They were the perfect crunchy/thin fries - similar to McDonald's fries - which they loved! I enjoyed my Heirloom Tomato salad more than I thought I was going to! The Baratta cheese really made the salad and was delicious. My only suggestion is if they could cut the tomatoes a little bit smaller I had a hard time cutting the quarter slices but they were very fresh & flavorful. Tasted like a tomato from New Jersey - which we know are the best. Overall, between the fast service and great food! I would totally recommend coming here for a burger or salad with a beer!

James F.

Yelp
The host and staff are not responsive and total jerks. We had a reservation for 5 people and the place was 98% empty. They sat us at a four topper and put a chair on the end. When we asked about getting a larger table. The host acted as if we were trying to steal a child. Then she made us stay downstairs for 5+ minutes...just to sit us in the same place with 2 tables placed together. What is the deal? Our server did well. The food was subpar, basically just bar food. Note: Our experience at other Triumph locations (esp. Princeton) were phenomenal. Great service and food.

Jennifer A.

Yelp
HORRIBLE!! I was ignored TWICE at this location!! I went there last summer, was seated outside and watched as the server walked by, attended to people around us and never acknowledged me and my small party, so we left. Then my husband and I thought we would give it another try today, and we were ignored AGAIN. The place wasn't even busy but the server never came to our table. What makes it even worse is when we decided to leave both times, we mentioned it to the person at the entry desk and they were all so dismissive as if it was not a big deal. I will never return.

Mary J.

Yelp
Delicious! Great service food beer and cocktails all available. Outdo do and indoor seating. Staff are courteous.

Steven M.

Yelp
went there with the family for a beer and meal. The bartenders were so stuck up and rude we couldn't wait to leave after one beer. and then they have the nerve to hit you up for a 25% tip. Get over yourself.....you're a bartender

Gabrielle D.

Yelp
Hubby and I came here on a Sunday in September to enjoy a nice lunch. The brewery is very modern and welcoming. Cool bar area, game area, different dining areas. In a great location just off the Main Street downtown. Great beer and delicious food. Great atmosphere.

Sarah C.

Yelp
Great place to grab a drink or meal with a larger group. The inside is very cozy but also modern and the menu has some great items. I got the apple cider margarita which was really good and not too strong, just enough. For appetizers the table got pretzels, potato pancakes, and the flatbread with squash. Everything was GREAT, potato pancakes definitely the best I've had and the pretzels were so soft and pillowy with a delicious cheese sauce. For my entree I had the chicken cutlet sandwich which was WONDERFUL. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in a long time. It had broccolini on it which I thought was a nice touch. This place was awesome but be warned it does get super crowded on weekends. I would love to go back next time I'm in New Hope and try more menu items and drinks!

Adam C.

Yelp
I stopped by Triumph and was pleasantly surprised. The offer their own beer and I was happy with my Session IPA. I started with the pretzel appetizer and New England clam chowder. The pretzels were solid - they came with cheese sauce and spicy mustard (I personally would've preferred regular whole grain mustard). The New England clam chowders was okay - it could have used a garnish of chives and more black pepper. I had the impossible burger with fries - it was likewise pretty good without blowing me away. The others in my party were pleased with their food. Service was a bit slow; we never got water refills and it took a while to get the check.

Lauren D.

Yelp
It's been a while since my husband and I had been here and my MIL really wanted to go vs. any other place we browsed along the New Hope shopping route (Triumph has plenty of veg options, fresh beer). With the kids also in tow, we hoped that everyone would be fulfilled and there would be no complaints, and it wound up being a very wow dinner. Our server Lyndsey was extremely accommodating for multiple tries before everyone settled on their perfect beer - the Hawaiian Wheat, American Ale (Pilsner?), Amber and Porter were the favorites. My all time fav is the Jewish Rye/caraway beer, so I'll throw that out there in case Triumph is looking for requests for the beer playlist! Appetizers were pitch perfect. My MIL and I split the eggplant meatballs which were melt in your mouth with fresh whipped ricotta and ultra tender and well seasoned eggplant - and eggplant parm normally does not venture anywhere near my top 20 foods, so I can't emphasize enough how much these sliders changed my mind. This could easily be a hit as an entree item. My kids and husband devoured the sweet chili shrimp, this coming from two kids who can be picky at times and the slaw was more than a decoration - my husband, a non-coleslaw guy, was loving it. The entrees really had one shining star that was so bright it could not be ignored - the Nashville buttermilk fried maitake mushroom was such a fried and light and delicious showstopper of a mushroom it would make the most hardcore chicken fan convert to vegetarianism. Please keep this as a forever item on the menu. The sauce is chef's kiss - the perfect concoction of ranch and hot sauce. (Also what is that hot sauce, I need to know!). The brioche bun was buttery and airy. I am craving this as I write this. I'll also add my kids were raving about the cheesesteak and grilled cheese, which had perfect elements of well though out breads- grainy, hearty bread perfect with the super cheesy grilled cheese and perfectly chopped beef tips with melted prov on a medium soft steak roll. My MIL got the Greek/Mediterranean salad and it was solid. I think a switch to more of a chewy crispy panzanella salad vs. hard pointy pita chip style croutons would make this an absolute 5 star. Also an option for a Greek feta and olive kind of dressing might be a good swap for the vinegar adverse. That's personally what I think would take it from a light 4 star salad to a true 5 star dinner salad to rival any other entree on the menu. Would have preferred the fries to come out piping hot and glistening with oil, but still had a great taste - real potatoes, thin cut with skin and perfectly salted. We are still talking about this meal today and I am telling anyone who will listen to me how great it was. Keep up the good work Triumph - we are in a rush to get back!

Kylie B.

Yelp
Solid service, food, beer, wine, and cocktails. The New Hope location and Red Bank location are both lovely in terms of atmosphere and the quality of the food. When people think of a brewery, they don't often think it will have a professional kitchen that creates and delivers a variety of delicious food. I enjoyed a bowl of the mushroom bisque, sweet potato and black bean burger with fries, the coffee oatmeal stout, and the KellerPils at the New Hope location. I went to the Red Bank location several months ago and it was also a great experience. All in all, Triumph checks all the boxes for your next night out.

Tiffany M.

Yelp
Local brewery with a phenomenal kitchen. The menu rotates often as it utilizes local ingredients, but a solid constant are the pretzel bites. When they offer the crème brûlée, be sure to grab one!

Kenneth N.

Yelp
The triumph brewing company is a great spot to stop in for a cold drink and wings after a scenic drive down River road along the Delaware River located in New hope by the train station with plenty of parking is a great spot to meet up and enjoy you afternoon.

Jessica S.

Yelp
We've been to Triumph many times, but this was our first time in over 2 years because of the pandemic. It was as good as we remembered it. Amber took care of us. We tried the pretzel for an appetizer. It was enough for 5 to share with sides of garlic aioli and grainy mustard. I had the flatbread and it was delicious. The others tried the cheesesteak, pulled pork sandwich, steak frites, and chicken sandwich. Everyone was happy. We had the chocolate cake for dessert which was delicious. They do have Coke products. There's plenty of parking in the lot with a kiosk to pay.

Asher F.

Yelp
The food and drinks here are out of this world. The vibe and the building are so cool. And the food quality rivals the best stuff in the New Hope / Lambertville / Princeton area. On top of that, they are a GREAT spot to hold events!! My wife and I just had our wedding at Triumph and there are hardly any words to describe how happy we are with the whole event. The by Chef Joe is incredible, fresh, delicious, and was totally customizable. The staff are warm, helpful, and go above & beyond throughout the events. Marissa, the coordinator - basically served as a defacto Wedding Planner. She thought of EVERYTHING and made sure the whole venue was prepped, decorated, and the food was ready in a completely perfect way. She was also so kind and lovely to work with - like the perfect mix of "Type-A enough to make sure there's a checklist and everything gets done" and "Relaxed enough as to not stress you out while you're busy with all the other wedding planning stuff." People had told us prior to the Wedding that there's always ONE thing that goes wrong. So expect that, and you'll be fine. Well - thanks to Triumph, we can honestly say NOTHING went wrong. They held an absolutely perfect wedding for us and we are so, so grateful. Thank you again!!

Yelp
Only good for the fries! My chickpea "burger" was a pile of mush. Our server was good, but we couldn't hear him or each other because the live music was too LOUD. I really couldn't wait to get out of there, but I wanted to finish my fries.

Yelp
Ambiance was horrible. Music way too loud and person was not talented. Not relaxing or conducive to good digestion. Ordered a summer salad with salmon. Salmon was cold and undercooked. Greens were wilted. Horrible. My boyfriend told the waitress that he was allergic to honey and could not have honey mustard dressing. She brought it out anyway. Very horrible experience!

Yelp
My wife and I met our friends at the Triumph Brewery in New Hope on October 1, 2022. It's in a group of stores on Union Square Drive, right off of Bridge Street. It's actually a fine location as it sits across the tracks form the historic New Hope Railroad, also known as the New Hope and Ivyland Railroad. The train station is charming, and currently adorned with Halloween decorations. We would have loved to have eaten outside, but the weather was not cooperative. No matter, the inside is very accommodating with plenty of space between tables so you can feel comfortable eating inside if that is a concern. There are 2 floors, and we ate upstairs by the window, with a lovely view of the railroad. Our waiter was Ray, and he could not have been nicer or provided better service. When it came to ordering beer, his recommendations were spot on. He even offered to let me get a taste and told me if I didn't like the beer that he would drink it. He helped make the afternoon fun and was always around if we wanted something. I ordered the Octoberfest beer, by the way, and it was excellent and just the right temperature. My friend and I ordered the bacon cheeseburgers with fries, which were very good. Our wives ordered salad with salmon, which they enjoyed. It's farm-raised salmon and the salad portion could have been larger, TBH, but overall, no complaints. It's a child-friendly restaurant/pub. The bill with four meals and three 16-ounce beers came to about $150 including tip, which Ray richly deserved. After our meal, we walked a block down the street to the center of New Hope, which is a wonderfully charming town with interesting and fun shoppes, art galleries, and other places to eat. We love going there and I bought a vintage Beatles T-shirt! We will definitely go back to Triumph. It's out go-to place in New Hope now!

Yelp
Place used to be fun. Ever since covid its been pretty boring and lame. Most locals agree with that statement and almost no one goes here anymore. To start the music they place is drab and depressing sad radio songs. The staff is very unfriendly and does not want to seem to be there. All live events pretty much gone, and the beer is always always so average. Only good thing is food which is decent at best, cocktails are a joke.

Yelp
Nice brewery pub. Great place to stop after a visit at the children's museum or walking around New Hope. They have a great selection of brews. Food is good too. There is outdoor dining as well and you are overlooking the train. Service is good and attentive. Come here to hang out, it is very large and there are often parties. Great location for that along with plenty of parking. You do have to pay at the stations to park.

Yelp
It's well past it's prime when it first opened what feels like forever ago. As craft beer has advanced, the brews stayed the same. 3 star beers at 5 star prices. The menu is really limited, Gastropup style menu, not as varied as I remember (I'm sure that covid is responsible for the condensed menu like most restaurants but they've taken some good things off the menu over time). Bartenders, more focused on talking the staff than seeing if anyone want food. Liquor selection very limited, I got the last pour of barr hill gin, I know I went to a brewery and got liquor, but they didn't even have a replacement bottle. Not knocking the food for watching football. The bacon cheeseburger had fried onions on it and bbq sauce, filling and made well. Wings, little sparse for the price but Carolina gold had good flavor. Like I said, this place has its purpose I just wish that it didn't feel like a place that went through a pandemic when you walked in...

Yelp
Came here for a Friday night dinner. It was good. The ambience is very nice. Really nice/cool set up. The kiddos loved overlooking the New Hope Railroad. We have been on this train a couple of times and are huge fans of trains so it was really awesome to be sitting above it in a way. The kids loved their window seats. There was a party across the way (bridge) and it didn't distract the flow or get in the way of getting our food or attentive service we received. We got quite a few appetizers and then mystery man and I split a beef torta sandwich. Trust me you'll want to split it. It is so big! The bao buns were probably my favorite, followed up by the corn fritters. The tomato jam was very good. The mystery kids had gotten chicken fingers, fries, fruit salad. They were very happy. The bold IPA was very good you could taste the yummy mango. It is strong so be careful with driving and things after drinking it. Maybe take a stroll around town and see what the beautiful historic New Hope has to offer.

Yelp
Triumph used to be phenomenal. Ever since the pandemic the menu options have decreased, the quality and quantity of the food has decreased, and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff has decreased. Menu prices have increased. I understand our current economics, but it seems like the restaurant is teetering on a point of no return as far as quality is concerned. There is a brand reputation issue that isn't being addressed adequately and if it is being addressed, that isn't being communicated to the customer very well.

Yelp
Saying goodbye to summer in style in the heart of New Hope. Perfect day to check out the New Hope railroad while enjoying brunch. Selected the savory shrimp appetizer followed by a fresh watermelon/beet salad w/salmon and Nashville chicken sandwich. Service was terrific as always. Bonus for being dog friendly and offering tons of shade on warm summer day. Great place to relax, people watch and take in all New Hope has to offer.

Yelp
AWFUL SERVICE. Just left after sitting for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged by the wait staff. One server was attentively tending to a table next to us - probably stopped in with them every minute or so. After waiting 10 minutes, I let the manager know that we haven't even been greeted, let alone offered water and she assured us she'd send someone over. The same server appeared immediately... to WALK PASSED US to greet a table that had just been seated. Was it because we were *literally* the only brown people in the place? Hmm.

Yelp
Beers were tasty and food was delicious. We got the Nashville mushrooms sandwich must try if you're vegetarian or not.

Yelp
The bartender/server seemed like he could care less to wait us, his attitude was rude and unprofessional. The food was not that good. Some came out cold, used to love this place. The server alone ruined the experience

Yelp
Not sure what the issue is but everything we ordered came out barely warm not hot. Brussel sprouts were good but not hot and cheeseburger again good but not hot. Bartenders were overwhelmed and not really something I want to watch or hear about. Beer and wine were not cheap gotta have sufficient staff to serve patrons with a smile. Nothing here you couldn't get somewhere else. Ok if you're in the area if not go elsewhere.
