Tropical Palms Shave Ice

I will definitely be going back here! Great prices for the amount of ice you get. They even gave my baby some plain shaved ice on the house :) There's not a lot of shade, but that's hard to come by in TX summer anyway. Regardless, it's a great spot for a summer treat.

OMG! Heard about this truck from a friend and stopped on a whim - snow cones have never been my thing but consider me a convert! These are light and fluffy somehow like actual snow, not crazy sweet, amazing flavor selections, combos, & real fruit (and other) mix-ins! The wedding delight was divine - loaded with fresh strawberries and cream, can't get over how much I enjoyed it. Hope this truck sticks around because there are many I want to try! Do yourself a favor, bring a date, bring your friend, bring your kid, bring yourself!

Wow! I am practically snow cone cotnnesiour and these are hands-down some of the best ones in Austin. Light, fine and fluffy with incredibly creative and delicious flavors. Couldn’t recommend the wild watermelon more!

This might be our new favorite shaved ice spot! The wait was a little long, but everything came out so fresh. The ice was so smooth - smoother than any other shaved ice place we've been to in Austin. I was already planning to get the wedding cake and cotton candy syrups for my icee. Turns out they have a special that combines both and it's called the Barbie. It was meant to be. Right now they're only open on weekends but still worth checking out!

So I came here because my co worker posted her watermelon shave ice and it look so refreshing I had to try it myself! I finally made it out today! So the ice is so fine which I loved. I hate when the ice is more like a rock pebble type of ice. Anyways the watermelon chunks were perfect! So juicy and sweet! Definitely very refreshing for this HOT HOT DAY! It's was pretty dead when I went but I'm sure they get busy. They have other special combinations I want to try. I'm definitely be going back for more!

Perfect textured ice and great flavors! Friendly staff. Picnic tables with umbrellas if you want to eat outside.

me and my pals were walking in the hot texas heat and we stumbled upon this fine establishment, the menu and variety is extravagant. pricing is fair and they take no tax. worker is nice

Great way to cool off after an afternoon hiking. The snow was very soft and the flavors were tasty. I got the coco loco and loved the toasted coconut on top. One review mentioned they were cash only - but when I went they had a square reader! Would go back again to try more flavors

By far the best shaved ice in all of Austin,TX!!! I ordered the wedding cake delight. It was a combination of wedding cake and strawberry flavoring topped with fresh strawberries and cream!! We also had a pineapple delight, which was pineapple flavoring topped with fresh pineapples and cream!! If you're looking for a good way to cool down during the heat wave, this is the place.

Delicious shave ice! Lots of favors. Cash only, but all sizes are under $5. Remember to check in so that you can utilize the offer they are currently running. I went for the coconut and pineapple favors. Partner went for Georgia Peach but it was on the weak side.

Best find of the summer! This is one of the best snow cones I have ever tasted anywhere! Friendly staff and great menu. Can't recommend enough and will definitely be bringing my family here all summer long.

Awesome awesome awesome snow cones! The ice is super soft and the flavors are so good! You have to add toppings because it makes it so much better. Erica, was the girl who helped me out and she was super friendly suggesting different flavors to me and my family. Good price for a good size, will definitely be visiting again!
