This place doesn't even deserve one star! Unfortunately, but THANKFULLY I did not get a chance to try to food due to its poor sanitation. My girlfriend and I went there for lunch at 1:40pm and ordered two smoothies and a wrap. Around 2:10pm(Yes, 30 mins later) he hands us the wrap. As we were still waiting on the wraps we saw the manager, Chinedu Ekwenibe, making other wraps, touching the phone & the register using the same gloves he's using to prepare the food. This is a big NO, especially during this pandemic of COVID-19. My girlfriend politely approached the manager around 2:20pm(still no smoothies) and asked if he could remake our wrap using a new set of gloves as we seen him using the same gloves and touching everything. He immediately got defensive, started raising his voice, and refused to remake our food. At this point we just decided to cancel every and get a refund, but he wasn't going for that. He accused us of lying on him and said that he does not give refunds.
So around 2:30pm after arguing with the absolute worst rude and aggressive manager, we decided to just leave without anything and just took a $21.08 loss.
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!! The manager, Chinedu Ekwenibe, is rude, unprofessional, unsanitary, disrespectful, and does not value his customers. I urge you not to support this place, as I will never spend my money at an establishment like this.
**I hope they don't just reply with the same copy & paste response that they sent everyone else. I really hope someone can address & correct this issue**
