Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I work for door dash and had two orders go through this location. Upon arrival at 8:40am they had not opened the store and the posted opening time was 8am. There was a female worker who was just an associate waiting for god knows how long. Terrible service. UPDATE: the “manager” showed up at 9:20 and cancelled the two door dash orders that were with this store. Maybe show up on time dude. to your update, “owner” of this tropical smoothie, I didn’t steal jack i deliver everything I get handed to me. And I have physical proof that I give to doordash every day. And doordash doesn’t cancel orders it’s either the customer or the store. I talked to the customer when I dropped off her order and she didn’t cancel anything. Just accept that your in the wrong. I feel bad for the girl you had waiting outside for an hour and 20 mins because you didn’t wanna show up on time.

I usually never review but s.o to the girls that were working, they genuinely were such a vibe🫶🏻 it was a good place to sit, eat, and chat with my friends for a while. The drinks were also so goood along with the food😮‍💨best Bahama Mama drink everrr

Most of the staff seems miserable to be there and work. It is super uncomfortable…… and the food/smoothies are inconsistent . As someone who usually goes several times a week, that is super disappointing!

Nom! I ordered an Island Chicken Quesadilla and Orange Ginger Glo smoothie and both were fantastic! The staff were friendly and inviting and I felt very welcomed. It smelled of fresh ginger as soon as I walked in and they said they had just cut some up. The environment is clean and the music is lively. I will be back.

They’re finally open! I LOVE Tropical Smoothie and I’m so glad one opened in Houston! This is the nicest Tropical Smoothie I’ve been in. It’s super modern, clean, and bright. It feels very cozy and everyone is super friendly and they have great taste in music (very important, clearly 😂). Anyway, the food did NOT disappoint. It was very good! (Sorry I didn’t get enough pics) but I had the Cali Chicken flatbread and my favorite smoothie from anywhere ever, the Açaí berry boost. I’ll definitely be back and likely, a little too often lol happy eating!

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! First of all, my husband ordered from online. He never checks before leaving to make sure the order was right or anything. I wish he never ordered from here. Salad is extremely small not even a half piece of chicken cut up in salad and it looks unappetizing. You charge over $9 for that? Secondly, he ordered salt and vinegar chips but you put sun chips in the bag. I'm disappointed. Customer unsatisfied. THANKS alot but we will never order from you again.

This place is So Delicious..I’m not one for wraps but The chicken buffalo had fresh veggies juicy chicken and so tasty! First time today and I’ll be back with my kids who love to eat healthy. Service was Awesome place as so clean. Can’t wait to try all the menu 👋😁🍎☀️

I had never heard of this place, until I visited Houston. The chicken bacon ranch flatbread I had was good! Very simple, but really tasty, the atmosphere was cute and quaint. My partner got a jerk wrap and was able to customize it. I’d visit again.
