First let me say “all PB protein bowls aren’t created equal “ I get one almost everyday but the normal spots I go to have been missing the mark. That was until I came here. I just picked up my bowl and it’s the best one I’ve ever had. Every store should make it exactly like the one at this location because it tastes absolutely amazing! Great job guys

Why is it that when you pay cash, the cashier tells you the amount with tips included. Why is it when you pay with a card, you have to scroll using the key pad to select a different tip amount or no tip. They don't tell you this either. I remember a tip being given for good customer service and good food or drink. You taking my order and taking payment is your job, I don't even have my food or drink yet. And lastly why is it that when you don't tip your smoothie isn't as good. I chose a different tip amount and the young lady put her fingers inside my cups while handling them. And when she grabbed other cups for another order, she held the cups on the outside. I feel like if you don't tip, you won't get good service or product. And they sabotage your order. That's okay, you don't have to worry about me no more. I'll stay home and make my own. After the pandemic and ppl just nasty now, they do what they want.

Called about 10 times because I noticed the app glitched and added something I didn’t wanted. Nobody answered. Weird because they answered the first time then nothing it’s had not even been 2 mins after my first call, just radio silence. Update : 6/12/25 Call to update my instructions on how to make my smoothie because it was getting delivered and I did not want it to be watery They told me they could not blend it with water, which is NOT TRUE. So my smoothie came here and it was nasty. I also asked them to replace the sauce with something else because I couldn’t do it in the app. They left out both my sauces. There needs to be a better quality checking before sending food out.

Chia Banana Boost is my fav. Good customer service. **had to edit Every time I request NO TURBINADO they put thrbinado & when I kindly take my drink back to be remade it’s always something. Today the manager talked about me while I was in the store waiting for my remade order claiming they didn’t put any sugar. I KNOW WHAT SUGAR TASTE LIKE…. & how rude for a manager to talk about a customer in their face. Watch out with these smoothies the sugar content is very high

I am so disappointed I order a turkey bacon ranch sandwich bread is so hard can’t even eat at all. This food cost too much for this. I wish I can post a video so you can hear me tapping into the bread.

Wish the good vibes & goodwill owner, David, all the best in this new location. Tropical is the best smoothie place. Island Green (drink yr veggies) and Bahama Mamas (jolly rancher in a cup) are tried and true but there’s something for all smoothie taste buds and dietary needs. Can also ask for reduced sugar.

Purchased a Bahama Mama bowl for my daughter. We get home she takes a bite and immediately spits it out because the pineapples were spoiled. I called the restaurant to let them know the pineapples were bad and the workers response was “why you say that?” So I told her that they stink and taste like they’ve been soaking in alcohol to which she responded “ok”. I won’t be coming back to this location or any Tropical Smoothie Cafe in the DMV

Staff is extremely slow and rude. They don't acknowledge customers at all and ignore you when you have a question. Tropical smoothie needs to look into people being hired in this area. The grown man with the nose ring needs proper training or should be fired immediately.

I love this Tropical Smoothie location, especially because it has a drive-thru, making service super quick and convenient. The food is always great quality. I usually get the chicken pesto wrap and the chicken caesar salad, and both are consistently fresh and flavorful. My go to smoothie is the açaí berry boost, and it's absolutely delicious. Whenever I go into the location it's always clean.

One of my Favorite Spots to go to when I want an Açaí bowl, Smoothie, even a Salad. Customer Service is was also a 10/10 . They were also playing a nice selection of music while I waited for my food. Very clean place to even sit and eat your food.

Always plenty of parking. Staff always greets you upon entering the store, and everyone is professional. I will continue to frequent this location.

Friendly and quick service. I appreciate the customer service and good smoothie's. Also, I appreciate having this in southeast so I don't have to go over the bridge for good shops and stores.
