Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I’ve been coming here atleast 3 days a week in November and December of 2025. I have to say Cianni have been super productive and proficient in having my order ready ontime or early! This location as always been excellent since last year my Wife and I would come. Please keep it up!

This is literally the best location in Washington, DC…. Angel is great …and so are the other young ladies that go out their way to make my pomegranate plunge just the way I like it with kiwi and spinach… And make sure that I don’t have any cheese in any of my food….: Love this location…. I would recommend you to this location, but I don’t wanna share😇

I came in last week and couldn’t figure out what to get and Skylar helped me pick out the sunrise sunset smoothie and add pomegranate to it and it was amazing! She was so kind and patient with my choosing and her suggestion was perfect. Will be coming back hopefully to get more of her smoothies!

My wife and I order our food and smoothie through the app. When I arrived in the store I was greeted by Steph with so much excitement of welcoming feel. I had the pleasure of meeting Nisha and Cianni as well.

Nisha and saafyia were very helpful and wonderful… nisha made me the cherry berry protein and saafyia let me know before hand that it was amazing which it was

First let me say “all PB protein bowls aren’t created equal “ I get one almost everyday but the normal spots I go to have been missing the mark. That was until I came here. I just picked up my bowl and it’s the best one I’ve ever had. Every store should make it exactly like the one at this location because it tastes absolutely amazing! Great job guys

I got an Acai Bowl from there and the acai tasted sooo watered down. Like extra ice was added to it to stretch it out. It tasted like water! Not the best tropical smoothie at all but the staff was nice

I came in after a long morning and they really made my day! Myangel and Aaliyah had AMAZINC customer service! I’d give 10 stars if I could! Will definitely be back.

We stopped by to grab smoothies and a sandwich for lunch. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I ordered the Paradise Smoothie and the turkey sandwich with a side of Harvest chips. The order was prepared quickly and I was on my way in no time. I will definitely patronize this store in the future.

I love this Tropical Smoothie location, especially because it has a drive-thru, making service super quick and convenient. The food is always great quality. I usually get the chicken pesto wrap and the chicken caesar salad, and both are consistently fresh and flavorful. My go to smoothie is the açaí berry boost, and it's absolutely delicious. Whenever I go into the location it's always clean.

Out of all the locationd ive been to this is by far the worst. Quality is garbade. Got a bowl of honey with no coconut shavings and half melted pouring from the bowl wih a pint of chocolate to drown out the flavor of everything else.

One of my Favorite Spots to go to when I want an Açaí bowl, Smoothie, even a Salad. Customer Service is was also a 10/10 . They were also playing a nice selection of music while I waited for my food. Very clean place to even sit and eat your food.

Always plenty of parking. Staff always greets you upon entering the store, and everyone is professional. I will continue to frequent this location.

Friendly and quick service. I appreciate the customer service and good smoothie's. Also, I appreciate having this in southeast so I don't have to go over the bridge for good shops and stores.
