Absolutely loved my visit to Troy City Brewery! I tried the Cobblestone Blueberry Beer and it was phenomenal — smooth, refreshing, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere was awesome, with a great vibe, cool videos playing, and a location that’s perfect for relaxing or hanging with friends. Big shoutout to Amy and Makayla, our bartenders. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

First time here for Oktoberfest, place was great! Some of the best Oktoberfest beer I’ve ever head. Food was decent, buffalo dip was slightly cold but I didn’t come here for the food. Great overall experience though

Had a nice Mango New England IPA. Stopped by had nice chat with the beer tender. It was quiet but it was a Wednesday just after opening.

Google
Great location. Came when outside beer garden wasn't open but can see the allure of it. Service was slow, but willing to chalk that up to few servers. Server we had was great. Got 9 of the 10 beers and they were honestly all delicious. Can't remember the last time that happened. Was hard to pick a single beer to get a pint of as they were all great. Had some good snacks, good music, decent vibe, kid friendly... enough. Recommend.

I have not visited this business personally, but I feel compelled to leave a review based on my interaction with the owner. I came across a post online about a cat that had been stuck in a tree for three days. I brought wet food, treats, water, and a carrier to try to help. When I arrived, I met a woman who had been trying to get the cat rescued and showed me where it was stuck. I saw the cat—clearly terrified—high up in a tree from a nearby yard. I approached the homeowner, explained the situation, and politely asked if I could access her backyard. She refused, saying her dogs would go crazy. I then asked if she would allow a professional to enter the yard to rescue the cat, and she still said no, citing liability concerns and fear of being sued. I told her I understood as a fellow homeowner, but I couldn’t understand how someone could sleep at night knowing a cat had been suffering in a tree for three days without doing anything. She then asked me to leave her property, which I did—though I did express how upsetting I found her lack of compassion. Later, after speaking with the cat’s owner, I learned that not only had this woman denied her access to try to retrieve her own pet, but she had also lied for two days, claiming the cat wasn’t in her tree. However, she admitted to me that she had seen the cat and knew how long it had been there and approximately how high up it was. If you care about animals, I would urge you to think twice before supporting a business run by someone who shows so little empathy for a helpless creature in distress.

Google
Good beer selection, and the outside dining with live music is a great way to spend the night. Dog friendly too!! One thing I would say is the seats are kind of uncomfortable at the barrel tables, I'm 6ft1 and had to hunch over the table and seats kept wobbling back and forth but other than that would highly recommend!!

Google
One of our favorite breweries. Consistently good beer, and a great atmosphere. The 7 Hillz is awesome! Staff is always great. We had Cindy today, who was the best! Great bands too!!

Google
Great place to unwind and enjoy some tasty microbrews. A friendly staff who take care of your needs. They offer inside or outside seating, tasty selections are offered as well. I only tried 2 of their microbrews which were delicious. Great spot to be before catching a show at the Narrows.

Yelp
Meet up with friends for conversation and beers. Great place. Open spacious. Staff friendly and accommodating. Bathroom clean Was not too happy they had a family of two small kids running around. In a brewery? They should have bar snacks available

Yelp
The service and ambiance here is always great . This place was always awesome the wheat , stout and Pilsner beers are always great . But now this place is even more amazing they have wine and whiskey. My wife who like sweet wine , usually white wine , really liked their red wine (which is all the had tonight). But they do usually offer a white wine. Their whiskey which is the only whiskey distilled in Fall River is incredible! If you like speyside type whiskeys you will love this Fall River whisky. I had it on the rocks , I found the whiskey very smooth with a hint of sweetness. The taters tots and the other small bites are great so you can have a little food which allows you to drink more of there incredible beers and whiskey . A huge fan of their Troy German Pilsner , nice and crisp with no bitterness! The best part of them them expanding their drink menu is my non drinking beer wife will now come here more with me !

Yelp
What a GREAT place to hang and have a drink. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We got a flight and ended up bringing home 2 - 4 packs- Troy and Jam Session. Both were fantastic. Wish I lived closer to visit more often. It's definitely worth the stop if you're in the ar

Yelp
I love that they now have wine and whiskey since I'm not a big beer drinker. The addition of appetizers is fantastic.

Yelp
If you're looking for mediocre, you couldn't find a better place. The food is comparable to what you'd get if you let a muppet curate your menu. Nothing separates it from any other microbrewery, other than the sub par beer.

Yelp
We stopped here recently on a shopping trip to Fall River. It was a little tricky to find, but we persisted and found our way. Troy City Brewing has some nice selections to pick from (yay, for seltzer) and we enjoyed our visit. We visited early on a Saturday afternoon and the place was quiet except for a couple other groups there. Our server was friendly and personable and the decor was nice. They also have a really nice outdoor beer garden, but the weather was pretty miserable for sitting outside. We'll definitely stop back when the weather is nice again to be able to sit outside.

Yelp
Troy City Brewing is a craft brewery that opened in Fall River, Massachusetts in December 2018. It was founded by business partners Keith Carvalho and Mike Ferreira. The name of the brewery is a reference to the historical name of Fall River. Although originally founded under the name "Fall River" in 1803, the town changed its name to "Troy" the following year and eventually changed it back in 1834. Carvalho started a home brewing club in Fall River in 2006. In 2017, Troy City brewing was founded as a home brewing entity when Carvalho joined forces with Ferreira. Eventually they would move in at a historic textile mill and opened their taproom to the public a year later. Together with nearby Canned Heat Craft Brewing, Troy City Brewery brings the brewing industry back to Fall River for the first time since 1963. My wife and I first visited Troy Cory in October 2019. We were in town for the day to visit the home of Fall River's most infamous citizen: Lizzie Borden!! After visiting some spooky sites around town, we decided to check out Fall River's local craft brewery scene. When we arrived, they were having a Halloween costume party in the taproom (which was totally fine with us). I ended up sampling four beers: the Rail Trail Cranberry Lager, the TCB Test IPA, Maplecroft (Maple Syrup Porter), and Gage Hill (Toasted Marshmallow Chocolate Porter). The last one was my favorite and it came with a cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our visit to Troy City. If you're planning on visiting any spooky Lizzie Borden sites in Fall River this Halloween season, make sure to visit Troy City Brewing.

Yelp
I visited Troy City early on a Sunday and it was quiet, which I like. The beers were good, but didn't really blow me away. Service was very good. We ordered some food items which were basic and good, but a little pricey. The outdoor courtyard was beautiful and probably a great spot to hang for a few hours. Troy City is definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
Visited Saturday before a show at the Narrows. Small place but nice they had free music the staff was very attentive and friendly and the beer was very good I'd certainly recommend this as a pregame to a show at the Narrows it shares the same building. I had the Commonwealth brew I'd rate it as very good and very drinkable I wanted to try the porter but ran out of time I'll be sure to try it on the next visit. Also it is a dog friendly place there were a few well behaved pups in house while we were there. Keep up the good work folks happy brewing .

Yelp
Went on a Sunday afternoon (around 2PM) after visiting Battleship Cove, which is just down the street. The place was pretty quiet with a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The type of place I'd like to spend a warm, sunny afternoon. I was pretty disappointed they only had 3 or 4 beers on tap when I went. Half of their beers were out. Not really sure why, maybe they were in the process of switching their tap offerings. The New England IPA I ended up getting, however, was excellent. I'm sure their other beers are also great. I definitely would not recommend ordering the pretzel. To be honest, it was bad. It was warm on the outside, but cold (not like room temperature, actually cold!) in some pockets on the inside. Overall, it was pretty rubbery and hard to chew. The pretzel was 1 star. But the beer and location were 4 stars.

Yelp
I've become jaded with some of the murkier New England IPAs, but their "7 Hillz" IPA was crisp and flavorful. We liked it so much that we bought a 4-pack to enjoy at the Narrows that evening, where it is strictly BYOB.

Yelp
Good vibes, great beer, friendly staff and cool atmosphere! I love the outdoor beer garden.

Yelp
What a great brewery! Came here with a few buds as we had some spare time that day. It's a little hard to find as it doesn't have street front entrance. You have to walk into a dead end alley, and you'll see the entrance. This dead end alley is used as a beer garden for the brewery as there are tables and barrels with umbrellas so you can hang outside in some shade. Our friends went straight to playing bags while enjoying their beer. Speaking of the beer...YUM! They had about twelve beers available of different varieties. I had the Under the Bridge IPA, 508 Blonde Ale, and Iron Works Porter. All of them were delicious. The 508 Blonde was probably my favorite. Refreshing for that hot day. The other thing I liked was when you open a tab they give you a number, like some restaurants do. When you get another beer you give them your number instead of saying your name. As someone who's worked behind a bar, it's much easier to remember a number than a strangers name. Very efficient system. I wished more places would do that. We were also lucky enough to the breweries new puppy, Troy! He was playful and adorable, and he made sure everyone at the brewery petted him. It's a great place to bring your dog and hang out.

Yelp
Discovered this cool brewery before show upstairs at the Narrows Center. Brewery was cozy with a great vibe . The 2 bartenders provided fast and friendly service. Duo musical group in the corner did their part to enhance the vibe. My favorite beer was the bier de winter. The bartender said it tastes like Xmas and I can't describe it but she was right!!

Kelly M.

Yelp
Great place and the bartenders are great. I would like more food options than cheese platters.

J. R.

Yelp
Excellent beer, each and every one of them! Had the Raspberry Ale, Summer Ale and Maplecroft. All of them were unique and tasty. Also brought home a 4 pack of Pumpkin Ale (Baker St.) Another great tasting beer. Owner Keith knows what he's doing. Buffalo Chicken Dip is the best I've ever had! Great beer, atmosphere and food.

Meghan P.

Yelp
Good service but the beers were very similar. Would have liked more choices. However great atmosphere and live entertainment.

Brittney D.

Yelp
music is SOOOO LOUD, the vibrations actually flatten the beer! Other than that, great spot if you can tolerate blowing your eardrums

Yelp
Another good catch! Beers, IPAs, very good. Staff friendly and informative!!! Another good spring/summer stop!!

Yelp
First time at Troy City Brewing yesterday. What can I say that hasn't already been said. Beer was great atmosphere and service second to none. The patio area is perfect shady and breezy. Even though we were hanging outside music inside (Kevin Greene) was great and volume was perfect. I will be back.

Yelp
A great place with fabulous beer! It's the perfect place to go with friends on a hot summer day. They have a nice sized outdoor space too, and are dog friendly. A must go!

Yelp
I've loved Troy City since the first visit! The help is fun, personable and good at what they do! The beer is great and the food offerings are decent. January is our usual server and super friendly and efficient! We love stopping by here!

Sasha A.

Yelp
Small industrial looking space. There is a decent sized bar with some picnic tables. We both had the Pilsner which was very good. We did not try the food. There is a small menu of items to pick on. The service was fine. Liked the fact that there were bar stools. Most of these breweries for some reason do not have stools at the bar and it drives me crazy. The place was full at 6 on a Friday night.

Ken F.

Yelp
Very beautiful and comfortable spot with delicious beer. I had the flight with four-5 ounce glasses of beer. The Wellington stout was the standout, although they were all delicious. Troy City has a Friendly staff, great beer and a cool atmosphere I will be back.
