Yelp
Disappointing that I have to give 2 stars bc the servers are friendly, the interior is kinda nice in a generic coffee shop/wine bar feel, and there is nothing else decent in this area (near the hospitals and Frye Museum). I came here once and got like avo toast and a coffee drink and it was good, so I looked forward to returning. unfortunately $15 for a "Fattoush salad" described as consisteing of baby gem lettuces, pita, sliced onion, fresh mint, and an agave wine vinagraitte had none of these items! Cheap flavorless romaine with what tasted like pre-packaged -pre-crumbled feta and red pepper from Trader Joes, pita chips from a snack bag, artlessly chopped cukes and stringy overcooked squash made up this sad excuse for a salad. The dressing was from a bottle and was not a wine vinaigrette. I didnt bother complaining to the servers bc they already seemed a bit clueless on the menu and it was a complicated situation as to what was/wasnt considered "Happy Hour" food and really, they didnt prepare the item and seemed to distance themselves from the "upstairs kitchen". It was edible, thats it. It made me want to go home and make my own fatoush salad with fresh lovely ingredients that this salad lacked. Its probably fine for coffee and pastries but it couldve been so much better!
