Truboy BBQ is exceptional! I finally visited their new location just outside Houston in Missouri City, and it lived up to the hype. I orderedhad the brisket sandwich and the tallow fries, and both were absolutely superb—the brisket was incredibly moist and the fries had that rich, old-school flavor you can't get anywhere else. What also sets them apart is the experience. The branding in the store is exceptional, and it’s a beautiful restaurant to sit in. Beyond the fresh food, they have a massive selection of merchandise, accessories, rubs, and even a freezer wall stocked with frozen meats to take home. Knowing they ship all over North America is a huge plus for sending gifts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic, high-quality Texas BBQ

GREAT atmosphere and quality. We purchased both a frozen to-go meal (brisket tamales with 3oz of meat!) and dined in for a hearty, delicious meal. The brisket was perfectly spiced and I loved the vibe of the menu - simplicity is the ultimate sophistication! The design and layout of the store are absolutely impeccable. You could really feel the care put into each aesthetic choice. I was surprised it wasn’t an already established business or franchise because the marketing and branding were styled so well! Best of all, the owner was a kind, generous host — very bright like the sun, even at closing time. May Allah continue to bless their business. Ameen! It’s great to have such a stellar halal option in Sienna.

I came here with my mom and dad and we loved it! We tried the pulled chicken sandwich and the brisket bowl, both were delicious and full of flavor. The potato salad was super good too. They have so many different options to choose from, and you can even buy your own meat and all kinds of snacks. The owner was super nice and made us feel really welcome. You can tell they really care about the food and the customers, and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. The place has a great vibe and tons of variety. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Houston. If not i’d say it’s worth the drive

I stopped by TruBoy BBQ and was seriously impressed! The place looks amazing — super clean, stylish, and welcoming. I tried the brisket bowl, and it was absolutely delicious — tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked. You can really taste the Texas quality! A big shoutout to Geries, who was so friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service that makes you feel at home. Definitely will be back to purchase some of those next time. and now for the food I went with the Chopped Brisket Sandwich with Beef Tallow Fries. Found this place by luck! They have a short but delicious menu that fed my picky eaters pretty well. We tried the brisket, mashed potatoes, BT chips, and BT fries. They have an interesting assortment in the beverage section and plenty of goodies to bring home.

Great brisket sandwich! So glad we stopped by and tried this place - they have a great selection in their market of different meats, spices, sauces, and more. And the owners are very sweet. We will definitely be back.

My friend and I got Mac n cheese and fries to split. The Mac n cheese was everything you want: cheesy, gooey and flavorful. Even eating it slightly cold, we said it tasted like extra cheesy goldfish (which we like!). The fries are perfectly seasoned and crispy. You can buy the Mac n cheese from their frozen section but not the fries. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive and inside the ambiance was cozy.

Far for me but I'll be back. Love the smokey BBQ sauce and pararatha. Not a big menu but everything but I would eat the same things in different combinations all the time if I was closer.

I stopped by Truboy BBQ Market and was impressed. The parathas with chicken were flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the beef tallow fries were crispy and rich.Great spot, great food -- I'll definitely be back.

Solid delicious bbq. Thank goodness this opened on our side of town. Great service!! Took it to go - bowl with brisket and 1/2 Mac 1/2 mashed potatoes, brisket sandwich + fries,; sides: Mac and cheese, deviled potato salad, macaroni salad and coleslaw THEN ALSO grabbed the bbq brisket enchiladas and brisket queso from the freezer section!

Nice staff and clean inside but I just wasn't a fan of the BBQ. I knowingly knew it was halal and the taste would be different but it was just ok. Got a bowl that was 1/2 mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese with brisket. The potatoes were instant and awful. The Mac n cheese was greasy. They do have a small market area to buy meats and sides.

I decided to try the restaurant after reading an article in the Houston Chronicle. We had the brisket sandwich, and it was very good. I will try the chicken version on our next visit. The restaurant is a combination of dine-in, takeout and grocery store. We ran into the owner, great guy, and we chatted for a while. It's nice to support small business, those folks really appreciate their customers. I'm looking forward to the next visit, will probably try some of the side dishes as well.

Really tasty brisket sandwich with a LOT of meat! The beef tallow fries were delicious as well, and were enough to share. This seems more of a takeout spot than eat in. Only 3 large picnic tables inside with another sitting area with a couch.

Customer service A1! I purchased the turkey breast and omg it is amazing! It is frozen, just follow the instructions as indicated on the package and viola! So juicy, tender, and flavorful. I'm buying more of them.

Delicious brisket! Have been ordering it for years. I go back and forth ordering between them and Franklin bbq for brisket. I find Truboy to be as good, if not better at times, than Franklin. I also love their other offerings, am always left impressed with the high quality and how easy/quick ordering from them is.

Food was amazing!!! Take your patience for the line is crazy long. Recommend ordering ahead to skip the line.

First time having halal BBQ and the bite was juicy, tender and delicious! I also am picky about BBQ sauces and I liked theirs. I will definitely want to stop by the restaurant and have a whole plate of this! They also sell the meat you can cook at home.

I tried your brisket sandwich and i love it. The pickles is a very nice touch. The service was excellent. The location was nice and full of energy. 4 stars because the portion is small.

It's very good. Got the sampler platter, and as far as quality goes, it's really top notch. Compares favorably with Pinkertons for Halal Brisket. The one star knock is for one main reason, the ribs are wildly expensive at $120. You can get 4-5 pounds of Wagyu ribs for $60, so I'm not sure how it gets that high. Everything else is reasonably priced but the ribs are terribly priced.

We ordered 7 lbs smoked brisket for thanksgiving. It was a hit and everyone loved it. Definitely recommend. It's halal!

I didn't even have to break a sweat over a hot chargrill and it Taste like it just came off the grill.

This is by far some of the best barbecue I've ever tried. I had some brisket and pulled pork which were both delicious without any toppings or sauces. I've heard the sauce is quite amazing, as well. The concept is ingenious. You can truly get Texas style barbecue anywhere. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

My mom and I love BBQ but with COVID, and her being older, she is not keen on going out to restaurants right now. We had a birthday party coming up that we were celebrating with family and I happened to stubble upon Truboy BBQ on Instagram. We ordered the Austin Package and it was delicious. I always slather my BBQ in sauce but thank goodness it was amazing the way it was because the rest of my family devoured the sauce before I had a chance to try any. This was my first experience with getting shipped, just reheat, food and it was a great experience. I now have the perfect present to send my family and friends that no longer live in Texas.
