Im new to the area and stumbled upon this restaurant while exploring—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. I was lucky enough to be helped by Jesse, who completely made my day. He was incredibly joyful, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell he really cares about making each guest feel welcome and comfortable. Not only was the service top-notch, but the food was also amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff overall were friendly, the place was clean, and the vibe was just right. Jesse went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, and I truly appreciated that as someone new to the area. This place has definitely earned a spot on my regular go-to list. I can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!

Google
Had an awesome experience at True Kitchen! Our server Damon was super attentive, really friendly, and gave us some great recommendations. The food came out just minutes after we ordered and everything was delicious. Can’t say enough good things! Definitely coming back. Big thanks to Damon for making it such a great visit!

Matthew Walton

Google
Had the Vegan double burger with portobello and walnut and beets, side of Honey Carrots (not heavy with the honey which means they know what their doing 👏) Just moved here and this is our new favorite! Husband eats everything and even mentioned the food tasted "clean and fresh" it seriously is worth the trip! Also got the Lavender Matcha Iced latte (6.50?) So amazing 👏 I could drink 10 cups😭🥹

Google
I love the stringent guidelines they use to source their meat. I love the fact that they do not use microwaves ever. Xander is an amazing server. He really hustles and checks in with you. I always know we’ll have top shelf service when he takes care of us. They’ve got great healthy options for vegans and vegetarians alike.

Google
Jesse did an amazing job with working with us! He made us feel welcomed and comfortable (: It was our first time and he was very friendly and patient with all the questions we had! The food he recommended (vegan/dairy-free friendly) to me was very tasty too! The OG juice was delicious too! Thank you so much for a great experience Jesse! Definitely coming back (:

Google
Delicious, healthy options at very affordable prices especially for the neighborhood. I love the gluten free air fried chicken options; very crispy and tender. Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti squash was a very satisfying portion. Hummus appetizer tasted very fresh and the ancient grain bowl was hearty with a variety of different vegetables and flavors.

Google
Had a great experience at True Food Kitchen! My husband and I started at the bar, and Drew made the beginning of our night so enjoyable. She was warm, charismatic, and so attentive. Drinks were great too. Once we moved to our table, Lance took over and was just as amazing. He knew the menu inside and out and had perfect timing the whole meal. Never felt rushed, just relaxed and well taken care of. Honestly, some of the best service I’ve had in Denver!

Jacques

Google
Came here because of ads about the fried chicken! I haven’t had a real life chicken parmesan in years due to my gluten allergy but always craved one and was so excited to order it, my partner got the meatloaf and they loved it as did I my chicken parmesan though I wish it was pasta instead of squash but I can understand at least they had this option for me. The gluten free desserts were delicious, the chocolate chip cookie and peanut butter tart were to die for and we had their zero proof cocktail spicy margarita which was very flavorful to the point where we weren’t sure if it was NA! The cocktail was a big highlight for me, I could definitely come here again and try some more things off the menu!

Yelp
We had a wonderful meal at True Food Kitchen in Denver. The spagetti squash casserole was awesome as well as the trout. Our waiter, Christian, was so nice on top of everything. Great food and service!

Tori H.

Yelp
Christian is an exceptional person who made our experience for a date night absolutely wonderful! We were really lucky to have his warm and welcoming demeanor, in addition to his stellar recommendations when we were unsure about our potential selections. My fiancé and I just got engaged earlier this month, and because of the experience Christian provided, we are excited to continue coming back to TrueFoods!

Yelp
I met a friend of mine here for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Ambiance was warm and inviting, with a slight feeling of being outdoors; maybe it was the Aspen tree decor! I chose the Grilled Sustainable Salmon and found it to be absolutely stellar! My friend opted for the Thai Peanut Noodle Bowl and found it equally enjoyable. Simply stated, the food was excellent! Service was even better and no need went undelivered. Will definitely visit True Food again!

Yelp
We used to go to True Food Kitchen all the time, but a few less than stellar experiences led us to visit less of late. I was pleasantly surprised to see a menu change and also the introduction of a Happy Hour. However, things started off badly with a disinterested server. She was full of "huh?" and "what?" and acted like we were wasting her time. This isn't the kind of excellent service we'd been used to here. The menu changes were disappointing too - more meat and lots of dairy. (I note that Dr. Weil is no longer involved with the restaurants.) The prices have really gone up too. True Food Kitchen isn't what it used to be and we're in no rush to return.
google avatar

Dulce R.

Yelp
We waited 30 minutes to get our food, the server didn't even inform us to why it took so long, they tried to get us a dessert but in honesty we didn't want that we just wanted to be informed why service was delayed by either our server or the manager. The manager didn't come to apologize to us or to say hey this is why we want to get you guys dessert. The food was good I wouldn't say the best, I just think our experience could have been better bur service is what sucked. We don't think we'd go back due to the lack of communication.
google avatar

Lauren A.

Yelp
True food never fails! I love that their food is healthy but doesn't skimp on flavor. Bright and uplifting atmosphere with lots of plants. Get your food to go and it's just as delicious! My fav is the kale salad and spaghetti squash casserole. Service is always great too!

Yelp
Was visiting my daughter in Denver, and we were out doing some shopping and stumbled upon this place. Great find, really cool vibe and delicious food. The edamame guacamole was amazing but didn't really care for the chips. I could tell they were freshly made, but seemed stale, and there were 3 of us eating this appetizer, but they only gave us about 7 chips.... The rest of the food was perfection. I had the OG Grassfed burger, and it was like a steak between two buns. The umami mushrooms and caramelized onions brought this burger to another level! My daughter had the pesto pasta and said it was very good. And our other guest had the butternut squash pizza (he is vegan), and not only was the pizza very aesthetically pleasing, but it tasted equally as delicious as it looked. Great service, really cool vibe and was just a great dining experience all the way around. I love when I go to a restaurant in another state and then come home to discover we have the same restaurant pretty close to where I live. Will definitely visit their other locations.

Yelp
Packed & busy in the Cherry Creek area for lunch! Loved the waitresses recommendation- tge salad was quite large and I appreciated that the dressing was added but light! We had a bar height table in the middle and it can be a tight fight with folks going all around you.

Yelp
Wow wow wow... True Food Kitchen caters to food allergies and takes care of those of us with gluten issues. This food is always amazing, but it was outshined tonight by our fantastic server. Christian was welcoming and fun from the moment we sat down. I was celebrating my 50th birthday with my auntie. She had the Thai Peanut Noodle bowl and said that it was the best she had ever had. I had the True Blue Grass Fed burger, and it was exactly what I needed. We ordered prickly pear tisane to drink and tried a pomegranate spritzer as well. Finally, we shared the flourless chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was delicious and it was free for my birthday! Amazing and delicious!! I highly recommend True Food Kitchen.

Yelp
True Food Kitchen has ambiance, wholesome food, quality ingredients, and delightful staff. My boyfriend took me here for our valentines dinner date and I couldn't imagine a more romantic place to celebrate. Our server, Mason, was so wonderful, kind and made our dinning experience phenomenal. I love that the menu offers a meaningful selection for all types of dietary preference. I had the ancient grains bowl with tofu and it was incredible. The vegan pesto was perfect and really took the flavor to another level. We also shared the hummus plate and I loved the chunks of fresh vegetables! Unfortunately we lost our reservation due to traffic (we came from the springs!), but thankfully they do offer community seating which was even more intimate. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion!

Yelp
I can't believe it's been two years since I've eaten at True Food! It was a go-to restaurant with my ex, and recently I got to form new memories here with my best friend. We walked in and sat at the bar, ordering a plethora of delicious food and drink. Customer service and overall vibes were stellar, just as I remembered. I had a Seasonal Harvest Salad: butternut squash, cauliflower, sweet potato, brussels sprouts, cannellini beans, horseradish vinaigrette, pomegranate seeds, and mulberry. Like WHAT!! So delicious and filling. Got a refreshing True Story cocktail, because who doesn't want a gin cocktail with aloe, cucumber, snap pea, pineapple, and lemon? We finished off our meal with an ice cream sundae. Everything was absolutely perfect. Fantastic spot for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Parking in Cherry Creek can be a challenge, but just pay for a few hours, eat here, then walk around the neighborhood. It's a good (healthy) time, and I can't wait to come back more in the future!
google avatar

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
Food was excellent! Our server was friendly and food came in a reasonable time. We ordered the edamame and brussels sprouts appetizer. The Brussels sprouts had good bite to them and were very delicious. The edamame wontons were great! I have been daydreaming about them since Friday. Seriously it's a must try. I know it sounds strange because you may be thinking, edamame filled wontons?! What they did was take the inside of the edamame and mash it so it's very creamy. I had the OG burger and it was Wonderful, extremely juicy and flavorful. I look forward to visiting here again. It is very close to a lot of shops and the Cherry Creek Mall.
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
Great for salads, vegetarian food, and other healthy fare. Located on a bustling street in Cherry Creek, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Food isn't a "wow" factor or anything like that, but the cuisine is solid, and it's a great option if you're going for lighter, healthier fare.

Sylvia R.

Yelp
Our server, Christian, was great and had wonderful recommendations for brunch. We had the poke bowl and Hawaiian fried rice. Both were flavorful and delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
True Food Kitchen consistently delivers on its promise of flavorful, health-conscious meals with a creative twist. The grain bowls and salads we ate were not only delicious but also had impressive flavor profiles that left a lasting impression. The vibrant atmosphere added to the dining experience, creating a welcoming environment that encourages enjoyment and relaxation. Furthermore, the drinks, especially the mocktails, were a highlight, hitting the mark with refreshing and well-balanced flavors. True Food Kitchen continues to excel in providing both nourishing and satisfying options for those seeking a vibrant dining experience.
google avatar

Kelly S.

Yelp
Had to try their signature - the grain bowl. While aesthetically, it wasn't that impressive, all of the flavors worked pretty well. However, if I hadn't added the salmon protein, it would've been incomplete. So I highly suggest upgrading and adding some kind of protein, otherwise, you might be disappointed. Service was great and sitting outdoors on a warm sunny day made it all the better.
google avatar

Jailyn J.

Yelp
Today was my first time and I get why this place might be popular, but for the price and what is advertised, I think some revamping needs to be done. I had the burrito bowl with steak added, and although it was tasty, I had more rice than anything... and the goal in choosing that meal was the protein. I wish I took a picture, but I was befuddled when I saw how much steak they added and it all fit into a spoonful, which to me makes me question the value and/or transparency in portion sizes. For someone who is physically active... I recommend carrying a snack or two for before or after your meal --I tasted part of another dish with maybe curry and chicken, which was super tasty, but I don't know how filling it was. The service was solid and the vibe is nice, the only qualm I have is with how close the tables are, which impacts conversation and general comfort. Parking surprisingly decent, but in that area, it can be chaotic, so be prepared to be patient.

Yelp
Recently dined at True Foods and was impressed by the cozy atmosphere, food and service. The place has a nice vibe, making the dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. Each dish presented a delightful burst of flavor that's both refreshing and distinctive. It's clear that True Foods excels in using fresh ingredients to craft flavors that stand out. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit - True Foods has made me a returning customer eager to explore more of their menu.
google avatar

Emily K.

Yelp
I like true food kitchen but I have to say, I think I'm over the edamame dumplings. Everything that I've tried here over the years is pretty good, between 4-5 stars. But this time, I just wanted a snack so I got the edamame dumplings. They are very buttery and dense...a little too rich for me. But it's still a good restaurant with lots of healthy options, so I definitely recommend it
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious healthy food with flavor! Service was good for a busy Friday night. We sat out on the patio which was covered. Perfect for allowing outside dining to happen in the summertime with expected rain.
google avatar

Yulaidi S.

Yelp
Checked this out due to a recommendation. I sat at the bar where Matt was at. Service was great with Matt having good small talk without bring overzealous. His recommendations were awesome and delicious. I got the entire summer menu basically. Watermelon margaritas which actually tasted like watermelon, the tomato and watermelon salad that was surprisingly a little spicy in a great way, I had the tgk chicken sandwich which was delicious with a side of sweet potatoes and while I'm not a desert person I had some ice cream berry crumble desert that wasn't too sweet. Price is a little higher than other bars but the food is tasty and doesn't make you regret after. Recommended.

Yelp
Everytime I visit Colorado, I already know where I will be dining whether with friends or solo ..it is True Food kitchen..The pepperoni pizza is always perfect..The staff are always so friendly and professional however I do have a favorite and that is Christian Williams I'm ecstatic when I know he is working...I give the whole wonderful dining experience and atmosphere 10 stars and I will be back soon.

Yelp
It's definitely more of a hip, trendy place. Their menu seems to be composed of simple but really clean meals. We walked in and got seated almost right away. I ended up getting the Farmer's Market Scramble. It was pretty simple but executed really well. The eggs were still fluffy and light. I loved the addition of the onions and yams. The Brussels sprouts were almost a bit burnt but still well done. Overall I would come back but maybe get a more unique dish since it was pretty pricey.
google avatar

Yelp
Love their Tulsi tea and kale Caesar with salmon. Perfect healthy meal in a nice atmosphere. Clean and bustling. Pricey but worth it.

Yelp
Ugh, where to start?? Positive vibes: I liked the open concept. Negative (I'll try to keep it short): had a party of 12 coming off a nearby graduation. Half the group needed to use the restroom just as we arrived. Server seemed put off by this fact and it was a big inconvenience to him. He took partial orders from those of us already seated. When the remainder of our group returned to the table, it was like pulling teeth to get our server back to finish the order (hello, it's an open concept restaurant and we can SEE you standing in the kitchen chatting even after we got your attention). Fast forward to dinner. Food all came out together, great. BUT, the hot food, like meatloaf, a burger and a Thai ramen dish came out ICE cold. The other half had some combination of wraps and cob salads. Personally, I had the 'spicy peanut Thai glass noodle bowl' that was beyond pathetic. I could make a better ramen bomb in my Jet Boil in the backcountry. Lastly, when it was my turn to walk thru the kitchen to get to the bathroom, yikes! Is this how they leave the place?? Cabinets opened for me to zig zag around and staff scurrying thru the area like I'm in a comedy skit trying to evade the hotmess coming my way (not my hotmess, because my ramen bowl was room temp). Major fail on so many levels. The highlight of the night was having a parking garage right next door and we didn't have to deal with the weather. Two stars for the parking location...

Yelp
Loved how healthy and tasty this place was. It's always hard to find delicious food that is also health/nutrition focused. The service was also great. My friends and I split a bottle of wine they was very reasonably priced. We also got the edamame guacamole, which is something I've never seen before so we had to try it. It had an Asian flare to it with seasoning. Great with the crispy rice crackers. For my entree I got the Korean noodle bowl with tofu. It was a little spicy, maybe just a little too spicy for someone like me who is sensitive to it. It was also cilantro heavy which I absolutely loved. The texture of the noodles were perfectly crispy. The tofu was as expected, good but nothing too special about it. I'll definitely be back to try more things!

Yelp
I love the concept behind True Food Kitchen. A beautiful open restaurant that serves fresh seasonal ingredients. When you walk in you can see the chefs prepping food and it smells incredible, like fresh herbs. The cocktails were tasty but very expensive and not terribly strong. Here is what we tried for food: Truffle Honey & Squash Flatbread Edamame Dumplings Winter Harvest Salad The star for me was the Edamame Dumpling dish. The taste was out of this world and the flavor of the dashi it was served in was incredible. 10/10! Everything else was good but the dumplings were my favorite. I would definitely come back and try more!
google avatar

Tony M.

Yelp
The food was delicious and clean. Food was well prepared and the drinks were delicious as well. Going back to try other items onthe menu. The servers were nice and gave good recommendations
google avatar

Janet P.

Yelp
Wonderful food, with a unique twist. The burger was truly unique, with the added egg and side of sweet potato fries. My friends had salads and Asian cuisine. We all were full but not so full that we didn't have room for desert. The menu has something for everyone. Great menu for those who want healthy food with a flare and spice.

Yelp
Tried this location for the first time during a lunch break at work recently. I was very impressed because my last experience with True Food Kitchen (at a different location) was not so great. This location has a great ambiance and very thoughtful interior design. The service was fantastic. Our server came and brought us water right away. Since I was on a break, my time was limited and they did great with getting us taken care of. The food came out quickly and was delicious. They have some tasty drinks. I love the hibiscus one best personally. They have a yummy seasonal menu that is ever changing so there's no chance of getting bored with their offerings. I recommend checking them out! There's a parking garage around the corner and decent street parking nearby too.
google avatar

Lyra V.

Yelp
The place was so noisy, we had to leave. I've eaten at other true food kitchens in Los Angeles so I assume the food is good enough, but ambiance-wise, it's stressful being there. The acoustics were not thought through.
google avatar

Katie C.

Yelp
LOVED our server Mason! He was extremely friendly and had great recommendations which was so helpful because their whole menu sounds amazing. This will be my new favorite lunch spot!
google avatar

Yelp
True Food Kitchen is a haven for health-conscious diners seeking eclectic and nourishing food options. As someone following a gluten-free diet, I am always delighted by their extensive selection of gluten-free dishes that never compromise on flavor or creativity. From vibrant salads to flavorful grain bowls and hearty entrees, True Food Kitchen's commitment to fresh, wholesome ingredients shines through in every dish. The menu is a delightful blend of innovative flavors and nutrient-dense ingredients, making it a go-to spot for those seeking both delicious and healthful dining experiences. Whether you have dietary restrictions or simply appreciate a diverse and health-focused menu, True Food Kitchen is sure to impress with its delectable and inclusive offerings.
google avatar

Yelp
I really enjoyed this restaurant. Our server was was awesome, the interior was beautiful and food was great! I thought it refreshing to see everything on the menu had a calorie count next to it and the whole vibe was health conscious. Started the meal with the edamame dumplings which were light but tasty and served in a light broth. For dinner I had the forbidden tuna poke. It was the right portion size and I appreciated they used black rice in lieu of sushi rice for this take. Flavors were perfect. There about five other entrees that were calling to me so I'm excited to go back.

Mike L.

Yelp
We love True Food. We love the great food and great service. Until last week we did. Didn't know that they have had a broken a/c system for three years. Went on a 94 degree afternoon and ended up sitting outside because it was like a sauna inside. Don't know how the employees do it, especially the ones in the kitchen! No fans in the dining room, we were surprised they were actually open. No summer dining for us at True Food.
google avatar

Claude H.

Yelp
Burger and salad w/ added steak were OK. Salad was smallish and unremarkable for the price. The straws were great, agave instead of those horrible human-hating paper straws.
google avatar

Chris H.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants. I have been to multiple locations around the country. The appetizers are my favorites. We had hummus and guacamole edamame. We asked for several chips. We could have ate this for dinner. This location has no AC for the month of July while they try to fix. Corn soup was spicy. The Aji tuna was ok.

Allison M.

Yelp
Great experience with our waiter, Mason! So friendly, warm, made great recommendations and took good care of our friends and their toddler. Food was great of course. Thanks again Mason!

Lori A.

Yelp
The ambience was outstanding, the service with our waiter David was excellent and the food was amazing and delicious but healthy. I rate this a 10/10!
google avatar

Yelp
Food is usually great, well served and fair price! Happy hour for wine drinkers! Love it! Mellissa, the waiter was helpful and witty, will come back!

Yelp
I love this concept of all meals being healthy and anti-inflammatory. I was surprised to learn True Food Kitchen is a chain but, I wish they had more locations in Denver. If I lived closer to this one I would be a regular! Everything we had was so fresh tasting. I ordered the edamame dumpling (a seasonal appetizer) for my entree since I wasn't that hungry along with butternut squash soup. The edamame dumplings had a delicious umami flavor, was warm and soothing. The soup lacked flavor, it could have used more sage, salt and pepper but it was warm and on a chilly night that was what I needed. My brother got the grain bowl. He said the sauce was amazing but he thought the portion was going to be larger. The atmosphere is modern yet relaxed. You could come for a date or just stop in and sit at the bar. I will definitely be back since they change up their menu with seasonal items.
google avatar

Katie T.

Yelp
Came during the week around 2pm for lunch. It was pretty busy but the hostess was very nice and we did not have to wait long for a table. I got the harvest salad and it was phenomenal. My friend got another salad bowl, though I cannot remember which one, said she loved it. She also got the iced matcha horchata which she said was delicious and I got the oatmilk cappuccino that I enjoyed. Our waitress was very nice. It is on a pricier side but they do have a happy hour menu every day during the week from 3-6 that seems to have good deals so might be worth to check out. Overall a very good experience.

Dori K.

Yelp
This was a return visit I'd been looking forward to, their new menu, looking fabulous and under new management. It did not disappoint!! The servers were attentive, delicious drinks, tasty food, and overall welcoming ambience, was exactly what I remembered from a first visit years ago. Our server Airelle got it just right in her food and drink recommendations and overall charm. Tuna poke bowl and Mexican corn were delicious as were my companions' trout and salmon. General Manager Erin is capable and aware, and staff respond well to her guidance and ease in the space. She came over to check on our table and we had only great things to share. I wish I had pics of the food but we ate so quickly - it was THAT good! We won't wait so long to come back next time.
google avatar

Kieu L.

Yelp
Delicious and healthy food choice! They have plenty of seating and service was great! Highly recommended!
google avatar

Dillon G.

Yelp
Melissa was amazing as a server - thank you so much!! Definitely coming back Our whole team is as very impressed with the service.
google avatar

Ruba A.

Yelp
My ladies Heavenly Avenly & Brooke gave such amazing service as well as everyone I looked at greeted me with a big smile and that says a lot for the holiday season when restaurants are crazy. The butternut squash was so delish and don't get me started on the Juniper rose cocktail. Julie Jones is one of the veteran servers who loves to run a tight ship and loves her team. The music is very well chosen for the holiday crowd.

Eric F.

Yelp
Nice looking restaurant, good service and interesting menu. The problem is the food was bland and the portions were small for the price. Seems like more of a place to be seen at than to eat a great meal at.
google avatar

Miranda E.

Yelp
This is one of our go-to restaurants when we're in the mood to go out but want something relatively healthy. All of the calories are listed on the menu, which I love. We have tried quite a few dishes and our favorites are the Spicy Panang Curry (not very spicy), Spaghetti Squash Casserole, and Edamame Dumplings. The squash soup is delish as well!

Lester C.

Yelp
Food was light and delicious. Our Server Melissa was attentive and had a fantastic understanding of the menu and location. Melissa was amazing.

Yelp
Super cute place and I usually get Korean noodle bowl (love to plug a good veggie/vegan option!)! Staff is usually nice, it does get busy during rush hours so I'd make a reservation otherwise the place is huge! I like the decor and lighting inside but they have outdoor seating available too.
