True Food Kitchen Opens in Miami, Florida | Eater Miami

"Located inside the Falls shopping center, the new Miami outpost of True Food Kitchen—co-founded by Dr. Andrew Weil with Oprah Winfrey listed as an investor—marks the brand’s first Miami location, its sixth in Florida and 42nd nationwide. The menu is based on Weil’s anti-inflammatory food pyramid and rotates seasonally, with highlights including the Tuscan kale salad, ancient gain bowl, spaghetti squash casserole, edamame dumplings, and spinach and mushroom pizza; weekend brunch features strawberry lemon pancakes, avocado toast, and a garden scramble, and most diets and lifestyles such as keto, vegan, and gluten-free can be accommodated. The 11,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor restaurant houses a 385-seat dining room anchored by an open kitchen, plus a private dining room, separate to-go entrance, full-service bar, and a massive wall mural by local artist Cinthia “Cynno” Santos of Chalk and Brush. Eco-friendly materials are used throughout, with dining chairs made of recycled soda bottles and indoor and outdoor garden basins filled with herbs. True Food Kitchen is now open at 8888 SW 136th Street with hours Monday–Thursday 11 a.m.–10 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.–11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.–11 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m.–9 p.m.; for more information call 954-585-9933." - Olee Fowler

Google
Remy was amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience at True Food Kitchen even better. He checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude. You can tell he really cares about giving great service. Definitely ask for Remy when you go — he’ll take great care of you!

Went here on our vacation after shopping trying something new and healthy. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We did outdoor by the water feature. Had jambalaya pasta, lasagna, peppermint tea, and carrot cake for desert. We loved it all. We’re sad because there is no location were we live (yet). If you go to this location as for the great waiter Remy (the mayor).

Google
Had a great experience at True Food Kitchen tonight. My server Maite had a beaming energy and gave excellent recommendations that convinced me to try a few new dishes. The seasonal roasted butternut squash, teriyaki bowl, and seasonal pie were all outstanding, and the tulsi tea was the perfect finish. Fresh, balanced flavors and thoughtful service all around.

Google
I had such an incredible experience at True Food Kitchen in The Falls that I felt inspired to leave this review. The General Manager was absolutely outstanding — the kind of leader every restaurant needs. She was clearly working on her computer but still took the time to personally greet guests, walk around the dining room, and connect with people in the most genuine way. She even came to my table, asked about what I do, and shared how she would love to open a location in Aventura someday (which I sincerely hope happens — please bring True Food Kitchen to Aventura Mall!). The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the hospitality. You can tell there’s heart and purpose behind everything they do here. It’s rare to find a manager who balances professionalism and warmth so effortlessly. This visit reminded me what great service and mindful dining should feel like. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience — and to the GM, for leading by example and making guests feel truly seen.

Google
Stopped by randomly while I was in the falls with a friend. This place is so delicious. We ordered the turkey burger and the ancient grain bowl with salmon it was cooked to perfection. for dessert we hard the pomegranate tart. The food is so healthy and fresh the matcha was also delicious. Looking forward to returning. Thank you to remy the major for your outstanding service.

Google
We had mixed feelings about our visit to True Food Kitchen. The food itself was amazing – very fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use quality ingredients, and the menu has great options for anyone looking for something tasty but still on the healthier side. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. We experienced very long waits, and the tables around us were left dirty for 30–40 minutes even after people had left. Our dishes were brought out separately and in the wrong order – for example, dessert arrived and we were still waiting about 20 minutes for coffee. At one point our food came, but we had no cutlery, napkins, or water, and the water was only brought out after the starters were already served. I truly hope management can improve the service, because the food is excellent and this place could be amazing with better organization and attention to the guests.

Google
We had a lovely lunch. The hummus is amazing and so was the Kale salad. Remy (The Mayor) was great as well. If you're in the area you must stop in for a cocktail and some food!!!

Google
Food was SO GOOD!!! No seed oils! We came for Thanksgiving 2025 and were served a three course meal. Service was amazing. They were extremely pleasant and attentive. Definitely coming back!!!

Yelp
We had such an incredible experience! The food was absolutely amazing -- you can really taste the quality in every bite. Chef Mauricio took the time to personally explain how the beef is grass-fed and how all the ingredients are thoughtfully sourced and truly good for you. It's rare to find a place that focuses on health and quality yet still delivers such rich, delicious flavor. The service was also fantastic -- Nikki was wonderful, attentive, and kind. Overall, everything from start to finish was perfect. If you care about eating well and enjoying great taste at the same time, this is the place to go!

Yelp
I've only gotten delivery and pick up orders from True Food but it's ALWAYS been really good. The pizzas offer are really good and when I've gone to pick up the service has been nice and quick. The inside is casual but cute. Very natural and fresh ingredients and you can see a bit of the kitchen. There's always fresh vegetables and fruits on the counter.

Yelp
Organic, seed-oil free, freshly squeezed, pasture raised options are abundant. Atmosphere clean and bright. Green colored seats pretty nice. Complimentary lemon water very tasty. Couldn't decide which juice to get, so waitress brought out samples of both. Nice! Music seemed to be easy rock, and perfect volume. Turkey sausage pistachio lasagna was too spicy for me. Not a fan of all the tattoos and piercings.

Yelp
Excellent dining experience. Maite took care of our table and made our our late lunch/early dinner a 5-star experience. We love the burgers, edamame dumplings and the spinach & mushroom pizza - all were great. The desserts are great, and the wine selection is varied and has something for everyone. We'll definitely be back very soon. Much success, Sebastian, Ivette & Nina

Yelp
My voting is 4.5 as paying the bill was not possible via the phone. Nowadays it should be a must. Aside the payment method, everything else was spectacular! I ordered a burger with mushrooms and kale salad and was so tasty the interior design was great and modern but with a family/ friends touch. There is a parking area close by which is a great plus?

Yelp
Had never heard of this place but am on a fitness cleanse and was on the run looking for the best place for some protein. The space was huge (both indoor and outdoor seating). It's July in Miami, so indoors it was! Our server came to greet us right away and was very helpful making recommendations. We went with the turkey burger (no bun) and the sweet potato hash with a side kale salad. The turkey burger tasted freshly grilled and was filling. I would have liked a little more lettuce for the no bun situation, but I made due with a fork and knife. The sweet potato were air fried with some onions for a nice touch. The kale salad was fresh and was tossed a nice lemon and garlic topped with Parmesan. It was the absolute best healthy meal I could have gotten outside of cooking it myself. My only critique is that there are tons of windows that allow the light in, so next time I wouldn't mind the air being up a bit higher. If you're near the Falls and looking for a healthier option for a meal out, check this place out.

Yelp
The atmosphere and service are not bad. It wasn't our first time here, but this time we didn't like the food: it felt like the vegetables weren't fresh.
google avatar

Yelp
This restaurant is gorgeous! it has a beautiful bar and big booths to sit at. it is a sit-down restaurant. it is nice to see healthy options hit the falls! I ordered a salad to-go and it took quite a long time. I waited at the bar. I had the chopped salad with white cheddar, farro, medjool dates, jicama, apple, raisins, marcona almonds, and a side of champagne vinaigrett. I liked how all the ingredients or organic! I added grilled chicken on top! It was good but not worth the price point in my opinion! They should toss the salad or do something to add a little more flavor-- maybe chop up the ingredients or something. I would still come back to try the spaghetti squash or air fried chicken.

Yelp
We wanted to eat healthier and decided to go to True Food Kitchen. They do have definitely organic healthy options. I order the buffalo chicken salad. It was really good and spicy if you like it that way. Had a cappuccino which was ok, not that strong and a big cup. The other sandwich with au just was ok, not so much flavor. Not sure if I will return to this place.

Yelp
This place was 10/10! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was great, and everything was spotless. Our server, Daniela, was incredibly sweet and attentive. We started with the guacamole and chips, which had lime, edamame, and pistachio pesto, don't think I can eat guac any other way now lol! You HAVE to try the buffalo chicken ranch salad. It was out of this world! We swapped the blue cheese for Parmesan, and it was perfection. The kids menu is awesome too! My toddler devoured their buttered noodles. Highly recommend this spot for a great meal and excellent service. I really loved this place and need to go back soon to try the rest of their dishes.

Yelp
True Food Kitchen at The Falls is awesome! The vibe is incredibly inviting. The service was impeccable and our customers waitress was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. I ordered the tuna lettuce wraps, Ancient Grains Bowl, matcha horchata and it was absolutely delicious!! All our plates perfectly balanced flavors with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend True Food Kitchen.

Yelp
Come with me to True Food Kitchen, located at The Falls shopping mall. They offer a variety of dishes and drinks made with seasonal ingredients. To drink, I had the Iced Oat Shakerato, made with Organic espresso, oat milk, and brown sugar. If you like strong coffee, this is the one to go with. My friend had their Iced Matcha Horchata. I am not a fan of matcha, but I would order this for myself since it didn't have that grassy taste I usually find in matcha drinks. We kept going back and forth on what to order, so we ordered two dishes and shared them. We decided on their brunch menu and went with the Blueberry Pancakes and the Rancher's Hash. The blueberry pancakes are a vegetarian option, and they were thin but so good I could eat a few of them. The Rancher's Hash was excellent. I took out the tomatoes, and the portion was split in two, which is why it looks so small in the reel, but it packs flavor. I also tried spiked peach lemonade, which was nice and refreshing. Overall, I loved True Food Kitchen. Their food was fresh and delicious. They also offer a good variety and are celiac-friendly. I will definitely visit again.

Yelp
Such a fresh and healthy menu with lots of gluten free options! I ordered their poke bowl and iced matcha latte and had a really tasty lunch outside with a wonderful server.

Yelp
We visited True Food Kitchen yesterday and ate lunch outdoors. My husband ordered the hash and liked the sweet potato base. I ordered the burger and while the patty was flavorful, I thought the burger was overall dry. Our drinks were refreshing.

Yelp
This is probably going to be my go to restaurant from now on. There's so many healthy options, everything tastes fresh, and they are pet-friendly! I tried a few different dishes (edamame dumplings, hummus, cauliflower, and butternut squash pizza). The hummus is a must-try. It's better than I expected. The cauliflower and the pizza were my favorites--I can't decide which I liked better. I need to go back to try another pizza and their vegetarian burger!

Yelp
I had been to the Boca location and really enjoyed it. Here, not so much. I ordered the mediterranean wrap and found it to be very skimpy with hardly any hummus inside, horrific italian type dressing sauce and loaded with lettuce as a filler. My friend fared better with the pesto pasta and chicken bowl. The cheesy potatoes where great, we both enjoyed them immensely. The service was also where it should be. I expected a bit more and this time I was let down.

Yelp
I'm a wheelchair user. This place is located in The Falls. There's plenty of parking and it's accessible. Their bathroom is clean and accessible. The service is great. We had drinks this time. I strongly suggest their pink dragon drink. It was delicious and refreshing. There's plenty of space for over 75 or more people. Inside and outside seating. It's a bit noisy but that might be the acoustics. Definitely worth checking out

Yelp
We stopped in here for a quick lunch. Located in The Falls, lots of seating options. We opted to sit at the bar. Our server was very nice and super attentive. My boyfriend had a cappuccino which I didn't really care for. I had the tuna poke bowl and it was delicious. All the flavors are so good together. My boyfriend had the buffalo chicken sandwich. I took a bite and it was really good. Not a spicy as I thought it would be but it still was really good. He had a side of sweet potato and they were so good. There are so many options to eat I would definitely come back here to try more food.

Yelp
Love this place. Whenever I'm in the area, I'll stop by for a healthy meal. I tried the scramble this time and it was delicious. The seating outside is nice and has a nice breeze. The service was quick and friendly. I'll be back!

Yelp
This location in the Falls mall is amazing! The food is fresh, guilt-free, and delicious. Seating is fast with plenty of indoor and outdoor options available. Our server was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The ambience is modern, trendy, and family friendly. I've been here multiple times and they have not disappointed me yet! I highly recommend for any occasion. Definitely worth paying a visit.

Yelp
Great experience overall! Our waiter Remy was incredible, very friendly and informative. We came just in time for happy hour special which include drinks and small bites. We grabbed, a great peach mojito, glass of white wine, edamame dumplings, and sliders (pictured). The dumplings were great, flavorful and melt in your mouth dough. The sliders were great too, soft bread, great au jus for dipping. My friend ordered a peanut noodle bowl that was super flavorful. I ordered the spicy Korean chicken sandwich, it was good, not very spicy but great flavor overall. All in all, this is a great spot, with a great happy hour special, and even better service. When you come ask for Remy!! He was so nice, relatable, and made the experience all the more enjoyable.

Yelp
Great Concept, But the Service Needs Work We stopped by early Sunday evening and were seated at a dirty table. It took us asking the server just to get silverware and napkins, and after that, the server was almost non-existent. The food was a mixed bag. My wife's pizza came out nice and hot, but my Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was just three cold chicken tenders on a bun. The hummus was fantastic, but when we asked for extra pita, it never showed up. The manager did step in and comp the meal, which was appreciated, but overall the experience fell short. It feels like the restaurant has potential and we really like the concept, but they're still working through some issues. Hopefully, with time, they can sort it out and deliver a better experience.

Linda M.

Yelp
The service was great! The food, coffee and matcha were not. Avo toast - had avo spread, thin. Not even slices of avocado. It was really just a giant piece of bread. Coffee, bitter, thin and tasted like old coffee filter. Matcha, was too milky. Pancakes were nothing I'd order again.
google avatar

John W.

Yelp
The pizza and drinks are always really good. Highly recommend the peach mojito. Definitely prefer happy hour because the regular price for the pizza is a bit high.

Yelp
Fantastic Happy Hour at True Food Kitchen - Highly Recommend! I recently visited True Food Kitchen at The Falls on a friend's recommendation, and it did not disappoint! We arrived just before happy hour ended, which gave us enough time to explore the menu. We ordered the buffalo chicken strips, duo dip, tacos, and dumplings--everything was delicious! My personal favorite was the buffalo chicken strips, but the dumplings were a surprising standout. I had never tried dumplings or edamame before, but I'm so glad I did. The flavors were amazing! The ambiance was lovely--new, vibrant, and not too crowded. The service was also fantastic. Our server, Juan, was attentive, friendly, and quick. He even suggested the dumplings, which I really enjoyed. The gentleman who seated us had such a fun, "Santa Claus" energy--very engaging and upbeat. We split the bill, and for happy hour prices, it was super reasonable. I definitely recommend coming during happy hour if you're on a budget. I haven't tried the full menu yet, but my friend and I are already planning to return soon to try the meatball sliders and sourdough pizzas. Overall, this place might just be one of my new favorite spots. Can't wait to come back! Edit: I would like to point out that this is clearly a healthy lifestyle type restaurant. Which was one of the reasons why I was excited about this place, and it was better than I expected. I would also like to add one piece of feedback.. although I really liked the tacos (the beef was my favorite) I think that the chicken one was a little dry so I would just recommend maybe considering some additional spices or sauce or something to liven up that option a little more.
google avatar

Joe L.

Yelp
The food here is delicious and very healthy (no seed oils! :-). The price is also not outrageous for such high quality ingredients (olive oil & avocado oil, sustainable salmon, grass-fed beef, etc.) And of course the service has always been excellent as is the nice Falls location. Highly recommended!

Yelp
I wanted to try this restaurant after sampling the delicious tuna poke bowl at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. Upon arrival, I was seated outside and patiently waited for 15 minutes without a single person checking in on me to take my order or even offer water. As a result, I decided to leave and was unfortunately not able to try any other dishes at this restaurant. Very poor and inattentive service.

Yelp
First time visit. We had a 3 birthday celebration and a party of 15. It took a while to be served but the food was very good. Not big portions but fresh and a varied menu. Our guests all liked their meals and drinks. The server Rocio was very patient and accommodating. They gave all three of our birthday ladies a free dessert.

Yelp
Excelent quality food, fresh and lean in a nice trendy environment. It's worth the visit. True Food Kitchen is a restaurant chain that focuses on healthy, seasonal, and sustainable food. True Food Kitchen's menu emphasizes dishes made from wholesome ingredients, including a variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. The restaurant aims to combine delicious flavors with nutritionally-dense ingredients to promote overall well-being.

Yelp
I visited this location on a Thursday early evening, hoping for the best. What a disappointment! Sadly, I would never recommend this place to anyone. For starters, there was no greeting from the so-called hostess. In fact, while I was trying to ask her a question, she turned around to seat a family that came in after me. The restaurant was nearly empty, but she tried to persuade me to sit at the bar so that I wouldn't take up a table. She appeared very annoyed that I asked for a table. After being seated, it took nearly 30 minutes for a server to bring a menu or take my order. When I asked about the tuna poke bowl, the server said she knew nothing about it. So I asked if she could recommend anything on the menu and her answer was "no." That should have been the clue to get up and leave, but instead, I ordered the chopped salad with tofu, that was supposed to be grilled. The food came fairly quickly. However, it took another 15 minutes to find silverware and salad dressing. I finally had to get up and go ask someone in the "kitchen." The server never returned for the rest of the evening. I saw her spend the rest of her shift at one table. It appeared that she knew the diners at the table and spent the time talking with them and looking at photos on their phones. I couldn't wait to leave this place because it was so unpleasant and uninviting. So I tried to find someone who could bring a container to take the remainder of my salad home. That was another 20 minute ordeal. As for the check, another 15 minutes from someone in the kitchen. After giving my credit card to her, it was 30 minutes before she returned. I was getting worried as to whether it was lost. So...an early evening salad turned into a 2-hour ordeal. The food was passable- but the tofu was not grilled and the lettuce was old and the salad contents were definitely not fresh. There was no "thank you" from any employee and no apology for the server who never returned. All in all, it was the worst dining experience! Stay away from this place.

Yelp
What can I say but I love True Food Kitchen. We have been coming to the location at The Falls Mall, for quite some time and honestly I have to say it has been excellent each and every time. From my perspective they are very good healthy style food alternative and I really like the fact that they filter their water and have an awesome tea selection. So you want some old school mom's "manzanilla" (chamomile) no problem, how about some childhood "tilito" (Linden) got you covered as well. Want to mix the two.... Why not! And the cool thing is they bring it out steaped in boiling water, that's right no tea bags.... Simply delicious. By this point we have pretty much tried everything on the menu but on this occasion we had the Butternut Squash Soup (seasonal), the Cream of Tomato Soup promptly followed up by a Double Patty Burger with Finger Potatoes and one of their Asian bowl options. Everything was great as expected and no it did not taste like cardboard. Plenty of healthy food options for the whole family here including pretty good personal pizzas as well. The service has always been excellent as well and it was no different on this occasion. Everyone is always super chill and willing to help make some decisions if necessary. As far as the environment goes it is a very laid back and chill atmosphere which is great. Located right next BJ Brewmasters, so you don't have to walk too far from the covered parking which is right around the corner. Overall I think they are great but be aware that they do tend to be on the pricey side. So if you haven't tried them out yet, you may want to stop in and give it a shot. We did and have been coming back ever since. Wishing you all an awesome dining experience at True Food Kitchen! Enjoy and Bon Appétit m'es amis!

Yelp
What a great first visit to this new restaurant in The Falls mall! I was excited to try it for lunch and it did not disappoint. The service was great at the front and bar area as the staff was inviting and friendly offering suggestions to both the drink and food options. Lots of covered outdoor seating, as well as indoor, which makes for a perfect ambiance day or night out without having to worry about the weather. I started off with a Woodford reserved old-fashioned and the attention to detail by using a square block of ice and not regular ice! For my meal, I ordered the Korean Noodle Bowl and added shrimp. It had fresh ingredients such as sweet potato glass noodle, pickled shiitake, organic spinach, carrot, bean sprout, Chef Matt's Magical Dust V GF I highly recommend! There are so many healthy options on this menu. I look forward to coming back and trying more dishes very soon!

Kelli K.

Yelp
The food was fresh and so tasty. I went with friends for happy hour and got the street tacos (steak) and elote. There was a variety of plates on the table, and everyone seemed pleased with their choices. Oz was our waiter, and he did a great job taking care of our party of 10. Also, if I could copy and paste the decor from the restaurant to my house, I'd be thrilled. It's beautiful!

Lili S.

Yelp
Bought the mushroom hamburger with kale salad for my husband, and a kids meal with a hamburger and fries for my daughter, with one chocolate chip cookie. My husband really liked the hamburger (loved) and wants to go back. My daughter liked the hamburger but I made the mistake of not changing the bread, which she didn't like due to the seeds. Also, she took one bite of the chocolate cookie and didn't like it so she didn't eat the rest. I will go back anyway because the flavor is good and the ingredients are healthy. Prices are a bit expensive but what can you expect from The Falls shopping center?.

Yelp
I'm giving True Food Kitchen 5 stars and I'll tell you why: Stunning decor Chill music at a conversational volume Healthy, wholesome creative food Friendly service from knowledgeable and passionate staff Plenty of seating space Creative cocktails and fantastic wine list Seasonal menu I mean what more can I say other than if you are craving healthy, creative delicious TRUE FOOD. Do yourself a favor and GO.

Yelp
very nice atmosphere, food was good, but pricey, and service could've been better. nice cozy place to stop by and grab a healthy meal

Yelp
We decided to try this place because of the ratings. What I didn't realize is that it was also a healthy option restaurant, which isn't my norm. Our server, Nini, was very good, answering our questions about the food. First, the Americana coffee was very good. I didn't really like the fact that there were no refills, but can understand it. I ordered the Big Breakfast with the bison, beef sausage patty, adding Gouda cheese on my eggs, and avocado. It was all very delicious and I was filling. The restaurant is large, nice ambience, and clean with a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. My cons with the place is it feels a little pricey and no refills with coffee. Overall, I would come here again, especially as a healthy option and the service was excellent!

Yelp
Well, well, well! Beyond delighted to find this place! A great concept from Dr. Andrew Weil, a pioneer in integrative medicine. The food is clean, healthy, and tastes great. The space is nice and the music is on point. Our server, Nicki, was very Good. She seemed well trained and informed. We had the buffalo sausage pizza and the tenderloin. Both were very Good. The vegetables and the mash were all excellent. We had the tuna lettuce wrap appetizer and that was also Good. Dessert was the chai date cake with caramel and ice cream (milk from pasture raised cows). Can't say enough about the place. Just happy to find a place you can eat out at and feel you are eating healthy. Looking forward to going back!

Yelp
Filling, with vegan food and drink options. It's also the only healthy spot inside the falls with great service. The ambiance indoor and outdoor is spacious, clean and casual. Regrettably, I did not take pictures of the butternut squash pizza, coffee and crudités that were all tasty. I was hungry so the pics only show the hummus and hangover drink we had, and they were yummy too.

Yelp
We stopped into True Food Kitchen at the Falls last weekend and had a great meal. Jay, our server, was fantastic. We had the hummus and guacamole to start. The hummus was delicious and the edamame added an extra dimension to the guacamole - I do have to say the "special made" house chips just seemed stale and I would have preferred normal chips instead. For a main, I had the poke bowl, which was really well balanced and delicious. Another thing worth mentioning a that they have lots of vegan and vegetarian options! I would certainly come back again.
google avatar

Yoly M.

Yelp
Anything this place makes is amazing. All the food is very fresh, and well seasoned. I fell in love after the first day. I bring my friends here often. Try the edamame dumplings. You will not regret it.

Yelp
One of our favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. The ambiance, food, and service is always great each visit. I've tried a few dishes, but my go to is the lasagna - the chicken sausage makes it so delicious and for 450 calories?! Can't be beat. The quality of ingredients are held up to a high standard at TFK, and I love how they are so open to modify dishes to meet anyone's allergens or diets. Can remove pretty much anything from a dish to make you comfortable. They only serve organic sodas, and not the usual stuff. We've ordered a few cocktails here before that were delicious as well. We love going here, and hope it sticks around for a long time! Couldn't recommend more.

Yelp
Saturday night date night at True Food Kitchen! I went with my wife. Location was spacious, very clean and had a large covered outdoor patio. Everything we ordered was delicious and very healthy! Calories and ingreadiends listed on all plates. Many vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. For appappetizers we had the Roasted Brussel Sprouts and split the "Chopped Salad" - both were very tasty. The champagne vinaigrette dressing on the salad was awesome! I had the Grilled Salmon which was cooked to perfection! I substituted the rice pilaf for Garlic Mashed Potatoes (which I recommend!) And they surrounded the mash with a green pesto-like sauce that was amazing! My wife had the Chicken Parmesian- which was hearty and good sized portion. We each had two cocktails. I had the Doctor's Mule, which was really good. My wife had the Spicy Pineapple Margarita which she liked. The cocktails were about $15 each. For dessert we shared a Peanut Butter Cup Tart (like a giant Reese's cup with Graham crackers and coconut bottom - yummy!). Our server was Rocio and she was really sweet. Rocio made some great recommendations. She suggested we come back for Brunch. Whether Brunch, Lunch or Dinner - we will definitely come back to True Food Kitchen!

Yelp
Been wanting to stop here for a while & had a quick lunch that was amazing! Love the ambiance & spacious layout of the restaurant. I took pictures but it was pretty empty because the restaurant had just opened. But I've passed by in the past, and it's been packed. They also have a great sitting area outside. I ordered the special, 'The True Trio' which is a combination of drink. main entree and side for about $20 (before 3pm). Ordered the pink dragon fruit lemonade, the All-American burger, & the 1/2 Chinese chicken salad. Everything was delicious! Healthy but not super healthy where you're eating grass LOL. the lemonade was not super sugary. It was made perfect. The salad was amazing! Lots of chicken & avocado.. and not drowning in salad dressing.. had the perfect amount of dressing. Pretty hearty good portion 1/2 salad in a bowl about 5"×3". The burger, ordered well done, was cooked perfectly & yummy. Great meal, service, & ambiance! I'll definitely go back!

Yelp
I come here often and it is sooo good! I've had their breakfast, lunch and dinner before. I love how fresh everything tastes and how great the service is. Today I had the ancient grains bowl with their salmon and my friend had the tuna poke bowl. We need more healthy places like this and so I'm glad it is here and tastes delicious! I know this is random but I also love their water , it comes from a specific filter and I appreciate not just getting unfiltered water served to me. You can taste the difference. Overall, I will be returning for many meals to true food!

Yelp
I recently visited True Food Kitchen, The Old Fashioned was one of the best I've had--perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and a smooth finish. The chicken parm was absolutely delicious, with crispy breading, tender chicken. Both the drink and the main course stood out as highlights of the meal

Yelp
We got there right at 11 on a Saturday morning this past Saturday and it was just opening. They seated us in a very nice place and we had a booth big enough for all six of us Four kids under age 8 mom and a grandmom lol. Everything went great. It was quiet Congenial and they were a lot of people attending to us more than just our server. I think there were three or four servers attending to us. The food came out promptly and just as we had ordered .The service was outstanding. We've been there many times the manager came over over yesterday and numerous staff have come over and welcomed us back as we haven't been there in a while four grandchildren, a grandmom, and my daughter, the mother. The kids are very well behaved you know the staff is amazing and very attentive. If we had a complaint, they asked us of course I had no complaints. I asked for a piece of cutlery and they were very attentive and brought it right back to me. What do you need whatever you want. The food was amazing. I will say that I did over order. I ordered the avocado toast with the runny egg it was delicious but next time I go, I'm going to ask them to cut the bread thinner because it was such a huge slice of fresh homemade sourdough. So delicious but it was so thick that I couldn't even really cut through it with a steak knife But other than that, I have no complaints. I recommend the bottle of mimosa. The kids menu is amazing. If you want, you have a lot of kids go there. You could add one blueberry pancake, and split it along the kids because it comes out with fresh blueberries and I especially enjoyed on the kids meal the rainbow carrots with the hummus dip.. My daughter had lasagna and it was delicious. She and I shared it. It's also fresh don't miss the place but if you do order of the avocado toast, just know it is excellent. Just ask them to make you a thin slice of bread. Will be back!

Yelp
We ordered uber eats delivery and the food was old and stale. All of it. We had to throw it out.

Yelp
Loved that they don't use seed oils. Overall food was good. I love the hummus with pita, but the steak was over cooked. I should have ordered it medium well. Chicken fingers were lacking same flavor and Mac and cheese was more like butter and noodles no cheese. Pizza Blanca had little cheese too. Next time trying other items in the menu.
