It was our first experience at True Food Kitchen. I loved the variety of healthy options. We tried two of the fresh juice blends, and they were perfect! The beet blend was my favorite. The ancient grains bowl with shrimp did not disappoint. The veggies were cooked perfectly and the sweet potatoes were delicious. The air-fried French fries were crispy and not greasy…guilt free? Maybe not, but I’d eat those every day. The air-fried chicken tenders were just OK, but not my favorite. Something about the texture was weird and they were a little dry, but maybe they were just overcooked a bit. I’ll definitely try this place again. There were several vegetarian and vegan options too! I saw another table with the cookie and ice cream and I was envious.

I was curious if a wellness-concept restaurant could actually taste good, but it was surprisingly delicious! The hummus exceeded my expectations, and the jambalaya pasta was exactly the flavor we know and love—my friend said it reminded them of paella. The organic matcha latte was sold out, so I couldn’t try it, but I’ll definitely come back for that next time

Food was good and the options are healthy. We enjoyed everything we ordered, and the kids did as well. It wasn’t bad, but nothing really stood out. They also have outdoor seating.

The organic tuscan kale salad with blackened sustainable arctic salmon was EXCELLENT!! I especially loved the robust flavor of the salad dressing (which the server (Mr. Woody) said is a proprietary blend made by the owner). The service was also excellent as I felt like I was visiting a family member who introduced me to his favorite place to eat!🤩🤩

Definitely one of the top restaurants in NC. The food was outstanding and Woody, our server, was amazing. 10/10 in food options, flavor, service and ambience. We got the Panang curry with steak and shrimp along with the ancient grains bowl with chicken. This is definitely the vibe North Hills needed! Will be back!

Some of our group liked the food and others thought it was just OK. The food is made from scratch, organic, in ways that are better on your body such as air fryers. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the food. I felt the food did not live up to the atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced. I personally would not go back but my wife who eats vegan would go back.

True Food Kitchen is always delicious and the Raleigh location did not disappoint! From the moment we were greeted, through our exit, everyone was friendly. A special thank you to Victoria aka “V” who suggested I add blackened shrimp to my Pesto Pasta!

Ordered a chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I don’t know if the pictures captures the utter dryness and brick like texture, but it wasn’t edible. Fries were also dry and flavorless. I feel like restaurants give poor quality food for to go orders because they know you probably wont see the poor quality until you’re home and it’s too late to complain. It sucks being allergic to gluten as is, so if a restaurant advertises that they have gluten free options it’s exciting but then you get stuff like this. I paid 24 dollars for that also.
