I’ve been to Truffle with two friends of mine, it was an unforgettable dining experience in the sky with breathtaking view of Ho Chi Minh city. Each dish was intentional, refined and expressive. The cuisine is elegant that let exceptional ingredients shine without excess. An exceptional fine dining experience that truly lives up to its reputation. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate, with a stunning night view from above that immediately sets the tone for a refined evening. Each dish is beautifully presented, almost like a piece of art, reflecting creativity, precision, and great attention to detail. From the delicate amuse-bouche and high-quality bread selection to the well-balanced main course made with premium ingredients and refined techniques, every element feels thoughtfully crafted. Service is polished and professional—attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed without ever feeling intrusive. This is not just a place to enjoy a meal, but a destination to savor a complete culinary experience.

The staff were very friendly and attentive from the very beginning. I was personally welcomed at the entrance of Landmark 81 and escorted upstairs to the restaurant. Since I was dining alone, the staff thoughtfully arranged the table so that I could fully enjoy the beautiful view over the city. I chose the Set Elegance Above Saigon menu and enjoyed every single course. Each dish tasted fantastic. The view from the restaurant was truly stunning, making the evening even more special. A big thank you to the team. I really enjoyed my evening here and will happily recommend it to others.

Fantastic meal. Really well put together, delicate flavours and great combinations. The staff were impeccable. Wines were also incredibly well matched. Great view to boot.

I really enjoyed my dinner at Truffle. The crème brûlée of chicken liver pâté with the bread selection was my favorite part of the meal. It felt balanced and comforting. The service was kind and attentive, and the view over the city is beautiful. A place I would gladly come back to.

The view is absolutely stunning from the 73rd floor of the Landmark building. Every dish was flavorful and amazing. And the best part? You actually get a full, happy belly while enjoying the view✨. The staff were all so sweet and friendly. This is a perfect spot for a date or if you’re just in the mood to switch things up with some French cuisine💕 Thanks Truffle team for the wonderful dinner

Impeccable dinner service here at Truffle Restaurant! High class from start to finish. The hostess Ms Alex was very gracious and friendly bringing us to the restaurant from the ground floor. She communicated clearly with us before our reservation as well, a nice touch. The French cuisine inspired by local ingredients was exquisite. My wife and I enjoyed two set menus, Elegance and Truffle, the undergrowth journey. Each course was exciting in their own way, perfect combination of textures, temperatures and flavours. Our server Mia was gracious and knowledgeable and we even got a visit from the chef after our meal. The atmosphere is obviously amazing given the view, but the restaurant does a good job with the decor as well. Cannot recommend Truffle Restaurant enough!

We so wanted tonight to be good but it wasn’t. It was just uncomfortable. The waiter was very nice but honestly too in our face. One sip of wine and he was there to top it up. Foire Gras served without a bit of bread or anything - it was like putting goo in your mouth. The rest was quite nice - truly nothing special. To spend almost AUD $900 for 2 people in Vietnam is a lot - which we don’t mind - but it was a joke. The food was overall tasty - nothing incredible and not at all value. And for goodness sake - Christmas is over - did we have to suffer more carols? The view was stunning and the maître de from Bangkok is gorgeous .
