Less the owner is an absolute legend. The Friday pizza they do in the summer is def the best pizza in London. Their pesto is insane. Their cheese is great too. Sandwiches will change your world.

Baked goods (breads, pastries) are stale, they don't taste fresh, they're def better at Sainsbury's. It also really brings the quality of the sandwiches down. It's a shame because the concept of the place is great!

A Truffle-tastic Experience! If you haven't been to Truffles Delicatessen yet, you're missing out on a slice of deli heaven! Lee and his amazing team have this magical ability to make you feel like part of the family the moment you walk through the door. It's like stepping into a warm, comfort food hug:) (and who doesn't love a little bit of this and a little bit of that?). I recently needed something special for my 25th wedding anniversary, so I popped into Truffles. Lee, the deli wizard, sat me down and we had a delightful chat about what wine to have and what my wife (a veggie) and I enjoy, our tastes, and our budget. He whipped up some fantastic suggestions that made my anniversary surprise feast unforgettable. The food was out of this world, selected from the best ingredients from around the globe. Lee's advice and suggestions were spot on, offering recipes and ideas for any taste and occasion. It's well worth popping in just to experience his expertise and passion. So, if you're looking for top-notch service, incredible food, and a place where you are made to feel, you have come to the right place, then Truffles Delicatessen is the spot. Thanks, Lee and team, for making our special day even more special!

Prepare to pay a high premium. When entering a small providore, a little price inflation is expected. The price tag on the Seggiano Lingua flatbreads confirmed this - almost £6 when most others sell for £4.50. I decided to buy them anyway. An unpleasant surprise came at the register when 3 marinated artichokes sold by weight (with no pricing displayed) came up as £5.17.

Lovely little place to pick your some provisions. The owner really knows his business. The coffee is some of the best in London and Friday night is pizza night great home made pizzas.

Great group of guys, good location with Good vibes and good coffee. Next to a fantastic vet practice, pub and butchers shop which I also recommend. They have assorted deli meats and cheese, bread and other tidbits. bit pricy but it is what it is (it is Highgate, after all). I always grab a couple slices of fresh cut mortadella, some cheese and a mocha whenever I have to bring my cats to the vets. Big up Richie, he’s a legend!

Had a really delicious sandwich here, made fresh using the deli ingredients on the day. Pesto is some of the best I’ve ever tasted and the goats cheese was incredible too. Lots of high quality / niche pantry ingredients in the shop, and to top it all off they also sell beautiful bunches of flowers!

Yelp
I visited this delicatessen today because I was searching for ICE products. They advertise these gelato stuffed fruits ("edible gems") on their website and I found out that Truffles is the only place in North London that carries them. It's a cute whimsy place with chutneys, pasta, cheese, olives, cured meats, ice cream and much more. The person behind the counter stated this is the place for Italian goods. If you want something Italian, come here. Later tonight, we were enjoying large green olives loaded with garlic and herbs, goat gouda, pecorino, and a fragrant blue. Back to the ICE fruit. Don't get them. They're not worth it. The website advertises exceptional gelato, but it's sorbet and rather bland. Completely not worth the price. I do think Truffles did freeze this product and ice cream a bit too much. I should have known not to get over crystallized ice cream products.

Yelp
Fashizz, I can't believe how expensive this place is. I went to the deli counter and bought 5 slices of mortadella and 5 slices of Parma ham and was charged near £8!!!! If I was in Harrods or Fortnum & Maisons fair enough but it's a small deli in a local area, Rip
