I'm so glad we came here—this place is absolutely amazing, and I'm sure anyone who visits will feel the same way. The food is incredible. We kicked things off with the crab dip and pita bread, and it was a showstopper. The chicken burger and the salmon were also outstanding. Honestly, every dish was great and worth every single penny.

Takeaway: Add it to your “Restaurant’s to Try” List. Splendid food and Amazing Service! We were a 7:15 reservation (getting a same day reservation was extremely easy). Service was prompt and enjoyable. It did slightly delay, but picked up shortly after and made for a swift and smooth departure - Bagged our food for us and payment was prompt. Rachel was extremely helpful in figuring out what is good/worth trying. It was fairly quiet and private(not too many people/we had corner seating for 2), BUT seating is fairly close so during a busy time, it’d probably be less enjoyable. The food was SO good. The Truman Mac is a heavy meal, but our server Rachel recommended adding shrimp or chicken (I added shrimp) to balance out the heaviness. The Meatball appetizer was just OOO. The sourdough had a beautiful crisp exterior and soft interior. The bread was the perfect amount of crunch and soft. We plan on visiting again to try more of the menu!

Google
This is a must try. It is a classy spot, great for after work drinks or dinner. The lighting created a nice ambiance in the restaurant that highlighted the decor. The service was phenomenal! Food was delicious and served hot and fresh. The crab dish was recommended by our waitress and it did not disappoint! I had The Argentine and the salmon was flavored so well. The dessert was a sweet treat that exceeded my expectations, the blueberry compote was not overly sweet and the lemon balanced the sweetness of the cake. Overall the meal left nothing to be desired.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at TruFire Kitchen & Bar for our date night. Although Friday night reservations are recommended, we were fortunate to walk in and get seated right away. We chose to sit on the patio, which turned out to be a hidden gem—unexpectedly beautiful, cool, and pleasant (especially for Texas in July!). The atmosphere was perfect—quiet enough to have a conversation and feel like it was just the two of us. We kicked things off with espresso martinis, and they were incredible—smooth, rich, and expertly crafted. Our server, Savanna, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. She made our evening even better. The food? Just WOW. We started with the Honey Burrata, which was a perfect blend of warm flatbread, creamy burrata, and sweet honey—absolutely delicious. The Mediterranean Shrimp Salad was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. Everything about the evening was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend for a date night or any night!

Enjoyed a Latte while waiting for my friend for an early Friday lunch. I had the Chickpea Salad, she had the Spinach & Quinoa Salad. I loved the Chickpea Salad - very flavorful. Portion size was perfect for the price. We both ended up with boxes of leftovers. Service and atmosphere were great. We enjoyed the Andes mints on our way out. I look forward to going back.

Google
Got the chick pea salad with chicken! The food was absolutely delicious and the chicken was well seasoned. There was an interesting smell when first walking in which was a tad off putting, but I'm glad we stayed as the food was worth it.

Google
Busy, loud and cramped, we were sat in a poor location at the back corner with the AC above which was up too high making us shiver as we ate. Our server took my husband’s plate away before the rest of us finished our main, that was poor judgement or would you consider it rude? We were only in there about an hour for 2 courses, and it was like she wanted the table back even though we had booked. She brought the main course when we had only received the starter a couple of minutes before and there was no room on the tiny table they had placed us at, so she eager to take our starter dishes away! I had the quinoa and spinach salad, it was tasty, but every mouthful tasted the same, there was no deco and it presented as an over-sized heap of green - enough for 2-3 people’s main dish. Whereas my husband’s poke bowl was on the small side. My daughter had the gyros, but found the lamb too salty and tasteless to eat, but she enjoyed the fresh warm bread and hummus. I wouldn’t rush back.

This is a great Italian food restaurant! If you're seeking authenticity this is your place. Great tasting food, great service, and great atmosphere. Plenty of parking, clean bathrooms, and its set in a nice little spot in this center. They also have outside seating. You can never get bored of the menu.

Yelp
Service is quick and the interior is open with tall ceilings. But there is a slight smell thats hard to describe, but it didn't interfere much with our experience. Our server consistently checked up on us and was friendly. The food. O.M.G. Everything is bursting with flavor. We ordered the Trumac, Rigatoni Lemon Cream Pasta, Seafood Pasta, and Chickpea Salad. The pastas all had a very vibrant and flavorful taste. The meats/proteins were also perfectly cooked and had a nice easy-to-chew texture. The dishes were very cheesy, which I enjoyed, but I wanted to point that out for those who are sensitive to it. The Chickpea Salad was so refreshing and tasted delicious! The ingredients were prepared beautifully and the nutty combination with the crunchy cucumber and mashy chickpeas and quinoa and avocado complimented each other well. Overall this place was a 10/10 across the board and I'm excited to try more dishes next time.

Yelp
A Mixed Bag at Trufire Trufire has its moments, but this visit was a bit hit or miss. The flatbread deconstructed with shrimp had nice elements but didn't quite come together. The spicy garlic noodles were flavorful with a good kick and generous greens. I enjoyed the crab ravioli--rich and creamy--but not memorable enough to crave again. The chicken marsala was just okay; the sauce was overpowering and the pasta forgettable. Dessert helped end things on a high note--olive oil cake was moist and beautifully presented. Friendly service and a lively space, but overall, the food lacked consistency.

Yelp
I can't tell you how many times we have been to this place, but it is always consistently wonderful. We stopped by for lunch last Saturday and again had a wonderful experience! As the Spring weather was delightful that day, we sat on the front patio by the big fountain. Our server was Roque and he did an excellent job taking care of us. We decided to split a cheese pizza with meatball and the gyro platter. Both entrees were delicious! The pizza had the perfect amount of cheese, sauce and meatball and a crispy crust. The gyro meat was the most flavorful gyro meat we have ever had. All in all, it was once again a great experience! You can't go wrong at TruFire. Everything we have tried on the menu has been exceptionally executed, the restaurant is lovely and best of all the staff are always nice and accommodating.

Yelp
Met some friends for dinner. This place was hopping! And clearly the place to be for prom too. We had the artichoke (meh) and crab dip (unique and delicious) as apps. They both had gyro platter (I've never seen gyro meat sliced that thick!) and I had Mediterranean Shrimp (very flavorful and not too filling). Great ambience but maybe a weeknight would be less chaos.

Yelp
Thankfully, we got to sit outside. There seemed to be a little bit of an issue with the restrooms and the smell inside. Having to be at the airport in just a few hours we needed somewhere close to our office and also in a good spot to hop on the road. Also, there was another restaurant in the complex that we were going for dessert. Fast, friendly service and my poke bowl was delicious. I also tried the honey burrata and it was equally as yummy. They look to have a lot of good specials. Also tucked in a neat little complex to look around after a good brunch on the weekend.

Yelp
I like this place. I only ordered the crab dip and it was delish. My friend ordered the Texas and Pecan salad with chicken. She enjoyed her dish as well. The drink was ok, the Texas pear.. didn't really taste the pear and had a lot of orange pulp in it. The outside patio is beautiful, small and quaint. I will definitely return!!
google avatar

Yelp
So far I've enjoyed everything I've tried on the menu. Especially the Bolognese! Wife loves the Salmon Picatta. Plenty of Gluten Free options and all are great!
google avatar

Yelp
Love the vibes. Sat outdoor to enjoy the sun. Our server so sweet & friendly. she always check on us. Food is good. Love the crab dip & seafood pasta. As for spicy garlic noodles, it's an okay for me. It's too saucy. Overall, I will rate this place a. 5. Already planning to be back with our big families on this upcoming holiday.

Yelp
If you're looking for healthier options, this restaurant was perfect for it. The ambiance is very chic and quiet. Our service was good, and the recommendations she gave were good. We started off with the meatballs and sourdough bread which is made fresh the day off. The meatballs were flavorful and tasted fresh. The salad on the other hand was the best part of my meal. I added chicken as my protein and the chicken was perfect. The salad was refreshing and had all sorts of flavor. I'll definitely come back to try other things off the menu.

Yelp
The food and ambiance at TruFire was incredible! We just had Father's Day lunch here and decided to order a bunch of shareable dishes - the charcuterie board, the meatballs, the crab dip, and the Mediterranean shrimp salad. These are all must tries, especially the meatballs. We finished off with a blueberry lemon cake with vanilla ice cream. The perfect desert to end the meal. But the highlight of our experience was Cece our server, she was attentive, polite, made so many good suggestions, and really made our day! I highly recommend this place!

Yelp
Can't say enough about the amazing and consistent service we receive each and every time we frequent this establishment. Ask for Erin, (she is usually at the bar). She is beyond pleasant, attentive and friendly. She has such a positive attitude and does great at anticipating our needs. Great food and semi-cozy atmosphere. They are also great for brunch.

Yelp
I love this place! I've been coming for years. The food is always excellent, service has been well, and the ambience has been very chill, fun and quite good for noise. Excellent place to enjoy food and drink to yourself, or date night spot! It's a nice environment!

Yelp
Food was superb! Try the chicken Parmesan! The old fashioneds are to die for! Edgar and Meredith are amazing servers! Incredible ambiance!

Yelp
Nice atmosphere and good food. The burger was delicious, very juicy. I wish they'd been more diligent with the sauce application since there was very little on it, but not a deal breaker. Latin fire pizza was a pleasant surprise. Good flavors for all and would definitely order again.

Yelp
I have dined at TruFire many times, and I always have a notably enjoyable time. The parking lot is huge, they accept online reservations, and the restaurant itself is spacious and well decorated. In the evenings, the lighting is pretty dim and makes for a great date night. I don't think I've ever had a server here who wasn't excellent, and the food comes out very fast. Highly recommend their sangria which is amazing and more on the fruity side for people who like that. For appetizers, their burrata one is INCREDIBLE and stands out as one of my favorites in the DFW area. I love the lil goat dip as well. Pizzas are always great as well as TruMac. The portions are huge and you really can't go wrong with anything. I will say if I had any criticism, their dessert menu is lacking, but most times I'm so full I don't even think about it. TruFire is in my opinion way better than Mashd, their sister restaurant, and has been a hit with every person I've taken here. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Our server was Roque. Hope I am spelling his name correctly. He was wonderful. Answered our questions about the menu and was very personable and entertaining. We had a great time chit chatting with him. I had the gyro plate which was surprisingly good for a place that does not specialize in gyros. Meat was flavorful and tender and the pita was fresh. Large enough portion to finish if you are very hungry but I had some to take home as well. The sangria was too sweet for my liking but that is just my preference. We were seated immediately on a weeknight but it got crowded quickly. Very nice ambiance and parking was easy as well. The menu is diverse which allows everyone to find something appealing to them.

Yelp
We happened to be in the Frisco area and was looking for something different for lunch. We travel and always try to find something different than the norm everywhere we go. My wife doing a food search found this place and felt it looked interesting and good. We sat at the bar into my surprise, my wife ordered the fired artichoke. I was thought she knew what she was getting into, but had not had artichoke in the past and she did not like the texture, for me it was excellent. She ordered the chicken sandwich and I ordered the gyro platter, both were excellent. Not big dessert eaters, the chef special was chocolate chip cookies with ice cream, chocolate, vanilla, and pecan each between two cookies. The cookies are big, but needless to say we ate all the ice cream and two of the cookies. The Manager Emily came by and check on us to make sure all was good. We will definitely go back when we are back in the Frisco area. We definitely recommend this place and

Yelp
Nice little hidden gem In Frisco, did not disappoint. Went for lunch and I'm not sure it's lunchy per se but most of the items on the menu give lunch vibes. Nice bar with tv's here and there. Tried the avocado and tomato salad. Not bad. Tomatoes were a lil too big for my liking but all in all great dish.
google avatar

Nina K.

Yelp
The food here is awful. My burger was undercooked and my husband's pizza was disgusting. We both felt sick after eating here. Management and service were nice and tried to accommodate, but you can't fix it when the food is just bad.
google avatar

Rakshak R.

Yelp
Got the falafel platter. was able to sub yogurt for extra hummus. the food itself was great, just wish they had more explicit vegan options. great service and ambiance!
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent weight staff enjoy the Texas fig salad along with the spicy noodles with chicken. The full-size portions were enough for two people to split.

Yelp
Excellent food, service and ambience!! Roque was our waiter and he was phenomena! Our glasses were kept full and he made sure we had anything we needed. We really enjoyed talking to him and felt warmly welcomed! Tru Fire is one of our absolute favorite restaurants.

Susan S.

Yelp
We love this place! This was our second time there and we had CiCi, who said we were her first table. She was very sweet and accommodating! Service is always great here and she made our experience even better. We love the Mediterranean shrimp salad. Absolute must now for us. But we also got the Trumac this time to share and it was delicious. Trufire is one our new favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is the best! All the food is so refreshing, especially the falafel platter. The servers are always attentive and so nice. Location is perfect, there are some places to walk and shop right after you eat:))

Yelp
Another staple in The Colony. Always good. LOVE the ambiance. The food is delicious as well, you can't go wrong. I've had the bolognese and pizza and both were amazing both in store and as leftovers. Service is always happy to be there.

Yelp
I enjoyed dining at this gem in Frisco. I stumbled upon this restaurant while searching on Yelp, per usual, and saw Crab Dip mentioned. Cheese, crabmeat, and pita bread? Say less, I'm there! The Crab Dip was coming in hot, so I had to wait a few minutes before I dove in. It was worth the wait. The Chicken Sandwich was awesome as well. Great flavors. And of course, the Blood Orange Margarita I had to wash it all down was perfect.
google avatar

Yelp
Five star service and food. We had a beautiful evening here. I've visited TruFire before...but it's been years. They have ton of GF and Vegan options. Lovely place with lots of great mood lighting and little nooks to have a sweet little evening. Our service was excellent! Our sweet sever did an awesome job with superb recommendations and was so attentive. We love you TruFire! Flavorful- festive- and FULL, Like food baby full!

Peter S.

Yelp
Our go to place for lunch with friends. Something on the menu for all to choose. Excellent desserts.
google avatar

Brittany K.

Yelp
Meh. Nice server. Interesting smell. It was pretty slow when I came in so I didn't have to wait for a table. My server was nice & the food was okay. I usually like Mediterranean & Italian food but I don't think I like how they do it here. It was my first time visiting & I'm happy I tried something new however I don't think I'll be back. They do offer low lighting, flexible seating (indoor/outdoor) and bar top service.

Larry D.

Yelp
Roque gave us exceptional service! He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We'll be back! The food was delicious and well priced. Good lighting but the music was a touch too loud...
google avatar

Yelp
4/7 The regular food was a 4/7. Honey Burrata was a 6/7. I tried the honey burrata appetizer and the akaushi burger. The honey burrata was excellent. Just the right amount of honey to not overpower the dish and the burrata cheese paired perfectly. The regular food was simply "ok". The appetizer set high expectations. I did hear that their spicy garlic noodles were very good, but I couldn't try them to confirm. My recc is to come here at least once to try the honey burrata. Otherwise maybe give the spicy garlic noodles a try.

Yelp
My husband and I were in the DFW for a weekend trip and his cousin and her husband invited us to dinner and recommended TruFire. My bonus son told us they were one of his favorite places to eat in South Lake so we made the reservation and headed out! Ambiance: 5* The ambiance was great. Inside was pretty packed, being that is was in August and still hell hot outside. We opted to dine outdoors since it was evening and no one was out there. They seated us right next to a fan so it ended up feeling just right for a summer evening. Large umbrellas gave us shade and the tables were nicely spaced so when other people did come, we weren't all sharing our conversations. Food: 5* I can see why this would be a favorite. Everything was delicious. Fresh. Hot. Flavorful. Not one single thing was a disappointment, and that Blue Lemon cake was insanely delicious! Everything was a generous portion so we were able to share some of the plates. That chicken parm was mouthwatering devine! Service: 4* Our server was very sweet and knowledgeable of the menu but she was very slow. We asked for drinks and it took about 4 times of reminding her before any drinks came to the table. Other than that, she did everything else well. I understand that many food establishments are still overwhelmed with needing help so we didn't make a big fuss. Overall 5***** We definitely recommend and will go back when we're in town!

Yelp
We frequent Trufire once every two to three months, but never experienced such bad food and service before. There was a slight wait when we arrived Friday night, but we had a reservation and only waited 5 min. The hosts were great. After sitting, the waiter came and stood there. We had to initiate the ordering and then when we were done he didn't budge. We repeated the appetizer and drink order and then he left. The appetizers arrived after about 10 min and the drink never did. The roasted artichoke was not prepared correctly and I had to get up and ask a host for the drink. When the waiter finally came back to our table after frequenting others, we ordered the mains. The waiter disappeared again and didn't prepare the table for the mains or clear dishes. Once the mains arrived, noticed that the tomahawk pork was raw in the middle and could not eat it. It would be another 20 min before the waiter would come by again only to ask if we needed a to go box and the check. I worked in the service industry for years to put myself through university. That experience would have gotten me fired.

Polina T.

Yelp
As someone who loves Mediterranean food, this place missed the mark for us. The dishes were mediocre at best - and why is there so much flatbread with everything ? lol. For appetizers, we tried the artichoke and crab dip. I wouldn't recommend the artichoke unless you feel like getting your hands dirty but I did like the sauce it came with. The crab dip was good, but like many people have said, you don't taste much crab - it's very greasy, cheesy, and just a bit too much. Our entrees were a naked avocado salad with shrimp and the rosemary chicken pizza . A poor excuse for a 'large' salad - they line the entire outside of the plate with flatbread while the salad itself is minuscule in size . While it tasted good, I'd have loved more salad and less bread. The pizza wasn't bad but very greasy and too thin to support the toppings. It fell apart upon every grab. Our server was kind and the ambiance is nice, but with all the options in this plaza, I would go elsewhere . We won't be back .

Yelp
Must experience for sure! Excellent overall food quality fabulous, lively atmosphere and nice spot for nice evening out. Definitely recommend!!!

Yelp
This was quite a different dining experience. Located right next door to J. Theodore, it's pretty easy to find. We didn't have to wait long as we opted to sit on the patio for Friday night dining as the inside was almost full. It was different for me because it was an American Mediterranean cuisine fusion. Meaning the menu offered both options and there was a Mediterranean spin on American dishes (which I did appreciate)! Outside patio: the patio needed a facelift. It's summer in Dallas and very much patio season. I was left to dine at a huge round table meant for at least 5 people with only 2 of us. My view consisted of me looking at a succulent wall that was unkept and a table umbrella that was broken. Service: our server seemed very timid. We would ask her for things (red pepper flakes, water) and she'd forget and it would take longer than usual to get. It was a weird vibe honestly. Food: we started with the grilled artichoke. That was ok but that lemon sauce it was served with was honestly the best!!! For entrees, my friend got the rosemary chicken pizza and I settled for the Gyro saltimbocca. It was a pasta dish with gyro lamb and beef. Because I don't eat pork, I asked for it to be served without prosciutto. As I'm digging in taking in the flavors, there were two huge chunks of rolled up prosciutto in my pasta. I immediately became nauseated and didn't finish the rest. My cocktail was decent, though. Overall, I'd give my experience a 3 stars. There was just a lot that could have been better.

Cindy H.

Yelp
Food and service is really good. Their Blackberry Smash Vodka Cocktail is excellent. Go there about once a month. Never disappointed!!
google avatar

Lauren B.

Yelp
So yummy. We loved everything we got. Such a variety and something for everyone! Definitely try the Mediterranean platter for an app
google avatar

Jesika H.

Yelp
Ok our waiter was fantastic! We had some heated debates at my table and I drug him into the mix and he handled his own like we were all family arguing at a family reunion over who made the potato salad! We service was quick, drinks were brought out prompt, parking is in abundance and the patio featured some live music from the restaurant next door and home girl was SANGING. Food was GREAT! Our waiter recommended everything and we went with that and didn't regret it! The chicken parm is HUGGGGGE, enough for 2 additional means. It's a very sold chicken parm. The fig salad was delicious, very light and nicely accompanied. The blueberry mock tail was so refreshing so big and the chicken pizza was delightful and huge as well Zero complaints!
google avatar

Jeff D.

Yelp
Don't normally write reviews but the gyro platter's portions were way too small. Vegetables were not enough. Service was good the servers treated me well but the smell of the place was horrible. I cant imagine a place that looks so good smells horribly. It makes me only imagine what the food-prep station is like. I wanted to complain but it doesn't seem like a server's issue to fix.
google avatar

Viki W.

Yelp
One of my favorite places! Food is ALWAYS excellent and service is terrific!! The menu is filled with so many choices!!
google avatar

Carolina E.

Yelp
So I went back with my husband last night. Here are my thoughts We both had iced tea and it was garnished with orange instead of lemon. We started out with the lil goat (goat cheese, jam and tomato). Absolutely delicious and it came with hummus. I ordered the exact same meal I did a year ago- Chicken sandwich- was way too wet. I ended up reluctantly eating half. Cesar salad- still delicious thankfully! My husband had the tomahawk pork. It came with eggplant, onions and I believe some other veggies. He loved it. We had the flourless chocolate cake. The bottom part was cold.... The entire purpose of ordering a dessert that has cake and ice cream is for the combo of a hot bottom and cold top. The ice cream was chocolate with some mix ins- it was delicious. Overall I'd rate this spot a 5/5 on aesthetics and service and a 3.5/5 on food.
google avatar

Ebony W.

Yelp
This place is so neat and the food is amazing. I haven't had a bad meal yet. The service is great and the prices are good. You should try them out!!
google avatar

Lupita M.

Yelp
This is seriously my new favorite restaurant in Frisco! The service was great. And the food was amazing! I had the meatball pasta and it was the best dish. I highly recommend it. The place is kind of dark but it's romantic. I'll 100% be coming back.
google avatar

Haley Z.

Yelp
Visited from out of town to meet friends and had a lovely experience! Great attentive service and we received our food and drinks fairly quickly. In a nice strip mall sort of area with tons of easy and close parking. Some of the best cocktails I have ever had! Food was great, but I wouldn't say there is anything special about it. Maybe it was just the dishes we got. Looks like pasta is a highly favored item here so next time I'll try that. Beautiful and simple rustic inside and outside, but I recommend getting a seat outside. Very romantic, cozy feel. Tons of greenery and neutral building shades makes a calming environment.
google avatar

Yelp
Always a great meal. Tonight we started with wedge salads. If you order the large, I recommend that you split them as they are HUGE. Like, ridiculously huge. But they are great. So we always order it. My wife and I love to then split the lamb kabobs.

Yelp
We had a reservation for 20, but it ended up being a little less, so they put us in a back secluded area. What we soon realized, was this was literally everyone's shortcut to the kitchen and restroom from the patio. With this in mind, we got sneers, eye rolls and just an off putting feeling from everyone. As we entered that area, we were hit by a smell that can only be described as dirty, greasy mop water and the floors were visibly damp in spots. The service was efficient and quick, no real hiccups, delays or fumbles. The way they had our table set up just made it hard to pass out items and refill drinks. We did notice our servers family sitting close to our section, not sure what was said, but from the look she gave us, it wasn't pleasant. The food, did not live up to the hype unfortunately. The roasted artichoke came out without the sauce, just an empty ramekin. The flavor was not the best, and it was not roasted long enough, as it was still stringy and tough. The humus platter seemed like something they grabbed from Kroger and dropped some roasted pine nuts in for garnish. I got the Steak and Eggs, which was not worth the price tag. The cut was thin, overcooked and under seasoned. The eggs were poached well, but lack any seasoning. The sweet potato hash in the plate was a saving grace. My wife had the Heirlooms and Eggs, which was good and plated well. My son had a the Bourbon French Toast which was great, the side of bacon was crispy and good, but the side of scrambled eggs were bland, not seasoned. It was my mother in law's 70th birthday and no one on staff made it a special occasion. I will say the $3 mimosa is what you'd expect from a $3 mimosa, so no complaints there. Overall, wouldn't make a return trip here, but the manager did seem friendly in our brief interaction. Lastly, I know it's for ambiance, but can you please bring up the lights in the bathroom entrance and bathroom. Sunday Feb 2nd, Dickerson party of 15.

Yelp
When we came for the first time a couple of weeks ago, we liked it so much we came back to celebrate my husband's birthday. As usual, the service was good and food was good as well. The place was a bit dark so I am giving it a four star because of the ambiance.

Let me just tell you what happened so you can be the judge. My son likes sushi so he ordered the poke bowl. The server asks whether he wants it with "tuna" or "tuna and salmon". My son tells her "tuna and salmon". The server later comes back with a poke bowl (with raw tuna) and a side of cooked salmon. I ask is this what you mean by a "tuna and salmon" poke bowl? The server says yes. I complain to the manager and she told me that she didn't understand why the salmon was cooked either, but that's how the kitchen does it. She said not to worry, it's only a $3 upcharge. On the receipt I saw there was an $8 upcharge for it. Of course they took off the poke bowl from our tab. But as you can probably tell, I'm never going back.
