Inn on Fifth Hotel Review | Hotels Above Par

"Located on the hotel's ground floor, this upscale steak-and-seafood restaurant is recommended for some of Southwest Florida’s best steaks and seafood. The robust menu features standout dishes such as prime meatballs, miso-glazed sea bass, lumina lamb chops and ribeye, and the restaurant is noted for carrying Naples’ largest inventory of fresh stone crab claws. Desserts are memorable as well—the carrot cake with spicy pecans and warm butterscotch is highlighted as a showstopper."

Not to be dramatic, but coming here was one of the top 3 best dining experiences of my life!! The service was amazing, I had a bunch of questions and extra requests, and our server Edwin was super helpful, fun, and kind. I had the salmon and my boyfriend got the seabass, both were awesome. The dessert... omg. Good dessert is so hard to come by in a restaurant! And this was one of the best ones I've ever had. The lighting was great, the bathrooms were great, the temperature was pleasant. Truly could not have been any more impressed !!!

Absolutely love the atmosphere. The piano player does a great job. This is an absolute beautiful restaurant. Excellent drink menu. Prices are high, but the quality.

From start to finish, Truluck’s in Naples delivered flawless flavor and fantastic vibes. We started with the calamari—bright, crispy, and beautifully plated with citrus, herbs, and a little heat. For entrées, the king crab leg was absolutely massive, tender, and buttery, while the lamb was cooked to perfection, served with creamy mashed potatoes and a rich jus. But the highlight? The Viola—a showstopper of a cocktail that arrived smoking like it had its own entrance music. Fragrant, floral, and refreshingly unique—this drink alone was worth the visit. And we have to shout out Bill, our server extraordinaire. Attentive, charming, and clearly passionate about the menu, he made the evening feel extra special. Truluck’s isn’t just a dinner—it’s an experience. Already dreaming about our next visit.

What an amazing experience! It was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The ambiance is elegant and refined, yet still feels welcoming and relaxed—perfect for a special night out or a memorable dinner with friends and family. We started with the Salt & Pepper Calamari, which was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice, and the Parker House-style rolls were warm, soft, and addictive. They brought them out fresh, and we could’ve honestly eaten a dozen! For the main course, we ordered a variety of steaks: two Prime Ribeyes, a 12 oz Filet Mignon, and a Prime NY Strip. Every cut was cooked exactly how we requested, incredibly tender, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality of the meat. Alongside the steaks, we shared the Crab Fried Rice, which was a standout on its own—savory, rich, and full of real lump crab meat. It complemented the steaks beautifully. The service was exceptional—attentive without being overbearing, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening.!!! Truluck’s delivered on every level: amazing food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier steak and seafood!

Amazing food and our waiter, Dusan was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and one of best dining experiences we had while visiting Naples. Our favorite meal here so far. Carrot cake was amazing, did not get the chance to take a picture.

I Loved Truluck's experience in Miami so I gave this location a try! For a single dinner and it being a walkin this Truluck team did not dissapoint! They had me seated by the windows with a lovely view and Alan(server) showed up with menus with a warm welcome smile. Started off with Truluck's bread service, then into Appetizers had the sweet chilli calamari which were nicely seasoned & mildly sweet hot, next a Snow 🦀 that was quite large it was sweet & tender. Entree was Black Grouper and it was delicious on a bed of crab fried rice(Switch from cuscus) and finally Key Lime Pie which was more sweet than tart but decent. The wine pairing was assisted by Luigi the Manager and he had excellent suggestion but untimely ended up with a frech white wine that paired beautifully with the Grouper. All in all the same excellent level of service & food I've come to expect from Truluck's and they didn't dissapoint! Thank you your Team was very welcoming & gracious!

Google
Great experience here as usual. The food and service tends to be good. What I found different this time was the energy level of our wait staff. In the past we had some amazing people. This time our crew were just very professional but not excited or exciting. Disappointed that this time out of several celebrations they did charge me this time for a slice of cake. Typically birthdays and celebrations you get complimentary dessert. And I have been to this location several times. I will say the food was spot on. The tuna was excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were heavenly. Still one of my favorite restaurants on 5th Ave in Naples.

Google
Our meals here were spectacular. First- the menu lights up to be able to read it in a darkened romantic dining room area! What a great way to see it! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The oysters were on the small side, but tasted fantastic. Very fresh! I had the snapper pontchartrain - I highly recommend this! Nice and spicy and delicious. My spouse had the salmon. I tried a bite and this was perfectly cooked and very tasty. Baked Alaska for dessert was a great show and loved it! We will be back

Yelp
Always such a fantastic experience here. Edwin might be the best waiter we have ever had. Just a spectacular guy who knows exactly what he's doing. We will be back again and again.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants in downtown Naples on Fifth Avenue is Truluck's Ocean's Finest Seafood and Crab Restaurant. The food and service are always at their best, and we have been coming here for years. With lots of space and a sizable bar, the restaurant is stunning. On some evenings, enjoy the piano player. Luigi, the GM took care of us this time to make sure all went well while celebrating our Anniversary. Both him and Ken, deserve extra recognition for always making our dining experience wonderful. Try the Lobster Scampi or King Crab Legs; they are both quite tasty. Because there is a valet service, parking is simple.

Yelp
Just had the most amazing birthday dinner at Trulucks in Naples fl. The service is impeccable. Jennifer was very attentive, never rushed us. They pay such attention to detail Even offering black napkins as well as white. The shrimp cocktail was beautifully served with an excellent sauce , just the right amount of horseradish. Our table also shared an order of calamari, that was delicious. For dinner I had the Bronzino fish, melted in your mouth. We topped the whole night off with their carrot cake which they drizzle caramel sauce over Best carrot cake in all of Naples. This is easily my favorite restaurant in all of Naples.

Yelp
From the moment we walked in I could tell this was going to be a good meal. Live music, gorgeous decor, light up menus - what's not to love? The choices of orange, lemon, lime, or cucumber for the water are also a simple but elegant touch. We ate a late lunch, so we decided to skip apps other than the bread service, which was fantastic! For dinner we chose to share the filet and king crab which was served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The filet was cooked perfectly and had a fantastic sear on the outside. The accompanying roasted garlic was a pleasant surprise. The king crab was actually over steamed, which was surprising, but it was served with a lemon garlic butter that saved it. We added creamed spinach to complete our meal which was fantastic! For dessert we had the baked Alaska which was AMAZING and definitely the best I ever had. The dinner martini was just ok - the blue cheese olives were the best part. Overall, it was a lovely meal.

Yelp
First time there this evening. Was dinning with some people I don't know super well so didn't take any pics. Had the longest lobster bisque. Filet, and broccoli. Everything was fabulous!!! I was super impressed! Ambience is lovely, and the manager, Luigi came by, as did Johnny... The music is loud, we had a hard time hearing one another, but otherwise it was a wonderful dinner. Look forward to going back with my husband and enjoying the bar scene, which is our fav, trying some appetizers and cocktails.

Yelp
Was on vacation and went to my usual dinner in Naples Trulucks. I love the ambience and the bar area it is truly a beautiful restaurant. My favorite is the bar seating . We always get there after 8 due to the bar being packed for the happy hour. Great service at the bar the gentleman and lady there really are fun great personality both and are good at what they do. We started with drinks black label for me wife had a martini she was happy. For dinner we did some wine glasses red with my steak white for my wife. My steak a ribeye 16 ounce was well cooked but small in size it was so thin less than half in thick I measured it. But very delicious. My wife had the caviar station with the smoke serving and we had their bread wow and also salad broken in half for us. All around a good experience my wife also had the sea bass was very yummy . Everyone there is friendly and love the piano service. Too bad he leaves early love him. A great venue with good experience and food for a great night. Ps valet guys are super friendly and attentive.

Yelp
The primary reason i go out is to meet someone, so that is what im looking for first and rarely stay here. The bartender Lauren is super nice, she has always offered me a beer and it is Happy Hour when i come and that would make you believe beer is included on Happy Hour on the menu and it is not so ive fallen victim to that a few times. the same goes for Margaritas, and then if you get a Sprite there is no free refills with that either. Ive never gotten the food.

Yelp
Truluck's is a fabulous restaurant, we try to eat here when we visit Florida. Ambience is quite enjoyable, love the piano player playing in the background. Bill Wilson is a fabulous server, great conversation, very knowledgeable of the menu and sports! He guided my husband through selecting a seafood tower that accommodated his preferences. The rolls are out of this world, everything we ordered was exceptional. The Baked Alaska for dessert was worth every calorie. If you are in the area don't miss out on this restaurant!

Yelp
Fantastic service as always, amazing drinks . The bread is so good. We had crab legs, sesame tuna steak, creamed spinach, and dessert! Everything was delicious

Yelp
THE PICKY EATER FROM BOSTON REVIEW: Truluck's 698 4th Ave. S, Naples My Husband asked me where I'd like to go for dinner on Mother's Day and he hadn't even finished the question before I enthusiastically replied "Truluck's, of course!" There's just something about Truluck's that checks every gastronomic box for me, the minute I walk in I feel happy, and hungry and oh so sophisticated. We headed to the bar for a pre-dinner drink, where I had my one and only favorite cocktail, a Belvedere Martini. Truluck's Bartenders have seemingly mastered the elusive art of the perfect Martini , including a frosty chilled glass, with tiny ice crystals glistening on the surface, a trio of olives IN the drink to add a touch of brine, and the dirty rocks on the side. Perfect every time! We finished our drinks and adjourned to the dining room. Dimmed lights, glistening chandeliers, white linens and happy diners celebrating their Mothers in upscale style. We landed at my favorite seat in the house, one of the leather booths looking out over the whole dining room, and to our delight we were welcomed by our favorite server, the handsome, delightful, and ever so attentive, Mario! We started with an order of the Parker House rolls, fluffy, buttery, yeasty and delicious. Next came the appetizer; I don't eat seafood, but my Husband is a fisherman and a huge fan. He started with the seafood medley including six East Coast Oysters with a zippy cocktail sauce and champagne mignonette plus a huge Stone Crab Claw, all nestled on a bed of crushed ice. Incredibly fresh and every morsel was fantastic. As we began to order, Mario let us know that our super thoughtful daughter had called the Manager and ordered us a surprise Mother's Day gift of a Cold Water Lobster Tail and two flutes of Champagne! What a cool caper! I ordered the Filet, a gorgeous little flavor bomb, perfectly charred on the outside and covered with a crusty rub of seasonings. The inside was a perfectly cooked, medium rare delight topped with a luscious, creamy au poivre sauce with green and pink peppercorns and a splash of Brandy. My husband had the New York Strip Steak which was equally impressive and just to push it over the top we ordered the roasted mushrooms and some Truffle fries. But wait...there's more! For dessert we accidentally ordered a Crème Brulee and a Cappuccino. An embarrassingly overindulgent meal, but I swear we only hate half of it. We brought the rest home in a lovely Logo doggy- bag with a thank you note attached, hand signed by Chef Jonathan! So, when you're looking for the perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion or if you just want to feel super fortunate and totally fancy, I highly recommend dining at Truluck's. It's so much more than a fabulous dinner, it's a feeling, an experience, a vibe of elegance wrapped in excellence. Bon Appetit!

Yelp
I visited Truluck's with my wife as we were celebrating our anniversary. While the restaurant is located in an area that was undergoing construction, the restaurant was still well labeled and we could quickly find the entrance from the walking street. The location itself is great and would expect it be even better after construction is complete. We were seated at a table where the restaurant clearly had made note of our anniversary as there were the general flowers on the table, but a circle of rose petals adorned the tablecloth. Our server was prompt and knowledgable of the restaurant specials and the like. We ended up ordering some of the famous crab claws that were quite delicious as an appetizer along with a salad. For entrees, my wife got a filet and I got the Alaskan King Crab Legs. All were well prepared and while it may have been nice to have a slightly improved presentation, the quality and taste of all items were great. I would return to Truluck's again in the future. It is an expensive night out with drinks and all, but the food and service lived up to the billing.

Yelp
Great experience at Trulucks. We went for my birthday and they made it very special. The restaurant is nice inside and everyone is very attentive. For appetizer I highly recommend the bread only $6 but very filling and delicious. We also got the crab cake for an appetizer. It was a good size and very flavorful. For entree we both got a filet mignon 8oz and the crab Mac and cheese. I highly recommend both! Since it was my birthday they give a baked Alaska dessert. It was amazing. Overall great experience. Will be back again!

Yelp
We had our 31st anniversary here tonight. We struggled on what to order because it all looks amazing. Our server John was world-class. He helped us pick the Ahi grade tuna and the 1 lb king crab with a starter of the classic shrimp cocktail. All we can say is wow! The presentation was fantastic and the flavors were unforgettable. Then surprised us with their version of baked Alaskan which once again was so delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful and makes you feel like you're on a journey as you navigate a round.

Yelp
Being a local I have frequented Trulucks and have always had a good experience. Last night was not the case. I get it, you want to turn your tables quickly, but when you ask your guests to leave and they will get you a wine at the bar because you want to gain more revenue on that table that's something altogether wrong. The manager came over to us while we were drinking our wine and just finished dinner and asked us if we wouldn't mind moving to the bar area with our wine because somebody else wanted our table. I don't think we really had a choice. I am a paying customer just like everyone else and I would like to finish my wine at the table and not stand in the bar. I get it, times are tough and we are nearing the end of season...But your locals are the ones that keep you busy through the off-season. This is poor management and poor service in my opinion.

Yelp
I am kind of sad to write this review. Formerly, I have loved Truluck's, visited many times, and rated it a five. This visit was different. After being seated, it took our waiter a long time to greet us. Then an even longer time to take our drink order. We had to interrupt him to beg him for an appetizer order, and we still had our menues and had not ordered mains yet, when we had finished the apprtizer. His name is something like Dusan. Just seemed out of sync the whole meal. The food was ok. The Calimari appetizer has suffered from Shrinkflation. Noticeably small portion, only 1 sauce (down from 3), and just kinda blah. Please go back to the old version! The mains were black grouper and chilean sea bass. The Grouper was very good and came with a huge portion of broccoli. The Sea Bass was slightly undercooked and not nearly as tasty as Nemo's. The crab fried Rice that accompanied the Sea Bass was fantastic--the best part of the meal! The creamed spinach side was very good, but the "Lyonnaise potatoes" were basically a sliced potato with a little beuchemel sauce tossed on. For $14, I expected more effort in the preparation. So things were ok, pretty good, throughout the meal. Then the bill came and it totalled $100 a person. Sorry but this meal was not worth that much. A 5 oz glass of St Supery Sauvignon Blanc for $22?? At Total Wine, a whole bottle retails for $26. Sorry that is too much mark-up. Stone crab claws were about $50 per claw!!! Are you kidding me?? So, sadly, too much is more than enough. This would have been a 4 but the pricing just hit me wrong, and pushed it down to a 3. Hoping it is just post Covid fatigue, and things turn around.

Yelp
No complaints about the service, ambiance is what you'd expect for a retirement place like Naples. Drinks were good. Operations were struggling, breaking things and dropping trays (which is fine, no ding for that). But the one star is because I ordered the tuna and became violently ill about 4 hours later, clearly food poisoning. I imagine as a chain they are concerned about their margin, so the food quality suffers as did the hospitality. Their manager "Ken" offered me a $75 gift card to come back, but I don't think my body could handle it. I honestly don't even care about the money, but the way they handled the complaint shows what kind of place they are. Stay away if you value your health (or wallet).

Michael M.

Yelp
This restaurant is outstanding. We shared an apple salad which a a great start. I had the grouper entree and my wife had the stuffed lobster. Both were delicious. Service was attentive and very professional. This restaurant may be on the expensive side, but the experience was well worth it.

Frank V.

Yelp
Oh my God, I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Service was outstanding and personable. Menu was extensive so if you can't find something that you like here, you're gonna have a hard time finding it anywhere else wine list by the glass was very nice. Oh I almost forgot all the food was outstanding and we can't wait to go back.

Yelp
My ultimate favorite place to dine in Naples! Top notch food, service and best happy hour around! I can't say enough great things... From the steak to the shrimp and crab to the desserts! Everything is high quality and made with love! The service is impeccable, the restaurant super classy and the ambiance is superb! We've been many times, always a stop when visiting from out of state and last visit was for the holiday prix fixe meal. It was amazing!!!

Yelp
Starting off being greeted at the hostess table with smiles and "Happy Anniversary" and then seated at our table with rose petals and a card was a nice gesture. And our server, Heidi, was just as warm, smiling and nice. After serving us water, drinks and telling us of the specials for the day, we ordered our meals. My husband and I had a pre-dinner cocktail; dirty martini and an old fashioned. Both were made just right and sipping them while enjoying the Parker Rolls and our wedge salad started our meal off in the right direction. The restaurant can be a bit loud acoustically but when I can still hear the music coming thru the speakers, it's not that bad! Dinner was served at the same time; 8 oz filet with mashed potatoes and pan seared broccoli (the garlic sauce is outstanding). My husband had the snapper and steamed broccoli; sharing the potatoes as there is plenty for two! We did enjoy a glass of Chardonnay and Pinot noir with our entrees; both wonderful wines. Dessert was the flamed Baked Alaska for two! Flame side table presentation and delicious! This is such a classic and timeless dessert, glad they have it in the menu. Since this is a "special night" type of restaurant, do make sure you have a reservation. We came on a Sunday evening and it was filled, bar and restaurant. Service was impeccable and Heidi was not only food and wine knowledgeable but her attention to detail and lovely smile accented her serving skills. Thank you Trulucks for being our celebration restaurant!

Yelp
We were looking so forward to our annual Valentines Day dinner. We've been going for at least 12 years and usually had a wonderful experience. Last night was a huge disappointment! Our waiter was extremely busy but that's no excuse. it took forever to be waited on. When the food came we were short 4 sets of silverware. That took several requests before they were brought to us. During the evening things got worse. We kept asking for water during the meal and my husband and two others never were served. They had Nothing to drink while eating. Also, my husband had milk (to go with the delicious carrot cake) and when he had 1/2 left in the glass the waiter filled it up with water. Water was spilled on me and my husband. I didn't expect to get a shower and the waiter apologized for that. I could go on and on but we won't ever go back.

Yelp
I have heard amazing things about this spot, so am sad to write a less than stellar experience. The shrimp cocktail was incredibly tough/dense. And the meatballs were prepared with what seemed like a sweet barbecue sauce...which was not pleasant. I'm hoping we just happened to order poorly. Will come again and give them another chance.

Yelp
First time back to Florida in 5 years. Always have to come to truluck's at least once a year. Evan was the best waiter anywhere. Stone crab claw season is the best in Naples, FL. Everything was better than I remember it in 2018. Perfect noise level and totally upscale environment.

Yelp
Omg. Make a reservation. Come here - hungry and leave room for dessert! You know this place is going to be cool from the minute you open you lighted menus. Think large Kindle like menus. Lots to choose from - everything os fresh and delish. We started with a drink - viola! is as cool as the videos posted here. Fun to have. Someone at your table has to get it. We had stone crabs for appetizers. The jumbos were PERFECT! Dinners in our group: Ahi tuna, Miso sea bass, Steak All were fantastic!!! (We had multiples of each at the table and all were consistently good) (My only one small note was there wasn't a lot of crab in the crab fried rice served with the sea bass). You MUST save room for dessert. And the dessert servings are GIGANTIC! Be prepared to share or have leftovers. Two people split the baked Alaska. Def someone needs to get this. So fun when they flame it up. We also had key lime pie and chocolate cake. Both good. Huge huge huge portions. Lots left over. Book a trip to Naples, then make a reservation here... you will be happy.

Yelp
#SaturdaySplurgeNinght Celebrating Life at #TrulucksNaples We've never gone to either #Trulucks location in Austin but after Saturday night we surely will... From the moment we walked in the Front Door GM Ken Allen gave us the #RedCarpetTreatment We were seated by Ken at one of the #BestTables in the House. He then gave us a rundown of all that #Trulucks is about and what we didn't know is that Truluck's was born in Texas... Our table had a perfect view of all of the action in the Bar and the band stand with #JenWatson a local #PianoPlayerExtraordinaire whom we'd seen several nights before on the keys at #TommyBahama. This time Jen was at the Grand Piano setting the "Tone" (pun intended) for a most wonderful soundtrack for our dining experience! Ken introduced us to our I'll go #OldSchool here and say #Waiter Edwin who #CateredToOurEveryWantAndNeed . I wish I had snapped photos of each of them as well for posting. Edwin's knowledge of where he works and what he is serving is #ParExcellence ! Edwin started us out with Cocktails. A Fantastic Margarita Shaken Hard, Up, with No Salt for me with Edwin customizing the Tall Coo Grapefruit Crush perfectly to my Wife's liking. When at #Trulucks you have to have at least one order of their killer house made #ParmesanYeastRols fresh and hot out of the oven. We then moved on to what became our first course of Appetizers with #BluePointOysters & fresh local #StoneCrabClaws on Ice which were so good that instead of moving on to Entrees we ordered another round. This time I got the #HiramasaPonzuI and my Lady got the #YellowfinTunaCrudo both of which were totally awesome. Being in South Florida I went in with my mind set on local Black Grouper however the #MisoGlazedChileanSeaBass with #CrabFriedRice won the day. Cooked to such perfection the first bite actually slid off the end of this beautiful cut of fish in one perfect flake. When finished not even a morsel was left on my plate. My Wife got what I went in looking for, the #FloridaBlackGrouper simply Pan Seared with Broccoli which to my good fortune with all that we had already enjoyed half of this beautiful cut of fish came home with us for me and my Lunch Poolside on Sunday... #FloridaBlackGrouper is #SooooFreakinGood !!! If you have the chance to try it, do so and you will be so very glad you did... With no room for dessert we called it. You can go out to merely eat most anytime, anywhere. For a "Tru" Dining Experience book a reservation at #TrulucksNaples or any of their 9 other Locations and prepare yourselves for extreme Gastronomic Pleasure... Cheers, Bill

Yelp
This was an impeccable dining experience! The food was amazing, the service was fantastic and the ambiance was perfect! We have added this to our Naples list for next March! A++ experience!!

Yelp
Beautiful and delicious fine dining! Starting with the detail of white or black napkins for each diner from the hostess... so you don't get black lint on your white pants or black lint on your black pants. The ambiance is warm and inviting with open air, plants, and a very long lighted bar. Lots of seafood and meats here although they do have a small plant based menu. We had the stone crab claws and there were presented on a bed of crushed ice perfectly cracked to make it easy to enjoy! 4 entrees &drinks, plus our server Heidi equals 5 star dinner!!! valet parking available

Yelp
My family and I enjoyed this restaurant. Our waiter was engaging and helpful. Our food (crab legs, ribeyes, fish etc.,) was all delicious. The restaurant was cozy and not at all loud, which allowed us to enjoy each other and our meals. I will be back if in Naples again.

Yelp
We had dinner here for my birthday on a Sunday evening around 7ish. The service was impeccable, and the food and drinks were amazing. The pianist was great as well. All around would recommend for a great night out!

Yelp
Rolled in with a friday night reservation for 7 ladies. We called to let them know we'd be 15 minutes late, hostess was nice about it, no attitude and no issues. Brian our waiter nailed it. He was fun, professional and on top of it. We ordered multiple items to share and he had it prepped family style on big platters for us to pass around, our glasses were never empty. We spent some time in the bar with the piano player (he was also super fun and accommodating with our requests) and when I ordered drinks at the bar they were slammed. The manager came over, made all 7 drinks without missing a beat... Highly recommend, we'll be back!! Oh, and did I mentioned the food was delicious- scallops were a fan favorite.

The best restaurant we have been to in Naples! the hostess was so nice and helped us take pictures for our anniversary which was a nice personal touch. Everyone was so nice and the food was delicious!!!!!!!!!! We got the rolls, calamari, king crab Mac and cheese, and stone crab!! Everything was so delicious. Definitely coming here again

Yelp
This was outstanding for both critical factors. The food was exceptionally awesome, which is the most important aspect for nighttime dinning. See the picture of my incredible SeaBass. The second is service. Our waiter nailed it in spades! There was never a moment where I felt any need was not being fulfilled.

Yelp
Drove from Fort Myers to go to Truluck's - worth the drive! Great cocktails, appetizers, and meals! Only regret is not saving room for dessert - they looked amazing! We got the meatballs and rolls as an appetizer, which we really enjoyed. Our meals were delicious as well. We had a late reservation, but wanted to wait to be seated in the main dining room. The bar area was quite loud and crowded. The ambience was very nice in the dining room. Expensive, but worth it for a nice evening out!

Yelp
Great experience! Wonderful food. Server was attentive and friendly. Ambiance was perfect for our date nights. We will definitely be back. 10/10 all around! I ordered blackened snapper with creamed spinach my husband had the blackened grouper. We shared crab fried rice. Everything was delicious! We also ordered the Parker bread and also crème brûlée to share for dessert! Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Yelp
We had dinner at Truluck's. Everything was terrific. Service was wonderful. Our waiter was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Drinks were tasty/fun (my wife had something with vodka and dry ice that had it bubbling. Parker house bread was tasty. We shared the calamari appetizer, which was amazing. Both entrees hit the spot (scallops and branzino). We got the carrot cake to go (we were already stuffed)! Wonderful place to go. A bit pricey, so perhaps for special occasions!

Yelp
Amazing dinner in Naples. The service was top notch, and the ambiance was very classy with a live pianist by the bar. Definitely on the fancier side. The crudo appetizer was delicious, the fish basically melts in your mouth. Miso glazed sea-bass is my absolute favorite dish, and this one was one of the best I've ever had with a generous side of crab fried rice. Amazing quality seafood in every dish and our bottle of Sancerre was FANTASTIC. The staff even called me the next afternoon to make sure we were satisfied with our night, really impressive service. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This was one of the best dining experiences I have had ever. Our server Samantha was phenomenal! Attentive without being pushy. We Brought our own wine with a nominal corkage fee. The salad was nicely put together with a minimal amount of dressing to make the flavors shine. Entrees and shared sides were all perfect. We had a birthday and they brought a baked Alaska. Best desert I've ever had by far.we can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Always very good from service to food. Valet parking here. Stone crabs are excellent as is the South African lobster tail. Steaks and all fish dishes are fabulous. Try the Parker house rolls. Key lime and baked Alaska deserts are excellent.

Yelp
Great place. More of a steakhouse vibe. Busy and fun bar scene. Service was a 5+, food was good too, but nothing special. (Branzino actually fairly average, NY strip well-prepared but a bit of a tough cut, tuna tartare was pretty darn good though). Good wine list, although with some pretty hefty markups! Def good spot for a celebratory night.

Yelp
We picked this place because of the excellent reviews and recommendations online and we were glad we did. This is one of the classiest restaurants we've ever been to. From the moment we stepped in, we were met with professionalism and hospitality. We did have a reservation so we were seated right away. Samantha was our waitress and she was amazing- friendly, helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. From the appetizers our favorites were fried calamari and Parmesan yeast rolls. For the main course I chose Bronzino and my husband chose Ribeye- both were excellent. We finished our meal with baked Alaska and it was a show stopper. The ambiance was exceptionally awesome. We enjoyed our night immensely. Thank you, Truluck's!

Yelp
2 of us had dinner around 6pm on a Monday evening. When we arrived the small bar was filled (but properly distanced) and there were still plenty of tables inside and on the outer area where there are air walls where the top half windows were all open. SERVICE: Outstanding. Terrence was our server and took excellent care of us through our entire meal. He is personable, has a wonderful sense of humor, was attentive but not hovering. Dennis, the manager, also stopped over to check on us and make sure everything was stellar. BAR: We ate at one of the outer perimeter tables but could see the bar. It looked like a nice spot to eat as if there is room. When the water was brought to our table, Terrance arrived with gloved hands, a tray lined with slices of lemon, lime and cucumber and tongs so we could choose if we wanted any garnish in our water. Love this. No hands touching the garnishes! My cosmo was well made, not too sweet, average size. $16.50. The wine selection is good, $16 for an average pour. FOOD: Very good. The Caesar salad was beautifully split and even the anchovy on the side had its own little boat. The Miso Sea Bass was excellent. Cooked perfectly, flaky, melt in your mouth. The Hawaiian Kauai Shrimp had an unusual mix of flavors. The description is accurate in terms of the shrimp being "firm". So if you prefer your shrimp less dense this is probably not the dish for you. Personally, I didn't care for the spicy sauce but that is preference. The coconut rice had the consistency of a polenta. It was flavorful but dense. ATMOSPHERE: Warm, inviting, a pleasant evening and we were never rushed even as the tables were filling up towards the end of our meal. When we were there, a piano player/singer added to the welcoming atmosphere. The music was appropriate and perfect volume. There is a tip jar, so for those of us who don't always carry actual cash, you might want to tuck a few dollars in your wallet in the event you are inclined to leave a tip!

Yelp
Came here for an anniversary dinner. Requested one of their few booths and was pleasantly surprised when were seated at one. We had a really great meal which was made even better by our waiter, Scott from Staten Island! A really personable dude. We had the calamari appetizer with stir fried veggies and this dish was excellent. It came with 2 sauces, one was their house mustard which was awesome and the 2nd was a cocktail sauce. We did have to purchase bread which I hate when restaurants make you do that, especially one with prices this high, you would think that bread would be complimentary but corporate greed is real yo. Not enough to take a star off but come on now. For entrees we ordered the filet mignon and the NY Strip. Both cooked perfectly. I will say, the strip was a little more fatty than I expected (esp for $65) but not enough to remove that all impressive 5th star! We were pleasantly surprised at a complimentary dessert for our anniversary and that was epic. Thanks again. Also, for cocktails do yourself a favor and order the Voila. Great tasting and even better looking.

Yelp
I took my husband there for his birthday on Thursday, November 13 and I have to say the service was impeccable, our table setting and our waiter Scott couldn't have been any better. I had the sea bass and my husband had crabcakes and they were both outstanding. They even surprised him with a birthday surprise of baked Alaska, which was totally different and absolutely divine. This is a place for a special occasion or if you're looking to enjoy a really nice dinner. We can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Fabulous dinner! Started with the fresh Stone crab claws and an order of the Prime meatballs, both were awesome. For the entrée I had the Miso-Glazed Seabass. It was a huge piece of fish with a meaty texture. The miso glaze was outstanding and the crab fried rice was a perfect complement. For dessert we split their carrot cake and it was definitely one of the best carrot cakes I've ever had. This was a monster wedge of cake that we split into thirds. It was brought to our table and then drizzled in a butterscotch sauce and sprinkled with candied pecans - all I can say is "WOW"! Service was impeccable - thank you Edwin!. They have a full bar and extensive wine list. Yes, this place is a bit expensive yet worth the occasional splurge!

Yelp
It was our 42 anniversary and we wanted to celebrate at a restaurant with a proven reputation for excellence. Our experience did not disappoint, it is our first time at Truluck's. The food and wine were exceptional. We really appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail by our server. The stone crab apps were delicious. My wife had the lamb, I had the lobster tails with crab. Both were perfect. We have dined at all of the restaurants on fifth and third, this was by far the best! We will be back...

Yelp
Top notch restaurant and dining experience. The staff across the board are friendly and down to earth; no stodginess or snobbiness here. Food was excellent. Would definitely return. Makes a great special occasion dinner.
