This was my first visit to Truluck's. In fact, I had never heard of it until a family member recommended that we go there for her birthday celebration. I must say that the food and experience was AMAZING! I tend to think of myself as a Chilean Sea Bass connoisseur and rate some of higher end restaurants based on their ability to prepare Sea Bass. I must say that Truluck's has outperformed all of the competition. You have to go there. The bar service and management are exquisite!!!

Google
Great food and service. The menu and wine list are all now backlit, as is the check which is very convenient. It's not only for old people, but the restaurant is fairly dark so this is cool and useful regardless of age!! The lobster bisque is ridiculous, as is the sesame seared tuna and carb stuffed lobster tail. It's really hard to go wrong with anything on the menu.

I am staying in the hotel which shares the same parking lot as this restaurant. I went to Dave and Buster’s earlier in the week, and on my way back to my hotel stopped by this restaurant for dessert to go. It had an air of presence. At the same time, the many employees who walked by me at the hostess stand did not make me feel as if I didn’t belong. So I went in yesterday after during their happy hour. They have a fair amount of amazing drinks for 50% off. Everything I had was tasty, and pleasing. Save room for their decadent desserts. The service is not forced, though genuine. The piano player sets the mood, and is very talented. You all have something special here. Continue it.

Truluck's is an upscale, seafood restaurant. The inside is quite modern and dimly lit. Service was reasonable fast considering our party of 6 ordered several appetizers and a desert and left within 2 hours. This establishment does not have a strict dress code which is also nice. The seafood here isn't quite Michelin Star quality, but it's still really good quality and quantity for the price. You will most likely be full before you'll even finish your meal! The crab appetizer is a must try. It's a decent amount of meat, very flavorful and the dijonaise they serve it pairs excellently. It's very delicious! The oysters are also quite good and fairly priced. You have a choice between West and East coast oysters. It's comes with the traditional condiments, but also a vinegar sauce that I really enjoyed. The crab-stuff lobster was so good. It had amazing flavor. I found the lobster to be a little on the tougher side. It was severed with Asiago mashed potatoes that were buttery smooth with a nice cheese taste and the asparagus was cooked perfectly. The sides were also really good as well. The mushrooms are super juicy and full of flavor. The broccoli florets are massive and seasoned with good flavor. Deserts here massive. They are definitely sharing portions. We got that carrot cake and it was the biggest slice of cake I have ever seen. I was too full to try and comment on the taste. We will definitely be returning in the future and can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

It was an unforgettable dining experience at Truluck’s. Romi, our server, was exceptional, making our date night truly special with his attentive and warm service. Additionally, Blake, the manager, took the time to stop by our table to ensure everything was perfect. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the evening. Highly recommended!

Everything about this restaurant was phenomenal. The tasty drinks, the flavorful courses, and the mouth-watering marshmallow dessert. Trulucks exceeded any expectation I had. I am dying to go back!.

The little things are the big things! Loved the table service to add cucumber, lemon, or lime wedge to your water. Loved that they asked if there were allergies. And most loved that they have a gluten free menu to make dinner enjoyable rather than an interrogation and negotiation. While not on the menu, a mini- seafood tower was perfect. We will dine here again. Enjoy!

Google
Extremely well operated restaurant with superb attention to detail and excellent service. Went to the bar for a couple of drinks and since I found out it was happy hour, had twice what I intended on drinking but don’t regret it at all. Bar service from the young lady was so good I decided to just eat at the bar. She is a gifted bar tender who never let me ask for anything. Food was spot on, best chopped wedge salad of my life. Timing of the service put this visit over the top. Worth every penny spent, life is short. They have a gluten free menu online.

Yelp
My husband and I (more me than him) are VERY picky when choosing a restaurant, especially for a special occasion like our Anniversary. It took us weeks to finally decide on this restaurant. We always look at the menu (food and prices) before we go so there won't be any surprises. This restaurant is an excellent choice for several reasons... When we got there 15 minutes ahead of our reservation, we were seated right away with our table ready for us. I thought that we were going to wait because it was crowded and busy, but we didn't. We had an Anniversary card with rose petals on our table. Each staff member signed the card which was a great touch. Christi was our server. The service was slow and my husband agreed. It was busy, so we didn't complain. The ambiance was DARK. We wasn't able to get decent pictures because it was dark. When we opened the menus, they lit up. Everything was still ok. For the drinks, I ordered the Blackberry Bramble and he ordered the Hibiscus Fresca. We also ordered the Prime meatball appetizer. Everything took a while to come. Slow service once again but the drinks and appetizer were delicious. These were no ordinary meatballs. You will have to try it yourself to see what I mean. For the main course I ordered the Petite Lobster Scampi and he ordered the Whitefish Ponchartrain. The scampi was phenomenal! The best lobster dish I ever had! I'm a salt sensitive person. I can't tolerate salty food. Seafood is usually too salty due to the heavy seasoning, but my dish was seasoned to PERFECTION! Not too salty AT ALL. I appreciate that soooooo much, y'all just don't know, lbvs! I had to stop eating at this one restaurant because all of their food was salty! What a shame because they have the potential to being a 5 star restaurant. Ok, back to this Truluck's review. My husband's plate was great as well, perfectly seasoned. Both dishes were delicious and flavorful without being too salty. Christi brought out the baked Alaska for our surprise Anniversary desert. That was amazing too. You can definitely taste the liquor in that dessert. Delicious and with a kick at the same time. One of the best desserts I ever had! The service was slow, but the food quality made up for everything! Everything was delicious and flavorful, right down to the parsley on my plate. Yes, I ate the parsley. This restaurant is pricey, but it is so worth it! I rather pay more for quality food than to pay less for food that's not good or too salty to eat. 5 STARS period! We will be back for more!

Yelp
What a treasure this place is. Great atmosphere to celebrate with friends and family; a full bar; great service; and delicious food. The key lime pie is a winner.

Yelp
Eda our server was wonderful... incredibly attentive and genuine.... Do not let her go! Overall pretty good... Lobster Bisque, Caesar Salad, Cocktails, Wines, Espressos, Baked Alaska were all great. Petit Lobster Scampi and Sea Bass were a little lacking as the actual taste of the seafood was lost with what accompanied it on the plate... overpowered the seafood....a shame. The filet was excellent quality as was the au poivre sauce.... The only issue was the meat was way over salted.....I love well seasoned food but this level of salt made it so that's all I tasted. Bummer.

Yelp
Had Truluck's San Diego on my list for years until they closed recently, so on a recent trip to Chicago I instantly jumped on a reservation seeing there was one near the airport. This place is perfect for special occasion, long dining experience or just treating yourself to top notch cocktails and food. We started with the Voila cocktails which were not just tasty but the whole smoky drink thing was right up my alley. Parker House rolls to start, we shared some of the pan seared broccoli as well. I had the steak frites, my colleague had the Salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection and robust in flavor. Zero room for dessert. The staff was great, our primary waiter sort of dropped the ball with us near the second half of our meal but I was watching him and I think he had too many tables, one which was a party of 7 so I did not go into 'Karen' mode on him given the prices we were paying here. He was doing his best. Okay so I had to use the restroom on my way out, and got a kick out of the mouthwash jug in the restroom. Never have I seen that in a restroom but nice touch!

Yelp
The dinner we had was exquisite. It was my daughter's birthday last Thursday and they treated us like royalty. The manager, Blake, and bar manager, DAVID took excellent care of of us punctuated by the top shelf service at the bar by the effervescent Darsha and the attentiveness and over the top service by our beautiful and personable Christie which made our dining experience, a family treasure that will live forever in our memories... dinner was accompanied by Alex at the piano who totally set the mood for the evening And celebration .... thank you TRULUCKS and the entire staff for taking such good care of us.

Yelp
We stopped by Truluck before our concert at the theater next door and we definitely enjoyed our first visit! We opted to share a bunch of appetizers and drinks so we could have a bit of variety. We ordered their Parker House Style rolls, Calamari, Jumbo Lump crab cake and their Lobster Bisque soup. The rolls came out fluffy and warm and paired really well with their butter! The crab cake was super meaty and definitely had loads of crab meat in every bite. The calamari was tasty but also a bit soggy. Would have really preferred it to be more crunchy. The lobster bisque was amazing! The broth was very tasty and had a small spicy kick to it and the lobster meat had some pretty significant chunks in it. For dessert our server mentioned they have a Baked Alaska for dessert so we ordered one for a table of about 5 and we each got a sizeable portion. Overall the food was very good albeit a bit on the high side. Another friend of ours ordered a 1/2lb King Crab dinner and it was $65. Server suggested the whole pound since it was to share and they ended up with a pound of crab (which wasn't a lot of meat) and single portion servings for twice the price ($130). Overall the price to value ratio isn't really there. Service and ambience are 5 stars. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about their menu.

Yelp
First, I love every Trucluck's I've gone to in Texas and Illinois. Second, the bar setting was perfect as we arrived early and sat at the bar to listen to the pianist awaiting our party to arrive. Third the setting, waitstaff, and cleanliness was stellar. I had an old fashioned and margarita. Then a glass of Sauvignon Blanc with dinner. I ordered the Miso-Glazed sea bass with crab fried rice - so good! My guy ordered the local walleye pike and that was delicious. I also had the Sonoma greens salad and my guy ended up getting dessert - carrot cake very good. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food and level of service.

Binio L.

Yelp
The concept of elegance is here. Our service was friendly, professional, and overall superb every single minute. From Blake to Areli, simply flawless. Some drinks felt light but visually stunning. Others were perfect. Some plates were too small, and we were not "warned," lol. By the price and the mention "family style," we thought a larger portion would come on the plate. Overall, the experience was fantastic, albeit we thought at the end the value could be improved; the quality overall plainly fantastic. Excellent location in Rosemont and plenty free parking.

Tiffany E.

Yelp
Sat at the bar and had a wonderful dinner! Started with a lemon drop martini then ate salad. Crab legs and finished with a glass of wine. All yummy except the mashed potatoes that come with the crab legs were cold. Had great service at the bar!

Eric L.

Yelp
The ambiance was warm and elegant. And their service was good. I got their lobster bisque, filet, and a couple of their sides. Their lobster bisque is definitely worth coming back for. As you can see from my photo, the bisque is made with large chunks of lobster and packed full of flavor. I enjoyed that the filet came with a side of roasted garlic and seasoned salt. They definitely elevated the taste of the filet.

Yelp
Updating my review I just wanted to add pictures from the last time we were there, a few weeks ago. Service was still excellent and I have plans to go back again this coming week with friends!

Yelp
Came for my birthday. The reservation was perfect. We arrived on time and were seated immediately at a table with confetti and a birthday card signed by the staff. The restaurant was gorgeous. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu and very courteous. My steak was perfectly medium rare as requested and the dynamite enrichment was delicious. I did however think that it would be Oscar style because the steakhouse where I was visiting from calls their Oscar style "dynamite". After dinner I was given a baked alaska to celebrate. It was my first ever. The server let me know she would be back to cut it thankfully lol because I probably would've hurt myself.

Eric H.

Yelp
Celebrated a birthday with guests from out of town and this spot was perfect for the occasion. Happy hour cocktails complimented by service with a smile were an excellent value and kickoff. Starting dinner with a customize seafood tower delighted everyone. Dinner portions were generous and a flaming baked Alaska as a birthday cake was brilliant. Service was very good and knowledgeable. Our only qualm was that our aged ribeye was still a bit bland.

Nick P.

Yelp
It was our first time coming here. We were a group of 4. We didn't have to wait too long for a table since we had a reservation. Service could be improved, there were times that our waiter was gone for long periods of time. Those were the times that I needed like a water refill. on service. Restaurant was clean and elegant. My girlfriend and I ordered the prime ribeye, mashed potatoes, and miso glazed seabass. Ribeye was cooked a perfect medium rare. Very tender to cut and juicy. 5/5. Mashed potatoes were creamy and tasty. You can really taste the parmesan in it. 5/5. Seabass was excellent. Flaky, tender, and flavorful. All of the accompanying components worked well together to make it a delightful dish. 5/5. Prices were reasonable with the dishes but make sure you get a side or two with your entree.

Yelp
Upon entering Truluck's you get a quick glimpse of the fantastic staircase and beautifully lit piano bar to your right. We requested the booth section (not bar area) because it was a date night and wanted to talk. The bar/piano side did look interesting though and would consider trying that on our next visit. First of all our server Andrew was 5/5. Not only was he charismatic and attentive but he was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Oysters and Stone Crab Claws 5/5 Oysters were fresh and well shucked Stone Crab Claws I 100% recommend the Jumbo size - lots of meat and worth the price, and the mustard sauce they provide is out of this world! Lobster Bisque 5/5 The best I've ever had and I've had this at 20 different restaurants. South African Lobster Tail 4/5 I've had better lobster so I can't rate this a 5, but it was a generous portion and was still very good. I enjoyed the mushroom risotto as well, but would probably try a different side next time. Key Lime Pie 5/5 They make this (and all their deserts) on site. I would go back just for this I'm absolutely coming back here. Yes the prices are a bit higher than you'd see at other spots in the area but I think it's 100 percent worth it. Truluck's is doing a great many things better than other places in the area. Reserve a table today!

Yelp
I had attended a by invitation tasting back when they first opened and always wanted to return. Well, with a few extra off days at work, I made a point of it and am glad I did. Sat at the bar for dinner - I noticed many others doing the same. They had an extensive wine list with a good by the glass selection, so I opted for a Pouilly Fuisse and an Italian Red. Both were good picks. Decided to start my dinner with a Lobster Bisque. Nicely served and great taste - not the best bisque I've ever had but still tasteful and pleasing. Great variety of seafood and steak - I was in a steak mood and went with a NY Strip, medium rare. As expected, it was cooked as ordered and was fairly priced for a good sized steak. For sides, the Crab Fried Rice caught my eye so I thought I'd give that a try. That was outstanding - so glad I tried it. To close out my meal, I ordered the chocolate cake. I was going to get the full size, but the bartender mentioned that it was a pretty large piece, so I went with the petite and was glad that I did. Overall I had a great dinner there, but what really made my night was the service and the engaging staff at Truluck's. They shared short pleasant conversations over the two hours or so that I was there and really helped round out a nice evening. Add to that the piano bar and I know I'll be back.

Yelp
Was recommended by my Niece, we decided to make this our Anniversary Dinner spot for 2023. Made reservations and informed the attendee this was a special occasion event for us. We arrived and were taken to a table facing the south west section of this fine restaurant. Our server was Rebecca Vogdanos, she made this occasion all that special. Atmosphere was what one would expect from a high end white table venue. The service and attention to detail was of epic proportion...One definitely felt attended extremely well. We were not rushed and the pace was laid back. We could just enjoy the moment with family. We started out with cocktails and placed our appetizers. Since I'm not able to give this venue all the attention to detail with photos capturing the event please view some of the photos and maybe Yelp will expand its abilities to those that can give a proper review. Looking forward to another visit. I recommend Truluck for celebratory or just an enjoyable experience. Cheers & Mangia!

Millie R.

Yelp
This restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. It's definitely a special occasion restaurant unless money is no issue. My only disappointment was that the bread is not complementary but can be purchased for $6.00. I highly recommend it! Sit in the booths behind the piano. It's very romantic.

Thomas B.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday night for an 8:45PM reservation for 3. We were greeted with smiling and helpful hosts (thanks Zoey!). They were a joy and even checked on our table a couple times throughout the dinner (one was the manager Jake, he was super friendly and attentive). It was my daughter's birthday and they had a nice setup on the table, and a nicely decorated dessert for her at the end of the meal (Baked Alaska). Our server was Johnathan, and he was a pleasure the whole dinner! He gave great recommendations for food and drinks, was never rushed, and explained all the dishes and options throughly. My wife ordered the New England Scallops, daughter had the Jalapeño Salmon Bearnaise, and I had the Miso-Glazed Seabass. We also ordered their Parmesan Yeast Rolls with some East & West Coast oysters for an appetizer. Everyone loved every bite of food. The oysters and seafood were all fresh and delicious. My daughter said the shrimp that came with her salmon may be, "the best tasting shrimp I've ever had". The scallops were huge and cooked to perfection, my wife really enjoyed them. My seabass, also a winner. We also tried their crab fried rice & parmesan mashed potatoes, which were a hit. Lastly we shared the baked Alaska as well as their carrot cake. Both scrumptious! Overall, it was a great dining experience and we will for sure be back!

Samantha M.

Yelp
I went here for my grandpas birthday and it was amazing. We were so impressed by the light up bar and menus and the whole place had a great fancy feeling upon arrival. The food and drinks were phenomenal and the waiter serenaded multiple people at our table. Truly a night we won't forget!

Lori N.

Yelp
My Husband and I came to Truluck's to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. And the food was outstanding!!! The sea bass was Delicious!!! The white fish ponchutrain was Awesome!! The oysters and the tomato salad was Amazing!!! We'll be back very soon!!!

Nohemi Z.

Yelp
Our waitress was not very attentive and took long periods to come around and this place is very pricey but I still really enjoyed my experience here. There was a live piano player and even though the restaurant as a whole is very loud, I could still hear him well and he was absolutely a dream and made the ambiance a vibe. I was especially a fan of some of the presentations that came with some of the food and drinks. The jumbo shrimp cocktail came out smoking, my friends martini came out bumbling, and her birthday dessert was lit on fire The food was very fresh and delicious.

Christina K.

Yelp
Loved the food here! Lobster bisque was just okay to me feel like it had a weird aftertaste but not horrible. Drinks were great! What else we got: ny strip with petit cold water lobster. Lobster was one of the best I ever had especially with the butter sauce. Salmon was very good. Miso seabass could have used more flavor but was clean and not fishy. I want to come back to get more lobster and try the crab legs. Carrot cake was too rich and I didn't love the crème brûlée. Very good customer service. Francine was our server.

Anu K.

Yelp
We always have a great time here...very relaxing atmosphere, tasty food and delicious cocktails! Always good: shrimp cocktail, crab cakes, meatballs, sea bass and scallops delicious! Thank you Patrick for my daughter's favorite desert! We will be back!

Kylie K.

Yelp
Outstanding! Always. Manager Gerry was very promt on fixing issues and staffs were wonderful. We always always leave happy whenever we made special dining visits to Trulucks. We had out of town visitors and they loved the food and service as well.

Fancypants X.

Yelp
Having been to the now-closed San Diego restaurant, I knew coming to Truluck's Rosemont location that we'd end dinner with their World Class Carrot Cake. It's one of the best examples of a good carrot cake. $15; a petite is available for $10.50 but you're really going to want leftovers so get the big daddy. I ordered an appetizer as my entree; the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with dill tartar sauce ($22) is loosely formed with a nice, crusty outside & little to no filler inside. One of the better crab cakes I've eaten in recent memory. We shared a side of addictively-crunchy Truffle Fries ($16.) Decadent food & friendly staff! Name a more iconic duo, I'll wait.

Dave W.

Yelp
My wife and I come here often and we've always loved this place. Last time we were here everything felt off. Ahi tuna starter came as a glob in a glass, which was much different that the presentation were used to. Oysters were sub par. Silverware came out with food stuck on it, and I was charged $50/oz for don julio neat which I thought was an absolute ripoff. We spent $450 on our dinner but felt like a $150 meal. Entrees were great, staff was kind as usual but I don't see us coming back here anytime soon, which is a shame, because we don't typically repeat restaurants and Truluck's was our go-to.

David B.

Yelp
I really love these restaurants. I previously visited the Dallas location where I had an awesome experience and the Rosemont location measured up as well. The restaurant is beautiful. My friend and I started with the Hiramasa Ponzu, which was delicious. I then ordered a small Caesar followed by the Whitefish Amandine. My friend got the Norwegian Salmon. We split sides of Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and Crab Fried Rice. We finished things off with a small slice of Key Lime Pie. Everything was a home run. And that also includes the service. This place is top tier. Wish I could go back right now!

Laura C.

Yelp
I was so disappointed to find out the Chicago location had closed because of we had such a great experience there, but happy to find out there was still one in the area so I stopped by after leaving the airport. I was dining alone and was told the only place they could seat me was the bar. Luckily there were regular tables over there so it wasn't so bad. It took quite a while for someone to come by though, so when they did I just placed my entire order at once. The soup actually came before my drink did, which was just a soda. The lobster bisque was fine. It wasn't hot which ruined it a little as well, it was just warm, and also had too much pepper. It was also a huge bowl so I couldn't finish it. I wish they offered it as just a cup vs a huge bowl. I did like that it came with chunks of lobster though. The seabass, which does come in a smaller portion, was very good. I love the sweetness of the sauce. The "crab" fried rice was alright. It could have used more flavor. As to what makes it crab fried rice, I'm not sure. I didn't see or taste any. Didn't have any room for dessert so I skipped it. I was a little disappointed that this experience didn't quite live up to the one in Chicago. I'm not sure it's worth the drive or the price.

Vince D.

Yelp
Great atmosphere Service was fantastic food was great. Excellent job on food preparation and presentation. Our server Andrew was awesome.

Lauren F.

Yelp
We came here for my birthday dinner and the restaurant was beautiful. We were immediately surprised by the menus that lit up when you open them - very nice touch. The service was great from start to finish. The waiter patiently answered all of our questions and made the fish the way my dad and grandma preferred, even though not how it was offered on the menu. The appetizers were delicious! The shrimp cocktail was probably the best I've ever had. We also had the calamari which was so good! Both sauces were delicious! We got two orders of the rolls which I thought would've been a bit more flavorful, but they were fine. I thought the entrees were a bit underwhelming, especially for the price. The scallops were good, but not huge, and in the large order, it came with four. I was not a fan of the crab fried rice or the lobster mashed potatoes, but the truffle fries were good. They brought out a baked Alaska for my birthday, which was so yummy! It had an Oreo crust which is unusual but delicious. Overall, it was very expensive, and although the appetizers and atmosphere was nice, I wouldn't run back.

R H.

Yelp
I attended a business dinner here. They had excellent and knowledgeable servers. Well prepared food. Excellent wine selection. Nice ambiance.

Sabrina C.

Yelp
Thanks to the happy hour at Trulucks, I have found another favorite drink! The "Voilà" is made with vodka, cava, Chambord, pineapple juice and raspberries, along with the dry ice to give that whimsical smoke effect! It was so good! From 4 PM to 6 PM, seven days a week, enjoy their happy hour, which includes all cocktails, spirits, wine by the glass and bottle and beer, half off in the lounge area and there is LIVE ENTERTAINMENT! Stop by and check out the signature cocktails that they have and enjoy!!

Paris B.

Yelp
I absolutely love Truluck's! The one thing that will always keep me coming back (besides the phenomenal food) is the top tier service. No one does it better than them. I was recently there for my wedding anniversary and we had the best server, Francine. She was so attentive to us and truly cared about giving us a wonderful dining experience. All of the staff were so kind from the time we arrived. We can't wait to come back!

Toni B.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try Truluck's for a while and a small group of us went for a friend's 40th birthday celebration. Honestly we were underwhelmed by the service, the food and the drinks for the price point. The décor and ambiance are beautiful! The cocktail we ordered was okay tasting, and not worth the martini price for a mediocre drink. Our main dishes were quite delicious, but we ordered a side of risotto that was not good at all! We barely even touched it and mentioned it to the waitress, and unfortunately that made no difference of taking it off of our bill. Our waitress was very nice, but the service was nothing exceptional on how we expected it to be. They do have a very good happy hour that I am will try to out to give them one more shot. Also, they had some stellar live music which was definitely the highlight!

Came here for the first time for a birthday dinner in the middle of the week. Luckily we did make reservations but it was not totally full. This is definitely a great experience from start to finish and even the day after when they call you to make sure you still had a good time. The menus incredible with lots of options and they are more than flexible which is great. Further what I really liked was it after getting water there was a tray full of citrus options to add to enhance your water. This is definitely a great dining experience and what heightened it even more was the incredible service from Arelli. Food and plates were definitely hot and brought out in a perfect timing manner so not as to rush us especially since we had two appetizers one of which was a seafood platter which definitely took time to consume. Some small things that I think would really elevate this place even more is that in between courses someone should be coming around to gather and scrape off the crumbs or little bit of shells or any other food that is on the table. What's great also is that since it is off of the primary Rosemont attractions there's a lot of parking even though Shares a parking lot with Dave and busters and Carmines. The ambience is very modern and clean which makes it very soothing for the eyes. While going to the restroom I got a glimpse of the bar area which looks super chic inviting. I would definitely stop here during any random time and sit at the bar for a drink and small bites or appetizers if that's even possible. This is a definite must hit up spot and I have to come back.

Yelp
Food and service was great. Francine was our server. We had ribeye and the sea bass, which were delicious. We will be back!

Yelp
Birthday celebration for my wife was an enjoyable evening. Unfortunately we were delayed arriving for our reservation but the front desk couldn't have been more accommodating. Our dinner was terrific with three of us enjoying filets and my wife the crab legs. Two of the steaks came out under cooked but the staff was terrific in resolving the issue. Truffle fries and cream spinach were delicious as sides. The manager stopped by and was very helpful. In addition to the crème brûlée, the server brought us three other desserts as a make up for the steaks. Nice work! I'll be back.

Yelp
Chose Truluck's for our dinner spot to celebrate my man's graduation. Lovely, inviting atmosphere and ambiance. There was five of us, we had adequate space and were very comfortable with our seating arrangements. I had the lobster bisque, crab fried rice, jalapeño salmon and tasted the carrot cake. Our server brought out a special dessert to celebrate our graduate, it was delicious (not on the menu). We had several of the cocktails as well. Everything was delectable, I'm excited to return! Our server did forget a few things but he made up for it. He did mention being new. Service was great aside from a few mishaps!

Yelp
Great restaurant!!! Food is priced very accordingly for high end restaurant- they have a few items that set them Apart from other high end restaurants such as baked Alaska and the lobster Thermidorian I will try next. The ribeye and carrot cake are amazing!! Great service too!

Yelp
We went here for our 8th wedding anniversary because it was nearby and we wanted to dress up a little. Plenty of parking but valet is available if needed. The place looks fancy with a guy playing a piano in one corner and well-dressed staff. The gentleman that walked us to our seat wished us a happy anniversary and walked us to "a special seating area" which was just a table squished between two other busy tables. Haha. Our server was very knowledgeable of almost everything on the menu. He literally talked about almost all choices of drinks and food. I started with the Spicy blackberry margarita which was very tasty. I ordered the lobster bisque and wish I was able to lick the plate. We decided to each order a plate and split it so we get a taste of each. One was the Jalapeño Salmon Bearnaise and the other was the Miso-Glazed Seabass. They were both delicious but I preferred the Seabass. Ironically the next I had both as leftovers and the salmon was better. At the end of our meal the server surprised us with a Baked Alaskan which I devoured. I didn't get to try the infamous carrot cake because we were already stuffed. Maybe next time?

Yelp
There is nothing you can say bad about this place. This place is culinary Perfection! From the front of the entrance to the waiter that serves you to the food that is presented like art on your plate. Calamari , fried rice and salmon, I was reliving memories as I enjoyed each morsel. A beautiful experience, thank you to the entire staff!

Yelp
Would like to try dinner next time. Took awhile to be greeted at bar and get drinks. Presentation was great! Piano singer was really good! Prices are high and portions look small.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Service was great. Wifey and I enjoyed everything we had especially the sea bass with miso glaze for dinner. We went for our anniversary and had a lovely memorable dinner. Place is expensive, but honestly pretty typical cost for this type of restaurant. We'd return for a special event.

Yelp
Dinner with friends started with their happy hour serving great drinks with live piano. Get there early for 1/2 off on drinks and wine. They allowed us to purchase wine during happy hour and have with dinner...what a great deal. The service was outstanding with the general manager personally helping us and stopping by to chat. All food was excellent. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the seafood was outstanding. Ended our dinner with baked Alaska! Overall...great venue and great setting for an elegant dinner. Noise level is energetic but not so loud you cannot hold conversations. Again...food and drinks are excellent.

Yelp
This will be short and sweet, folks. We came for happy hour and the drinks were excellent. The service is impecable and friendly. For those of you who have read my reviews, this is the 2nd 5 star i have given. My next review will definitely be around the food. However, if you want some excellent drinks, fancy and old fashioned.. check this place out for happy hour. Cheers!
