This hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to help with anything we needed. It felt like genuine hospitality at every interaction.||The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room felt both luxurious and cozy.||The location couldn’t have been better—convenient, central, and close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet still quiet and peaceful.||I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier experience. The suite (Executive Park View) at Trump International may well be the finest hotel room I’ve ever experienced. Every aspect was impeccable and first class. The appointments were first class. The furniture was perfect and felt new. No paper cups wrapped in plastic. Every glass was cut crystal. Beautiful views and thoughtful amenities. The atrump International is a first-class property.

There are few things that make the hotel stand out :||1. Great views of the Central Park ( park executive 1 bedroom)||2. Room larger than expected ||3. Service : all our requests were promptly attended to ||4. Great breakfast selection at Nougatine ( and room service )||5. Well appointed spa and gym ||6. Great location right in Columbus Circle for navigating the city ( on foot or subway) and multiple nearby restaurants , grocery stores etc ||7. Kitchenette with all appliances and cookware , 2 bathrooms ( both with showers )

Large, comfortable room with view overlooking Central Park (Park View Room). Well furnished, clean with small kitchenette. No outside traffic noise. No sound from other rooms. Only occasional sound from hallway. Real highpoint is the service. Every employee is friendly, open and pleased to see you. And they remember you from day to day. My wife got sick and we spent most of several days in the room with the privacy lamp on. We were never disturbed. At around 11 a.m. we went out for medical care and to buy food. I called housekeeping and said we would be out one hour and could they clean the room. I was told, "It will be my pleasure." And the room was cleaned in less than an hour. This happened three days in a row. They are totally focused on your needs and requests and really care about helping you. We will never stay elsewhere again in New York City.

I recently booked several rooms at the hotel for a business meeting. The experience was exceptional in every regard. The Sales Department staff was fantastic in responding to unforeseen challenges and, more importantly, worked with us collaboratively and kindly to meet these challenges. From the front desk staff, to the housekeepers, to the managers, it was wonderful. Well done!

We stayed at the Trump International hotel near Columbus Circle in early December. The staff there is outstanding. The local my be the best in New York. Within walking distance of the broadway shows, best restuarants, subway and obviously Central Park The pool is fantastic. We have stayer at this hotel 5 times and each time we are impressed with the staff and amenities!

We loved the location and it was perfect for our family. We loved the view of Central Park ||Walked in the Park and ate great food from the shops across the street from us. So convenient ||It was the highlight of our trip

Terrible stay. Rooms are old and need to be refurbished. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Stayed here for a business meeting and thought it would be easy being so close to JG’s restaurant. But like everything connected to the Trump name also this is mostly pretence.

From the moment we arrived, Nikki, Rabiga, and Francis at the front desk, along with James the doorman and the wonderful maid staff, made us feel genuinely welcomed. Nikki always goes out of her way to check if I can get an upgrade--which I truly appreciate with my Platinum status--and James never fails to greet my daughter as "Princess," something she absolutely loves and looks forward to each visit. Every stay at the Trump International Hotel New York City reminds us why this property stands out from the rest. The service is consistently warm, professional, and personal--something that's hard to find in a city as fast-paced as New York. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and immaculately kept, with breathtaking Central Park views that never get old. The staff's attention to detail and genuine care make every visit feel special. Whether it's the seamless check-in, the thoughtful housekeeping touches, or simply being greeted by name, it's clear the entire Trump team takes pride in creating an unforgettable guest experience. It's truly our home away from home in New York City--and we can't wait to return.

Amazing views! Beautiful interior. Beds were all soft and cozy. This is our go to Nyc hotel. Every year we have enjoyed our winter holidays here. Love that this hotel is kid friendly. It is such a great hotel that makes memories.

A Trumpian Tale Featuring: us, a bellman named Jesus, and a seemingly infinite supply of water. I loved my stay in the Trump Towers. We received copious amounts of water. You so much as think about being thirsty and a stewardess appears from the ether, handing you bottled water like it's a sacred rite. Blink twice and she's got another one ready. Hydration nation. Check-in was smooth. We were handed macaroons. Jesus (not that Jesus, but I wouldn't put it past the hotel) was our bellman. He carried our suitcase upstairs and gave us a room tour with the enthusiasm of someone who actually enjoys his job. 10/10. Great guy. We stayed in the Executive King Suite. It was very nice, but very cold. I was hoping for a fireplace but no dice. We asked for a cot and someone came in at 11:30 PM, and set it up. At checkout, they gave us little chocolates. The location is unreal. Central Park? Right there. Times Square an eight minute walk. Will I return to this empire? Yes. But I'm bringing a space heater. Would Jesus remember me? I pray he does. Do I have more water than I know what to do with? Absolutely.

I came to NY on vacation and one of the doorman was incredibly kind and helpful. Not only did he and the others let us take photos in front of the hotel but was also generous enough to take photos of us. For my friend's daughter he also gave us a couple Trump chocolates. This experience was a delight for our trip since it was everyone's first time in NYC. I'm definitely booking a stay here on a future trip to NYC and I'll also look into staying at other Trump properties across the country. Thank you.

From the moment I arrived, the service at the beautiful Trump Hotel was outstanding! I was warmly greeted by Francis as I walked up the steps, he was incredibly kind and even popped into the lobby just to make sure I didn't need anything else. At the front desk, Gillis truly went above and beyond to make my short stay exceptional. He thoughtfully offered water, sweet treats, and ensured I felt genuinely welcomed. A special thank you to both Francis and Gillis; and thank you, Gillis, for the Trump swag! Your hospitality made a lasting impression!

Do not use the valet at this facility!! Guests beware!! My car was in their care from October 15-18. I never took it out while we were there. When we got out to the curb they immediately opened the trunk to load our bags. When we got to the first stop back to Indiana I went to get something out of the trunk. That's when I saw the large scratches on my back bumper. Not just one but several deep scratches. I waited till the next morning to call because it was late. When I called I was sent from person to person. Once I reached the head of valet, who was extremely rude. I was told it definitely didn't happen there and they weren't willing to pay for the damage.Well I am 100 % positive it was not there before! I have a brand new Caddilac Escalade that I waited 1.5 years to get and now it has significant damage. I will never stay here again! And if you like your car you shouldn't either!

I stayed here recently with my family. Last year, we had an exceptional stay. This time, it wasn't a perfect stay. We booked the central park view suite again and planned to use the sofa bed. However, it wasn't good. The front desk lady didn't offer to have the sofa mattress checked or changed. Instead, we got another room for about $1,000 more per night. The view was overlooking the circle, which is very noisy and the room is like a maze. My autistic daughter wasn't going to have a pleasant stay. We went back to the first room, and José the manager, even sent housekeeping to check the mattress as if to make sure we weren't lying. It wasn't good, so they sent a roller bed. The first night, my husband had to sleep on the floor. If we had known this about the old sofa mattress we would have booked a two room suite overlooking the park and definitely on the left side of hotel because some parts of the building can interfere with your view like the corner ones by the circle. Only one time we ordered room service. I asked for scrambled eggs. When we received the food, the eggs were so yellow that my autistic child couldn't eat. I called the room service, and the lady explained this, "in the early morning, the kitchen cracks all the eggs and separates the yolk and whites. When someone asks for scrambled eggs, we use the yolk only..." Seriously? I even explained this to the front desk man because it was so confusing that a scrambled egg would only have yolk. On another note, thank you to Jesus for making my children happy and for always being so positive. Also, Johnny, Sergio, Thales, and James were so wonderful. The driver, Youseff, was the best! We felt safe and comfortable with his driving. He had such a wonderful light that even my daughter Paloma gave him an M&M Keychain for being the best driver. It is so hard to feel safe in the city, but this place can definitely make you feel safe. I hope next time we don't have all yolk scrambled eggs and that the mattress is not old. Also, the safe wasn't working, so it would be convenient to have that checked. We loved the gifts the girls got when we first arrived. So, so disappointing. We own a couple units at Trump Las Vegas and it's super high end there. So we decided to try Trump Hotel New York expecting the same or even better. What a disappointment! We just went into the bar at 9:30 pm for a glass of wine before retiring to our room. They said sorry bar is closed. Meanwhile there are 15 people in there with full drinks? Really? That's how you treat your guests. I asked the manager only for one glass of wine and we will leave. He said "sorry, try the bar across the street". He should t be representing this establishment, a friggin joke!!!!

Such an amazing hotel, staff, food, and location! Right across from Central Park. The views from our room were stunning. My kids loved the indoor saltwater pool. Exceeded our expectations! Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointed. We had a (5) five night stay in a One Bedroom Executive Suite Park View. I had requested an upper floor ahead of time. I realize it's only a request. When we checked in, the front desk knew we were disappointed with the view. They tried to upsell us to a 2 bedroom suite for $6000 plus more. We already paid $6800 for our (5) night stay. The diagram layout of the room wasn't the same as what they assigned to us. The chairs were torn and tattered. The kitchen cabinets were so badly worn. The shower door was missing one side and water would cover the floor when you showered. I was going to leave 1 star, but the housekeeping/bell persons were great and we made sure to tip generously. I'm posting our room pictures verses the website for one bedroom executive park view suite. We were so excited to come out and watch our nephew pitch for the Yankees, and treat ourselves to a luxury stay. But we feel absolutely scammed.

Everything at this hotel was awful. What a colossal waste of our hard-earned dollars. There was a peculiar smell in the lobby and the room -- which was filthy. Moldy shower. Tasteless artwork. Uncomfortable, lumpy bed. Promises broken. False advertising. Fantastically overpriced. Avoid at all costs!

When I tell you impeccable service! This hotel stay was a 40th birthday surprise from my husband and it was amazing! The level of hospitality and service was beyond my imagination. I was greeted from the street curb all the way up to our room. I was welcome with friendly faces and the "we've been waiting for you" vibes. My husband along with the concierge team, put together beautiful birthday balloons, rose petals from the entry way to the bathroom and the bed. I also received a beautiful birthday note, bottle of champagne and delicious chocolates. I would hands down recommend this hotel to anyone.. The staff was amazing and was evening going to call urgent care for me because I hurt my knee. Keep up the great work.

awful! Worst hotel stay of my entire life! The food was basically diarrhea. The rooms felt like we were staying in a crumbling 50 years outdated building that slapped some cheap lipstick on. Felt absolutely filthy, there is a huge mold problem.

I have been staying here for years and it is nothing short of a five-star stay each time. The building is impressive, with a beautiful lobby complete with attendants who know you on a first name basis and greet you as friends every time- kudos to Shaneika at the front desk, a shining asset to the hotel and beautiful to boot- and Sam at the door, who is always ready with a big smile and handshake. The rooms are spacious- each with a crystal chandelier- and the views, whether they be 'city view' with a view up Broadway, or of the park, your 'viewing' will never get old. Room service is great- I always have a cold martini and some foie gras sent up from Jean-George downstairs (a #1 fine dining restaurant in the city). I've had great massages downstairs in the spa and my workouts in the gym have yet to disappoint. Love this hotel and everything about it and I plan on visiting it, well, forever. Cheers to the Trump Hotel? Hell yeah!

Nothing but the best New York has to offer! Such a nice staff, clean, great views and the middle of everything. Right across from Central Park one way, shopping the other, and the subway right on the corner. The hotel was renovating so it will be even more beautiful (can't imagine). Will definitely return.

An unexpected surprise stay. From the moment we arrived to the time of our departure...service was nothing short of AMAZING. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We just were super happy with our visit. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, the location is prime if you have a toddler and want to go to Central Park and the service was awesome. Definitely staying here again.

Pretty nice hotel but a bit on the pricey side. Greetings from the front desk and little welcome gifts are pretty well done. Room is old fashioned, furniture not new. I deduct one point since it is on a very noisy street and sound isolation is not good.

Let me begin by saying that I do not like Donald Trump. We booked the Trump International Hotel because we could not find a last minute accommodation at our other two choices. The Trump Hotel is really fabulous. The rooms are beautiful, the staff were on their game, and the location is prime. It appears that most rooms in this hotel have great views. The Jean-Georges Restaurant is a big plus.

Service epitomized at this place. Here for fashion week, food was fabulous but more important the people who worked there were the best. They treated us like that was our home for 4 days. Umbrellas at the ready, anything any hour with a smile and a small chat to see how everything is. We are 3 very discerning women not easily pleased. This place hit the mark, would definitely return. Next time I'll bring my husband

This hotel is top notch! The service is excellent , amenities are nice, clean and luxurious and the food is amazing. The staff are really what take this hotel experience to another level. Five star.

Don't let the allure and glam lead you falsely. When we got into the hotel, our room was not ready, which we understood. To burn time, we left and explored the city. After 6 hours, our bags were still in the lobby, unguarded, and not in our room (that was at this point ready). Going further, we were out of the hotel for the rest of the day. Shoutout to Cynthia for being extremely conversational, helpful, and caring when coming to assist us with the pull out bed. The next day, we waited for room service coffee that never came and were checked out of our room early. Overall, I would not recommend this place, regardless of the extremely helpful housekeeping people.

When we go to New York City we always stay at the Trump International. The location is amazing. The park is right out the front door. My wife loves the kitchen in the 2 bedroom suite that we normally stay in. It is nice size and very well appointed. The staff is more then accommodating and friendly. I always feel special when the staff calls you buy name and at the trump they do. The restaurant is fantastic. Hard to get in and a little stuffy but fantastic food. Right across the street is a Whole Foods. We usually make that our first visit after checking in. The house car will take you nearly anywhere if you don't want to walk. I would suggest you stay at the trump international when you visit NYC. You will not be disappointed.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would happily do so. This is one of the finest hotels I've had the pleasure and privilege of staying at. The decor is absolutely gorgeous. The service is the best I've ever experienced, from the front desk welcome to every single person I encountered. Doorman so welcoming. Housekeeping to perfection and seamless. Little surprises at night. Outstanding 5 star dining on location. Room service the best. It's as if President Trump said treat everyone who enter these doors the same way you treat me or you would like to be treated. And location location right across from Central Park and walking distance to shops and theater district. This is a place to be wowed at!!

My friend and I splurged on our stay here. We've both stayed in some very nice hotels but this one was epic posh. Our room was immaculate, second to none. You know how difficult it is to keep the edges of a faucet nice after a lot of use? Spotless. Or how few hotels vacuum the edges of the carpet by the baseboard? Spotless. Or how crazy it seems for a hotel to dress the furniture in light-colored fabric that is probably silk? They do and again, it was spotless. We chose the larger suite with bedroom, living room and small kitchen. We never sought out the view of Central Park because we were just as happy with a city view. We were on the fifth floor and the floors were so QUIET. Everything from the pen/stationery set to the towels (thick and huge) were beautiful and plush. The Keurig machine was quiet, didn't know they could be. The nightly slipper service and treats on the nightstand were appreciated. My friend and I asked for a late checkout our last day so we could enjoy the room before we would have to go back to the real world! When I returned home, I immediately started to prepare my husband for our upcoming stay at this hotel that he doesn't know about yet. :) Yes, the lobby isn't very big, but I imagine the restaurant on the same level is the reason for that. The staff was fabulous - we especially loved Christopher who is from St. Louis!

I have stayed here via Exclusive Resorts and more recently Portico. The Portico experience is probably pretty close to just booking a hotel room at the location and everything worked pretty much as well as it did for ER. The staff takes care of you very well and the rooms are outfitted fabulously. Beyond the service and comfort you will receive here it is also simply a great location. Be it a park view or city view I am sure you will be happy with your stay here. On the downside WiFi was slow and the shower a bit on the weak pressure side. Either one not a concern enough to ruin the total experience.

Loved our recent stay here. The hotel location is ideal a few steps away from Columbus circle (great restaraunt a, whole foods, 1 train) and situated on the park. The rooms are large, well lit and beautifully furnished. We had a great one bedroom suite over looking Broadway with a full kitchen. Rooms had all the modern amenities including two large screen plasmas and automatic sheer and opaque curtains. The hotel also has a large gym, pool, sauna and spa. Numerous treadmills, bikes, weights and every sort of machine you could want. The hotel also goes the extra touch with cold water, cold towels, free gym clothes and shoes, and even iPods with music. The only complaint is the lobby is a little small and often gets crowded. Not the best place to meet up with people. We also had a slight problem trying to check in as our room wasn't ready even after they called and told us they were, but despite that we had a wonderful stay!

My husband and I, along with our twin toddlers, spent the weekend here and could not have been more pleased or impressed with the genuine, kind and attentive staff and beautiful, pristine accommodations. Everyone treated us and our children like royalty. Hands down worth every penny. What a lovely group of people greeting guests - from the time you enter - to your departure. I likewise believe the prior poor reviews are fake. Thank you all for a fabulous weekend in NY!

The Trump International Hotel is Well managed. Professional friendly staff. Great location. Clean, well maintained room. Jean Gorge two Michelin star restaurant also provides an excellent culinary experience. Equally important Nougatine the Jean Gorgeous casual restaurant is of high quality but affordable casual, let's say for breakfast.

My spouse and I stood at the Trump International Hotel and Tower in New York City for two nights at the beginning of March. First, let me say that this is an excellent location, right at the West entrance to Central Park. Within walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and all things Mid-Manhattan. I found this location to be the quietest of all NYC hotels that I have stayed at. The staff were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful, always there to greet you, coming and going, and to open car/hotel doors before you were able to yourself. The hotel is beautiful both inside and out, and amazingly clean. The housekeeping service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

Pure excellence, simply put. Every associate at hotel extremely polite, and engaging. Even got my teenage son smiling after a long day. Most impressive was day after arrival bell man greeted me by my name. Room was superb, extremely clean and no shortage of amenities. Truly a world class experience.

Everything was amazing. The food, the staff, the room- everything was top notch. We loved our room, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 16 yr old boys. Everything you could need was thought of. We had an amazing view of Central Park right out our window. The staff made sure we had any information about the city- had transportation and tickets if needed. They made us feel very welcome.

This by far has been the best hotel I've been to in Manhattan.. I really don't understand the Yelp previous reviews. The only way I can rationalize it .. is that people have purposely posted negative reviews for political reasons. Very sad to see that these people have gone out of their way to give these ratings for vindictive reasons. My husband and I experienced their great spa.. and fitness center is very practical and up to date:-) Concierge goes out of their way to make sure you feel special and recommend the best restaurants. Not only do they do this but they also have a black car to take you there with VIP experience along with complimentary dessert. Security is fantastic.. and housekeeping top of the line. Honestly, there's only positive things to say :-)

This hotel is super old and run down. When I got into my room it look as if it had not been cleaned in days the TV was very dusty and there was a ring around the tub. I mentioned it to the front desk but was told it is not their fault and that they clean every day I do not believe this statement. The food in the restaurant wasn't the worst ever but also was not the best I would say it was on par with the run-of-the-mill buffet at Sizzler. Thankfully they were clean towels inside the room and at least the duvet looked clean but the biggest problem was they had no heat in my room and I had to be moved to another room which also had no heat and so had to be moved to the third room. And that room finally had heat. I cannot in good faith recommend this place only stay here if it's your last resort and you have absolutely no other place to go.

Beware of this place, it seems like a nice hotel on the outside but we slept there a night and our whole family woke up with BITES. This place has BEDBUGS! STAY AWAY!

Something in the bedding caused us to break out in a terrible rash. The staff was surly, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable.

Place is a colossal disappointment. Overpriced. Watered down drinks. Cold spaghetti for room service.

This place is definitely high class and not for the faint of heart, because it's Trump's hotel. Everything here is exquisite and luxurious. If you've got the money, this is the place to be. The concierge service was kind enough to give us directions to where we wanted to go and were not rude to us just because we were simply site seeing.

Just go to another website for POLITIC! I have nothing to do with it I just stayed in this hotel for my anniversary! Please being smart dude! I live in Williamsburgh, Brooklyn but my husband wanted to surprise me for our anniversary by taking me stay over night in Manhattan. He choose this place because it is next to Central park and we can enjoy waking up in the morning and see Central park view. Room is nice and clean and giving out the elegant look, service is good, staff is professional. Price is high but I think it just one time in your life I'm ok with that.

My husband and I spent the first two nights of our wedded bliss at Trump International. We took advantage of their "Suite Sunday" deal that is basically "buy one get one free". So, for about $900 we stayed there two nights (Saturday and Sunday). We wanted to stay some place where our friends could come visit us without it being too awkward and we chose right. The living room was spacious with large windows, a comfy sofa and chair, a flat screen TV with DVD player, and a dining table. The kitchen was fully appointed with pots, pans, and utensils. The bedroom was very nice. The bed was huge and had great sheets and a warm comforter. The marble bathroom had a huge whirlpool tub that was great for relaxing after the stress of the wedding. This was a great way to start our honeymoon.

This was the worst experience ever. Dirty room, molded carpet and no air. All this for only $700

Ugh this cheesy hotel. My company made the arrangements, otherwise I would have stayed clear of this place. So tacky. It's like this place was decorated by a 12 year old boys' idea of what expensive looks like. Fortunately I only had to stay one night. Ugh so cheesy.

Definitely a first class modern hotel, the rooms are very modern and service is outstanding. The pool is great and the workout area is above and beyond. In all the location mixed with the experience makes this my favorite hotel in NYC.

Our residence of choice when visiting New York City. We usually stay for a week, in a 2-bedroom unit overlooking Columbus Circle and Central Park, with a couple of kids in tow. These are the rooms ending in xx10. The updating of the room interior was much needed and comes off nicely. The bathrooms do retain the somewhat outdated look (lots of gold fixtures to remind you that, yes, it's a Trump) as of July 2010, and I'm not sure if that'll be addressed. The location is as brilliant as ever: Easy access to the park, subway, and Whole Foods and Bouchon Bakery for kids' snacks. The dining area is plenty roomy for 4 if you want to have a proper deli sandwich delivered for a meal in. (These days we usually call up Lansky's: http://www.yelp.com/biz/lanskys-old-world-deli-new-york) But what really sets the hotel apart, for me, is the people. Everyone working here truly embraces the ideals of hospitality. We've been visiting regularly for 4-5 years now, and fully recognize the staff. And they recognize us. The doorman ("Hey kids, say hi to Mr. James!"), front desk, the security guys in the lobby, the ever-kind housekeeping folks, are all *always* the same people and welcome you with complete sincerity. When does that still happen in America? In this day and age, it's an absolute delight when the same people are taking care of you, year after year, with grace and professional pride in their trade. The small size of the hotel really lends itself to a residential feel -- no gift shops, grand lobbies, or trendy bars. And that's the understated wonder of this place: One minute there'd be a paparazzi-towing celebrity passing through, and in the next minute there's our sandal-wearing, ice cream-eating, wash-and-fold-bag-toting mayhem of a family passing through, and everyone gets the same, smiling "Welcome Back." In the middle of Manhattan. I find this amazing and love calling this place a home, even if only for a week.

I really like Trump Hotel. I visited its conference room when I was in New York in 2015. Then I actually stayed there in 2018. It was fabulous. I really love it. My husband and I stayed a great night there. It was close to Central Park. It was with this fabulous tea color outset of the building. The hotel room was amazing. The TV was huge with its own broadcasting channels and commercials. We can't forget the service there that you can request a special pillow before you go to bed. For example, you can select a good smell pillow and they will deliver to your door. And we enjoyed a nice breakfast delivered to our door the next day. Fabulous. We enjoyed the bath room and the people at the lobby too. Don't miss the hot swimming pool and the hot sauna there. It's a must!
