My first time and Chicago and I was not disappointed! The view, the room and the service were all impeccable. Kurtis was outstanding and saw to it that our experience was unforgettable. We will definitely be back in the Spring! Never settle!!!

We've enjoyed our first stay at Trump hotel. We treated ourselves for our anniversary and even upgraded rooms. While expensive it is a 5 🌟 place and it was a treat. Our room was the best room we've stayed in while on this planet 🌏 so far. The spa is incredible. Gym facilities amazing. Some great views. Service has been good as well and all are friendly. Quick access to things. Use, first come first serve of a Cadillac for 1 mile radius trips. My only complaint would be the little blue lights on the light switches. I like total darkness when I sleep. Easily fixed with an eye mask.

Konrad on the 16th floor is the hardest working and most perspicacious host I have ever encountered anywhere. Being a traveling businessman, I have had the luck and privilege of frequenting some of the nicest establishments on earth. Even Dubai cannot compete with the vigilant attention paid by the staff of Trump International Hotel & Tower.

I don’t know anything about this hotel in fact I needed to do some research to know but I have got a fantastic shot from my first visit to Chicago I hate staying in downtowns but I hope this hotel have a parking lot I’m paying almost 300$ in Hilton garden but I kind of regret that decision next time I’ll try to stay here

Visited for an event at the hotel. Staff were wonderful. Really made you feel welcome. Hired staff for the event were just as courteous. Will come back to stay at the hotel. Great experience.

We had a great experience staying here, but truthfully we haven’t stayed at any other 5 star hotels so I can only compare it to 4 star accommodations. First off the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got some great advice and suggestions from our front desk check in representative, with some excellent tour recommendations. Valet was also good with our car, no issues there. Rooms were very large and spacious, well laid out on the spa floor with good views of the city. Carpet was very plush and comfortable to walk bare foot on. The bed was also comfortable, with a pull out sofa bed too. Power operated curtains and dimmable lights were a great touch. We didn’t hear any other guests during our time in the room, just the usual city sounds out the window. It’s important to know that everything is expensive, so buckle up. The mini fridge had cokes at $8 a bottle, beer from $12 a bottle, and other beverages with at least a 2x mark up. Snacks like chocolate bars or chips were between $12 and $25 dollars, so not worth it. Water bottles were around $8 each so it was better getting our own elsewhere. Basic wifi is free but faster speeds are on a per-day cost. Normal speed was fine enough for us. Plenty of USB and power outlets throughout the room for charging. The smart TV worked well enough, was able to stream my phone to it once but it didn’t work after that. The spa-inspired washroom was part of the reason we went with the upgrade to this room. Dual vanity, large soaker tub, separate shower, and toilet room. There’s a TV built into the mirror which was a nice plus. The glass door to the toilet wasn’t levelled properly so it wouldn’t stay closed, we had to put a towel on the floor to keep it closed. There were small blemishes that didn’t really take away from the experience, I understand it’s still a hotel and guests often don’t take care of things. There was a stain near the door on the carpet, one of the drawers for the tv stand was broken, and the lights were a bit glitchy, with one of the switches being pressed into the wall. The pool and gym was very high end, honestly I felt out of place. It’s shared with the residents who live in the tower so I felt I was encroaching on their amenities. Gym was large with awesome views of the city, with plenty of machinery to use. The change rooms were huge with plenty of on-site secure lockers to put belongings. Steam room and sauna were in there along with showers and washrooms. Through there was the large 3 lane pool with awesome views again of the city. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and would consider coming back to this hotel again as the service was great. It’s centrally located within walking distance to a considerable amount of things to do in the city with taxis readily available across the street at all hours of the day.

Trump Tower is literally the best hotel in Chicago, your expectations will definitely be met! HIGHLY recommend 👌

Very nice hotel. Guest service was great. We got there at 11am (5 hours before standard check in) and we were able to check in early. Even though we did not valet for have a car, the valet guy acted like he wanted nothing to do with us after we told him we were getting an Uber. The front desk staff was great though. We got a view overlooking the water and Lake Michigan and it was great. The room had a few tiny issues like a few dings and knicks in the furniture and one of the light switches was pressed in and broken. The television is very nice, but only 1080p. It's 2023 and 4K TVs should be standard and a nice hotel like this. Hey they do that shady practice of putting a bunch of enticing sweets and candies and whatnot which for people that do not stay in hotels often can be tricked into taking these thinking they are free. Also the prices on them are absolutely insane. I love the automatic curtain feature. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with a huge tub and walk-in shower. In a perfect location with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at!! The valet was exceptional. The front desk service was great and the hotel maids were phenomenal!! Everyday the room was cleaned it was done at the highest level possible. The cleaning crew put all the miscellaneous stuff I had scattered on the end table in a nice neat pile and they did the same for the items I had on the bathroom sink!! When I checked in they automatically upgraded my room. So that was nice! Their attention to detail was over the top. I called the front desk for some items I needed but I forgot that I had the do not disturb light on. Rather than knock on the door, I got an immediate call from the front desk asking if I still wanted the items. I apologized and went to open the door and the gentleman was standing there waiting patiently! The gym is not your typical "hotel gym." They have just about everything you need to get in a solid workout. They also had towels, cold towels, and flavored water for you. The locker rooms were exceptional as well. The views from my room were awesome! I mainly came to Chicago to see the bridges and the views from my room did not disappoint! Overall, if you're thinking about staying in Chicago, put the Trump Hotel at the TOP of your list!

Went to the roof top bar. Didn't have reservation and decided to walk in. They seated us immediately and must say it is one of the nicest roof top ever. Best views of River north and rest of the city. Had an amazing evening. Orders drinks and food. Everything was excellent. Will 100% go back next summer.

Amazing stay definitely you feel the 5 star treatment. The staff especially Curtis went above and beyond for my recent stay. I know people in Chicago are nice with that midwestern vibe, but Curtis went above and beyond in helping me when I was checking out. The rooms are massive and Wednesday night I had a clear view of the fireworks from the navy pier that just topped off my stay with my daughter. Definitely will be back at this hotel.

A 5 place and a treat. Our room was by far the nicest room we have ever stayed in on the planet. The spa is incredible. The gym facilities are great. Some great views. The service is also very good and all are friendly. Access things quickly. My only complaint is the little blue light on the light switch. I like complete darkness when I sleep. Easily secured with an eye patch.

I encountered a pretentiousness that does not jive with a 5-star hotel. Class is one thing but attitude is something else. I won't go here again.

I had some friends in town from Coventry and from Edinburgh a few years back. We met up in the Windy City and our friends wanted to make a stop here. We walked around and ended up at the famous Trump towers. It's a towering building and glass laden, quite nice, inside and outside too. We stopped by for some drinks and light apps and bites. We had good service and it was surprisingly laid back too.

Love this place. Best service and employees. I have stayed here several times and have always been pleased to the max. Would like to have a meal in their restaurant next time. I always order room service, but next time I'll go down to the restaurant. I have had drinks on the terrace and of course take pictures of the great views! Don't care who owns it, it just a great hotel!

I wish I could give this hotel more stars. This has to be my favorite hotel of all times. The staff is amazing especially Dominique & Harrison. Those 2 work at the front desk & are always so helpful. They make me feel like family every time I visit. The way Dominique looks after my family & I, and Harrison always make sure we are comfortable means so much to me. Whenever I feel a little overwhelmed I always call to schedule a staycation just to relax my mind. Dominique & Harrison are so accommodating, professional, welcoming, supportive, caring, and the list goes on. I have never met 2 amazing staffers that just make you never want to leave. They keep this location running a smooth ship & I appreciate all that they do. They are truly a blessing. I'm so grateful to have encounter them! Dominique is such a kindhearted person. She is definitely an angel & a blessing to my entire family & I.

Best hotel in Chicago with the lake views!!!! We had a 2br suite come with separate bathrooms, living room n dining area. Right in the heart of Chicago!!!! Also there's rooftop bar.

Trump International Hotel in the heart of downtown Chicago is truly a FIVE-STAR hotel and a FIVE STAR experience. The moment we arrived we were greeted by an amazing group of employees who went out of their way to assist us. It's evident the staff we encountered valued their jobs and handled themselves professionally and with class. The exterior and interior were beautifully decorated, classy and clean. Our room was well decorated, spacious, had all the extras and featured an amazing view of the city. Our beds were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was CLEAN and had a great shower, complete with a TV on the mirror. The pool and locker rooms were exquisite. The locker rooms offered a variety of complementary hygiene products, sauna, steam room, several showers including a deluxe shower. The pool and lounge area were as clean as could be and well maintained. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and left with zero complaints. Our stay also came with an unexpected breakfast credit for Terrace 16 located on the 16th floor. Thank you for an amazing stay, Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago!!

Not sure if people realize that the Trump Hotel Chicago is the tallest reinforced concrete building in the world, but yep, it is. The beautiful stainless steel and glass tower mirrors the surrounding buildings in its sleek glass facade, 92 stories, 339 rooms, above the Chicago River. Stunningly beautiful indeed. When my hubby has business meetings and/or events at this hotel, I always tag along just to be a wallflower & revel in all it's glorious beauty. Have a glass of wine and a burger. They do have a excellent burger & fries. Haha. The restaurant, Terrace 16, is on the 16th floor, it offers beautiful views of Navy pier & downtown Chicago. You can even view the Navy Pier fireworks from your table. Very cleverly designed. Love the attention to detail this building has. Everything was well thought out. It's perfect in every way. After hanging out in this building, I can't imagine how people think President Trump is not a incredibly creative intellectual builder, a true American Architectural legend. Few men have built such majestic things in America. I have a thing for Architecture, especially atrium's and little cottages, as we are building several cottages ourselves. Some people are just born creative, all others just copy. We can't wait to get back here for our next business event. I had written a review of our last visit but for some reason, it was eaten by the matrix. Will return, Highly highly recommend.

Five stars all the way. From the bellmen greeting us by opening the doors of the car when we parked at the main entrance, the front desk staff with their hospitality and warm welcome (thank you Harrison) and Luis at the concierge desk with his spot on dining and shopping recommendations our experience was top notch. I wanted to brag about the front office staff, thank you Molly and the entire team. Great recommendations for eateries and shopping and they are indeed the best in hospitality. The hotel is in a great location for touring, shopping and dining. We will be back.

Was able to go up to the bar / rooftop after the holiday light show. Found 2 seats right away which we were shocked by and ordered drinks & relaxed for about an hour. Not rushed or anything and the staff was friendly. Gin drink was good, my friend got a dirty martini but she didn't like it but loved my drink.

Two words - "made in America" - joe Biden Room is exceptional it's literally close to all the restaurants and entertainment you need.

River North Pole 2023 We experienced the River North Pole event at Trump Towers November 18th, 2023, It was beautiful beyond words. My wife Sandy, our daughters and granddaughter were overwhelmed with joy. The Christmas Carolers brought Sandy and I back to our childhood, they were amazing! The live Reindeer, the train ride, Mr. & Mrs. Claus making all the children feel welcome was unforgettable. The food and drinks were, as usual, Five-Star. I would be remis if I did not personally say thank you to the people who make us feel so special and create these wonderful and truly unique memories. Mirielle Korting who made this beautiful event spectacular and always makes you feel like you are family. Additionally, Vito, Alex, Marcos, Guillermo, Justin and Roxanna (all staff not mentioned) from Terrace 16 who always go above and beyond, they are irreplaceable. Without this aforementioned team, it would be just another downtown restaurant. Thank you for all you do for our family, friends, and all guests that enter the doors of Trump Towers. All around Phenomenal experience. Downstairs bar is amazing and upstair Terrance 16 is superb. Great views and Great staff! A must go.

I would like to start by saying The Trump International did it again. I ate here for Mother's Day. Yesterday, I rented a King City View Suite and spent Christmas with my family. The suite was so spacious 1200sq ft with 2 bathrooms. The floor to ceiling windows with the sheer drapes made the perfect back drop. We had a SPLENDID time‼ The staff at Trump Towers has impeccable customer service with great attention to detail. Calling down to the front desk, they always addressed me by name. The television was programmed with Good Morning Asia across the screen. The dine in room service menu provided a variety of meals and drinks to choose from. We ordered a large breakfast the next morning, and everything tasted great. Overall, we had an EXQUISITE time. The Trump is an exceptional choice!

The Londonhouse was a bit crowded and I needed to kill a bit more time before my dinner reservation around the area so I popped into this place and grabbed a drink. You have to get a drink at the bar and take it to where ever you are planning on sitting. When I went, the sun was covered by the tall structures and the sun was predominantly shinning towards the Londonhouse. However, the stargazer cocktail was deliciously strong and way better than any other drink I had that day. Trust me, I had a lot of drinks and more afterwards... Think I'd start my day and one drink here and go elsewhere because it was $25 for a drink...

Very over priced for this 'needs to be updated' property .. staff is nice for the most part.. front desk wasn't very accommodating when i hard a problem with my room (I travel a lot and hardly ever have issues)

Customer services are the best !! They also Offer shuttle within 1 mile . He is very kind and introduce the town to us. Great personality and service!! Nice views and clean . Will come back this hotel when my next visit in Chicago .

I've stayed here more times than I can count. It's perfectly located and far surpasses experiences at other options in the same category. If you get the right room, the views are extraordinary. I could have stayed anywhere in Chicago, and did, but stuck with Trump International after my first stay there.

Speculation view and cuisine. This is second time my husband and I have gone to the restaurant on the 16th floor. The first occasion was during Christmas and we were so please with the service. Although, it was cold going out on the terrace the view was a must to see, especially at nite. There were Carolers and the ambience was so beautiful. Our second visit was on a Saturday in September for breakfast. The meal was so delicious! I would highly recommend engaging in the full experience. You won't be disappointed.

If you are planning a surprise for your beloved one, read this one ! Disappointed, me and a friend decided to do a birthday gift surprise for our best friend and booked a king spa room for one night (St.Patrick Day 733$) Let me start with saying that we booked our room two weeks in advance through booking for all 14 days I was trying to reach out to them on booking and making sure they put three glasses of champagne in our room , obviously that was never done so what I did when I was on my way and now her prior to check in I called them and make sure they put three glasses of champagne in our room a bucket of ice for the bottle and a vase with water for the flowers, on my arrival, they couldn't even find my reservation. Nobody was explaining to me what was going on. I was just standing there as an idiot, and was constantly asked if I was sure that the room was booked on my last name, and that already was frustrating me because the communication and customer service was terrible, after all looks like booking, then connect with their system so they had to put in all the info and everything they needed manually, and once they gave me the keys again I repeated that I do need glasses as soon as possible in the room because my friend was already standing outside, without knowing that I am inside planning a surprise for her!! Once arrived at the room, no view, nothing special was in the room was braided back, but that was it everything that was in the room was only for two people so I had to call constantly to request extra stuff needed for example something like bedding for the sofa which strangely was not in the room also, for example, an extra rope, which I made sure that it's going to be three of us in the reservation, but we still had to block people and he was taking them 30 to 40 minutes to bring us a freaking rope which I understand it was a busy day. St. Patrick's Day is a crazy day, but when you pay almost thousand dollars for one night, you do expect a little bit more of the accommodating service. Also, not to mention that the bedding that was brought was dirty and I do have pictures which I'm going to attach to this review ,I guess it was period stains or make up I have no clue but it was disgusting ! So what we decide not to ruin our mood to go to the spa, right? Because we booked the room on purpose for the spa access ,which was included +warm towels in room (which the warmer existed was not warm and no towels were found ), once arrived at the Spa area we were told that there was the pool and gym since I remembered that I read about sauna and steam room when we did do an around check, it was nowhere to be found so when asked, we were told that "unfortunately it is remodeling and it is close till May " is this a freaking joke ?like why nobody informed us about it ??we booked this room on purpose for that and all we had was a dirty pool ????? Not to mention again but basically we had just the room for 1 night 733$ UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Never again! I am sad and disappointing and will never be back and don't recommend this hotel at all ages overpriced for everything service sucks and the only good thing about it is just a location

I dislike our ex president and his name but I have to admit I love the hotel and everyone that works there. This 5 star hotel definitely treats you as such. From the moment you walk in, to checking in, room service, amenities, and checking out, everyone makes you feel welcome and makes sure your experience is amazing. I have had the privilege of staying there multiple times, taken out of town friends to Rebar, and dined at Sixteen as well. All my experiences at Trump has been consistently 10/10. The concierge team is also one of the best in the city. They know exactly what you need, want, and execute. I've never had any problems asking them to book reservations for me on a busy weekend night last minute. (I recommend you don't do it last minute like me though lol). Front desk team: Angie and Aldo are so sweet and really go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. They always welcome me with a nice hot towel and a bottle of water. Thanks guys!!! The hotel suites are gorgeous and I love their water menu and the pillow menu. Bath time is luxurious, I can drink champagne while watching TV in the bathroom bc the screen lights up in the mirror. The black out curtains are fantastic and you can't beat the views of the city. City view or river view, both are great!!! I also have a few friends that live at Trump on the residential side and they also have high remarks living there too! We got to order room service and it came pretty quick. All in all. One of my favorite 5 star hotels in the city!

We stayed here for a long weekend while visiting family. We had a King with sofa bed for 2 adults 2 children. The room had a beautiful city view & was spacious! Loved the bathroom with tv in the mirror. The only complaint is the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable & typically at a 5 star hotel you get turn down service, we did not. We worked out in the gym each morning & loved it. All the equipment we needed with an amazing view! The women's locker room had everything you needed to get ready except your clothes! All of the staff we encountered throughout our stay was exceptional. Always friendly and helpful.

To say this is not a 5 star hotel is foolish and just as Trump would say "WWWRONG". Can we start with the building itself ? Standing at 1,388 feet it's one of the tallest in Chicago. The design of the building is astonishing and it gives you a Burj Khalifia type feel. Honestly one of the coolest skyscrapers I've seen in person. The location is a dream. Dead center on the Chicago river with a view down the skyscraper valley and lake Michigan. The rooms are luxurious! You get what you pay for but every room in the hotel is pimp and feels open. There is a indoor pool with a nice view which is another benefit. If you can afford it I highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I have been staying here for the last 10 years starting with our honeymoon. We have stayed in luxurious hotels all over the world, but none compare to the Trump International Hotel in Chicago. We were celebrating my wife's 30th birthday, and we chose the bring along our 3 boys, who are all under the age of 5. I was pretty nervous because this was the first time that we had brought the entire crew, and the Trump team made it a memorable experience once again.. Mihei and Aldo specifically went above and beyond making sure that my wife had a wonderful surprise birthday!! We have no desire to go anywhere else in Chicago other than the Trump. Thank you to everyone who helped make my wife's 30th birthday unforgettable!!

"Smart people always choose comfort over luxury." ~Celso Cukierkorn Trump Tower is quite nice. It is well appointed, and I felt completely comfortable there. It's not opulent, but extremely well done. I rarely stay at places like this because I'm a minimalist when I comes to me - intentionality not spoiling myself; but I know and appreciate the finer things. And Trump is a finer thing. Robert and Lewis are the best concierges ever too. Prendre Plaisar!

We've stayed here once or twice a year for the last few years. The location is perfect, the staff are super nice, and the rooms are beautiful. The spa has been renovated and we will be sure to return. We even had a wonderful conversation with the cleaning lady who serviced our room - very pleasant and professional. This will be our first choice anytime in Chicago.

I was brought a bill while i was inside the shower naked at the spa. I was asked how much the resident rent is by a spa employee. I am black. I have been harassed here despite residency by the hotel manager with the lazy eye and security guard. Beware if black they called the police on a resident for simply refusing to engage in conversation at the spa. Never have i had such a horrible spa or living experience

Really enjoyed our recent stay. Our room had a wonderful view and was perfect for an anniversary get away. The staff was so friendly and treated us like royalty. We enjoyed the 24 hour room service - late night pizza and sorbet really hit the spot! Will definitely return.

We've stayed at this hotel many years back after it was build. With an outstanding experience in our memory, we were looking at a fantastic stay. Apart from a specious view on the 25th floor and a great city view, our stay was a disappointment. The new carpeting was giving us electrostatic shocks every 10 seconds. The furniture is dated with many visible scratches and wear; the pullout sofa had a large tear in its dated mattress, and the king mattress was not comfortable. The bathroom, while renovated, had the toilet that was difficult to flush, the shower head and the shower wand leaking and difficult to control. The light switches were complicated to manipulate since they had built in dimmers and were very sensitive so one couldn't get the lights just right. Upon voicing of our issue with the carpet, we were told that it's new and we'll have to just deal with it. Ironically, upon checkout, I was told that they have a machine that can reduce static. A disappointing experience overall. When we were hoping for a relaxing and carefree stay, we received an aching back, frustrating showering, and static shocks from every metallic surface imaginable.

This hotel seriously deserves more than five stars. The best hotel I've ever stayed in and the best experience I've ever had. This hotel should be the example of customer service for all hotels to follow. Best location in the city, hands down! We drove to Chicago from out of town and were immediately greeted by the valet to assist us in either parking our car, or to self-park. If you valet, you have in and out privileges, but not with self-park. Upon check in, we were welcomed with hot towels and cold bottled water. The front desk employee was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. He really made us feel like we were the most important guests in that hotel. Each interaction with every single employee in this hotel made us feel that way! The front desk employee offered to show us to our room. He walked us up to our room and also gave us a tour of our suite, which was very helpful. The bellhop came within minutes to deliver our luggage. The room we had was incredible. Large bathroom with bathtub & shower (both behind a glass door) and luminous lights. Plush towels, bathrobes & slippers. As a bonus, there is a TV in the bathroom mirror! The entire room was absolutely spotless and extremely spacious. Our room included a mini kitchen with Miele, Sub Zero, and Nespresso appliances. Wow! That's impressive. Fully stocked with plates, glasses, flatware, stemware, cooking utensils, pot, dishwashing liquid, etc. Nespresso pods, snacks, beverages, spirits, and a variety of spring water was also available. Be advised the ice in the fridge is actually $6 (the menu states Trump ice is $6). For complimentary ice, call guest services and they will deliver a large ice bucket to your room immediately. Huge flat screen TV with a variety of channels, a comfortable chair, comfortable couch, and the most luxurious, relaxing mattress I have ever slept on! They also provided many reading materials (books, magazines, local Chicago guides) and a stunning view of the city. The guest services accommodation is it's own philosophy - called Trump Attache. This philosophy is about accommodating to every guest's request immediately and without hesitation. They will make your wildest dreams come true, literally! Every time I called this line to request extra towels, ice, etc. My requests were fulfilled within just a few minutes every time! Everywhere you go, the employees offer you complimentary bottled water. And each time it's ice cold, which is so refreshing (figuratively and literally speaking). The hotel has a gym, a spa, an indoor pool (which overlooks Chicago!), a restaurant, a rooftop bar (with incredible views!), valet, café on the 1st level, and so much more. I just did not want to leave this hotel when it was time to check out! The one single complaint I had was for me personally, it was difficult to do my makeup in the bathroom. They had a magnified mirror which sat on the bathroom counter but it was hard for me to lean over the deep counter to get close to the mirror. That was very uncomfortable.

Excellent staff, but there's not enough of them. They're all wearing too many hats and are over worked. Not enough people working in house cleaning so our room wasn't cleaned for our 4 days. Our friends had the same problem but they needed sheet fir the sofa bed for their little girl... never got them. We had to get our own towels each day because there weren't enough workers to deliver towels. For that price point, I won't be back. I assumed the high price is for service... nope.

This is, without question, one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. Everything was clean, modern and very comfortable, and I had a warm welcoming feeling for just about every minute of my visit. You could not pick a better location for convenience, and the food at Terrace 16 was creative and delicious. Sadly, it's obvious that some of the negative reviews on this site are based purely on political ideals, even to the point where I doubt their validity. That is completely unfair to the staff, who are genuinely friendly and are also at the absolute top of their game in terms of service and professionalism. You might find equal service elsewhere, but you will not find better. The fact is this is a wonderfully-operated hotel, and that remains true regardless of anyone's opinion on 45.

My dad and I stayed here a few weeks back, hotel was amazing and the staff even better. GIVE ALDO at the front desk a raise... he was fantastic, well we'll trained and extremely accommodating. Upon at arrival they were a bit slow and they gave us a great deal on a river facing suite. The room was clean and loaded with amenities.. gym was sweet as well.. Will be back! Next trip.

This hotel was a treat!! Nothing but luxury and first class service at the Trump International, which I learned during my stay is the 4th tallest building in the US. Was lucky enough to get the luxury of a suite on the 18th floor and it did not disappoint. The size of the suite was mind blowing with; two full bathrooms (with TVs built into the mirrors), a "powder room", a full kitchen, dining room, bar area, an enormous living room, bedroom and at least three large closets. In addition to these great perks, the fact that the hotel stay was paid for by my wonderful wife's company....well, just made it all the more sweeter!!!! A great view of the river, first class service throughout the stay, an amazing gym, I made sure to take advantage of, were also some highlights. The building is also home to residents but one would never know as we never had an issue. This hotel was fabulous and is located smack dab in the middle of everything. Indeed a controversial figure he may be but his hotel was exceptional.

Please ignore the people giving this hotel a 1-star rating because "tump sux lol". Anyone who's actually stayed at this hotel knows how fantastic it is. This hotel has the nicest, most professional staff. The food menu selection is amazing. The rooms are huge and very well-staged. The views are amazing. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are top notch. This is the nicest hotel in Chicago - it will let meet and exceed all your expectations. I will definitely be staying here again.

By far the best hotel I've had the pleasure to stay with. Everyone was courteous and the room was very clean.

The hotel is simply amazing. Live having a Kitchenette, the gym was outstanding, the bed to die for, the view priceless.... the free internet, underdeveloped country at best. Step it Trump!
