I was really excited to try the food after seeing it a video review online, so my expectations were pretty high. We visited on a Tuesday evening when it wasn’t too busy, but from the start, the hostess mentioned we only had an hour and a half as she sat us down …which felt a bit off.
We placed our orders quickly, but the appetizers took longer than expected and were just average. Then, we waited forever for our main dishes about 55 minutes in total since we had sat down. During that time, we barely got checked on. Our waiter hung around on the other side of the restaurant.
When my salmon finally arrived, it was charred and really disappointing. The staff was kind and offered to replace it, and they did remove it from the bill, which was nice.
Overall, the food was pretty mediocre, and the service was lacking. To top it all off, there was a 20% gratuity already included, credit card surcharge which felt unfair given the experience.
Unfortunately , it was a letdown, and I hope they improve in the future.
