We really enjoy visiting here and browsing the selections. There are plenty of new and pre-loved vinyl selections to choose from. What makes it really special is the attached Serum for good vibes, drinks, and live entertainment (depending on day/time). Great drinks made with love. We love it!

Very upscale place to enjoy over priced drinks and listen to live music! Best outdoor seating area! Staff is peculiar.

The new lounge, Truth Serum is a new gem in Arlington! They have it ALL - great vibe, detailed decor theme, EXCELLENT live music, karaoke, food and drinks! They also have an awesome back patio. Check out their Facebook to keep up with all the events. They have an open mic on Sundays. This place is a breath of fresh air - it's not a seedy bar. It's a classy, upscale lounge but you can still come casual. The crowd is chill & the bartenders are great (Especially "Pearls". We were so thrilled to stumble upon this place - it's out new go-to for a night out. You can get a delicious meal AND drinks all in one place, and high quality entertainment.

Arlington has needed this type of bar/record store for a long time. Very cool vibe. Patio is great to just sit outside and people and chill. The band was really good. (The suitcase trio). Go check this place out !

I love this place! Great vibe, clean, well appointed! The thing that stood out the most was the bartender Jared. He definitely represents and is a mastermind behind the bar. Thank you!

What a great shop. Rick the owner went all out in finding this spot with its 2 large record sections in the space (there's the main room area and along both the walls rows of records line the room area with the main stage inside) oops just mentioned the indoor stage area for live performances with immaculate sound system, a bar & outdoor patio that can host smaller type showcases as well. Music wise you can find current & repressed rock, alternative, pop, funk, soul, country and a few other surprises as well (like the Cheech & Chong - big bamboo comedy album I saw). All in all I would highly recommend hitting up Truth for a dig cause you're bound to find something you didn't know you needed in your collection here.

This place is awesome and trendy. Look for cool vibes and delightful drinks come to this Arlington gem. The bartender, Craig, is the best. I loved him.

Yelp
My review is only for the venue. I only had 1 glass of wine. The venue is so cute! Comfortable seating. Attentive waitress. Affordable prices. And, the band was original, fun, and sounded great! Got a little dancing in too.

Yelp
What a neat little family owned record store. She says she has 50,000 records and they have 6,000 in the store. Super nice with nice record players to listen and check the quality of the used records. Will defiantly be going back prices are real good and comparable to amazon.

Yelp
I can't believe it has taken me so long to stop by this place. We were down around the Gilligans/Hooligans area and noticed that there were bands playing inside so we stopped on in to listen. They do open mic nights and frequently have local bands. I was incredibly impressed with how good the bands and talent were. The space itself is quite modern and open. I like the way the vinyl is spread out across the space. It makes it easy to look for what you want without getting in the way of others. This is not typical for most of the vinyl shops I have been too so it was nice to look at ease. I definitely will start coming here more often to pick up vinyl and listen to the local talent. It is a hidden gem I wasn't aware we had!

Yelp
I'm coming back to explore the many, many options they have. I'm so excited to grow my vinyl collection and I started with Truth Vinyl! I'll be back soon!

Yelp
Truth Vinyl is really neat little shop. I'm not one for purchasing vinyl, but I played a show here with a friend of mine and enjoyed the nice atmosphere and feel of the area. Parking can be a bit tricky though.

Yelp
I had been avoiding this place since they opened after the rising interest in records have increased prices across the metroplex. I stopped in after grabbing dinner at twisted root and was very surprised. Prices are reasonable for new and pretty good for used. The place looks fantastic. Staff are great. It is dangerous though, I walked in saying I would only spend $30 and walked out around $45. I'll definitely be back but will have to be cautious since their selection is really great!

Yelp
Arlington doesn't have a lot of things, but they DO have a kick ass record store called Truth Vinyl. Great selection of new and used vinyl at reasonable prices. The owners are happy to order anything for you that isn't in stock. The space itself has a boutique-y vibe, sleek white walls and floors with a pop of yellow from the vinyl couches. There's live music in-store most weekends, too. If you're a fan of Spinster Records in Dallas then you'll definitely love Truth Vinyl. Go and show them some love, Yelpers!

Yelp
Stopped by Truth Vinyl on my lunch and met Ric. He was super helpful and great to talk to. The store is very clean and very well organized. Tons of records! Lots of turntables to listen to them on. They have bands come in and play too, just check the schedule. I'm definitely going to let all my vinyl junkie friends know about this place. Vinyl diggers unite!

Yelp
Great selection! More than I expected. Very clean area. The woman working was extremely kind, and very informative. She sweet to my daughter, and told us the difference between a few things we didn't realize. Let us know about the open mic night they have, and found out the mini-me plays violin, and was very supportive in encouraging to play some time!!

Yelp
Truth Vinyl interesting store. New here and checked it out. Disappointed. Singer's voice OK for only one genre. Hell's Angel's tattoos all over the stout female singer and heavyset keyboard player. On visit, female singer rude, and the heavyset male lewd, and drummer is cute. The female singer claimed COVID 19 nothing to her. Way she looked and her attitude made me want to leave. Hear her attack another patron who said something about her being too fat to wear see-through clothes. Music people are usually personable and dress sexy/classy...this same band there all the time is just boring. These people seem always to be there so I would rather be somewhere where there is a little more class. This band does not fit with the Truth Vinyl image.

Yelp
This place is is a diamond in the rough, in was lucky enough to stumble past it on the way to eat dinner. The record selection is great, and the owners are friendly. Thursday is open mic, which is a great chance to browse, check out some local talent and network. Plenty of good food around to make it a night out downtown
