The time I went there was good timing no wait love their popcorn chicken and strawberry drink I like the way they make their popcorn chicken and their price is reasonable and the lady was nice and polite so overall I enjoyed eating their food and drink

The food are good but just look at the picture so gross. Like clean this thing up what are you doing back there not cleaning up not even a table like yall don’t know how to clean or what. Do not go there so dirty. I will never come TS cafe again.

The food is not bad here. I wouldn't order the okonomiyaki $8 if you were in a hurry though. I called ahead and they said it would be ready in 25 minutes. It wasn't ready until after 35 minutes. If you were on your work lunch break, there would be no time to eat it. I also had the popcorn chicken $6. That also tasted OK. It is nice that there's a restaurant that serves okonomiyaki in this neighborhood. Thanks TS Cafe.

I usually order from here using doordash. I decided to take a walk and visit this place. It is very clean and bright even at night. I like the decorations and atmosphere. To me it seems romantic to my eyes. I ordered the crab sandwich, japanese pancake, milk tea, and thai tea. I didn't share the food pics cause it was to go. I wanted share my view of this cute shop.

Food and drink were awesome love how fast they make the food and drink also the time I went there was good timing since don't have to wait around, that spot has game and music playing so good vibe to hangout and enjoy the vibes overall it was great experience. Popcorn chicken ($8.96 with tax) is a must! Super fresh with wonderful flavor filled with chili and five spice seasoning and of course, crunch. The chicken pieces are a little big for a bite size, but it is super tender without a lot of fat. Super fresh and did not wait too long for my hot popcorn chicken. The drinks and food are one of the best prices in SF. In my opinion, since I like tea flavor in my drinks, the jasmine tea is slightly light, needs a stronger tea flavor. The store needs a some maintenance, but is a good place to hang out. There are a lot of options from drinks and snacks.

I usually do one boba per week and it was Friday at work and I haven't had any! :0 When my co worker walked in, she doesn't even greet me, she just says: "boba?" Yes! I ordered the rose milk tea which had a faint rose flavor and got 25% sweet which these days, is still too sweet for me. I like that their boba is nice and chewy. I was SHOCKED at the extremely chubby and large King Cup size. You definitely will feel like royalTEA after finishing that. lol My colleagues got black milk tea and they like theirs too. Too bad the fries were soggy (as with any fries that gets delivered) but the black pepper on it gave it a good taste. If you're in the Excelsior area, TS is a decent option.

Ordered their popcorn chicken because I was craving some with not very high expectations but it turned out soooo good. Meat was super tender and juicy. The pieces were kind of big but the seasonings were so good. Also really enjoyed the dipping sauce they gave on the side.

Solid place for boba. Ordered hibiscus pineapple tea with boba. Flavor was good and the boba was perfectly bouncy. Made and called quickly. Plenty of seating inside. Street paid parking.

Was feeling a but hungry after dinner so we decided to stop at TS cafe for some popcorn chicken (Monday night around 6:30pm). It was pretty much empty, lowkey gave desolate vibes haha. They have some board games available to play and a variety of seating options (not just tables). We were playing connect4 while waiting for the food and the chips/coins were pretty dirty and I was tempted to just not play because of its condition. Perhaps cleaning the games / maintaining them would be a good idea -- I think not having games would be better than the games being a mess as it gives off a disheveled image which could be harmful. We got our food in about 10 minutes of ordering. While the popcorn chicken did have the classic flavor we were looking for, it was way too salty. Honestly with every bite, I thought I was eating a spoonful of either msg or salt. The sauce they gave was interesting (not in a bad way), not sure if it was mayo or some mix of mayo and something else. Chicken was still piping hot and very crispy and juicy, so that was fine. I personally wouldn't come again anytime soon, but I can't speak to their other food items or boba.

Hands down best popcorn chicken and fried tofu from any boba shop near by! The sauce that came with the fried tofu was perfection! It was like a soy vinegar sauce that completed the fresh silky crunchy tofu. As for the popcorn chicken, it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well! (I got spicy and it was actually spicy!) Definitely will be back to try other items.

This is a strange little restaurant. You walk in and BOOM it's like you're in a swamp. The food was pretty good, I just got the popcorn chicken. The seasoning was good, but the chicken had a lot of fatty pieces in it :( I also got a taro smoothie with boba, which was really good!

I called and placed a phone order of taro milk tea and roasted oolong milk tea and popcorn chicken, total was $20. The clerk that answered the phone gave me an estimated time of 7 minutes for the order, awesome! Left the house and headed to the store. Had to wait to pay for the order, I expected to get my order right away since I called ahead. Instead I stepped to the side and waited another 15-20min for my order, it defeated the purpose of calling ahead. Sad to say, the turnaround time let me down. Don't get me wrong, the food is good I really enjoyed my popcorn chicken, just a bad experience this time.

Another doordash delivery x( I really need to get out of the house... lol ....Late night munchies/dinner Anyways, ordered popcorn chicken, fried tofu, french fries (spiced), potstickers, and #29 TS Classic Fruits Tea. I love how the fried tofu and potstickers came with their own sauce. (I'm a sauce gal) My fave of the whole order has got to be the fried tofu. Nothing special, but when you're feeling super lazy and want to eat a variety of fried snacks, TS is a godsend. Popcorn chicken was oookie. I wish it was juicier and spicier. It didn't have much of a basil flav either. It fills the craving at least. The french fries were kind of hard by the time it reached our house and I think they forgot to add the spiced salt that they advertised. Potstickers were potsticker-like. :) I appreciated that the fruit tea had fresh fruit, but it was kind of artificial tasting. I think they use a syrup. I probably wouldn't order this again. For the price and amount of food, I think it's pretty worth it especially when you find yourself in a snacking mood.

I think I finally found milk tea with boba that I love! I ordered the classic milk tea, less ice, regular sugar with boba. First, the price was so affordable! I payed about $4.35! Ridiculous price for sf boba! Second, the business was pretty busy so I am assuming that they are popular in the area as well. There were 3 workers, and order came out quick. The store itself is pretty big, had some seating area, and seemed to have emptied out a bit due to the pandemic. Overall, the store had a very chill vibe. It had more pick up orders. TLDR: try the classic milk tea with boba here!

I came here a few times with my friend. I liked their jasmine milk tea and the popcorn chicken with fries. It was so good. The service was fast. Inside, it was nice; there were some games around.

Mainly only tried their boba. Drinks are usually consistently good with fresh tasting ingredients. Service can be slow at times. Commonly see delivery drivers waiting for orders. Food seems quite popular, but I've never tried it. Couple couches, several tables and chairs available. Board games available too.

The young gentleman who took my order was pleasant and courteous. I requested a smoothie mixed with two flavors. It's not in their menu and he did it anyways, if I ordered the bigger cup. He was gracious and didn't mind doing it. I appreciated this a lot and the drinks were delicious. They didn't skimp on the boba and red bean toppings. The establishment was clean and inviting, and you feel welcome when you sit there. I will be back soon.

We got: Classic milk tea wo boba $3.50 Oolong w cream: $4.99+ boba $0.50 Jasmine green tea w cream $4.95 + $0.50 boba Togo: $0.25 charge... wha why? (o wait, it's a plastic bag charge although we didnt ask for a bag) The cream was good, it's like those salty cheese toppings at other boba places. Price is very reasonable. Wish boba prices in Sac were as cheap as in the bay! I'm writing the review a bit late so don't fully remember but I think we liked the tea and boba, no negative impressions remaining...

I love TS Cafe! They have pretty solid drinks and snacks! I've ordered both in person and DoorDash and they have been consistently good. Great place to get a snack and delicious, well cooked boba in some nicely steeped tea! My usual go-to order here is Assam Milk Tea and the popcorn chicken! I've also tried their takoyaki which was also pretty solid. The popcorn chicken is a generous portion but I still recommend getting your own box because it's just soo goood!

The snacks here are some of the best snacks I've had at any milk tea spot! I love their popcorn chicken here, it's crispy and has that delicious seasoning on every single bite. A lot of places just sprinkle the seasoning powder on top but TS makes sure every single piece of chicken is covered in that delicious powder! Their fried tofu was also super delicious, it was crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. We've also tried their jasmine MT, roasted oolong MT, & classic MT. All are solid choices!

FOOD I ordered and tried number 29, the Iced Milk w/ Strawberry Jam & Boba. It was surprisingly pretty good. Though I wish it was a tad bit less sweet and that the boba was a little less dense. SERVICE The service was pretty nice. It was fast and efficient. The drinks were not too expensive and tasted good. AMBIANCE The interior of the store could use a paint job and perhaps a renovation. The lighting can also be improved.

This place is a true value in San Francisco. I ordered their fruit teas and they are so delicious. The sandwiches were so yummy. It's so inexpensive and the portions are great. I look forward to ordering from this place in the future.

I give this place a 10/10. The people are super nice and the customer service is an A+ and to top it off the drinks and food are delicious. My daughter and I love playing the cards and the board games that the restaurant has for the customers.

I have sampled Teas & Coffees from various merchants but often something is off in regards to the balance of their drinks, that was not the case with TS. Parking is not horrible at night, but luck was with me, and a spot was available on the side street before turning onto Mission. As for the shop it's some what large inside so you will not feel crowded if you need to wait a moment. As for service it was easy, and swift with drinks neatly packed into a bag. I really appreciated that the drinks were not overly sweet an issue that comes up with most merchants. As for my order it included a Pineapple Lemon Sparkling that was wonderfully refreshing with tasty pieces of fruit, I also had a Boba beverage that had jellies that complimented the drink which was a nice change since they can easily weigh it down. The order also included an Iced Milk that was indulgent without any of the guilt. For the beverages alone, I would check TS Cafe.

Just ordered a couple of boba drinks. They have an extensive list of drinks. Also have lots of food options. The place is pretty spacious but only a few tables with seats. I wouldn't say this place is the cleanest. We sat in the back while waiting for our drinks and you can see the kitchen, hear all the cooking/frying and everything that is the "kitchen". Lots of flies flying around the middle of the store. Could def use a good clean or organizing of random boxes, furniture, etc. Drinks were pretty sweet after selecting 50% sweetness, so not sure what I would have gotten at "standard". Boba is soft and chewy. Got the Thai iced tea. It was pretty good l, nothing too special.

I would definitely recommend coming to TS cafe if you're looking to pick up a fresh, quick meal. The Basil Popcorn Chicken is so fresh and delicious! It came out super crispy and hot, while the fresh basil enhanced the flavors of the chicken so well. Satisfied my cravings immediately!! The owner of the restaurant was super friendly and an absolute joy to chat with - yay for supporting local businesses!

I always come here to eat and I love the food. The boba is super good and honestly inexpensive like others around. The only issue I've had so far here was just how clean and managed it was here. I will still be coming but I just wished they would better the ambience and cleanliness here. The service is great super friendly staff and fast easy. The food is awesome just needs a bit more attention to some of the calamari. They tend to be a bit raw or over cooked. I love the boba and will be coming back that ^_^

First time here and ordered pick up. Drinks and onion rings are ok but the sweet potato fries and sandwich is really good. For $10 on Dutch crunch with a lot of meat is a very good deal plus their drinks are also a great deal. I got the TS house sandwich. The service is fast and the lady is really nice. I definitely need to try their popcorn chicken and their other sandwiches next time. Overall I really enjoyed it.

Pretty Meh, but the price is cheep. Took forever to get out drinks, and I was less then impressed watching them make it. I saw them just throw a tea bag into a cup of water and put it in the blender. So, not really brewed or anything, at least from what I saw. Although the wait took forever and it wasn't very good. The boba wasn't sweet at all. I won't come back.

TS Cafe is on a busy and main street. The shop pops out with its green exterior, while the interior is simple and spacious. There were only a couple of people waiting for their orders, but the drinks/food took awhile. I should had asked them for my drinks first, while waiting for the food, so at least I may enjoy and sip on my drink while waiting. I tried their jasmine milk tea, mango smoothie, and popcorn chicken. The milk tea was bitter and flavorless, and not cold at all. The mango smoothie was smooth and sweet, which was the better drink. The popcorn chicken was a bit battery - they only had ketchup that comes with it, and did not have sweet and sour sauce available. They had a lot of snack choices that looked interesting - such as their combo sandwich on dutch crunch bread, crab rangoons, fish sticks, fried meat balls, etc.

This time I went to TS Cafe, their boba had improved a lot! It was definitely on the softer side, which I like, and it didn't stick together. The cost: $13.85 for two milk teas with boba. * Thai Milk Tea - 4.5 stars Good flavor, very soft boba.

I tried TS Cafe one day when I was looking for something different to eat. They had a wide variety of food to eat. I ordered their house made dumplings and basil chicken. The dumplings were delicious and tasted so fresh. The food came in a timely namer and it was still hot. The service was great and fast. The place is average size and warm. The restaurant is not that big, but it had a home feel to it.

A good place to hang out with friends! They provide board games with affordable drinks and snacks. Highly recommended!

A good local spot that tries to do it all, but ranks among Quicklys in terms of quality. There's nothing that makes this store stand out from other boba shops, but they do a decent job of the food and drinks they currently offer. I've come here a good number of times as I'm in the area, and the service each time has been rather slow as they tackle both online and in-person orders at the same time. The store's interior is huge, with all the furniture pushed back so there's a lot of space for people to wait inside to pick up their drink. Unfortunately they were out of boba due to the global shortage- tbh, the Jasmine Milk Tea was lacking without it. The strength of TS Cafe lays in their fruit-based drinks which are more like juice. Their drinks come in a default large size. In terms of food, their fries were lackluster but their popcorn chicken and sandwiches were okay.

Fresh mango grapefruit green tea with boba - 4/5 - tastes good - boba nice texture - I got 50% sweetness but still a little bit too sweet for my preference - supposed to come with grapefruit, but they put lemon instead. It took over 25 minutes for them to make my basil popcorn chicken $6, combo sandwich $8.75 and mango smoothie $4.75. I should have called in first. The cafe wasn't busy and there was only two customers in front of me. The drinks and food here are good. That's why I put up with this.

I love this boba shop. It plays old school canton pop! I was so surprised and sang along. It's spacious!!! But they have yet to put back all the tables for dine in. Only few tables. They have really good drink options and different flavors and interesting new flavor combos I never seen at other shops. Their food menu is impressive as well. It's not your traditional Asian boba shop popcorn chicken and spam musubi but they have sandwiches as well. I haven't ordered the snacks yet but will next time. Only thing I don't like. Minus one star is the wait time. Ordered 3 drinks. One person ordered ahead of me. And there was a small group of teens sitting down already some had drinks some didn't. So I'm assuming they're still making their items but not after some time have passed. I'm talking about 10-15 mins. They also do uber eats or door dash orders and one person came to pick up for their customer but it wasn't a big order, looked like one drink and one snack item. And then another 10 mins passed before I got my drinks. That's ridiculous.... And one of the drinks, the seal wasn't tight it leaked all over the bag. Had to walk before to ask them to reseal it.

Take out order. On the Basil popcorn chicken and Assam black tea with sweet cream for $13 all in. Both were really good. We'll be back.

Came here for the boba and it has been consistently good! Location has plenty of street parking. The staff is always super friendly and nice. I really want to try their popcorn chicken next time. I've only had their: 1. Fresh Mango Sparking Water: Super good with fresh fruit bits in the water. it's perfectly sweet and refreshing with the bubbly sparkling water. 2. Jasmine Milk Tea: Very good jasmine taste. A bit too sweet for me. I wish I got it less sweet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Overall, love this place! Staff is nice, they have a huge variety of items and the quality is good.

Kind of disappointing that there's no wifi for customers. Not a place one can hang out. The restrooms are broken too.

One of my favorite boba and sandwich shops in the area!! I've gotten th BLT, and also the turkey sandwich. They charge an extra $1 for avocado. Their sandwiches are gigantic and delicious. Last time I came around, I walked down to Balboa Park and enjoyed it there. I highly recommend! Also I've tried their popcorn chicken (it was a big soggy by the time I got home) and fried tofu (they fry it with some tapioca flour or something that makes it very chewy!!)

Thank you for staying open and satisfying our cravings while we SIP. Before sheltering in place and during, I have been ordering TS cafe via ubereats and doordash. Not many places deliver to my area, or are open for delivery during these times, so I'm very fortunate to be able to have TS cafe delivered to my home! My go-tos are the basil popcorn chicken, honey milk tea, and toasted black rice milk. Their basil popcorn chicken is very flavorful, crunchy and tasty! The honey milk tea and toasted black rice milk has a good flavor to it and not many places can achieve these drinks/this flavor to our liking. We like to get our drinks at 50-75% sweetness and regular Ice. I have also tried their hibiscus pineapple tea which is very refreshing. Their fresh mango grapefruit green tea and rose aloe tea are also great choices! I'm looking forward to trying more items on their menu. I have also tried their egg puffs and okinomiyaki, which were OK, but not my preferences. My bf also tried their sandwiches and thought that they were not bad as well, however we definitely recommend the drinks highlighted above and the basil popcorn chicken!

Love this place for takeout. Always order the fried tofu, popcorn chicken, fried shrimp and crab Rangoons. Perfect for easy delivery or takeout night.

This boba spot is pretty worth for the price (around or less than $5 for a drink) and considering that this is SF. I first found this place via Doordash and have ordered from here a couple times. I went in for the first time to compare in-person vs from Doordash. This boba spot reminds me of boba from 10 years ago; the drinks aren't too inventive/crazy and has a more simple feel to it. I have mainly ordered milk teas (classic milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, and roasted oolong milk tea), and they have all been pretty solid. You can taste the strawberry purée in the strawberry black tea. The honeydew milk tea has a bright green color though, so not sure how artificial that drink is. The boba is more soft and chewy, so if you are into softer boba, this spot can be more your style. The popcorn chicken is really good; I wish they gave more chicken though. The staff is pretty nice, but there wasn't much interaction since ordering boba doesn't require much interaction with the staff. There is lots of space inside, but they did not have many tables set up. Warning: they charge 50 cents for ordering no ice!!

Dang, I just found my favorite SF boba joint. If I could give out an award for best popcorn chicken, I would give it to this place. It's so crispy and chunky, and if it was just a little bit more juicy, it would be perfection. I ordered the mango milk tea with boba as well, and that drink was so yummy. The boba was the right amount of chewiness and soft. We ended up taking our food and drinks to a nearby park to enjoy as they don't have tables for customers right now.

The best popcorn chicken I've had in a long time! Perfectly seasoned. I'd add more basil and spice but that's my preference. The cafe is pretty spacious and prices are fair. The chicken took awhile to come out but it's so worth it.

Kids love their Berry cream drink. I love their Assam milk tea and ginger milk. And today's my first time trying their milk tea with coffee jelly... As always perfect sweetness. Happy New Year

Prices on the menu aren't updated so expect to pay $1 more than what is advertised. Space isn't very clean. There are a bunch of flies around from the moment you step in. At 50% sweetness the drink was still inordinately sweet. Popcorn chicken is good but takes at least 20 minutes to come out - would have appreciated the notice beforehand.
