If you ever had Maruchan instant noodles in America, this is what the soup tastes like. BUT, without the lingering MSG. Clean, savory, umami. You also squeeze some of the citris juice into the soup and it's perfection. I also got an add-on of motsu, nice and chewy. If you want extra noodles it is more expensive than usual at 150yen. It's a light meal so if you're a bigger eater, you should go to another place for round two. Which is a very common thing to do in Japan.
