Tuk Tuk Thai is truly one of a kind. My meal there felt personalized, as if it were specially crafted just for me. We were greeted and seated promptly upon arrival by a warm and friendly waitress. Our orders were taken shortly after, and in no time, I was enjoying my chicken skewers. Both the chicken and its accompaniments were fresh and packed with flavor; I can't remember ever enjoying grilled chicken this much. Next, I tried the lemongrass chicken meal, which is a challenging dish to master, yet Tuk Tuk Thai has effortlessly perfected it. I left the plate completely clean. The waitress continuously kept my glass filled with water and recommended lemon iced tea as a complement to my meal, which was an excellent choice! I'll definitely be back for more delights soon.

I got a recommendation from a local grocery owner for vegan Thai. I arrived at peak dinner time. The restaurant seemed overwhelmed with to go orders and a partially full dining room. The server was slow to take our order. I was waiting with a menu in front of me for a long period of time. The server was very polite and continuously refilled my water. This restaurant has chili trays here for the tables! The food was delicious and none was left. Lastly, just be warned service is mediocre. If you can live with that and a longer wait time, then you'll be fine. If that's not your bag, you may want to skip this restaurant until you've got time.

Food quality and test - 4 stars **** Vegetarian food - 5 stars ***** Ambience - 5 stars ***** Cleanliness - 5 stars ***** Value for money - $$ Kid friendly - yes Parking - paid on street Good staff, good food, good vegetarian choixes. We had good time. We all (kids and adults) enjoyed food. Thai appetizer platter delivers value for $$ and also variety. We also enjoyed taking pictures in Tuk Tuk (that' Thai for Auto Rickshaw [in India])

Ideally, I'd give this place a 2.5/5. Tuk Tuk Thai in Berkeley offers a quirky atmosphere, with a literal tuk tuk parked right inside the restaurant by the entrance. It's a conversation starter, for sure! However, the food itself didn't quite hit the mark for me. Quirky & Fun Vibes: The tuk tuk is definitely the highlight of the decor. It injects a touch of whimsy and sets the tone for a casual dining experience. Pad Thai Overload: I tried their signature Pad Thai with chicken. While the portion size was generous, the overall sweetness was a bit overwhelming. The "perfect blend" of sugar, tamarind, and lime juice leaned too heavily on the sweet side for my taste. It could have benefited from a bit more tang or savoriness. Saving Grace - Thai Iced Tea: The Thai iced tea was a bright spot. It was refreshing and flavorful, a classic done well. The Verdict: Tuk Tuk Thai offers a fun and casual atmosphere, but the sweetness of the Pad Thai might be a turn-off for some. The Thai iced tea was a saving grace, but overall, the experience landed at a 2.5 star review. If you're looking for a more balanced Thai flavor profile, you might want to explore other options.

Good food: we tried the calamari, potstickers, chicken satay, curry and we were happy with how they tasted. The place is huge and the service was good. It wasn’t busy when we came. The price is a little on the high side, but expected in the Berkeley area.

Great for late night delivery, but great nonetheless when you want food that is consistently good. Their chicken egg rolls are some of my favorite, quite unique. My wife loves their spicy beef salad.

I was visiting Berkley for a day and came across this Thai restaurant. The food tastes so close to original Thai taste. We ordered noodles, pad se-ew, pad kee mao and tofu stir fried vegetable. They were delicious! Springrolls were crispy and not hard rock. The atmosphere and decor was simple which i dont mind as long as the foods taste great! I really recomend to check this place out. Its so under dog😊 the waiter was so helful to us and recommended tourists place. Thank you!

First time here. Super hungry from getting off the plane from Vegas. Mask AND vaccination card AND ID are required 02/18/2022. We ordered to go since we were hungry and we don't have vac cards and masks. Ordered beef salad. Beef was burnt and tasted bitter. Egg rolls were basic. Chicken skewers were basic. They wouldn't even let us use the restroom even tho we ordered food to go. Probably won't be back.

Yelp
Omg I can not believe this place is closing Sunday January 26th #sadface This place has been around since I was in high school They have always had delicious and fresh Thai food. Today we stopped in for my dad's birthday and were immediately saddened that this would be our last time being able to grab a tasty family style meal. So long old friend

Yelp
I came here with a friend before a show over at Cornerstone. The lights outside were colorful and they are already set-up for Christmas inside. The space is great for groups and they are open late night. The service here is fast and they check on you pretty often to make sure you have all the sauces, you like your order and that you have enough water. The pad see ew is delicious and once I heard them fire up the woks, I knew this place was gonna be great! The mix of veggies, eggs and tofu with noodles were a good ratio. The noodle had a chewy consistency. I got a bite of the pad khi mao with chicken and it was pretty solid as well. The Thai tea in a mason jar was perfect. Not only was it aesthetically pleasing, but it also had the right amount of sweetness, tea and ice. Unfortunately, if you take them to go. It is not the same. The to go Thai tea was overly sweet and did not have enough ice. The bathrooms are clean. The prices for the entrees were affordable. Check out their happy hour specials with half off appetizers. I would definitely visit again.

Yelp
I came in here for a quick dinner with friends and I can't say it's my favorite, but it is open the latest in the area which is nice. PAD KHI MAO: This is the only dish I ordered that I would recommend and order again! With chicken, this was delicious. Overall great flavor and texture with the thick noodles. I devoured this before I could get a decent photo! PAPAYA SALAD: This was a pretty standard dish and I would order this again if I was really craving it. NAM TOK: The spicy beef mint salad was a bit too fish saucey for me and I usually LOVE this dish at other places. The beef was also cooked too well done to the point of a crisp. I wouldn't recommend.

Yelp
My friends and I stopped by here after an evening gym session on a weekday and it was pretty empty. The menu is extensive, so there's plenty of options to choose from. I saw they even had a tuk tuk seating booth, but it seems like you'd have to make a special reservation for that! We got the chicken potstickers ($12), which were my favorite part of the meal. They were super crispy and flavorful on the inside. We also shared a pad kra prai (spicy basil) with beef ($13) and it was okay to me. The beef was pretty tough and the flavor could've been stronger. The service was also nice, but not very attentive, and we needed to call someone over for water multiple times. Overall, the food is reasonably priced, but it wouldn't be my first choice for Thai food.

Yelp
I say one word in Thai and the lady who takes my order remembers me. I got a 5-star service, just 10 minutes before they closed; I was the last customer and my food was fresh and filled to the top of the container. They deserve a better rating because the prices are perfect for college students on a budget and Happy Hours. Waiting for my takeout, I'm looking at lots of photos on the walls of Buddhist monasteries and Thailand landscapes, I feel connected to this place when I'm eating here.

Yelp
Stopped by in for lunch, definitely the perfect time to try! I usually get the lunch special. So far I've gotten the pad see ew, and the yellow curry. I'd definitely get the pad see ew again (taste like it does in Thailand). The yellow curry was good but I've had better. The lunch special is definitely a good deal and they give you PLENTY of servings!! Definitely also a fan of the Thai tea and the spring rolls. I've done takeout these past two times, but the space itself is huge, I'd be curious to see how busy they got on weekday / weekend nights. Definitely a good lunch spot to try!

Yelp
Pad Thai: delicious thin noodles, they gave you a lime (personally didnt taste the difference when I squeezed it), i didnt eat much of the bean sprouts or carrots. They tell you to choose between meat for pad thai, I chose beef, kinda dry but not too dry, it was alright, tofu was a surprise, its a really firm tofu, it takes a few extra chew to chew the skin. Flavor for tofu was alright. I just like the noodles lol. Cant get such flavorful thin noodles in any other cuisine. Ice cream sticky rice: they give you a choice between vanilla or mango, Im not basic, I chose mango. Really good ice cream, it has a little crunch from tiny specs of ice with the chew of the ice cream. I wouldnt say the ice is preferable but its so thin that its not bad either. The rice was your average sticky rice, I think it had a lot more sweet sauce than other places Ive seen. But I was so full at this point the rice wasnt helping lol. Extra I came in during lunch and the waiter there can be kinda quiet When you look like you're done, they'll ask if you want the dessert you ordered. 5/5 nothing to complain, a good restaurant

Yelp
Decent thai food along Shattuck. They have good lunch meals.Ive been a customer since 2019 and the quality of food is still the same Love their Tom Yum and Thai iced tea!

Yelp
Nooooooo... This was my goto to spot for ages. Always accommodated my food alterations and Thai tea with coconut milk with no ice. I'm gonna miss you guys....

Yelp
Another solid Thai spot in Berkeley! Only checked this out since my 2 fav spots were already closed. Came in hungry coming from S.F. on a late Friday night. Servers were welcoming and diners eating so late, so that was good to see. Had the fried chicken over Thai rice, which I devoured in minutes. Definitely saving this place as another good eating option especially coming from bar.

Yelp
The place is in the heart of Berkeley downtown and seems like it was a wonderful place...now it's like a standard diner. Wooden tables n chairs. Some cute art on the walls and tuk tuk... which is dirty. The place could use a deep cleaning and some organizing around the front. The menu choices vary. There's definitely an abundance of meat, but seafood is scarce. Looks like the menus are beat up, so probably old & forever menu. The staff are just okay... they are not there to help you have a good meal & it's not because they're short staffed! They let the cooks do all the heavy lifting. We sat down for 10 minutes with the menus and then when I went to wash hands they came to take our orders. Never got the bill, or to go boxes to the table, I had to go up and request. Bottom line, you may not get golden treatment here, unless the staff change!!! The food is awesome!!! There's robust and fresh flavors! Delicious! I imagine take out lines and delivery is wonderful choice! Street Parking. And some right in front! Semi clean restrooms.

Yelp
The owner became hostile when I tried to take some soy sauce packets. Otherwise it's ok.

Yelp
Amazing food and experience here at Tuk Tuk Thai! The happy hour is definitely something you want to take advantage of. We had the crab Rangoon's and chicken potstickers. Both to die for. Then we both ordered pad thai which was phenomenal. Price was reasonable for the amount of food we got!

Talisa S.

Yelp
This place had incredible service, great setting, and the food was top tier! Happy hour was amazing! Probably the best Thai food I've had in the Bay Area. The price was super reasonable considering the amount of food we ordered too. 10/10 would come back here again.

Yelp
Food is delicious and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend the Pad Thai and Spring Rolls. The Curry is great too!

Yelp
My experience was extremely amazing, I would recommend it every time to everyone I know. It had great food, great customer service and the vibe is spot on to hangout. Truly an amazing place.

Yelp
This is my default place to go for Thai food. It's always good and folks are always helpful. The lunch specials are a good deal and the happy hour beers are as well.

Yelp
Tuk Tuk Thai Cafe is my go-to for quick, simple Thai food. I usually order Tuk Tuk Thai through Snackpass when I'm feeling a little lazy to cook, and it always hits the spot. I always order their Pad See Ew, and you can choose from a variety of proteins. The dish is always consistent everytime I order and is what you expect from a Pad See Ew. The portions are very large and I always have leftovers. If you're looking for quick, tasty Thai food, stop by Tuk Tuk Thai Cafe!

Yelp
Came here twice and I would say they have been good! I was able to try their Thai fried rice with chicken (REALLY GOOD DEAL) and the pad thai. Both came with good flavors but I would say that I prefer the pad thai to have thicker noodles since that's what I'm typically used to. Also, I wish they would implement something that will allow us to make the dish spicy. There was nothing like that for me to choose on the menu so I put it in the comments but I don't think they saw it the second time :( I usually would gravitate towards noodles in general but I would say that their fried rice with chicken was better than the pad thai. Not to mention, it is a really good deal. I didn't take a photo of this dish but it was $13 with both the fried rice and the fried chicken on top. They are also very generous with the amount that they give. Ended up ordering takeout and I had no problems with the process! The staff are nice as well. They open a little later than other restaurants around berkeley so I definitely do recommend trying them if you are looking for a late night meal or if you're ever craving Thai food! Give them a try.

Yelp
Pork pad see ew and chicken satay are best eaten in bed in your underwear at 11pm with someone you can't stop talking to

Yelp
I think my favorite part of dining here was the cute tuk-tuk/rikshaw right by the entrance! I didn't get a picture of the curry puffs because we were so hungry, but I have to say those were probably the best curry puffs I've had! The pad khi mao with tofu was delicious as well and I'm really glad we made the spontaneous decision to go here just because they're open later than most spots!
google avatar

Yelp
The taste of the food here is excellent! It has more authentic flavors for the staple items. Haven't found a place we like better in the area!

Yelp
Tuk Tuk Thai is located relatively far from campus, but since I love Thai food, I was eager to try out this new establishment to see how it compares to the other Thai restaurants I frequent. Upon entering, the ambience of the restaurant is relaxed and spacious, with an open kitchen design and mood lighting. We came at 7 pm on a weekday night, and there weren't too many people. Since it was a cold day, I opted for a Beef Noodle Soup (mostly because I wanted to see how this compares to Thai Basil's). We also ordered a pad see ew with chicken, and a fried chicken fried rice (along with a Thai Tea). If you check in on Yelp, you can get $1 off the thai tea! The Beef Noodle Soup was slightly underwhelming. There were probably 4 ingredients total. Although they were generous on the beef/meatballs, the soup had a lot of sodium, which made me really thirsty after I finished. And even though this dish took the longest to come out, the noodles were still clumped together as if they just dumped them straight from out of the package. The pad see ew, additionally, had a strange flavor. Almost as if it was accidentally burnt. The portions were pretty generous for this dish, but the flavor unfortunately tainted the rest of the noodles. On the other hand, the fried chicken fried rice was pretty delicious. The fried chicken was fried to perfection, and the fried rice was addicting! I would recommend ordering the pad thai or the fried chicken fried rice if you decide to try this place out!

Yelp
It was a mixed bag. We had the pumpkin red curry, the eggplant stir-fry, and the pad see iew, all with chicken. The pumpkin was cooked just right, and was fork tender without disintegrating. The sauce was the standard red curry sauce and the chicken was decent though it probably didn't get enough time to absorb the flavours. The eggplant stir-fry with chicken was pretty good too. The chunks of eggplant was very soft but held their shape; it wasn't a gooey mess and that's a great thing. The flavours were good and the chicken was ok too. The pad see iew was disappointing. There was no wok sear/char on the noodles and it felt like everything was just steamed and simmered in the sauce. All in all, the curry and stir-fry was pretty good, but I'll go elsewhere when I'm craving pad see iew.

Yelp
YUM! I'm a huge fan of Thai food. I mean, I'm mildly obsessed with it. Most places serve by dish but what I love about Tuk Tuk is there lunch special. It came with an entree (I got pad see ew with chicken) AND spring rolls and they were both *chef kiss* I will say the serving was small but that's to be expected for a lunch special as a slightly discounted price so I'm not mad it. The staff was really friendly and my food came out quick. The restaurant itself was a bit dark inside (hence why my pics are so dark) but it's huge so it's big enough for larger parties. I did go as a party of 1 on a weekday afternoon so it was pretty quiet and it made the sounds of my smacking very noticeable. The food was amazing. They have wine & beer. I imagine I'd had trouble parking on a busier day because of the location but if you can find a park & love Thai please stop in then tell me how much you love it :)

Yelp
I recently discovered Tuk Tuk Thai, and I am so glad I did. It is my go to now for to go orders. I have not dined in so I cannot speak on that experience but their to go food is amazing, quick, and always ready when they say it will be. I originally tried their Tom Kha. It was the most rich and heart warming Tom Kha I'd ever had. Their Pad See Ew is phenomenal. So rich. I then decided to come back and try their eggplant dish sub chicken and I asked for it to be spicy. The eggplant was absolute perfection. We got the steak salad and the meat was a little tough, but the flavor of the salad was exquisite. Last night I ordered the bangkok chicken rolls and the chicken satay and I was very impressed with all of it. We went in on it too fast for pix.
google avatar

Rayna L.

Yelp
I recently ordered pad thai and omg how can they call it a pad Thai. The noodles were thin and super sweet with maybe two or three pieces of chicken. They put a lot of tofu to fill the container. This is NOT pad thai. By far the worst Thai food I've had. Save your self $$ and do not order

Yelp
TL;DR: So-so Thai Cuisine with large portions, but with a variety of options nearby, nothing that makes it stand out. Came here on a Saturday evening with a group of friends and was surprised to find the place relatively empty--a bit of an anomaly for restaurants in Berkeley at such a busy time of week. However, as a result, we were seated promptly, and our orders were taken. For drinks, I ordered a Thai Iced Tea ($3), which, I noticed, if you check in on Yelp, you can get a discount for! That was a pleasant surprise. Since I wasn't that hungry and I saw from the tables around me that their food had pretty large portion sizes, I decided to split a Green Curry with Beef ($13) with a friend. While the food came quickly, as someone who gets Thai food quite a lot in the area, I do have to say it was one of the least standout curries I've had. The beef was kind of tough, like it had been cooked for a bit too long, and the curry was a little too salty. I did try a bit of my friends' Thai fried rice with Chicken, though, and that was quite good, so I'd recommend giving that a try instead. I'd recommend checking out some of the other Thai places in the area before hitting up this spot.

Yelp
Who doesn't crave some thai food once in a while? Cause I do - more like all the time! Had a chance to try tuk tuk thai twice but finally was able to get around and write a review about my experience! Thankfully this place is closeby in the Berkeley place and open quite late enough which is nice if you are having a later night. Now going to the food - I was able to try the following: *Tom Kha Soup - this coconut milk based soup is pretty yummy and the first time I visited this restaurant this was a star item and Ioved it *Curry fried rice with fried chicken - I was really underwhelmed by this dish. The flavor of the rice was pretty bland and not as yummy as expected. The fried chicken however was pretty good - very cripsy and juicy if you have it fresh Overall, not my favorite Thai place but not terrible if you are in the area.

M. R.

Yelp
The portion sizes here are very small, and every time I order, it's hit or miss. Sometimes the food is okay, but other times it's quite disappointing. Consistency is definitely an issue.

Yelp
I like Asian food and this place offers very delicious Pad Thai. I appreciate their fast deliveries especially when I work at the hospital in Berkeley. Being a nurse with super busy work, it really makes my day since the hospital food is not the best.

Yelp
When I do leave reviews I have to try the place out multiple times in order to see how the place is ran the consistency. And so far it's been consistent! Service, food quality and quickness of food prep. All 5 stars in my book. Top it off the staff is friendly and the manager is always checking in on how's the food and if I needed anything else. Both photos are from different visits. I've ordered a pad kee mao? It's also known as drunken noodle. On the spicy side but it's tasty Second one is also a drunken noodle style dish but not spicy. It's pad see ew When my friends ask me what is it. I describe it as a broccoli beef but in noodle form but I normally get it with chicken. Both dishes are a good choice I still yet haven't tried their pad Thai but in assume it's good as well. Oh well looks like One more visit is needed Also be sure to check in for a nice surprise.

Yelp
Okay Tuk Tuk!!! I see you!!! Giving me hella food for dirt cheap without comprimising on that quality. I like it... I like it! We ordered Tuk Tuk through Doordash about a month ago and were blown away by how fresh and delicious the food was! I'm not really huge on food delivery, but that 'rona has been making ya girl switch some thangs up. And thank Gawd for Doordash because sometimes you just don't wanna step out anywhere. We ordered Thai fried rice, pineapple fried rice, and crab rangoon. The food arrived ahead of schedule and it was still nice and hot when we got it. Everything was packaged up nicely. The portions are crazy for what you pay! $10 for a loaded container of fried rice. We both only ate about half of the rice on our first go round. I ate my leftovers the next day and it tasted just as good as the day before. I had the pineapple fried rice. Loved, loved, loooooved that they gave me ALL of the shrimp and chicken! Loads of protein in there like whaaaa!!! The shrimp were amazingly plump and delicious. It appears that they use lean chicken breast meat and it tasted incredibly fresh. My only gripe is that I'm not a big fan of chicken breast because of the dryness. These chicken pieces were on the dry side. However, I appreciated the fact that they use high quality meats. You can tell that this was a higher grade of chicken. The fried rice was cooked just perfectly. The sweet Thai aromas were so fragrant as was the taste. Really good fried rice, and we both agreed on that. Don't even get me started on the crab rangoon! Oh em geeee! It was perf. Period. Fried to absolute perfection. Taste was on 100. These are quite addictive. No wonder it's the people's choice. This is kind of like a must get if you order anything from here. They were so delightful. This was honestly one of the better Doordash food delivery experiences that I've had as of late. It makes me super excited to actually dine in here once it's allowable to do so again.

Yelp
a solid 'Good, but not Great'. gets bonus points for having great hours. more random text because Yelp wants 85 characters, not because there's anything else that needs being said.

Yelp
Open during COVID-19 for takeout and delivery. That being said, I ordered from Doordash since I've been craving Thai and Alameda's Thai restaurants just aren't doing it for me. First time having food from Tuk Tuk and a solid 4.5 stars. Since I was craving soup and pad kee mau, it was a quick order. Ordered pad Kee Mau with beef, Tom yum soup with chicken and Thai iced tea. Since the restaurant is located in Berkeley and o live 25 minutes away, I was impressed with how warm the food was and that there was still ice in my iced tea. The tom yum was delicious. The mushrooms were soft and plentiful, the chicken was tender and the coconut milk base was spot on. The pad Kee Mau with beef was really good as well. The beef was tender with a bit of a spicy kick. Plenty of beef and red bell peppers. The Thai iced tea seemed a little light on tea but it could be that it had a lot of ice and then melted. Overall, the best Thai food I've had since COVID-19 shelter in place began. Thank you so much Tuk Tuk! Hopefully I can come visit in person when shelter in place is lifted!!

Yelp
Got an order of fried chicken with curry rice and classic fried chicken with the order. The order of fried chicken came with 5 pieces with a mix of drums and wings. Fried chickens are fried with a soft batter resulting in the skin not being crunchy, but instead soft bite. Seasoning wise is a bit more on the salty side. For some reason when I take a bite into the chicken, I have a very familiar flavor that seems to match with sizzler's salad bar fried chicken. Fried chicken with curry rice is a talk indeed especially when it is their special. The rice is seasoned with curry powder, carrots, and peas. Rice is leaning more toward the plain side with the only taste coming from the curry powder. The fried chicken is unfortunately over cooked causing the chicken to taste really dry with no crunch. There does not seem to be any seasoning from the fried chicken because when I took a bite of it, my mouth tasted plain, dry, and a bit difficult swallowing.

Yelp
This place is pretty close to where I live and I had seen it many times while walking on Shattuck, so I decided to finally give them a try and ordered a Thai fried rice lunch combo with brown rice, tofu, and fresh rolls, and a Thai iced tea. The food was reasonably priced for the portion and ready for pickup on time. I apologize that one of the fresh rolls got moved into the main fried rice section in the photo I took, but it did come with two fresh rolls, fried rice, and sauce. The box is plastic and I'm a little too clumsy with my hands to be effective at closing and opening it without messing up so it's a good thing this food is mostly solid and not liquid. I liked having the option to have brown rice for fried rice, and the food was savory with fresh-tasting ingredients. The iced tea was also good, nothing out of the ordinary but what you might expect. In my case, possibly because of transporting it back home, the tea got settled at the bottom - hence the stark color contrast with the darker bottom - but you can easily just mix it up again. Overall, I thought it was good and would come back again if I want a little side dish in addition to the main dish for lunch.

Yelp
I usually enjoy getting thai takeout from here. Not tonight. Just had spring roll...way too oily. The chicken roll tasted overwhelmingly like pork. No real texture inside. Feeling a bit dissatisfied.

Yelp
My guy and I come here whenever we want Thai. He has his favorites like the crab fried rice and some curry dishes. I love the Pineapple sole. Love the option of Brown rice. The veggie rolls are great! They get my vote on any day

Yelp
A good alternative if Imm Thai down the street is too crowded and you want to entertain or stay out late. They have a spacious dining area and limited parking in the front of the restaurant. The food is not as good in my opinion but they open late and offer take outs.

Yelp
Who puts sugar in their Tom Yum soup? I've been eating for 50 years and I've never had sweet Tom Yum. What the hell? To make matters worse, I'm diabetic and the soup drove my blood sugar through the roof.

Yelp
I was craving a late-night bite so I decided to order some pad see ew for delivery. The portion sizes looked small since they were in takeout boxes, but in reality, it was a lot to finish. I guess the meal was fine for its price. The noodles were a bit soggy and sticky and the flavor quickly got bland after a while. Though there was a good amount of meat, the chicken was hard to chew and also bland. I ended up finishing the whole portion in one sitting since I was hungry, but it was very average and didn't stand out very much in comparison with food from other Thai places. Still, props to Tuk Tuk Thai for being open so late and mostly satisfying my late night cravings.

Yelp
My friends and I ordered take out from here and ate family-style and everything was a hit. We ordered pad Thai (one with chicken, one with tofu), pad see ew (one chicken, one tofu), pad kee mow (chicken), green curry, crab rangoons, chicken potstickers, veggie spring rolls, lots of mango sticky rice and Thai iced teas. Everything here tasted so. Good. The pad see ew was probably my favorite along with the mango sticky rice. I could have probably eaten two servings of the mango sticky rice because it was that good. The only dish that tasted a little off to me was the pad Thai... it was kinda clumpy and it tasted like the sauce wasnt distributed super well. My order was ready for take out within 20 minutes which is quick considering how much food we got. I'll definitely be coming back here!

Yelp
Thai isn't our favorite cuisine but we definitely like some of the dishes and will get it from time to time. One of our favorites is larb but this one was terrible. The chicken was in chunks instead of ground up. There was no pounded, toasted rice. The onion pieces were too large. The chicken katsu was alright I guess but it was paired with fried rice which was just weird. The tom yum lacked flavor and wasn't spicy enough. The seafood was over cooked. Not a great meal. Yelp
This is where I was introduced to Thai food -- Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, etc. It's been awhile since I've had Thai food from here, but I have great memories of enjoying meals here. It's worth a try if you're in the area. Reliable restaurant for Thai food in Berkeley.

Yelp
Very rude and unnecessarily disrespectful staff. I ordered food to go, then asked if I could sit and eat inside the restaurant. The host rudely made a annoyed face and shook their head in disappointment. Lady with short hair. Keep in mind, the restaurant was completely empty. Made me feel very unwelcome, so I decided to leave the restaurant. The food was mediocre. I recommend checking out some better Thai spots around Berkeley.

Yelp
The design of this restaurant is lovely and comfortable. The service is good but could be more attentive. The pumpkin curry and chicken potstickers are excellent. Do not order the duck/rice dish. The duck did not taste right. The Thai coffee was bitter. The tofu in tbe Pai Thai was good but the noodkes were gummy.
