Trinity Davis had excellent customer service even when I was struggling to get things taken care of my end. She was a god sent angel. I really appreciate her, and thank her for welcoming me to this community. Thank you so much, Trinity! ❤️

I seldom write reviews but when I meet someone like Trinity, I just have to ring a few bells! Her attention to detail, responsiveness and knowledge of her job, regional leasing specialist for SHAG, surprised and delighted me. I have not received this kind of follow-up before. Personality-wise, she is charismatic but doesns’t know it. And she is more than just approachable, but will actually reach out to you and try to anticipate what your needs are. Kudos to you, Trinity! Keep it up. You’re amazing!

Trinity Davis made our move effortless, easy and smooth. Any concerns or reservations we had, she was able to calm the issues efficiently. She is definitely an asset to the senior community. And we love her!! ❤️

The management is getting worse and worse. We have a coffee machine in the lobby, before we had water, soda, tea, hot coco and coffee, now only coffee and tea. They let the dog poop inside the building without telling the janitors to clean them unless the residents complain. Also Now they hide the remotes for the TV in every entertainment/game room, can't watch TV in the entertainment on the weekend since the management office is closed. They lock all the bathrooms on every floor on the weekends also. So if the residents need to use the restrooms, we have to go back to our rooms, some of them have mobility issues and can't get back to their room in time. The renters don't even want to renew their contract, people keep moving out. Oh forgot to mention, some teenage got stabbed to dead in the park lot right outside the building like a month ago. Before, they had security around. But Now I don't see any.

Personally, I think that Trinity is exceptional. She helped me from start to finish from the tour to move in. She is warm, kind, and personable. Even with good or bad news she says it in a way to still have a positive outlook on the situation. She has the utmost patience and grace dealing with everyone. She completed all tasks even battling with KCHA housing for me. I am most comfortable dealing with Trinity knowing that everything will be taken care of. I hope she never leaves! Trinity Davis, I love you so much, thank you always. 😊

Trinity Davis is a very friendly person to work with. The residents all rave about her and I see why. She made an anxious person fill at ease during the leasing process.
