The 14 Best New Restaurants in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County | Eater Miami

"Leave it to Amrit, the new hotel on Singer Island with the largest spa in Florida, to come up with a menu meant to increase vitality. Among the salads are a poached Gala apple with a frisée arugula blend or farro tossed with spiced cucumber. While other starters include a colossal seared scallop and spaghetti squash with basil pesto and marinara. Entrees run the gamut from crisp spiced marinated tofu to wild mushroom pasta to herb-crusted rack of lamb. If the cuisine doesn’t lift your energy, the oceanfront setting surely will" - Beth Landman

My Husband and I dined at Tula restaurant, which is inside of The Amrit Ocean Resort. From the moment we entered, the service was spectacular. Our server and or Waiter was Jody! He was amazing and a fellow Leo ♌️, as I was celebrating my birthday, it was important to have an excellent time all around. His hospitality was definitely a five star. The view of the Ocean and the atmosphere was really nice. The FOOD… OMGGGG!!!! From the appetizer to the main dish, everything was absolutely worth every penny. So much so that, we cancelled our dinner reservations at Ruth’s Chris for the following evening, which is my actual birthday and made reservations at Tula instead. You can walk in or make reservations. Hands down the BEST brussel sprouts we’ve ever had and we Love dinning out. Thank you Jody for making our first experience a really good one. I recommend for sure!

We hit up Tula at the Amrit Hotel on Singer Island after grabbing a day spa pass, and figured we’d get some food. Gotta say, the service was pretty slow, and it took a bit for our order to come out, but man, the food was worth it. The creamy chicken soup was legit one of the tastiest things I’ve ever had, super flavorful with a little kick. The pulled chicken thigh quesadilla was crispy and awesome, especially with that creamy chipotle sauce it came with. The burger was spot-on, cooked just right, and the fries were crazy crispy. The place has a chill vibe with a sweet ocean view. Heads-up, they close from 2 to 5 PM, so time your visit. It’s the only spot to eat at the hotel, but the food’s legit. Slow service aside, we had a good time and would totally recommend it!

At first I was impressed of the beautiful restaurant and views from my table. We could hardly order due to the loud music. 🎶 It took 50 mins to get the food. Small plates, juice tasted like canned. Hope this review gets to whom ever needs to get to improve this restaurant in crisis.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to Riviera beach for vacation this year for his birthday. This was our first time staying at the Amrit and we immediately noticed the beautiful Tula bar and restaurant on the other end of the lobby when we checked in. We decided to make a reservation (although we truly didn’t need a reservation for a party of 2, we arrived early and they seated us immediately). The atmosphere of this place is just absolutely amazing. The inside is gorgeous with creams and marble then a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean right outside on the balcony where there were more dining tables. The food was a 10/10 for us! I got the Lobster Ravioli and a side of brussels sprouts and my boyfriend got a new york strip and gouda mac n cheese and not a single bite was left behind! But above all, our waiter made our night! His name is Bill and he was always on top of filling out waters and told us so much about Singer Island/Riviera Beach area. He even got us some mini cheesecakes for desert when he heard it was my boyfriend’s birthday. I would 100% recommend coming to the Amrit and giving Tula a try. If Bills working, ask for him! :)

Great lobster roll with fries that are the kind that are not perfect looking but fantastic! It was crunchy on the outside and flavored, so we'll. The lobster was plentiful, and sauce was light. Also had the green juice with some pineapple. It was refreshing. The staff was super sweet and accommodating. Also had avocado mousse! Decadent and perfect with strawberries

We had a lovely dinner with a beautiful beach view. The food and cocktails are excellent. Their watermelon cocktails were so good and refreshing. The scallop appetizer was perfectly cooked and light. The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. Service was outstanding! A lovely hidden gem in Palm Beach county.

After reading reviews, I wasn’t expecting much from this restaurant. Matter of fact, I almost went somewhere else. That would've been a huge mistake. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and engaging. The atmosphere is both elegant and comfortable, with a great ocean view! Our server, Jody, was excellent! He really couldn't have been better. The menu wasn’t huge but offered a good assortment that should please everyone. The bar was fast and the drinks were great. Regarding the food, from the awesome bread to our salads and entrees, we were both blown away! Plating was artistic, portions were very large and everything tasted so good! I had the short rib and my Wife had the chicken. Neither of us came close to finishing, only because the portions were so large. I truly can't imagine what restaurant any of the poor reviewers experienced but, the one we experienced was absolutely 5-Star in every way!

This restaurant is one of my favorites in the area, and I’ve been coming here since it first opened. The staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. Plus, the ocean view makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. We are managing and renting many apartments in this complex and always recommend this restaurant to our guests. Everyone we send here loves it. It’s a great place for anyone looking to enjoy a quality meal in a beautiful setting.

Yelp
Service was horrible. Waiter left us alone most of the time, never came back to offer more water or wine. We asked for bred and it came after we already have finished our meal. Waiter was not friendly at all. We don't even know his name. No music , no ambiance outside where we were eating.

Yelp
Great food. Personal waiter who cares. Amazing views. Part of a health resort to reverse disease and promote longevity. Can't wait for their vegan restaurant to open.

Yelp
Why was this place so empty?! We walked from our timeshare. Seated immediately. Fabulous service. Menu is small as are portions. If you are hungry then order an appetizer. I had the spaghetti squash ap followed by the garbanzo bean curry over rice. Amazing! My husband had the grilled lettuce salad followed by beet risotto with scallops. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend.

Yelp
They're open for lunch at 11 but close at 2 to prep for dinner at 5. Tula has been open for 3 months. They are offering a 3 course prefix menu ($35) through September promoted though Flavors of Palm Beach. I had the spaghetti squash tomato basil appetizer. Main was Faroe Salmon and dessert was cinnamon apple gratin with ice cream. Everything was excellent along the impeccable service.

Yelp
Kirk was our server, beyond professional. We didn't have any entrees but the appetizers and cocktails were made to make us definitely come back. The Arancini, Brussels Sprouts, and bread board made me question my cooking abilities. The Fennel pesto made me cry. Thank you Tula @ the Amrit. See you again soon!

Yelp
We had breakfast at Tula today. Our server Mitchell was exceptionally nice. They claim that all their juices are fresh squeezed in their kitchen. I ordered a combination of orange and grapefruit juice. Mitchell came back and said they had no grapefruit so I asked for orange juice and was assured it would be fresh squeezed. When it arrived, it was obviously out of a bottle. It was awful. I was unable to drink it. I informed Mitchell. My wife's dish was not prepared as described in the menu, so it had to be altered. The portions are small despite the high price . The orange juice was not taken off the bill as it should have been. Typically when a server takes something off a bill we add that amount to their gratuity. It would be difficult to come back . Anyhow, Carmines has fresh squeezed, orange juice, and if you want any, I suggest going there. We now would not ever stay at the hotel.

Yelp
I would've liked to have given this a positive review. I was looking forward to having a nice family dinner to start our vacation. This is a very limited menu. We ordered 2 appetizers to share between the 5 of us, which were tasty but definitely on the small size. When it came time to order our entrees, 2 of the 5 of us chose a seafood risotto. We were told shortly after ordering that they were out of this option. (It was 7pm on a Saturday evening). With only 5 other options, one person chose the fish and I was left feeling dejected. I didn't want to just order something that I didn't really want so I settled for an appetizer of mushroom chowder. When our food finally arrived, my chowder was tepid, small, and underwhelming. Our server stopped by to ask how everything was, and quickly left our table. When the bill arrived, we were surprised to see to see 20% gratuity added to the bill. With so much disappointment, we asked to speak with management. He was polite and apologetic. When we asked about the gratuity, he told us that it's not mentioned on the menu, but "something that they do" automatically. I make a point to be a generous tipper, but this server was phoning it in from the start. This was an overall subpar experience.

Yelp
Gorgeous spacious room with stunning oceanfront views. Jenny my server was thoughtful, explaining the menu well and paid attention to details with my choices for a late breakfast. The avocado toast and smoothie she suggested were delicious. The place settings flatware plates all so pretty.
