I had a very disappointing experience with Tumo delivery service. The courier went out of their way to take high-quality photos, yet the pictures were completely unrelated to the actual shipment. The delivery location was incorrect, and no attempt was made to contact me to open the door. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and it’s clear something unusual happened during the process. Despite raising the issue, the company has yet to acknowledge their mistake. I will not let this matter go unresolved and will take further action to ensure accountability
