"Tuna Bar is an upscale, sleek Japanese spot in Old City with a fantastic cherry blossom-laden patio. But the ambience and the steady sushi rolls aren’t the only things that are exceptional about the sexy spot. We’re partial to the oysters, too. They only serve petit-cupped, silky Kumamoto oysters here. Then they make them a little dressy with a soy bath. The result is a slightly briny, sweet, and semi-fruity flavor with each gulp. They have a bunch of raw bar options like $3 and $4 oysters, starters like wagyu beef spring rolls, and endless roll options, including the Broad Street that’s filled with spicy salmon.
