"Wearing its fishy heart on its sleeve, this restaurant sports hundreds of tiny metal scales on its walls and a counter near the entrance displaying a bounty of seafood produce. These ingredients, ranging from skrei cod to scallops, are treated in a variety of ways, including raw preparations like tiraditos, tartares and ceviches. The titular ‘king of the sea’ does of course make an appearance too. The same team is behind Ceviche Bar on the other side of the city." - Michelin Inspector

We’ve been here for the degustation (tasting) 8 dishes menu. The food is actually exquisite if you don’t choose the steak, which is tiny (I mean, ok it’s 8 dishes so probably the main should be tiny - it’s just that seeing a tiny steak makes me sad). Tuna is exceptional. The only thing, we really got tired of yuzu in everything - from dessert to mocktails. Look, we get that Tuna can be read as yuzu. But it would be nice to see more variety. The chef is so cool and he greets you personally. The caramel made of halibut fish gave me the creeps. Also I can’t stand the syrek wejsky, but that’s a personal taste - and it was in 2 dishes. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and the quality of food, the tasting combinations and service. Maybe, 3+ hours on that chair is too long, the service could be quicker. The music was driving me crazy at some point, why not go for some cool South American/Spanish vibes? Much better than the techno stuff, no? So, really, I appreciated the effort very much, it’s only 4 stars because I see that the place is striving for a Michelin star and there’s area for improvement - hopefully you will listen to my review and improve! Ok, the photo is fancy cheese with sashimi at the bottom and cherry sauce. The guy that tells you about the wines is very cool, he deserves a raise and I wish he was more confident!

We didn’t choose tasting menu. We ordered 6pcs Oyster No:2 which was amazing and then we order 6pcs more. It is really nice. We also order caviar and it was one of the best things we’ve ever eaten globally. You should try tuna tatar as well. I can’t describe how good it is by words. Ps : they serve you Sparkling green tea originated from Copenhagen it is really amazing i will absolutely buy it when we go to copenhagen.

Everything was excellent. Should really get some starters cause they’re absolutely amazing. While I tried the main dishes, they were really amazing, but still the starters were without a doubt the best

High-end fine dining for fish lovers. Amazing food (we had he 8-course tasting menu), very nice service. Probably not far away from a star rating (need to work on some details for that), but the recommendations are well deserved.

Creative & tasty food, great service and super friendly chef! If Martin Gimenez Castro continues to open more restaurants in Warsaw, it would undoubtedly enrich the city’s culinary landscape. The modern setting of the restaurant complements the innovative cuisine. I loved the overall dining experience, making it not just a meal but a pleasant event.

What a dinner! If you are looking for a fish-themed restaurant you found your place. Come to Tuna and enjoy the great ride and be prepared for great surprises! To start - the staff is just great. You really feel well taken care of. Each one of waiters have described diligently dishes that were served. Starters were just great. For sure go for the tuna tartare (bluefin recommended), chili con tuna and the platter. If I were blind tasting the chili it would be hard to say it’s not made with beef! Entrées were also delicious! Both corvina and yellowtail are treated with respect and play main role in the dish, apart form great condiments. For dessert just go for the peach melba - you won’t regret it. On top of that the sommelier has quite a wine cellar. Highly recommend for a great night out!
