Turkey and the Wolf Las Vegas

We tried Turkey and the Wolf for the first time during a visit to the Venetian. It’s located in the Via Via Food Hall, near the front, and made for a solid, easy stop if you’re wandering the property. We ordered the fried bologna sandwich, which came on a thick, Texas toast–style bread and was stuffed with chips. The chips were super crispy and added great texture, which we really enjoyed. Flavor-wise, everything worked well, though we were hoping for just a tad more sauce to help balance out the salt, not a deal breaker. Overall, it’s a solid pick for a food hall option, especially if you’re looking for something fun and a bit unconventional. We’d definitely come back to try some of the other interesting items on the menu, like the collard greens grilled cheese or even the smash burger. A good first impression and worth checking out if you’re nearby.

Nope! We Paid almost 70.00 including the tip for 2 fried bologna sandwiches, one small frozen margarita and a coke. The sandwich has very thick bread and potato chips, lettuce and sauce but the meat is scarce. Will not go back. Cannot recommend this place. Noisy and crowded because in is in a food court type area.

Wow! This place offers some really fun takes on some amazing southern favorites. Chef Mason Hereford and his crew have recreated the magic of their New Orleans diner right here in Vegas. The Fried bologna sandwich is next level and the collard greens are to die for. Need a hearty breakfast with some truly southern style biscuits in your life? These guys got you! Next time you find yourself in the neighborhood, stop on by, it's just the left. When you come in from the Venetian parking garage you can get 3 hours parking for free as a local 😎

This was the famous fried bologna sandwich with chips! Pricey let’s dive in ! This sandwich was ok wasn’t a fan of the cheese ! And it was way over welming didn’t finish it ! I will say this sandwich is big enough for two people #TurkeyandWolf #Vegas @Venetian

I was really excited about the fried bologna sandwich, but it ended up being 90% bread and 10% bologna. I couldn’t even eat the top piece of bread, otherwise I couldn’t taste the bologna.

It is a food hall experience but hubby loved the retro vibe of the fried bologna sandwich. It filled him up for the day! Perfect for a shareable experience if saving room for a big dinner later.

We stopped to eat at Turkey and The Wolf at the Venetian on October 29th 2025 after seeing The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere's 8 pm show. We just wanted to grab a bite to eat after the show which was around 9:45 pm and we tried Turkey and The Wolf. We have never eaten at this place before so it was our first experience. I want to first comment on the young man who took our order. What a pleasant experience. We had questions about the menu and he was very polite and answered all our questions. After we ordered, I thanked him and he said to me....No Thank You. It was so nice to see that this young man recognized the value of the customer.....something in my opinion that seems to be lacking in todays world, so thank you young man and I hope this review gets back to you because you made me feel like an appreciated customer. Now about the food. We ordered 2 smashburgers and fries. The food was excellent. The smashburgers were juicy and delicious and the fries were fresh and cooked perfectly. Both me and my husband truly enjoyed our late night meal at this establishment. We definitely will be returning in the future.

Wow! We were starving after we checked into the hotel and decided to give this place a try... Wow! I had the collard green grilled cheese! So very very good. The bread was crispy and the cheese was gooey and the greens were perfect! My wife had the burger that was also amazing! Try this place at the Venetian!

Service was fantastic! There was no wait around dinner time on a Monday night. The staff were friendly and prompt. I don't usually order smash burgers so I'm not sure how this compares. Burger was well seasoned. Texture was great. My partner preferred my meal over his at a neighboring food stall. I had to stop him from eating it all.

Found myself at the Venetian Casino on the way to see a show at the Sphere,when I decided to stop by the food court there and grab a quick bite.I decided to give Turkey and The Wolf a try. I went with the Fried Bologna Sandwich.It features fried bologna,spicy mustard,lettuce,American cheese,mayo and potato chips all on a very thick Texas toast. It was very good,very unique taste that at least for me took me back to my childhood where many lunches featured fried bologna. If you find yourself at the Venetian food court and not sure what to order,I wouldn't hesitate to go with this sandwich-u won't regret it.

The newly built food court in the Venetian has some tasty additions- including Turkey and Wolf. My husband and I got breakfast sandwiches which were excellent. The sandwich had a juicy sausage patty with lots of melted cheese and a crispy hash brown. All of this was between 2 high quality buns. This was definitely an elevated sandwich and was very fresh and filling. We loved it- and will have it again on our Vegas adventures.

What a great surprise! Three for three at the new Via Via food court this trip. Turkey and the Wolf was the biggest surprise. I got the sausage breakfast muffin which was divine. It came with a hash brown, ketchup, cheese, and grilled onions on it. Heavenly...I'll be back next time I'm in town.

I came back to Turkey and the Wolf at Venetian's food hall to try their sausage breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. Probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches that I've ever had! I can see why they were a James Beard nominee in New Orleans! Their house made sausage patties with caramelized onions was a delicious combination. Then add in their slightly spicy, tangy ketchup and their house made English muffins and you have a winner. I will absolutely come back again and consider upgrading to five stars next time. We arrived at Venetian around 10:00am and already had coffee and breakfast before leaving SFO. While waiting around for our room to be ready, we decided to grab a bite to eat. I had read glorious things about their bologna sandwich and decided to give it a try. It is as good as they said. I will say, I would personally prefer less potato chips in the sandwich itself, but it's my personal preference. My boyfriend had their Classic Biscuit Sandwich and we split an iced vanilla latte. Everything was great! Would definitely eat there again!

I was lucky enough to be in Vegas for work and staying at the Venetian. I saw that there was this location in Las Vegas as somebody who lived in New Orleans for five years during which Turkey and the wolf opened. I was so excited to see a little taste of Nola in Vegas. The service was so quick even with the line out the door. It was fantastic. It is in a food court, which I think adds to the ambience because you don't have to all get the same food you can eat whatever you want and I really loved the bacon and egg and cheese on a biscuit.

Smash burger double patty with plenty of fries in the redesigned food court. Ambiance in the food court so be warned.... Liked the staff, food came out fast and tasted good! Fries were a little too salty but overall a nice place to eat. Total for burger, fries and a drink was $28. Not bad for Vegas

This was surprisingly good... that fried bologna sandwich is no joke. I know that non-southerners may be a little reticent about it (my SO definitely was), one bite will change your mind. The specialty of the house, that fried bologna sandwich, is served with potato chips inside and on top and will set you back $16, but it is absolutely enough to serve two. We also got the "Mama Tried Burger" ($15) and an order of fries. This wasn't a bad burger but it was just ok - skippable. They also have a breakfast menu AND some breakfast items available all day - can't wait to try the biscuits. Great stop at Via Via Food Hall. This one is worth the hype.

I was at the Venetian for a work trip and realized I hadn't eaten all day. I loved the branding of this place, which drew me in right away. I asked the friendly lady at the counter for a recommendation and she quickly pointed me to the fried bologna sandwich. If you haven't tried it, the sandwich is probably larger and far better than you're envisioning. It's about double the size of a normal sandwich and the contrasting flavors and textures make it very special. The crunch of the potato chips over the thousand island dressing and fried bologna - I couldn't recommend it more.

I was excited to try the bologna sandwich. The sandwich was a bit disappointing. The bread was too thick, too many potato chips, and the spread caused the sandwich to be overwhelming with so many different flavors. The spread had a heavy horseradish taste. The bologna was too thin. The bologna was not the main tasting ingredient in the sandwich. Overall the sandwich was just okay but I wouldn't get it again. I would give the sandwich a 3 1/2 stars if Yelp allowed it.

For my recent Vegas visit, I booked at The Palazzo at The Venetian, in no small part because there were 4 places I wanted to eat within this vast resort, which not only has restaurants in its 2 hotels, but also in the spa and pool areas and in the connected Grand Canal Shoppes indoor mall. Two of my places of interest were within the newish Via Via Food Hall. Turkey and the Wolf is only the 2nd location of Mason Hereford's New Orleans sandwich shop, named Best New Restaurant by Bon Appetit in 2017. I got a taste of his food when he did a one-night cook in Los Angeles last year promoting his cookbook. He also runs a New Orleans breakfast spot, Molly's Rise and Shine; the Vegas location is an amalgamation of the highlights from both places. For breakfast (offered 7am-11am), I tried the Sausage Muffin Supreme and Roasted Carrot Yogurt. Think of a highly elevated sausage McMuffin with 2 quality patties, griddled onions, crispy hashbrown oval, cheese and ketchup on a superior poppy seed English muffin. The yogurt was a yogurt parfait with granola, blueberries and orange supremes, topped with a carrot marmalade, lemon zest and mint. It was delish and a nice complement to the heavy sandwiches, but I could not taste the carrot, it was just a honey-like sweetness. For lunch/dinner, I ordered the 2 OG sandwiches: Fried Bologna Sandwich and Ultimate Collard Green Grilled Cheese. The Bologna sammy (which is offered at breakfast time also) was epic: high quality meat, hot mustard, potato chips, lettuce, mayo and cheese on Texas toast. Perfection. The Collard Green Grilled Cheese was almost as epic: a triple decker with collards, Swiss cheese, pickled pepper dressing and cole slaw on 3 pieces of toasted rye. Tasty, perhaps too much bread, but you have to separate the collards from the slaw! They also offer smashburgers and a couple of frozen alcoholic drinks. But you can't go wrong with what made them famous!

Turkey and The wolf was another solid option at Via Via. The decor and design surrendering their vendor spot is so cool. There were a lot of 90s figures and lunchboxes all around. There are countertop seats behind the register for dining as well as the tables all over the food hall. We came here around breakfast time which is served from 7-11AM. They do have a lunch menu and some all day breakfast items. First impressions were the staff was very kind knowing this was our first time trying it. I decided on the Sausage Muffin Supreme which was $12. It was 2 hefty sausage patties and a hash brown with grilled onions on an English muffin. When the food was the ready, the sandwich looks a giant very of a McDonald's breakfast sandwich, but 10x better! That Sausage Muffin Supreme was amazing! It was a high quality sandwich. One that you'd want to try again and again! The crispy bread the savory patties and grilled onions and the crunch from the hash brown. WOW! Perfect breakfast sandwich and one that would probably cure a hangover. I was not familiar with Turkey and The Wolf, but I am now! Definitely give them a try and get that Sausage Muffin Supreme if you're in the mood! Sheesh! Thanks again!

Turkey and The Wolf is located at Via Via Food Hall inside the Venetian Las Vegas. Menu offers a nice selection of a la carte sandwiches, salad, smash burgers, an array of breakfast items until 11am, as well as breakfast all day, assorted baked goods, and drinks. I had the Ultimate Collard Green Grilled Cheese Sandwich ($16) with sausage patty (+$6) and requested pickles, and a side of hash brown (+$5). I was told ten minutes for the order to be ready. While waiting, there's a section to choose condiments for hot sauce, ketchup, and mustard, as well as utensils, napkins, and straws. The sandwich is superb and absolutely amazing! It's an elevated, double decked grilled cheese sandwich with toasted rye bread that's nicely buttered and delightfully crispy, inside has coleslaw with pickles, a crispy bread in between, topped with Swiss cheese, slow-cooked collard greens, moist and juicy sausage patty, creamy Russian sauce which is their pickled cherry pepper dressing, and another buttered crispy bread, so delicious! The sandwich is messy but it's very filling, and finger lickin' good! Service from Marcellus and Mari is so kind, welcoming, and friendly! Marcellus is very courteous, cheerful, polite, and pleasant. Also, wonderful compliments to the chef and to the fantastic staff at Turkey and The Wolf, they definitely make an excellent sandwich, I highly recommend!

Niecie was wonderful. 10/10. Welcoming, funny, vivacious. Fabulous customer service. She was also efficient and multi tasking as she helped people. 1000% would visit again. Food was also top notch and a great price.

Turkey in the wolf in Vegas?! Let's goooooo. I went to the original on in New Orleans and loved it so it was extremely excited to see one inside the Venetian where I was staying. It's quick to order at the counter before you head out for your activities. My girls and I were heading out to a pool party and I was like wait...ion know about you hoes but I need to eat?! We can't be going out on an empty stomach! The collard green melt was delicious and filling, just like the one in New Orleans. Also the young guy working there, I forgot his name but he's Mexican, love him. (if you're reading this thanks for the espresso martini sample) Great customer service! Bro was at Turkey in the wolf in the morning then the ramen shop in the same food court in the evening, I thought I was hallucinating. I was like wait you again?!? Pro tip--grab a fried chicken pot pie right before you head to the airport to eat at your gate. That mofo stayed HOT the whole time and it's delicious, flakey, and to die for.

This is a food joint inside the food court at Venetian Las Vegas. Food was pretty good & not too expensive, although, we realized we probably could've shared a sandwhich! They were prett good size. Cashier was pretty nice & things seemed clean. Will eat there again!

Unbelievable experience. I haven't had turkey and the wolf since 2012 NOLA, so I was so excited to realize it was in Vegas! We were helped by Brandon and honestly he's one of those people that make an already awesome food experience an extraordinary one. He was so kind and so excited for me to experience Vegas too! Just as good as NOLA. Go get it!!!!

Super happy we stumbled upon this in the Venetian food court by the casino! The fried bologna sandwich was definitely our favorite (we came back the next day for it again). It is a substantial sandwich and the crunch of the potato chips as well as the mustard really make this sandwich special. Shoutout to the fried pot pie as well. It is so flavorful! Really tastes like a pot pie, but looks more like an empanada. I was super impressed! Also, their frozen espresso martini is really strong (and yummy).

The sandwich is finally one state over! The Collard Green Melt still lives up to its legacy. One sandwich might be enough for two people. Also, counterperson was from Shreveport and super nice.

Tried their food years ago and remembered the fried bologna sandwich being amazing; finally got to try it again and it lived up to my memory. Absolutely worth seeking out if staying anywhere near the Venetian!

Had the fried bologna sandwich and it was excellent. I can't compare it to their original location as I've never been but thought it was worth the Vegas price. And they open at 7:00 am which was a nice bonus if you're looking for something different for breakfast

The Backstreet Boys concert just ended and you are walking through the Venetian to get back to your car in the parking lot. You come across their new food hall and see/smell this place! It's hard not to stop and order anything! We ordered the fried bologna sandwich and it was so yummy! Everything that you think that it would be - it was! The staff were very quick and efficient and very helpful when ordering! Definitely a great place to grab a bite!

This place was amazing!! The food was delicious. I had the breakfast sandwich, the best I've ever had. It's located in the Venetian Casino food court so you know the area is perfectly located. The area was so nice and clean. The service was excellent and the employees were so helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend!

A really fun casual spot to grab a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee in the Venetian's food hall. Usually the line is much shorter than the other breakfast bakery near the elevators and it's worth walking the extra few steps. Over three days I ate three of their biscuit and English muffin sandwiches. All were pretty solid. Orders came out very quick. The food hall has plenty of seating during the morning. The prices are actually pretty good (except for the 8 dollar large coffee, oof).

Was very excited to try out this place since they are from New Orleans, one of my favorite food destinations. Read online that one of thier most popular item is the collard green melt so we had to try it. At first I had doubts about this sandwich but wow... it blew my mind! One of the best things I tried this trip in Vegas. Even though it's just collard greens, the melt is packed with so much flavor and worked really well as a melt. I will definitely come back and try the other items on my next visit.

I was craving for a hamburger after we had our tour. Decided to try this spot out at the new food hall at the Venetian Hotel. We both ended up ordering the mama tried burger and crinkle cut fries. The burger was delicious. The fries was on the salty side but overall we enjoyed our meal. Service here was friendly and quick. We didn't have to wait long for our order. Will have to come back here again.

Located in the Venetian food court. Food sounds good and looks good but tastes ok. Portions look big in pictures but the sandwiches are tinyyy. And for its price?? Probably won't be coming back, but I don't regret giving it a shot.

8/2/25 We all have a ton of core memories when it comes to food. You remember vividly when you ate that meal that was absolutely unbelievable. It doesn't matter if it was years and years ago, you remember all the details. Eating the Fried Bologna Sandwich from Turkey and The Wolf after watching Backstreet Boys Into The Millenium at The Sphere has now entered core memory territory. This sandwich may be the best sandwich I have had in my life. A perfect sandwich is all about balance and elevation. When you are able to elevate a simple sandwich like the bologna sandwich and have all the sandwich ingredients work together in such a delicious harmony, it's art. Quality bologna fried to perfection, house made potato chips that are so crispy, melty American cheese, shredded lettuce because health, and outstanding condiments that really bring everything together! No notes. I love Turkey and The Wolf.

Stopped by the Via Via food court for a quick brunch. The line was short and movers quickly. It didn't take too long for them to prepare the sandwich. I had a breakfast biscuit with eggs, bacon, and cheese and it was very tasty. Also got a cold brew to wash it down. The new food court had ample seating and is very bright and inviting. Overall a good sandwich place in the Venetian.

For lunch I alternated between tuna fish, cheese, or baloney sandwiches as a kid. So I haven't eaten baloney in 50 + years, but that's what they recommended. Whatever they did to it was special. I'll definitely be recommending this sandwich and can't wait to try the other things

I always stay atthe Venetian or Palazzo when I visit Las Vegas. I was so excited to try some of the new eateries at the Via Via Food Hall since it just opened, I thought the food would be good. Boy was I disappointed at Turkey and The Wolf by ordering the Collard Greens Melt. I'll never make that mistake again. And even the skinny little fries weren't good either. The food had a horrible flavor to it and the service was poor also.

Customer service is excellent, Joshua is so kind, helpful, friendly and professional. Victor put together a good fried balogna sandwich and we'll seasoned fries. The ambiance is good and I was seating on a table next to Speakeasy entrance which is very clean.

perfection. collard sandwich... no words. huge fan of the NOLA original. ditto mollys rise and shine which contributed the breakfast items to the vegas satellite. this stood up. and right across the food court from ivan ramen... come on!

I heard about this place in New Orleans but never made it there so I was glad to hear there's one in Vegas. They were very friendly and efficient. I got the fried bologna sandwich and it was delicious! The crunch of the potato chips in the sandwich really added an extra something to it!

The collard greens sandwich was good, but the portion of collard greens seems too little as the main element in the sandwich. There was more Cole slaw. It's as if the collard greens was just the spread on a sandwich. It just vegetables and they added maybe just a quarter inch thick of the collard greens. We also ordered (big mistake) the wedge salad and they drowned the it to death. The breakfast sandwiches look good though.

Food was pretty good and service was nice and fast. Only thing I would say is its a bit salty for me as I couldn't figure if it was from the biscuit, fried chicken, or butter. But that's not a dealbreaker.

I had to try the fried bologna sandwich, and it definitely didn't disappoint. It brought back childhood memories of enjoying fried bologna--simple, nostalgic, and really tasty. A great comfort food option!

This place is located in the foot court on one side of the casino floor. I ordered the fried bologna sandwich, which one of the employees claimed to be one of their signature items on the menu. So disappointing!!! Only 2 very thin slices of bologna that disappeared on the sandwich made with two slices of super thick bread. I simply couldn't taste the bologna. That said, the employees were friendly and the area was clean.

SO GOOD!!! JUICY, burgers, so tasty. Best option in the food court by far. Burger cooked to perfection. Their spicy mustard is to die for. Had the double and the jalapeño burger both were amazing. We used like 15 napkins if that's an indicator of how juicy the burgers are
