The 25 Best Things to Eat At Disneyland, Ranked - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Let’s address the elephant in the room—there isn’t a more polarizing piece of food at Disney than the turkey leg. Whether the meat is actually turkey, or emu, or ripped from the piled-up corpses in Disney jail, we can all agree it has the curb appeal of a Freddy Krueger massage circle. But fear not. This greasy mess is delicious and an easy way to let everyone else in the park know you aren’t to be messed with." - brant cox

Google
The turkey legs are sort of overpriced, although you get plenty of meat. I wouldn't recommend eating the whole thing to yourself, that was the mistake I made. The leg is good at first but begins to be too salty. The leg is great for sharing with others!

About a month ago, I paid $12 for one, this week…I paid $15 for a turkey leg. So $12-15 for turkey leg. Not too bad because it was WORTH IT! Big & Very tender, juicy, great flavor…seasoned to perfection. . Ooops! I forgot to take a photo- before I devoured it 😬 next time.

Google
Nice and juicy, big drumsticks easy to eat on the go. Taste good with a pickle or chimichanga from the same place.

Google
The turkey leg was perfect. It was my granddaughters 7th birthday and first time at Disneyland .We drove 12 hrs.it rained the entire time of our visit and the website and staff made it impossibly difficult to reschedule so we toughed it out.what I did not like was my turkey leg cost me$35 I paid with a hundred dollar bill and was given a pile of fives in heavy rain and when I had a better chance to count it ...

Maybe we just had bad luck but my family was throwing up when we got home after a fun day. Either it wasn’t cooked correctly or someone wasn’t clean.

Google
Oh my gosh… so smokey, tender, and filling. These always get devoured.

Google
It's the same process every time: You want a turkey leg because they're so gorgeous and smell so fantastic, but then you think about the fact that you're going to feel greasy and gross for the rest of the day. Of course, you eat the turkey leg anyway and then feel like a hairy orangutan that is sweating out turkey fat for hours afterwards. And you love it.

Yelp
My son is a big turkey leg fan and since we were in the San Fransokyo area, he was excited to see a turkey leg cart. Usually, we get one over in the Cars Cozy Cone area. I usually think that I should bring a plastic baggie or a container for the leftovers, but there never are any leftovers. He usually demolishes the entire thing because he just loves it so much and the Disney ones are very flavorful and well brined. Thankfully, the line to grab a turkey leg and a buttered corn on the cob was pretty short, and they did have plenty of turkey legs available. Since we went during Halloween time, they also have a ghost pepper turkey leg, which we were too "scared" to try it.

Yelp
UGGH to be able to eat this turkey leg for the first time again! The flavor is soo good, even on a hot day it doesn't make you feel sick! We shared this among three people and it was perfect! The guy at the cart was fast and nice: what more can you ask for at Disney?! Right on main street in front of the castle'

Yelp
If you are a fan of turkey legs, then both parks have a place to purchase. Occasionally, there are a different flavor options, such as teriyaki that my parents enjoyed this trip. The aroma from the cart is always delicious as I smell the corn on the cob I get and they can smell the turkey legs they enjoy. The cast members are always friendly and let you know where you can grab napkins. This is a great high protein option for those who consume meat/poultry. Tip: bring a ziplock bag or Tupperware in your backpack or bag when you go to the parks to save the remaining to enjoy through the day!

Yelp
Turkey legs carts, you know what you're getting when you go. You either love it or hate it. I love it! It's tradition to buy one and wait in line for Toy Story Mania. I look forward to a couple Turkey legs every time we go to Disney

Yelp
Food (4/5 stars): Pro: it's one of Disneyland's more cost effective meals Con: I got tired of the taste (or lack thereof) after a few bites. It could definitely use more flavor Experience (4/5 stars): * Price: although it's cost effective, I wouldn't pay that much for another turkey leg * Wait Time: minimal * Service: good

Yelp
Great food to eat on the go while waiting in line. Taste like honey ham. Great for sharing with 2 or 3 while in line.

Yelp
Love the turkey legs! Perfectly cooked. No burning part. My kids can eat the whole leg.

Yelp
The turkey legs are HUGE!! There is so much meat on them, it's a meal within itself. After a long day of waiting in line and walking this is a great meal to satisfy your hunger. The meat was moist and yummy, I would recommend if you are very hungry, since they are pricey.

Yelp
Disneyland all around have tasteless turkey legs now I've been trying to give them a chance by buying them every time I go and all I mean all of the turkey legs stand are BLAND!!!! They used to taste so Smokey and soo hammy but now it's super tasteless. Sorry Disney but I won't waste my money on these turkey legs anymore it's super expensive and very disappointing when there's no flavor at all

Yelp
Super smoky, delicious & meaty! They're so good, it doesn't even bother me that they cost $12.
