I used to go to this market when it was up the road and it has now relocated right next to Bosphorus. They have all kinds of international goods, spices, frozen foods, and Turkish trinkets. I love their selection of German chocolate and Turkish treats. The staff is always friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

It's been a long time since i've enjoyed shopping at a little supermarket. Turkuaz market has so much to offer for those with more exotic tastes. Their selection of chocolates, trinkets, spices, and treats is amazing. I found some exotic teas, that i will use as stocking stuffers this Christmas. I found scented soaps so reasonably priced, I almost passed out. The selection of turkish coffees and foods was staggering. There is even a coffee bar in the back, and a spot where you can sit and enjoy it with friends, or while quietly contemplating your next purchase. The best part of the entire experience was the owner of the store. We purchased some turkish coffee and he took the time to show us how it's made and how to use the little pot that was also purchased. We had such a good time talking to him and learning about how to use some of the spices we purchased. He was a delight, and beyond helpful. This isn't grocery shopping. This is an experience. Please ask for Erol, and if he's not there, his son Emare will be. If you're looking for authentic turkish treats that you didn't even know you needed, this is the place for you. Try it, you'll not regret it.

It is a wonderful Turkish and Mediterenian Market! You can find anything from Turkey. Different kinds of olives, cheeses, and spicies. Butter, rice, bulgur, delight, pastry leaves, coffee, chocolate, biscuit, soujuck, etc. You can find anything whatever you want. It is so clean and fresh. The staff (owner) is so friendly. The taste of Turkey. Thank you, guys!

The cashier that was working today, Saw me grab two items which were marked as $1 each. I brought them to the counter she rang me up and the total did not make sense. My total came out to be 6.72. When I asked her why was so much she said tax, then I saw my receipt and I was charged for a pastry that I did not grab. When I asked why it was like that she then quickly fix the matter. I think management should have a discussion with this employee be mindful of this place and how they're charging people. I don't know if it was because I had my service dog that she felt the need to do this to me, but she clearly charged me for things that I did not buy

Walked into this store just to ask for a plastic bag. At first glance, it looked like a decent place. But that changed the moment I interacted with the cashier. He was rude, dismissive, and had an attitude for no reason. What really disturbed me was the way he looked at me as if I was about to steal something simply because of my darker skin tone. The energy was uncomfortable and borderline racist. I won’t be stepping foot in this store again.

As a Turkish person, I should say that you should visit the store if you are interested in Turkish snacks and cuisine! I read a lot of bad review about the owner and I think people misunderstood something. I am glad to visit here and find good stuff!
