The 20 Best Brunch Restaurants In Nashville - Nashville - The Infatuation

"Members of the official biscuits and gravy fan club, you have a new meeting place. It’s at Turmeric & Co., the new kid on the Hunter’s Station block, where you’ll find cumin biscuits smothered in turmeric gravy. Add the pork belly on top and attack it like a five-time eating competition champion defending their title. They also do a great shakshuka with perfectly runny eggs slumbering in a perfectly spiced tomato sauce. For a touch of something sweet, go for the golden milk millet porridge with warming turmeric and a delightful chew." - jackie gutierrez jones 2, ann walczak

Nashville’s New Restaurant Openings - Nashville - The Infatuation

"Hunter’s Station has a new Indian fusion restaurant with the only full cocktail bar in the complex. You can take your Bay of Bengal with mango and genepy inside or on the outdoor patio with bowls of street maggi, cashew korma mac and cheese, and the kachkumber salad. How do we know? It’s already on our Hit List." - jackie gutierrez jones 2

The 13 Best New Restaurants In Nashville

"Turmeric & Co. is single-handedly breathing life into Hunter’s Station. This Indian fusion restaurant has transformed the barren warehouse-like space into a lush, fauna-filled escape with Bombay flair. Keep it in your back pocket on nights when no one wants to cook and you have zero plans to change out of your sweatpants. Luckily, dishes like the creamy cashew korma mac and cheese, the light and bright kachkumber salad, and the vegetal saag gnudi are worthy bait to lure you from another 90 Day Fiancé binge. More reasons to stop by: It has the only full-service bar in the complex, and the unique drinks—using things like corn milk, elote, and garam masala—are worth a visit all on their own." - ann walczak, jackie gutierrez jones 2, adam sloan, carlo mantuano, carlo mantuano, adam sloan, ann walczak, ann walczak, ann walczak, jackie gutierrez jones 2, jackie gutierrez jones 2, jackie gutierrez jones 2, jackie gutierrez jones 2, jackie gutierrez

I had a wonderful dining experience at Tumeric and Co in Nashville. The food was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly spiced. I especially loved the Watermelon Mojitos, Chicken 65, and the variety of rolls—each one was packed with taste. The Cardamom Pudding was a sweet and comforting finish. The ambiance was warm, and everything was served on time. A definite must-try spot for food lovers! Loved this three wheeler attraction! Felt like was in India.

Tried the cucumber salad and the lamb meatballs. The salad was so fresh and herby, loved the citrus fruits in it. The meatballs were perfectly spiced with a very balanced flavor. Herbey whipped ricotta and the perfectly spiced tomato sauce the meatballs came in were the perfect vehicle for the pita bread which was also fresh and crispy. I would absolutely go back to try some of the other menu items which were really calling my name! On top of that the service was great.

Okay wow. So I’m visiting some friends from out of town and they took me here to eat. I’m not sure exactly what we ordered but it was amazing. To start, A few appetizers ( 3 kinds of samosas, and wings). They came out piping hot with a tasty green sauce that I would honestly put on almost anything. After that, some flat bread and 3 entrees came out family style and we had to stop our conversation because it hit the spot so hard. By the time we finished we had a free desert delivered to me because my friend who knows the chef told him I was visiting. He personally thanked me for dining with him and asked for my thoughts on the food. To be honest I kinda want to say the service was just as good as the food but that would have required them to file my taxes and cure my sisters asthma. I’d drive like 30 min to eat here. They could charge a bit more and it would still be worth it.

Turmeric & Co. truly delivers on its promise of a premium dining experience. From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that top quality is their standard across the board. The lamb chops I ordered were a testament to this – perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Beyond the outstanding food, the atmosphere, service, and overall attention to detail also stood out. Turmeric & Co. is a place where every element of your meal feels meticulously crafted and thoughtfully presented. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a truly top-tier culinary experience.

Delicious authentic Indian dishes and beers are served here. Staff was kind. Food came out fast for a Saturday at dinner time. We’ll be back for sure. They even brought us dessert for free afterwards! Great experience!

One of the best restaurant meals we have had in awhile. We felt really well cared for. The food was delicious and the chai cake is one of the best desserts I have ever had.My dessert pics were after transport home, they were prettier.

You get a unique experience as a patron. It's giving Tiki bar meets a la cart street food tapas....but indian food tapas which is a bit odd. The cocktails are balanced, inventive and creative. This is a solid stop for locals with a great happy hour and rotating food and drink menu. I could recommend this spot to travelers but perhaps not large groups as seating is limited and a bit awkward for more than 3 or 4 peoole. The 615 Chicken is not at all spicy, but somewhat flavorful. The Cashew Korma Mac and cheese puts an unexpected and delightful spin on a traditional favorite all though a bit heavy on the dairy and difficult to digest. Food was okay. Its not at all a traditional indian spot (They don't have rice or curry!!) Service was solid. It's in a food court so the atmosphere is hit or miss depending on who is in the establishments surrounding areas. Music was awful to be honest. Onion pakora was overcooked, almost burnt and perhaps too thinly sliced (fritters would have been better) Some gluten free options, very few vegan options but they are there. No pork at all on the menu except the “lamb” meatballs which are more pork than lamb so if you don't eat pork you should know about it honestly a bit disingenuous not to tell people that it has pork imo. My biggest gripe is the pricing compared to the other spots in Hunters station or even Nashville…this place gives you the least bang for your buck. 22 dollars for ramen noodles is insane. Although the tosatda is good 14 bucks for a dish that small is nore amuse bouche than apetizer and certainly not shareable. All in all it was just an Okay experience and the Non alcoholic options are limited and leave much to be desired (Marsala soda is polarizing to say the least). The butter chicken tostada is by far the best thing on the menu shouout to the genius behind that dish. The staff is super friendly and the culinary execution Is solid. The concept itself is just a bit off in my opinion. I do recommend this place as a one off but certainly not an everyday joint. The food is quite heavy and a bit over-oiled in my opinion and extremly fifficult to digest. All things considered it's hard to choose this option when Radish Kitchen is right next door.

Yelp
From the service to the food I will give them a 10/10! Turmeric & Co. can be found in Hunter's Station Food hall in East Nashville. Welcomed with great conversation and tips on what to order this was an experience that I've talked about since I've been. The salad, meatballs, croquette, and their cake of the day!! We got a coconut cake that was to die for! BIG thank you to TJ, Damien, Ocean & Sous Chef Ben (giving us all the ingredient on EACH dish) for such amazing service. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
This was a great spot to visit! The bartender TJ made my friend a mocktail based on her likes, which he specifically came over to question to make sure she got a mocktail she enjoyed! The food was well flavored and great fusion adaptations. I find many fusion places are too centered around the American palette, but this spot is great for the mix of Indian and American flavors. Also enjoyed talking to Damien, the director of the restaurant. Really friendly dude. Overall, would recommend !

Yelp
I cannot say enough good words about this spot! It's located inside Hunter's Station food hall. The menu looked so amazing we had to get some tips from the server to narrow it down! They pride themselves on their cocktails! Alot of the cocktails on their menu have aperitifs. The food is meant to be shared. My favorite bite being the onion pakora, it's simple but amazing! The service was amazing. Shoutout to TJ, Damien, Ocean & Sous Chef Ben for such amazing service. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
I hate to do it but I would not recommend this place to a friend. For a food hall the food was overly expensive, extremely slow and not tasty. The service unfortunately was not the best. We ordered three dishes the lamb meatballs, chicken 615, and butter chicken tostada. The lamb meatballs is one of those India Italian type fusions I would not mix with a heavy tomato base and not well seasoned lamb. The butter chicken tostada was probably the best of the bunch with a well flavored balance and crispy tostada. Unfortunately there was a massive chicken bone that could've easily taken out a tooth if I had bitten into it. The chicken 615 hit you in the mouth with its oil and very small pieces of chicken. The pickled vegetables on the side were delicious especially the cabbage. We were given complimentary Naan as our food took so long to come out. For three small plates without the best taste this place was highly overrated and I'll not be heading back.

Yelp
Let's support this place! East Nashville finally has good Indian food along with solid cocktails. Their cauliflower is a must order. The naan is fresh and plentiful! Pictured below is the salad, so colorful and the chicken had lots of flavor. They spruced up Hunters Station with their plants so it's really a lovely setting. Service is fantastic, they even do table side! Make them your next stop, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Great, semi-upscale addition to Hunters Station! Ambience is a little fancier than some of the other spots here, and while they offer some table service (as well as bar seating), you can share a table with folks who get food from other restaurants inside -- so everyone can pick what they're craving. We got a handful of dishes to share. Our favorites were the Aloo Papdi Chaat, the butter chicken tostada, and the cauliflower. Each had terrific flavor and texture. We definitely want to try the lamb meatballs next time! Cocktail menu was intriguing, and they also have a pretty extensive wine by the glass menu as well as a stocked bar. Generous pours for the price. We'll definitely come back.

Yelp
This was one of the best adhoc choices we made in Nashville. Great service, flavorful authentic India spices (coming from someone who has been to India before). Highly recommend!

Yelp
What a great place! It became quite busy just after we arrived, but the staff handled it beautifully. They communicated well and courteously. We order the Aloo Papdi Chaat, the butter chicken tostada, and the Makhani Trotolle. It was all incredible, but the Aloo Papdi Chaat really stood out. We were given vada on the house and it was great, too. We're looking forward to returning and bringing friends. The vibe was friendly and warm. We really had great interactions with every staff member. We felt really welcome, and that the staff was proud of their menu and service. Drinks were great, too. I got the Sailor Maker (I might have that name wrong.). It was a tad sweet for my liking, but a very well crafted cocktail in any case. (See photo.)

Yelp
I finally went to Hunter's Station today after avoiding it for a year or so due to many of the eateries closing up shop. There were a few new places I wanted to try, one of which was Turmeric & Co. (OMG Indian food!!!). Thrilled beyond thrilled that it was absolutely delicious, the presentation was just shy of being gorgeous, and the service was outstanding (T.J.!!) Yup - I'll be back sooner, rather than later Please give them some love when/if you can!

Corey J.

Yelp
Wow outstanding service, food and environment. The food was beautiful with complex fun flavors. I have eaten at the best Indian restaurants from Washington DC to Florida. This one is special, due to its small natural. Keep it up TC your winning-Ocean was the server and is awesome!

Jessica B.

Yelp
Great food and staff! TJ had great recommendations and was so great! The flavors were unreal!

Paula H.

Yelp
Indian with a contemporary twist that any ambitions foodie can appreciate. We loved every dish we ordered. I was so engulfed in what I was eating that i had not time to stop and take photos.

Kirsten C.

Yelp
This is my first yelp review because this is how good the food and service was. When we went, we were told the kitchen was closed, but as we were exiting the chef decided to make us a few courses to try. It was worth every moment. Everything we ate was mouthwatering. The chef, Angel, was absolutely amazing. This is a fairly new restaurant in Hunters Station but I imagine it will be packed soon. Don't walk, run here!

Delores M.

Yelp
Amazing food you can't get anywhere else. Service was exceptional..staff were personable and attentive
