The mango lassi was really tart and I couldn’t finish it, which was disappointing because I normally love mango lassi. The naan wasn’t cooked properly (they replaced it, but the second one was still undercooked). I ordered a dosa, and the sambar looked and tasted like it had been frozen and reheated — same with the chutney, which wasn’t mixed well. The paneer tikka didn’t have much flavor and the cumin overpowered everything else.
The dosa itself was decent, and the gobi appetizer was okay, but overall the food just wasn’t great. If you’re looking for good Indian food, this probably isn’t the best spot.
I did ask for my food to be spicy, and I did say things were fine early on — but the issues became clear as we continued eating. The undercooked naan, tart lassi, and frozen-tasting sambar and chutney were all problems during the meal, not days later.
I posted my review when I had time — like most people do. Posting a review several days later does not change the quality of the food that was served to us that night. Also, the only leftover we had was the paneer tikka which already tasted filled with cumin. Attached pictures show why I thought the food was just warmed up and was frozen and given to eat.
My review reflects the experience we actually had, and I stand by it. The pictures are from the day itself and not 6 days old.
